Pizza House in Hameln

We ordered two hollandaise pizzas and one with pepper and a cheese crust. First, pepper was thrown onto the other pizza. Second, when I arrived to pick up the pizzas, two unfriendly people were already serving us, and I think they were even new there. Third, the crusts on both pizzas were completely burnt, and overall, they were just bad. I paid €3 extra for a "cheese crust" that I ultimately couldn't even eat because it was so black. They even found a hair in my wife's pizza, the color of which didn't match ours at all. Bottom line: we had the worst stomach cramps for two days and felt absolutely terrible. Don't order from there. I can't recommend that crap at all! P.S. We also had a discount code, as we have often done before, but every time we ordered something with it, it was incredibly bad.

I can't recommend it at all. We ordered two baguettes, which was a huge disappointment. Even my little daughter could have done better. The toppings left a lot to be desired. Apart from that, they were completely dry. They also had the cheap pre-baked rolls from Lidl or similar, and they cost almost ten euros per baguette, which was outrageous. Never again.

We got a pizza to go today. My boyfriend had a Hawaiian and I had a Margherita. The pizzas were delicious; the crust was nice and fluffy and cooked perfectly.

Hello, I waited over an hour for my food. I called three times, and each time I was told it would arrive in half an hour, or in "two minutes"... When I asked for a discount due to the long wait, the only response I got was a rude "No, I'm not the boss!"

I've never experienced something like that, where you have to wait 3 hours for 3 pizzas?!?! Called after two hours and said driver was on the way, whoever believes will be happy! How long has he been on the way??? Is he still going to Hanover or how can we understand that!!! Complete shit there

It's more of a delivery service, you can't sit and eat there. We were able to spontaneously order on site during a festival, even though we were very busy, we were served very quickly. The Caesar salad was very fresh and tasty. The pizzas also looked great, the staff was also very friendly. I can only recommend it.

A small pizzeria with no seating, but super nice service, very quick preparation and really tasty. The pizza is crispy right down to the tip. Not too oily and not too much cheese to save on toppings. Highly recommended

Ordered pizza - Lieferando shows 45 minutes. When nothing was delivered after 1.5 hours, I called and asked. The answer was she was already on her way. Waited another 20 minutes and received a cold, unfinished pizza... (cheese hadn't melted yet). Too bad.

We ordered, delivery took a while, sucuk pizza in small and large, the small pizza was supposed to be without pepperoni, but was left on it anyway. Both pizzas were very thin and the toppings left a lot to be desired and both were in the oven for quite a long time, so they were dark and hard. Really sad for the price, we are very disappointed.

I don't understand some of the bad reviews. Finally a pizza that tastes authentic. Thin base, not overloaded with cheese, the broccoli was well distributed and bite-sized and everything tasted great! Delivery was 10 minutes faster than stated on Lieferando. If vegan pizza were still offered here, I would only order here.

So we ordered the 40 cm pizza, wow Mega Monster bad, the dough was rolled out so thin that you could see through it. As if you had stretched a dough from 28 cm to 40 cm. So it would have been better to order 2 small ones for a total of 2 euros less and you would have had more weight and taste, and these 8 small salami slices on the 40 cm pizza, open all the windows, you will hear me laughing all over Hameln

Been a regular here for years and have never been disappointed until now. I order here regularly for the whole family. The pizzas simply taste great. Can only recommend it.

Never been so bad! 1 hour later than Lieferando said and they already said 1 hour so waited a total of 2 hours. For a ham pizza and a salami pizza. I called after an hour and they said, “Sorry, I’ll be there in 20 minutes (didn’t come after 20 minutes) and we’ll add 2 drinks. We didn't see any of the drinks but still paid full price... Just ridiculous

Ordered from Pizza House again today. Unfortunately, ordered at 9 p.m. Order should be around 10:30 p.m. nothing happens, nothing comes. It's been twice since I clicked on Lieferando cash payment anyway and I don't care and don't make any phone calls afterwards. Under all cannon, the telephone number is included in everything and you could call if you no longer deliver or there are problems.

Absolutely bad service. Ordered via Lieferando. According to the app, delivery time is about 45-90 minutes... okay... after 2 1/2 hours there was still no food in sight, I called and had a totally unfriendly employee on the phone. The only statement was that food would come soon and if it took too long we could cancel. Food arrived 15 minutes later. 1 star because the food was right and warm. Thank you never again.

For three pizzas without any special extras. Took a total of 2 hours to deliver it. Even on a somewhat busy evening with a lot of customers. You don't need 2 hours for 3 pizzas.

Total enttäuschend. Nicht nur, dass die Pizza 20 Minuten zu spät geliefert wurde, sie schmeckte nicht, war kalt und pappig. Es befanden sich auf einer 28cm Pizza Hawai sage und schreibe 7 Stückchen Ananas Nicht zu empfehlen.

So schnell hatte ich noch nie meinen Salat! Bestellt und paar Minuten danach schon da obwohl der Tracker Lieferando soviel Zeit noch auf der Uhr hatte. Tolle Leistung! ☆☆☆☆☆

Endlich mal ein Laden der auch am Wochenende zu späten Zeiten liefert. Der einzige. Eigentlich nicht erklärlich. Update nach 3 Jahren: Leider gibt es große Geschmacksunterschiede, jenachdem wer da ist. Das ist sehr schade und sollte nicht vorkommen. Aber wenn der richtige da ist, schmeckts immernoch genial ;)

Bestelle hier sehr gern meine Pizza. Schmeckt echt super. Aber jedes mal wenn ich meine Pizza mit Sour-Cream Dipp bestelle, fehlt der Sour-Cream Dipp. Egal ob bei Lieferung oder Abholung.

TOP! Nach der Suche einer Pizzeria habe ich das „Pizza House“ gewählt. Über Lieferando bestellt und innerhalb von 45 Minuten an einem Samstag Abend geliefert! Geschmack ist super und Teig/Käse Proportion stimmt. Die Pizzen hier sind deutlich besser als andere hier in Hameln! Wenn es das nächste mal wieder eine Pizza sein soll, wird definitiv hier bestellt!!!

Hätte gerne 5 Sterne gegeben. Bestellen dort des Öfteren Caesar Salat. Er ist eigentlich immer super. Nur dieses Mal war kein Käse drauf. Daraufhin angerufen und mir wurde mitgeteilt dass keiner da ist. Ich denke mir wenn eine Zutat fehlt sollte man dem Kunden Bescheid sagen und nicht einfach weglassen. Der Preis war natürlich der gleiche. Ohne Käse war der Salat definitiv zu teuer. Chef rief aber und entschuldigte sich. Daher wenigstens vier Sterne
