Bordering on intentional bodily harm – absolutely unacceptable! What I experienced at Dominus in Hameln wasn't bad service anymore – it was an imposition, almost dangerous. I ordered five pizzas, pizza rolls with cheese and chicken, chicken strips, and several sauces – the entire meal was a disaster: • All the pizzas were raw inside. Not "undercooked" – but really raw and doughy, like they'd been taken out of the fridge. • The food was ice cold, even though we picked it up ourselves. • The chicken strips and rolls were rock-hard and dry, the meat tough. This isn't a "bad day"; this is irresponsible food distribution. Giving something like this to customers is dangerous – raw dough can be harmful to health, especially for sensitive people. I'm honestly stunned that a store like this is even still open. You don't get the feeling that hygiene, quality, or customer satisfaction even remotely matter here. My advice: Get your food somewhere else. This place either needs new management—or shut down. No one should have to experience something like this—let alone pay for it.

I ordered through Uber, and they were still able to serve us even though it was already 10:00 PM. I really appreciate places that stay open late and can serve hungry people at night. The pizza and chicken were just what we needed — tasty and satisfying!

Damn... Domino's pizza is always great... the absolutely chilled out atmosphere made us feel really comfortable, especially because there was so little going on... and the service was simply first class and the friendly staff 💪🏻🤙🏻

Once and never again. Typical franchise shop where unmotivated employees with a migrant background warm up ready-made food for low wages and then it arrives at the customer cold and often incorrectly.

Ordered from Dominos at work today. (Margharita & Chicken Doner) The pizzas arrived on time at the pre-ordered time of 1 p.m. and were still warm. All ingredients were present and fresh. It tasted delicious, gladly again!

Ordered a few times via Lieferando Unfortunately the additional information about the order is NEVER read. Ordered 3x wrap and stated WITHOUT tomatoes. Each time it was ignored. Today I had an ice cream that had already completely melted. It works somewhere else too.

Pizzas are okay but nothing more. Family Pizza in Hameln is a completely different league. The dough in particular is unbeatable.

Ordered three pizzas and received two of them incorrectly. But at least I received a voucher as an apology via the service email.

The pizzeria makes a very clean impression. The staff is very friendly. Prices affordable. The food is hot and very tasty. Recommended.

A few weeks ago pizza etc. Ordered food for the whole office. The pizzas were all carelessly prepared, poorly seasoned, slipped and compressed in the boxes, almost like a calzone. Everything was terribly greasy or oily. The other foods, like salad, would be eaten but not praised. Ordered again last Tuesday (we thought of a second chance), but puff cake. The mini pizza with the 3 cheese nuggets and the small chocolate cake was the same again. Greasy, slippery and tasteless. The afternoon after eating it I got terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. This lasted for 3 days. Two colleagues had a similar experience in a less severe form. Dominoes never again!!!!!

The prices are no longer suitable! You have to be careful whether you get what you ordered. The tiramisu I ordered for dessert turned out to be cheesecake or something at home. And 100g of tiramisu costs 3.99 euros.

We actually order from Dominos quite often via Lieferando and for a while it was really good and everyone was happy. Then last year there was often a catastrophe, the wrong food was delivered, something was missing, we waited an extremely long time, it was cold or, or, or... every time we were guaranteed a credit for the next time and ordered the next time You were portrayed as stupid and that you had no credit there (all of this was often disrespectful and stroppy). Today my partner ordered from Dominos and I wanted a lava cake. After about an hour of eating, we both open our lava cake and yours looks perfect and mine is ice cold and no longer looks attractive. It will probably be the last time.

Ordered and paid for via Lieferando! Only half the order was delivered. Subsequent delivery was refused by the branch and reference was made to Lieferando. Lieferando refers to Dominos... Luckily paid via PayPal and therefore good support with the chargeback 🤭.

Ordered for the last time today. I've had the delicious wrap many times, but today it was anything but delicious. There was an unpleasant smell when unpacking. The salad was rotten, brown and already fermenting. Disgusting and inedible!

The store is a complete disaster. Half of the food is forgotten. Food arrives cold and doesn't taste good. Really bad !!

There was hair in my food and I almost vomited because of the food.

Ich habe über Lieferando bei Domino bestellt. Nach über eine Stunde war die Bestellung noch nicht da. Nachdem ich es telefonisch mehrfach versucht habe, habe ich irgendwann jemanden erreicht. Die Bestellung kam dann einige Zeit nach dem Telefonat. Das Essen war komplett kalt! Leider ein absoluter Reinfall!

I recently visited, and the restaurant was a little bit dirty and unkempt. The staff was not so very knowledgeable about their products. Quite honestly, you can find better in Hameln.

Pizza Tuna 32cm bestellt.Die Pizza kostet inklusive der Lieferung und 3 Euro Lieferando Gutschein 13.98 Euro. Der Teig sehr trocken und hart. Der Belag ist fast nicht vorhanden und Hauchdünn .Dazu fast verbrannt. Eine der schlechtesten Pizzen die ich bis jetzt gegessen habe.

Ich hatte die Pizza Boston, die leider komplett ungewürzt war, hatte extra Zwiebeln bestellt und extra Hartkäse, extra Käse wurde vergessen und die Zwiebeln waren oben auf und somit schwarz. Vor einiger Zeit gab es den Steakpfeffer "serienmäßig" auf einigen Pizzen, wenn man jetzt auf einer Hollandais Pizza Geschmack haben möchte, muss man alles extra bestellen, 1,59 für Pfeffer auf der Pizza ist schon unverschämt. Nicht nochmal. Personal war nett.

Habe gerade eine Schinkenpizza gegessen die war sehr lecker

Online per App bestellt, keine Probleme, auch Sonderwünsche lassen sich auswählen und zubuchen. Anschließend kann man dann sehen, wann die Pizza bearbeitet und "hergestellt" wird und man sieht wann der Fahrer sich auf den Weg mach. TOP gelöst und einwandfrei. Wartezeit für 6 x Pizza absolut OK ! Geschmack bei allen in Ordnung. Bezahlung beim Fahrer oder vorher Online möglich.

Letzten Freitag Mittagspause 2 Pizzen bestellt, war bei Ankunft fast kalt, richtig lecker war’s auch nicht. Mag Geschmacksache sein, aber für den Preis bekommt man in Hameln bessere Pizzen. Luft nach oben vorhanden.

Das war in meinem Essen heute drin.....ansonsten lecker

Pizza ist immer gut, leider wird zu uns nicht geliefert, daher geht für uns nur abholen und somit findet das selten statt.

Ich liebe diese Pizzen...Per App bestellt auch noch supergünstig! Schade, dass es in Minden keinen Domino's Laden gibt...

Die Pizzen wurden geliefert mit anderen Bestellungen die Box war viel zu klein. Die Pizzen wurden über einander gestapelt. Der halbe Belag klebte am Deckel.

Den Restaurant ist nicht sauber. Die Lampe direkt auf unser Essen waren spinnenweber drauf und ich habe deswegen das Essen nicht genossen. Und auf dem Boden und an den Ecken ist es auch zu sehen das es nicht gut sauber gemacht wurde. Aber das Essen dort ist richtig 😋

Nettes Personal und auch gute erschwingliche Speisen ..ein Besuch wert für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch....

Geht da bloß nichts kaufen die Kassiererin ist eine junge Dame alter 16 benimmt sich wie eine 12 jährige und ist sehr Respektlos!!

Lieferungen dauern meist länger als angegeben, Pizzen sind nicht immer richtig belegt (3 von 5 Malen), jedoch sind die Pizzabrötchen in Ordnung.

Wirklich lecker Pizza aber das Personal ist leider manchmal sehr unfreundlich und ziemlich gestresst...

Essen ist in Ordnung, aber wenn man schon Rabatte anbietet und diese dann genutzt werden. Sollte das auch auf der Rechnung stehen und man nicht so tun als gibt's die nicht...

Früher hatten wir oft sehr unterschiedliche Probleme bei den Bestellungen. Heute ist es besser geworden und wir sind zu 90% mit der Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit zufrieden. Weiter so. Tolle Auswahl und mal was anderes an Pizzen als das Standardsortiment der meisten Pizzadienste.

Essen war sehr lecker. Trotz Abholung und direkter mitnahme nach Fertigstellung und nur 5 min Fahrt weg, war die Pizza leider kalt.
