Pizza Hero Neuss in Neuss

We ordered two large pizzas. One small pizza was delivered, and one large. When we explained the problem over the phone, we were told we'd receive a verbal voucher. I didn't want to accept this offer because anyone could say that. We wanted a new pizza in the correct size because we wanted to share the two large pizzas between the three of us. The answer was that it might take longer. That wasn't a problem for us. When the new pizza finally arrived after 1.5 hours, the pizza driver said he had to take the old pizza away. I then told him that we had obviously eaten the wrong pizza. Or should we wait until everything was cold? We were absolutely stunned by this behavior. This is completely unacceptable. An absolute disgrace. In the end, we received no compensation. The correct pizza was taken away. No apology, nothing. The driver even received a tip from us... not recommended!! We'll never order from there again!

I am very dissatisfied. I ordered a plain menu there with fries and was very dissatisfied. The fries were very soft and white and weren't tasty either. I then called there and received new fries. And although they were crunchy, they were still white and I'm used to better ones and won't order them there again. I'm very disappointed.

My friend and I have ordered here several times and have always been satisfied, but what was delivered today was a complete disgrace. We ordered the Hero Schnitzel twice. The schnitzels were some sort of pressed mush, had nothing to do with a schnitzel and didn't taste like anything. The sauce was also much better and the fries were just as much of a disaster as they were half raw and didn't disappoint at all. This is how you lose customers...

It's shocking that Prime Beef Bowl Brother is also behind this. Bad for the competition, as the negative reviews about the bowls are all blamed on someone else on the same street. The bowls at Prime Beef Bowl Brother are bottom drawer. The meat is half raw, the fries and wedges are not fried or completely raw, a touch of iceberg lettuce, a ready-made cheddar mush sauce, and the beef is simply cut into small pieces. Absolutely not recommended. Then it's better to order from the right bowl shop on the same street.

Zero stars would be better. I got a Pomm kebab during my lunch break today, 2 hours later I can't get down from the toilet. I will definitely inform the health department about these conditions there.

Just terrible. I've seen a lot of bad food, but THIS is an outrage. I ordered a pepper cream schnitzel with fried potatoes and got mashed potatoes with breaded chicken on lemon (citrus allergy sufferer!) The “fried potatoes” were drowned in an indefinable mush and were more reminiscent of nasty gratin from a package. When we asked/complained over the phone, they said, “That’s right, we always do it that way”! Even if it does, it doesn't have anything in common with what is offered and sold on the menu. And the mashed potatoes, which probably had cheese in it because it was stringy and it looked like that, had absolutely NOTHING in common with pepper.

Great service! I have ordered three times for larger groups. Delivery was on time, hot, very tasty and the employee was always really friendly. We were able to implement all of the children's special wishes because the pizzeria was completely accommodating to us. Whenever I'm near Neuss again, I'll order again! Thanks for the delicious pizzas!

I ordered a super expensive Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Another ice cream was delivered, which we did not eat, on the grounds that the ice cream we ordered was not in stock. Why can't I be informed about this in advance? Finally, both the telephone number and the email address are available. Last time we called and asked if we could deliver a different ice cream and we were able to influence the type. That wasn't done this time. It's a shame, but I don't order there anymore.

This doesn't taste like pizza. Too much fat. I don't recommend.

The first and last time at Pizza Hero. Half an hour delivery late and pizza still cold. They are 10 minutes away from me and take over an hour. I'm not surprised by the cold pizza.

We waited about 2 hours for 3 pizzas and when we called and asked where our pizzas were they said we were kidding him and they simply hung up on us. When another 20 minutes passed we called again and it was no understanding was shown, when it apparently became too much for him, they said: "The pizza isn't coming, we're going to eat cocks", the pizza arrived after about 3 hours, we've never been served so rudely and no understanding was shown!!!

So, Pizza Hero is designed for online or phone ordering. You can order super delicious food here. I always order the same thing because it tastes so good!!! My friends and acquaintances think it's great too!!

It was recommended to me because the pizza was supposed to be so delicious, well everyone has their own taste. We ordered the Hero Box, first the wrong cola came, okay maybe the other cola wasn't available, then the garlic was forgotten on the pizzas and the herb butter for the pizza rolls was also missing, my son was very disappointed 😞 but the driver was very nice and offered us another drink in exchange, I declined but it was nice. For us it was a one-off order, I'll be ordering somewhere else soon!

Disgusting pizza, the whole family ordered new from another provider, absolutely ruined my little one's birthday, once and never again!!!!

Schnitzel Hero drowned in cheese 😭 Fries half raw and without salt. Pizza spinach half inedible because of all the cheese. Ordered rolls with butter. Total price online over €4 more than the brochure supplied!!! Not anymore 😭 Staff completely replaced unfortunately 😞

Abnormal. Ordered 2 pizzas and fries, pizzas still taste marginal, but the fries were catastrophic. After I received the order 1 1/2 hours late, the fries were just thawed and were absolutely disgusting. Not through and still greasy. Never again.

Ich stelle mir die Frage wie man es schafft das es 6 mal anders schmeckt wie vorher.Haben heute wieder bestellt. Die Mail bekommen mit Essen ist unterwegs. Nach 90 Minuten war immer noch nichts da.Angerufen und man sagte es wird jetzt fertig gemacht. Das man da als Kunde verwundert ist ist wohl selbstverständlich. Dann wurde aufgelegt. Wenn man so seine Stammkunden behandelt. Na dann.Wir bestellen da nie wieder

Sehr enttäuschend und absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Der Lieferant war das einzig gute an der Bestellung sehr freundlich im Gegensatz zum Besitzer. Pizza Margarita(Käserand) war ein absolutes Desaster, Teig im Inneren roh, labrig und mehr Brot als Pizza. Käserand war nicht einmal geschmolzen, konnte ich per Hand mitsamt den rohen klebrigen Teig aus der verbrannten Kruste herausnehmen. Nach dieser schrecklichen Erfahrung rufte ich daraufhin in der Pizzeria an, nach gegebener Kritik hat der Besitzer nur antworten können:"wo ich die pizza mit 300 grad rausgeholt hab war die net roh" daraufhin legte er auf. Mir wurde zwar angeboten vorbeizukommen und die Pizza mitzubringen, jedoch sah ich nicht ein an einen Feiertag mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu Ihnen zu fahren, nur weil man es nicht schafft eine Pizza länger im Ofen zu lassen. Fazit: Aufjedenfall hier nicht bestellen sehr schade dennoch.

Hab gestern Pizza bestellt. War sehr lecker. Auch Lieferzeit war okay. Besitzer ist sehr nett und freundlich Sehr gute Preise hat Angebot diese Monat 👍👍👍😋

Leckeres Essen zu guten Preisen. Immer frisch. Die Nudeln sind richtig gut.

Normale Pizza Margerita Geschmack war okay nichts besonderes aber auch nicht schlecht. Service Klasse. Ambiente na ja ist eigentlich nur ein Pizza Taxi unternehmen dementsprechend sieht es da auch aus. Sauber schien es aber zu sein. Fur die schnelle Pizza zwischendurch ohne Ansprüche eine Empfehlung. Ich werde bei Gelegenheit nochmal hin gehen.

Ich bin an sich kein großer Fan von eurer Pizza, aber eure Antworten auf Google Maps sind erste Sahne. Ihr habt echt gute Antworten parat.

Wir hatten in der Nähe Beruflich zu tun und hatten hier unser Mittagessen. Top Pizza zum super Preis. Sehr Freundlich wurden vom Chef selbst bedient wir kommen bei gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder.

Ich war schon bei vielen Pizzeria Pizza hero einfach der Hammer super lecker die haben mich nie enttäuscht kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Bestelle immer Chili Cheeseburger von hier schmeckt wirklich sehr gut, schnelle Lieferung und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Meine Nummer 1 was essen angeht Bestelle regelmäßig immer zufrieden Essen heiß und lecker, Lieferant immer freundlich immer wieder gerne bei Euch.

Gerade Essen bestellt, leider fehlten die nachos. Man hat mir aber angeboten ein neues vorbeizubringen. Es gab sogar noch ne Cola als Entschädigung Einfach Top Wenn mal jeder so freundlich wär wie ihr

Leider nur 3 Sterne weil die Hühnchen Box etwas durchgeschüttelt wurde und alles so gemischt aneinander klebt. Der Doppel Burger war aber gigantisch gut hab ihn mit meinem Freund geteilt. Chillen box haben wir leider nicht ganz genießen können schade. Aber Mitarbeiter waren super nett und Lieferzeit für die Entfernung sehr sehr schnell 28 min.

Wir haben jetzt das Dritte mal bestellt, zugegeben zu etwas späterer Stunde, allerdings war die Pizza für uns kaum genießbar. Die vorherigen Pizzen waren recht in Ordnung wenn auch nicht herausragend. Heute jedoch in Käse förmlich ertränkt und der Boden Stellenweise kaum Kaubar. Spiegelei noch fast roh unter dem ganzen Käse. Auf der Suche nach dem anderen Belag musste ich die Schicht Käse regelrecht herunter heben. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Das beste Helal Fastfood in der Umgebung. Top Service und super schnelle Lieferung. Einfach klasse

Wow einfach nur wow, Ohne zu übertreiben die leckerste Pizza die ich je gegessen hab alles war perfekt an der Pizza schön knusprig und saftig genau ich es mag . Außerdem war der Service mehr als zu frieden stellend , der Chef war ja mal so sympathisch und witzig genau so soll es sein . Mehr als weiter zu empfehlen. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder !!!!
