Always very fast delivery, delicious food and friendly staff.

I ate at Döpi once, and the next day I got food poisoning. I was vomiting and had really runny diarrhea. The staff were clueless. I ordered a schnitzel with fries and mayo, and what did I get? A schnitzel with fries and hunter's sauce. The food didn't taste good and was burnt. The wait was almost 1.5 hours. Absolutely everything was good, but not recommended. I'd love to give it 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible.

First and last time ordering there. The wait time was 25 to 50 minutes, but it ended up being 1.5 hours. It didn't taste like much either.

Unfortunately, I ordered a kebab for the second time, and it was terribly dry! Despite the instructions for extra sauce, there was none at all. The bread had completely disintegrated – you could only eat the kebab from a plate because bits of it fell out on all sides. I will definitely not order it again and absolutely cannot recommend it.

Very disappointing - never again! I had chicken wings at Döpi Dönerhaus and unfortunately I got food poisoning afterwards. Severe gastrointestinal complaints occurred shortly after eating. A restaurant must ensure compliance with hygiene and freshness requirements - that was obviously not the case here. I can only strongly advise against eating there.

The food was delicious, but the Döpi plate for 20 euros, which included around 15 fries, was a joke. Also paid 1.50 more according to the order. After a phone call, fries and 1.50 were delivered.

In any case, I can recommend our döpi. There are days when it takes a long time for the pizzas to arrive and then they are a bit coked up and not tasty. But there are never bad days and no restaurant always has everything 100%. But something that not everyone has or does is a given at Döpi: the boss apologizes very kindly and then we have delicious food again. We are all people and not machines. We enjoy eating from Döpi and will be using it for a long time.

Went to the restaurant today and tried a chicken dürüm – simply delicious! The chicken was super juicy and perfectly seasoned, the fresh ingredients rounded everything off perfectly, and the Dürüm bread was just right: nice and soft, but not too thick. The portion was absolutely sufficient and the service was friendly and quick. I can recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants a really good Dürüm. Definitely come back!

I used to enjoy ordering there more often, but the store has deteriorated a lot The “schnitzel plate” is just a small schnitzel that you can get burned for €7.50.

Overall, the fries were okay, but could have been a little greasier to develop a more intense flavor. Unfortunately, the meat in the burger was on the grill a little too long, which made it a little dry. The Börekstange, on the other hand, was the exact opposite - it was so greasy that the oil literally dripped out. Overall, a mixed experience with still some room for improvement.

The food came relatively quickly, but the food was anything but good. The edge of the pizza was raw, the baked rotisserie was covered in fat and was very small. The pizza rolls were partly burnt, partly raw. The salad was also disappointing. There was a hair in the Dürum and special requests were not taken into account. The worst thing was the burgers. The Megaburger only had a larger bun than the Hamburger, otherwise they were identical. There was hardly any toppings on the burgers and the patties were bone dry and rock hard. We were very disappointed with the food and will not order again.

Food wasn't delivered as requested, half was missing and the fries were ice cold and rock hard, really not recommended!

The food was horrible, the kebab tasted strange and the sauce was kind of slimy. Plus the cheese was greener than the lettuce. Additionally, the condom in my food wasn't very appealing. I would be happy if you would pay an exterminator to get rid of your rat problem. It's best not to put the fries in the deep fryer at all, then they would still be warmer than when I got them. Did you know that you have to use new deep fryer fat and not the one from the last three years. Ambience reminded me of a main train station. Top! Otherwise, all I can say is just close the store and you'll make more sales.

The schnitzel was burnt. The fries had no salt and tasted like old fat. The mozzarella sticks were dry and also tasted like stale fat. When I called the store I was told that couldn't be the case. They had several customers every day and no one complained.

Ordered via UberEats. Order was postponed twice and canceled shortly before the store closed. Apparently the food was never prepared. On the phone the man told me the driver was on the way. We waited 2 1/2 hours

Ich war Besuchen in Neuss und habe ein Döner bei Döpl Dönerhaus gegessen. Das geschmeckt war faszinierend und war zu schnell vorbereitet. Ich werde mal weiterempfehlen und wenn ich wieder da bin, werde ich gern wieder ein Döner genießen.

Schlechteste türkische pizza in ganz neuss, kein fleisch drauf und nicht empfehlenswert salat auch nur die hälfte

Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meiner Pizza. Ich habe das erste mal eine Pizza nach einem Stück liegen lassen. Ich habe mich schon gewundert, dass der Rucola unter dem Käse überbacken war, so kenne ich es eigentlich nicht. Was mich aber sehr erschrocken hat ist, dass ich Schinken zusätzlich bestellt habe und auf meiner Pizza Schinkenwurst (Lyoner) erhalten habe. Leider das erste und letzte mal dort bestellt …

Döner war mittelmäßig. Saucen mit schwachen Geschmack. Brot war ok. Da ist viel Luft nach Oben.

Sehr ordentliches Dönerhaus. Der kleine Döner ist sehr reichlich gefüllt und sehr zu empfehlen.

Zu den Pizzen kann ich nichts sagen, aber das war wohl der schlechteste Döner, den ich je gegessen habe. Jeder, der wohl schonmal einen guten Döner gegessen hat, sollte sich hiervon meilenweit entfernt halten. Keine Ahnung wie, aber man muss sich schon sehr Mühe geben, Dönerfleisch verbrennen zu lassen. Am besten lässt sich das ganze als mit zufällig ausgesuchten Zutaten zusammengewürfelte Sinfonie aus trocken und gleichzeitig doch viel zu durchgeweicht beschreiben. Zudem lässt die Verwendung von Drehspießfleisch überall, selbst im Lieferandomenü darauf vermuten, dass der Besitzer kein Dönerfleisch verkauft und es deswegen auch nicht bewerben darf. Mehr als traurig kann man's nicht nennen. Die Pommes waren in Ordnung.

Einfache Dönerbude, Preise stimmen und auch portion also Verhältnis zum Preis ist mal in Ordnung

Leckerer döner zum fairen Preis.

Döner war kaum Fleisch drin. Gefühlt nur Krautsalat. Pommes waren durchgeweicht. Lieferung war okay

An sich ist der Döner lecker, aber telefonisch bestellen ist leider überhaupt nicht zielführend und die Bestellung kommt nicht wie gewollt. Wahrscheinlich ist es ein sprachliches Problem, aber dann erwarte ich bei der Rückfrage ob alles klar ist eine entsprechende Antwort. 2 mal bestellt, beide male falsch geliefert.

Nette freundliche Bedienung. Hatte eine türk. Pizza mit Dönerfleisch. Lecker. Inkl. 2 Cola Zero für gerade mal 10.90 Euro. Komme gerne wieder, wenn meine Radtour mich durch Holzheim führt.

Leider tragen die Mitarbeiter keine Schutzmasken und es wird auch nicht nach jedem Kunden desinfiziert. Da müsste die Seite nochmal überarbeitet werden. Soweit immer gutes Essen und auch freundliche Mitarbeiter. Bleibe gern Kunde.

Pizza war leider zu fettig, Margenverstimmung war davon die Folge Pommes mit Gyros war dagegen wirklich sehr Gut, was ich dort bis auf Pizza empfehlen kann!
