I'm not giving it a star. Different people again, and such a long wait, even though the place was empty. Fries taste like rubber and aren't even seasoned, and so much money for that.

The food was good. I would have liked, though, that they'd left a bowl of water for my dog. That's part of good service, especially when it's warm. I wouldn't have paid yet if I had left.

Over 2 hours waiting time for product performance? Absolutely horrible food.

Waited 2 hours for the food despite a pleasant delivery time of 30-40 minutes, had absolutely no taste, pizza size not met, was smaller than stated, not recommended!

Unfortunately I was absolutely disappointed. In addition to an enormous waiting time that went well beyond the delivery time stated in the delivery portal, after two calls and further waiting times, 4 pizzas that were too small were delivered, which were not only tasteless, but also arrived COLD with a diameter of 3cm less. The filled pizza rolls we ordered were also cold and barely filled. The apology was an accusation of others, which unfortunately didn't make me feel any better. A lot of learning money for unfortunately very bad food.

Delivery time was stated as 30-50 minutes. It was effective for 120 minutes. The pizza quality was simply poor. Not only in terms of taste, the pizzas were also significantly smaller than stated. 3cm less diameter per pizza certainly makes a difference in terms of size... Unfortunately inedible. Not recommended.

What a wonderful experience! The atmosphere in the restaurant was very cozy and inviting. The staff was super friendly and attentive, we felt really welcome. The food was delicious, the portions were generous and the value for money was great. We will definitely come back here again!

New owners, old name. Reduced the old menu and added Arabic dishes. The new owner is trying very hard to do everything right, which means it takes a little longer. It is their first snack bar in Germany.

Before the renovation, the food tasted great. Now after the renovation it no longer tastes good at all. Too bad. The meat on the pizza looks like it's been counted and it's cut way too thick. Unfortunately, the taste is no longer recommended.

It was a very strange experience last Friday. I ordered two pizzas to take away. Big Luca and little Funghi. I was very pleasantly surprised when I was shown the colorful, round raw dough dish. “Still tomatoes on it?” "Nope, thanks," I replied. Great service, I thought. Ingredients arranged like they came from a 3D printer. Maximum perfection. Then the faux pas. My Luca was placed on the counter to take away. "And where is the second pizza?" "Still in the oven!" The big one is getting cold and the little one isn't ready yet! At my insistence, the Luca was kept warm and the little one was added unfinished. That was ultimately a big bummer. The dough tasted "yeasty, cakey, partly crumbly" and the little one was half raw. We had to throw away half of it. However, the topping was delicious! Conclusion: These lovely people have no idea about the snack business, are super friendly and have the potential to earn good stars when the ovens are really hot and the ingredients are in place. (Don't get every slice of salami or mushrooms from the kitchen) Structure and concentrate, then you will be successful! I'll be back in 3-4 weeks. From the way I got to know you, your pizzas will definitely be great soon! 😊 Good luck.

The good reviews don't make sense to me at all! After the renovation, the menu selection has been reduced quite a bit. No pork schnitzel, just chicken schnitzel and at 10 euros they are definitely too expensive! No gyrus, no shish kebab, no spaghetti and few salads. Today we had the cheeseburgers with additional fries. Top and bottom of two different burgers. He always went to the scullery for receipts, if you could even call it that. Minimalist style. Taste MISERABLE and almost cold. All food packed loosely in the bag, WITHOUT aluminum foil to protect against heat loss. Oh yes, the staff was completely overwhelmed. You clearly had the impression that they were doing everything for the first time. Clearly, we won't be going here anymore!

Best pizzeria, Bre was in 10min. there, in delivery Email was 20 minutes. Pizza came out like it was fresh out of the oven, Bratan was always nice. Unfortunately, I also wished him a bon appetite, sorry about that 😔 Service was top👌 💯

The pizza 🍕 is always excellently prepared and very tasty 😋 The price/performance ratio is perfect, I'll keep coming back.

It's a snack bar, if you want ambience and atmosphere, you should go to a restaurant. The food is really good though. The pizzas were very tasty, the pasta bake was very good. The owners are very friendly.

3x Pizza, alle lecker und heiß, sehr gut belegt, der Fahrer freundlich. Durch den Feiertag hatten wir eine etwas (erwartete und verständliche!) längere Lieferzeit. Trotzdem bekamen wir eine Flasche Cola gratis dazu. Das nenne ich Wertschätzung vom Kunden. Klasse! Die nächste Bestellung ist ihnen sicher.

Sehr guter Lieferdienst. Wir bestellen hier immer doe Carbonara, weil die für uns mit am besten in ganz Wuppertal schmeckt. Die Pizza Venlo ist ebenfalls super. Ein bisschen schade ist es dass beim Lieferdienst keine Dönertasche oder Lamacun gibt. Aber dass muss ja auch nicht, gibt genug andere leckere Sachen

Des öfteren schon bestellt und nie enttäuscht worden. Qualität immer gut,Geschmack sowieso. Lieferzeiten immer im vorher zugesagten Zeitfenster,oft schneller. Auch die Pizzableche für Veranstaltungen sind zu empfehlen. Telefonischer Kontakt wie auch der Kontakt bei der Zustellung sind sehr nett.

Wir haben bis jetzt mehrfach Pizza bestellt. Sie ist sehr gut belegt, die große Pizza ist auch groß und sehr lecker. Zudem ist auch der telefonische alsauch Lieferkontakt immer sehr nett. Coronatechnisch erfolgt die Lieferung auch mit Maske und nötigen Abstand. Guter, neuer Laden!

An sich bin ich ziemlich zufrieden mit der Qualität und dem Geschmack der bestellten Speisen. Alles ist lecker und frisch. Sternabzug für lange Lieferzeit und zu fettige Pizza.

Erstbestellung und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Heiß und sehr schmackhaft :) Sehr freundlich am Telefon und bei der Lieferung. Sogar eine kleine Unklarheit wurde noch mit einem Rückruf geklärt. Einziges Manko, eher ein Verbesserungswunsch meinerseits, was natürlich keinen Punktabzug bedeutet: Eure Karte ist zwar prägnant durch die Farbgebung, jedoch schlecht zu lesen durch eben diese ;) Wir bestellen gerne wieder.
