New employee makes mistakes. As a customer (order value 115€) I am being hit on the phone and blocked for life. Thank you very much, you lost a lot of customers.

Apparently the order was placed outside the delivery area and instead of a cancellation there was a "friendly" call from the delivery driver saying that it wasn't possible and that an exception was now made once and the person placing the order was permanently blocked from the delivery service. The order was probably big enough for a one-time delivery... it was a disgrace how the customer was treated here.

Delivery was supposed to take 30-40 minutes, after several calls and inquiries the pizza was there after about 2 hours and of course it was cold! According to Pizza Flitza, a price reduction or any accommodation is not possible. In addition, the 40 pizza only has a diameter of 36cm. This means the area of ​​the pizza is almost 1/3 smaller! 😉.

It's not easy for me to write this negative review because I've been ordering my pizza here since I was little. But yesterday evening was unfortunately the last straw, although it has been clear for the last few months that there are a lot of problems in Zeven. More and more cold pizza, not baked properly or wrong toppings. Unfortunately, the pizza increasingly looks like it was "quickly slapped together" and if you're always supposed to pay more per pizza, you can expect more. Yesterday evening was true but the height. Waited almost three hours for 2 small pizzas and a bag of rolls, then the food was cold and no one answered the phone in the branch, on the contrary, you were pushed away. Even if you are understaffed, that is not customer friendliness. Then it would be better to stop accepting orders. Something urgently needs to change for you, as long as things stay the way they are now, I won't order here anymore and would rather leave my money somewhere else.

Today we had already pre-ordered pizza online at around 3:30 p.m. for 5:15 p.m. We called for the first time shortly before 6 p.m. and they said on the phone that the order had not come out of the printer and that it would now be prepared and delivered immediately. 45 minutes later still no pizza. So we called again. The employee put the phone aside and you could hear every word spoken between employees. They then responded to our call in complete annoyance: “Oh God, I don't know when the delivery will arrive - ANYTIME” was the stroppy answer. We were informed that a driver was missing, but you should still keep an overview of the orders. Because at a later date we were called when we would pick up our tuna pizza. (Not our order & especially not for self-collection). After further phone calls, the pizza finally arrived at 7:20 p.m. The pizza was good and warm, but the extras such as onions and extra cheese were missing on the pizza, which is a shame given the high price.

Pizza speedster. You can order pizza here and get a discount if you pick it up yourself. Orders often take a long time to be delivered. Often young/new staff. Generally friendly and nice when dealing with customers. You can do it. In terms of price you have to pay some attention. It's quite upscale.

Hey guys... don't let yourself be fooled. Jumbo Pizza is supposed to be 40cm and comes with 34cm. I haven't seen a scam like this in a long time. And whoever thinks or says, oh come on, the 6cm is nothing... IN DIAMETER that's a lot!! 😂 (and yes, I'm German than German)...the store is ridiculous. Never again!! The only answer I received over the phone was: “Yes, but I don’t have a folding rule here!” “Yes, but I have one! And I’m measuring right now!” “Then send an email! Bye" So with all dignity! Really!

After I accidentally stumbled across the many worse reviews when ordering today, I thought I had to write one too. Everything was perfect for us today. We ordered by phone and the pizza was there within the specified time and everything was correct. The driver was also super nice. However, food only gets 4 out of 5 stars because there is something different about the garlic sauce than I was used to and it is now very similar to one from the supermarket and no longer the “Flitza garlic sauce” that we have known for many, many years.

Nice delivery service. When you order you get a nice delivery person and when you pick up on site you can look into the kitchen, which is clean and tidy. You get a lot of toppings for the money and you get nice service there too.

Unfortunately, I can't noticeably increase the average of the many rather mediocre reviews. The jumbo pizza we ordered on site today tasted quite okay, but the mushrooms we ordered and paid for were also missing. In addition, our pizza was not 40 cm in diameter, but only about 37 cm. This would certainly be better with a little more attention.

Ordered by phone and was told it would take about an hour for delivery. After 1.5 hours still no delivery. Called again to inquire and was told the order was still on the shelf and it would take a while. We were then able to keep the pizzas, no one needs an ordering service like that!!

You can't beat it when it comes to cheekiness! I ordered online and as a special request tzatziki instead of tomato sauce. It wasn't fulfilled for me, which would have been ok if I had just been told (the phone number was available), apart from the fact that it hasn't been a problem in the past. After I called, I was promised a replacement delivery. Called again after 2 hours to see if my pizza was still coming. The employee said: It's not coming, they can't make the pizza the way I would like it. In addition, he hardly has any drivers. When asked why the colleague agreed to do that: I don't know, it's probably not my problem.

I was very disappointed by this omission. I was looking forward to enjoying pizza at Christmas and was dependent on it because I didn't have the opportunity to bake pizza myself. This caused a significant disruption to my Christmas Eve. My children were very disappointed and cried because they didn't get pizza. I therefore ask you to contact me immediately to clarify this incident. I expect an apology and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Very, very bad service, the planned order was pushed further and further back and was then incomplete. The promised discount was not received and was rudely rejected. From now on we will be happy to order elsewhere.

2 out of 5 pizzas were delivered incorrectly! The replacement pizzas were only delivered 1 hour after calling. The complaint call is ignored or dismissed. I will never order there again!

Great service I ordered the wrong pizza online and only realized when I picked it up that I had done something wrong. The nice employees prepared a new pizza for me free of charge without me having to pay extra - it was just great.

Hallo ich habe bestellt ein Baguette. Kräuterbutter nach paar Minuten auch mal gefunden. Thermotüte und warmhalte Box Ergebniss: kalt 🥶 Anscheinend vor 1 Woche schon zubereitet. App Bezahlung hat nicht funktioniert nur noch bar musste dann zum Automaten, anstrengendste Bestellung die ich jemals hatte. Immer wieder.

Schon sehr oft bestellt und immer genau das bekommen, was man wollte. Auch die Qualität der Pizzen war bisher immer top! Auch die Lieferzeit mehr als super. Meistens innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten da :)

Essen hat geschmeckt jedoch ist die Bestellzeit trotz Vorbestellung am Vortag wiederholt eine dreiviertel Stunde zu spät. Davor eine Stunde zu spät obwohl man nur 2km entfernt wohnt. Also am besten selbst abholen!

Im gegensatz zu vielen anderen hatte ich hier noch nie Probleme mit meinen Bestellungen. Allerdings wurden die Preise echt hart angezogen, während die Qualität langsam aber stetig abnimmt.

Zwei mal hintereinander bestellt. Beim ersten mal angeblich Adresse nicht gefunden. Wir haben ja auch keine Telefonnummer hinterlassen, leben ja in der Steinzeit. Nach 1 1/2 Stunden mal nachgefragt und dann diese Aussage. Nach 2 Wochen noch mal versucht, das gleiche Disaster. Nach 1 1/2 Std. mal wieder nachgefragt. Wird angeblich (man konnte im Hintergrund vieles hören) jetzt erst gefertigt und könnte dann evtl. in einer 1/2 Std. da sein. DANN DOCH LIEBER NICHT!!!!

Überraschenderweise war ich sehr zufrieden. Leider vorher ziemlich schlechte Erfahrungen dort gemacht. Aber dieses mal kam die Lieferung sehr schnell, die Pizza war sehr lecker. Leider hatten sie nicht mehr den Wein den ich wollte, aber damit wurde sehr kundenfreundlich umgegangen. Sehr freundlicher Service. Hoffentlich wurde das Personal dauerhaft komplett ausgetauscht. Wäre wünschenswert, wenn es so weiter geht. Daumen hoch!

Etwas zu viele Champions und der Bacon war ein bisschen Faserig. Der Restliche Belag und der Teig waren aber Wirklich gut 👍🏻.

Jahrelanger Kunde. Qualität der Pizzen hat stark abgenommen. Kundenservice wird auch immer schlechter. Manchmal frage ich mich, ob die im Laden 'ne Münze werfen, ob sie die richtige Bestellung liefern sollen. Von 10 Bestellungen kommt mindestens die Hälfte falsch oder unvollständig an. Wie geht das? Naja, bestellen jetzt häufiger woanders. Demnächst dann vermutlich gar nicht mehr bei Flitza. Schade. Seit einem Jahrzehnt meine absolute Lieblingspizza. Seit den letzten 1 - 2 Jahren leider kaum noch genießbar/ertragbar. Was hat sich verändert?

moin.. wir hatten im Vorfeld online zu einem Samstag 18 Uhr verschiedene Pizzas und Pizzabrötchen bestellt. Bestellung kam mega pünktlich (ich weiß, so was geht auch anders.. aber in diesem Fall, Top), komplett mit allen Dips ect und sogar noch gut warm an. Geschmeckt hat es auch allen. Von daher.. war echt gut. PS: wenn man online bestellt ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit höher das eine Bestellung auch komplett und richtig ankommt. Da steht es dann nämlich schon schwarz auf weiß dort.. und kann via Telefonkommunikation nicht zu Fehlern führen.

Ich liebe diese Pizza dort. Einfach der Hammer. Leider kommen in letzter Zeit die Sachen nie so an wie man sie bestellt. Grade doppelt Käse fehlt ständig und ist von den extra Sachen bald das teuerste. Bitte gebt mehr auf die Bestellungen der Kunden acht liebes Pizza Flitza Team. Ansonsten kann man geschmacklich und auch von der freundlichen nicht meckern 🍕❤️

Ich kann die schlechte Bewertung nicht verstehen. Ich habe bestellt und nach 30 Minuten wurde mir von einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter das gebracht was ich bestellt habe. Das essen schmeckte auch sehr lecker.

Ich kann mich den schlechten Rezensionen nicht anschließen. Samstag Abend in der Hochphase bestellt. Höfliches Gespräch. Ansage 1 Stunde. 50 Minuten später schon da. Super leckere Pizza. Netter Fahrer. Alles ohne Beanstandungen.

So lala...unsere Pizza ist das letzte Mal verbrannt angekommen.Man hat das Gefühl daß manche Teams etwas überfordert sind wenn es mehr zu tun giebt.

Sehr guter Service haben uns pizza gemacht obwohl schon fast zu war.

Definitiv die leckerste Pizza die man im zevener Raum bekommen kann, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. Bekommen einen Stern Abzug nur, weil bei der anscheinend hoher Auftragslage ein TEL. durchkommen fast unmöglich scheint. Das muss wieder besser werden.

Wir sind super zufrieden :) Es können mal kleine Fehler passieren oder die Lieferzeit dauert was länger aber das finden wir jetzt nicht so schlimm, wir bestellen schon Jahre lang dort und überwiegend ist alles immer Top. Wer sich über kleine Fehler aufregt sollte mal deren Job machen, gerade am Wochenende und an Feiertagen ;)

hier zu bestellen ist wie Russisch Roulette... meine Pizza wurde fast richtig geliefert nur mit extra Pilzen. Als wir anriefen fragte die Frau am telefon patzig ob wir die Pizza schon angefangen haben zu essen was verneint wurde. Ne halbe Stunde später wurde dann Ersatz geliefert und die falsche Pizza wieder mitgenommen.(ich hoffe mal die wird grade in Corona zeiten nicht einfach dem nächsten gebracht sondern es wurde einfach angenommen wir würden bescheissen) Natürlich wurde ein sonstiger ausgleich für das versehen nicht angeboten. Die neue Pizza war dann mit sage und schreibe 5 Broccoliröschen bestückt da hätte ich lieber die vorherige Pizza behalten die war nämlich super belegt ;) Mein Freund war zufrieden mit seiner Pizza. Vielleicht sollten sich einige Mitarbeiter dort überlegen einfach zu kündigen wenn sie wirklich so wenig bock auf Ihren Job haben.

Wir wohnen nicht mehr in Zeven, wenn wir mal wieder hierhin fahren, gibt's nur Pizza Flitza!!!

Die Pizza ist einfach superlecker und das Personal sehr freundlich . Nur die Lieferzeit ist meist sehr lang auch wenn man im gleichen Ort wohnt.
