It's crazy to eat in an old gas station. Outside, basically at the gas pump. That had something... I had a vegetarian salad pocket. It was super tasty. The flatbread was totally crispy until the end. An extra star for that. Unfortunately no beer, which I would have really wanted.

Price/performance is right, food is great, home delivery is on time and hot. Staff friendly. All in all recommended. Enjoy it!!!

I only give 5 stars because I can't give 6. The food was delicious and the staff extremely friendly. The facility is excellent. All in all, highly recommended, more than deserved 5 stars.

I have had bad experiences due to extremely late delivery and high prices for relatively too little toppings. In addition, bad reviews like this one will be deleted.

Absolute disaster! Ordered at 7 p.m.! Waited three hours for food! When ordering, delivery time of 40 minutes! No apology or anything! When we asked where the food was, we were told it was busy but would come now! It came at 10pm! Children and we are already asleep!!! Cold food and wrong pizzas (pizzas looked like leftovers collected from the floor). Fries for the kids ended up in the trash! Pizza was then eaten cold the next day or ended up in the trash! Conclusion! We will never order from here again or recommend this to others!!! You should think about whether this is a good service! If I can't handle the onslaught, then I should put a STOP!!! An apology would have been very appropriate! 40 euros ended up in the trash!!!!!

Highly recommended, fresh preparation and very tasty food, best kebab in Detmold. Delivery was much faster than stated and on a Saturday evening! And even got a free fries, very thoughtful! We would love to eat here again 🤩

I drive past the Factory all the time and since I was there for the first time recently I've been happy to stop. The dishes are very tasty and the atmosphere is really great. Always happy 😁✌🏻

This location is a former gas station that was very cleverly converted by the operator of the Pizza Factory. Everything looks great.😏 The service is very nice and it's relatively quick to get your (delicious) food.

Pizza was served on a broken wooden board, where germs can multiply. The pizza didn't taste good!

Never again, 40 minutes delivery time stated, 90 minutes delivery time confirmed, received food after 180 minutes!!!! 3 hours later, received wrong pizza and fries were cold, NEVER AGAIN!!!! Just stay away from the store

Unfortunately not as expected. We pre-ordered 4 family pizzas today, which unfortunately arrived over an hour after the agreed time. And unfortunately only after calling again. I think it's a shame that you don't say right from the start that you no longer have any free time available. Unfortunately, the taste really leaves a lot to be desired, and 4 slices of salami on a family pizza for over €30 are somehow not justified. In fact, only the kebab pizza was somewhat tasty and I'm not the only one to judge that, but my guests as well.

Extremely bad delivery service today… 30 minutes late and you still pay €3.50 for that… All the toppings on the pizza stuck to the lid and the pizza was so thin in the middle that you couldn't eat it... a shame

Super tasty pizza that is always freshly prepared and has lots of toppings - highly recommended. The falafel/doner dishes also taste very good.

The food left more than to be desired. The calzone was dry and burnt. With other delivery services, this calzone would have been considered “small”. But here it is sold as a large one for over €9. The price of €8 was also not justified for the salad. A few lettuce leaves, some sauce and 3 pieces of pepper carelessly thrown into the box do not justify this price at all. Unfortunately, I also forgot the herb butter (which I would have been able to handle if the food was good). This wasn't the first but definitely the last order.

Ich habe schon mehrfach verschiedene Sachen(versch.Burger,Pizza,Döner&Beilagen) zur Lieferung bestellt und war immer zufrieden.

Wie versprochen, haben wir der Pizza Factory eine zweite Chance gegeben. Leider waren die Pizzen deutlich schlechter, als beim ersten Versuch. Die Pizza schmeckt pappig, der Käse ist fettig und schwer im Magen liegend. Anbei die erste Bewertung: Die Pizza war in Ordnung, aber auch nicht in irgendeiner Weise besonders. In Detmold gibt es deutlich bessere Pizzen. Aber das Restaurant ist noch neu und Luft nach oben kann sich mit Erfahrung entwickeln. Werden in ein paar Wochen nochmals probieren.

Wenn die Pizza zukünftig unterbacken und nicht überbacken wird, dann schwimmt nicht ständig der Belag weg und dann gibt es auch volle Punktzahl.

Die Bestellung ist vor der angegebenen Lieferzeit heiß und sehr lecker angekommen 👍 die Pizza sehr lecker und auch wie gewünscht Kalb Fleisch erhalten ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir haben heute Döner mit Pommes bestellt alles wurde warm und pünktlich geliefert! Wir waren wie immer sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns dafür! Es war wie immer sehr lecker! Lg an das gesamte Team! Macht weiter so!

Es ist einfach alles zu trocken. Wir haben seit der Eröffnung ca. 3 mal dort was zu essen geholt. Und jedes Mal war alles trocken. Zu wenig Soße, Fleisch trocken, Pizza zu wenig belegt, in den Dönertaschen ist zu wenig drin.. Wie gesagt - T R O C K E N.

Waren auf der Durchreise und hatten Hunger. Haben dann die Pizza Factory entdeckt. Mein Mann nahm einen Dönerteller und ich einen Factory Döner. Was soll ich sagen....das war der weltbeste Döner , den ich je gegessen habe. Mit Grillgemüse... totaaal lecker. Und alles lecker gewürzt. Auch der Dönerteller. Anders gewürzt als man es kennt, aber um Welten besser. So schade, das es den Laden nicht in Marl gibt. Ich wäre da Stammkunde. Und was ich nicht vergessen darf...Sehr netter Service. Superfreundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Sogar unser Hund hat eine Schale Wasser bekommen. Wenn wir wieder in der Ecke sind, ist das auf jeden Fall unser Ziel zum essen.

Geschmacklich gut. Aber wenn man nen Dönerteller mit Tzatziki und ne Döner Tasche mit Cocktailsauce bestellt will man das auch haben in ne nicht nen Dönerteller mit Cocktailsauce und ne Dönertasche mit Tzatziki. Und Lieferanten sollten bisschen freundlicher sein.

Cooles Ambiente, nette Leute, leider schmeckt die Pizza nicht. Die Pizza ist zu trocken, sowohl der Teig als auch der Käse sind geschmacklich nicht gut gewesen. Ich warte ein paar Monate und gebe denen noch eine Chance. Vielleicht gibt es ja noch eine Verbesserung.

Sehr freundlich und ein tolles Ambiente. Essen sehr gute Qualität und geschmacklich für mich der beste Döner aus Detmold. Nur zu empfehlen 👍

Lieferung mit Vorbestellung: auf die Sekunde genau wurde geliefert & das Essen (2 x Pizza Hähnchenbrust) war einfach super. Frisch und heiß 👍👍

Kinder hatten Pizza...mega Vorfreude,dann leider enttäuscht.Habt ihr neuen Käse? Wenn ja,bitte sofort wieder ändern. Geschmack der Pizza leider nicht mehr so top. Mein Döner war ganz okay. Keine Kartenzahlung möglich.

Preis-Leistung passt. Auf der Pizza wird nicht an Zutaten gespart. Weiter so 👍🏽

Die Döner-Calzone ist okay, aber nicht überwältigend. Die bestellten Panini hingegen existieren gar nicht, das sind einfach nur gefüllte Pizzabrötchen, wie man sie überall findet. Echte Enttäuschung, von aussen beim vorbeifahren sieht der Laden gut aus. Lieferung ging schnell aber dafür das es weniger als 2km Strecke sind 2€ Lieferkosten aufzuschlagen ist eine verdammte Frechheit. A Ende ist der Lade ne billige "Wir haben irgendwie alles" Höhlewie wir sie zuhauf haben.
