Ordered for three people. Delivery time was twice as long as stated. The pizza looked like it was frozen, and it didn't taste great either. First, one pizza was delivered incorrectly, and then something was forgotten again during the subsequent delivery.

We waited 1.5 hours for the food, and it was a mess. I really don't recommend it! The people have no idea what they're preparing, and you can tell the quality is terrible...unfortunately, we won't be ordering from there again :( It's better to make something yourself for the 3-4 ingredients they use. It's cheaper and will definitely taste better.

I ordered a 33cm New York pizza. For a pizza like this, where I searched in vain for tuna and onions, I think €14.90 is pretty crazy. I don't recommend it 👎

Once again, we received cold food after waiting an hour and a half for it! They told us on the phone that we'd have to mention it the next time we ordered, for a five-euro voucher! Five euros!!! These prices are outrageous, and the service isn't great. Thank goodness there's still the tried-and-tested original Pizza Taxi. I've never been disappointed here, and I'm not giving this place another chance. Oh, and today's driver was a complete idiot!

I wanted to order today at 1:45 p.m. for the “lunch special,” which they say is valid until 2:00 p.m. I was rudely told on the phone that the offer was “over”. When I politely pointed out that it was before 2 p.m., I only got the curt answer: “I'm the foreman, I do what I want” - and then they simply hung up. Such behavior is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service looks different. I will definitely never order here again. Not recommended!

Ordered our food there today, long wait, cold pizza and fries, inedible, will never order there again so I can't recommend it

My girlfriend and I used to mostly order from Dominos, but this place has better food for a better price. In comparison, a Large pizza in Dominos with a few custom toppings is 16 eur, and a pizza 11cm larger from this place costs 18bucks, with more toppings, and way better taste. We were in the restaurant at some point too and the atmosphere is quite nice, and the smell coming for the kitchen is extremely appetizing. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, and the service is quick :))

I once ordered a pepper cream schnitzel with fries. The pizzeria is not recommended. I had to wait an hour for the food. He drove around to Duisburg. I was on the phone with the boss. I live a 5-minute walk away and had to pay another 12 euros. That's outrageous. I don't recommend this Pizza Cap. I didn't get any compensation for it

We haven't eaten there yet but have ordered food several times. Simply perfect every time and our absolute favorite when it comes to orders at home. We can absolutely recommend Pizza Cab.

We have been ordering from Pizza Cab since the beginning We have never had an incorrect order or cold food. All employees are friendly I can only recommend it

Fast machine processing, we wanted to get pizza to take away and went straight back out. Two employees were rummaging through an unappetizing-looking bucket of cheese without gloves. No pizza oven in sight. We then go to a pizzeria where you can see how the pizza is made. Nice people, comfortable seats, social contacts, nice conversations, coziness...

The pizza is very bad, far too dry, thin and tastes like nothing

Delivery was as stated. I ordered here for the first time and I have to say, very disappointed! Pizza was very thin (which I actually really like), but the base was very rubbery and had very little to no taste. The surface was also very reduced and very dull. Has a bit of a mass processing/production feel to it. Too bad!

Food was delivered lukewarm. The noodles tasted ok. Unfortunately the ring of cab beef wasn't as it should be. According to the description, strips of beef, pepperoni, peppers, cheese and BBQ sauce. I got burger pattie pieces, peppers, pepperoni, a lot of cheese, onions and no sauce. It's bad for someone who can't tolerate onions. Plus, with all the cheese, you couldn't really tell whether the dough wasn't completely cooked through in some places. But the pattie pieces instead of the beef strips is a bit cheeky. Then you have to name it that way in the description.

Really delicious! The pizzas we've had so far have all been really great for a delivery service! However, the prices are also at a high level, you can almost go to a real restaurant here!

Unbelievable behavior, absolutely no recommendation! Never again! The delivery (ordered via Uber Eats) came quickly, but several items were missing. When we asked the supplier, they said in broken German that was difficult to understand, "It's not my mistake, call us" - we did that and, according to the employee, the items should be delivered as quickly as possible, but he couldn't offer an apology either. Over 30 minutes later, one of the delivery vehicles drove up, parked, but didn't even get out of the car and left the street again... After another call, we finally received the items about 30 minutes later - but without an apology or compensation. The food delivered was the only bright spot as it was actually very tasty. However, the food could have been warmer - it was rather lukewarm.

Vallah had a bad shit afterwards

I saw a flyer by chance today and tested it straight away. We are really very excited. A huge selection which makes the decision difficult but that is absolutely not a criticism. Everything we ordered was just really delicious. We ordered at 7:10 p.m. and the food was there at 7:50 p.m. It definitely wasn't the last time I ordered here. Only recommended.

Pizza soft, not a bit crispy and like rubber in the mouth. Pizza rolls were tough after 15 minutes. Delivery on pre-order worked well. The pizza from some kebab shops tastes better.

Drivers don't know the language at all, but when it comes to causing stress due to the speedy driving they do, they're probably the best in the industry. In the end, the dear driver did drive, probably making bigger noises than actions.

Ordered yesterday at around 10.30pm. Discount voucher used when ordering. Delivery time stated 11.35 p.m. Waited until 12:30 a.m. No order received, no one available. The main thing is to insert the voucher. Never again!

Can't be surpassed in audacity. I had ordered something for €10.80 and wanted to pay €12. The driver said he didn't have any change and whether that wouldn't be okay. And when I ordered I stated that I wasn't paying appropriately. Unashamed to no end. Food was also inedible!

Ordered pizza Margherita. Unfortunately there was no sauce on it, just cheese that didn't taste particularly good. The pizza generally tasted artificial and was already half soggy when it arrived. I won't be ordering here anymore.

Got a slightly burnt pepper pizza today. And instead of putting chilli oil on the pizza, they put a red, horrible smelling hot ketchup sauce on it. Disgusting. I've had very bad stomach pain for 4 hours now and will probably go to the hospital soon. This is assault!

This is where I actually got the first raw burnt pizza without sauce. It's certainly a culinary art to burn the topping but get the dough completely raw. Without sauce, of course, then the raw dough goes in better! Rarely have I eaten something so disgusting.

Unfortunately never again.... Tiramisu ordered for 5€ but got 2 cheapest ice creams worth 0.30€.... Call said "yes I tried to call but Tiramisu is all out... I added 2 ice creams..." When asked about the different value and the entire cost, the only response was "can you write it down on the next order... we'll do that..." The billing was €5 each... That doesn't help me... since we Had to throw away the ice cream because it was completely tasteless and crystalline.... Got coleslaw and tzatziki even though I didn't order it... Tortellini on top and bottom unfortunately completely burnt even though it was delivered in an aluminum package... Fries were bland and limp... Filled and refilled pizza rolls are very tasty but don't outweigh the whole thing... Won't be ordering again...

Service a straight 6. When asked politely it was said; your order is on the way. After over an hour, still no order. Renewed call asking where the order was. Now it was claimed that the order had not been received at all. Strange that our order was listed on the first call. The end of the song, the order had not been prepared at this point. Total waiting time for the order; OVER THREE HOURS!!!. Put six please!

Worst food I've ever had, I'd rather eat canned meat, the wrong food was delivered, the fries were soggy and just disgusting

I pre-ordered my food 2 hours in advance, the driver came 30 minutes late and the excuse I got on the phone was that the driver was standing at the cupboard. The driver doesn't have to cross a railway barrier to get to me. I will never order here again. The food was also cold.

The ordering website is perfectly structured and it's easy to navigate through the menu. The food is mostly good and if the service was better my rating would have been much better. Unfortunately, after my recent orders, I have to completely revise my good first impression. When we previously ordered, we were informed by email that the delivery time would be 60 minutes. The following email told us that the order would be delivered within 44 minutes. After waiting 70 minutes, we called to ask where the order was. We were informed that the delivery is on the way and should be there shortly. After another 10 minutes we called again and complained that the delivery still hadn't arrived. We were credibly apologized and promised that it would be made up for with the next order. Our order today was full on time. Three gyros and a pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza had already collapsed when the packaging was opened. With a calzone it's already a KO criterion. Wouldn't have been so bad if the pizza hadn't arrived cold. So I called again and said that the pizza had arrived cold. The employee then said that couldn't be the case and made me really angry with this comment. No apology came from his lips and he gave the impression that he didn't believe me. The employee was also not at all interested in the fact that compensation for the previous delivery had not taken place. I then decided not to order there anymore. To top it all off, the gyro was topped with pieces of bone. A complete disaster and absolutely not recommended.

No accommodation, nothing. After a year, Pizza cab asked me to delete the recession because Pizzacab allegedly didn't deliver to us. Thanks to PayPal receipts. Can I prove it? Instead of accusing people of making false statements, perhaps they should pay more attention to the service and quality... incredible

Completely sick shop. I don't even order from you based on what friends have experienced with you. 18.40€ Jumbo vegetarian pizza with canned waste. At my Italian restaurant I get 2 large, delicious ones with fresh ingredients!! Typically Türkiye, when rotten meat kebab doesn't work anymore, trick people into something else. I can only warn. P.S. Food is probably always cold because there are tons of people beforehand. Order around the corner from the service you trust and not there!!!

Selten eine schlechtere Pizza gegessen.

Diesmal war ich nicht zufrieden! Das Essen wurde an die falsche Adresse geliefert,darum fast kalt!!

Das war die schlechtest Pizza 🍕 die ich im ganzen Leben gegessen habe .Einfach nicht Empfehlenswert. Boden zu dünn .Für 9 Euro zu klein .Und nicht reichhaltig belegt..Einfach zu teuer für so eine schlechte Pizza .Erstmal und letzte mal bestellt .

Der Betreiber dieses Unternehmes versucht an allen Ecken und Enden zu sparen und das spürt man als Kunde leider sehr deutlich. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, hier Essen zu kaufen.

Also muss ich sagen die Qualität hat richtig nach gelassen habe eine Tunfisch Pizza bestellt keine Margherita Pizza . Auf der Pizza ist auch überhaupt keine Soße drauf . Letze mal dass ich es dort bestelle .

We ordered twice so far: Pizza Kentucky lovers, pizza Bauernpizza and Doppelburger. Everything was super tasty, hot and delivery was faster then it was told.

Pizza Cab direkt in der Nähe, das ist toll. Leider werden Bestellungen öfter fehlerhaft angenommen und geliefert. Es gibt zwar immer Nachlieferungen. Aber hier sollte man dann ein wenig am Personal arbeiten oder einfach mal besser bezahlen. Die Qualität ist hier sehr unterschiedlich. Mal echt richtig gut und mal echt schlecht. Sicher gibt es hierzu auch einen Tarif. Kann man ja mal bei der NGG nachfragen. Meistens arbeitet Personal besser, bei fairer Bezahlung.
