For me, it was the first and last time I ordered a doner kebab plate with hollandaise sauce, and instead of doner meat, I received ham, and the hollandaise sauce tasted like nothing. I wouldn't recommend it, especially at a price of €25.

Terrible food! It arrived cold, spoiled, and disgusting! The food smelled awful, the olives smelled terrible! Even though I saw bad reviews, I ordered, and it was my worst decision! Please don't eat here!

Unfortunately, the burger and fries were lukewarm, and the tiramisu tasted watery. What a shame.

Danger of food poisoning!!! Delivers spoiled goods. Pasta with seafood that was clearly spoiled by smell, and not just since the day it was prepared. When this was pointed out, they offered to remake the dish and deliver it again. However, they couldn't explain where the fresh seafood would come from. This place is a case for the health department.

Unfortunately, not recommended. We ordered via Lieferando at 11:50 AM. The estimated delivery time was 25-30 minutes, later changed to 40 minutes (via the Lieferando app), and the delivery finally arrived at 1:10 PM after we called to inquire (1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering!!). The pizza was only lukewarm with a soft crust, the lasagna was also no longer warm, and the cheese wasn't properly melted/baked. Conclusion: Next time we'll order from somewhere else.

Among other things, I ordered two children's meals. The juices and surprises were missing from the delivery. When I inquired, I was told that they didn't have any kids' meals at the moment. Instead, they had sent me two small bottles of iced tea. My children were very disappointed, especially since they don't drink iced tea. I was told that the next order would simply be delivered twice. But I don't think so, since I won't be ordering there again. If you don't have something on site, you should adjust the menu accordingly. Because I still had to pay the full price. Extremely poor service.

Service? Absolutely terrible. I ordered at 5:30 p.m. (Wednesday) and still hadn't gotten it at 7:15 p.m. When I inquired, I was told the order was on its way (according to Maps, it was 6 minutes away). After 10 minutes, I still hadn't gotten it. I inquired again, but the driver couldn't be reached. The driver simply hung up, and after that, every subsequent call went unanswered. The food eventually arrived, which was fine. But the way customers are treated here is outrageous.

I was initially very skeptical based on other people's reviews. Now that I've had the chance to experience it myself, I can give the following review. I ordered at 9:45 PM and the pizza arrived warm 30 minutes later. The pizza tasted slightly above average, but it wasn't a particularly special experience. Given the higher price, I'd rather order from other pizzerias.

Simply inedible. Ordered salmon with fried potatoes and (diluted) hollandaise sauce. Are those fried potatoes? Half-raw! The sauce has zero flavor, and the salmon is a joke for €12.90. The pizza rolls with sucuk were completely oversalted 🤢 Not to mention the calzone. I'll report this to PayPal and get my money back. Once and NEVER again.

Absolutely amazing pizza. I ordered it via Lieferando with a cheese crust included. It was very well prepared and extremely tasty. I can absolutely recommend this pizza cap!

The card reader didn't work. Luckily, I had enough cash with me, but unfortunately, I accidentally left my card in the slot. The next day, I arrived and was told that a child had gotten cigarettes from the cigarette machine, then saw the cameras and brought it back. I got a free meal for it, and next time I'll get a free pizza. (Guilty conscience.) I called a day later, they answered, but they left the phone on the table until I hung up. That's how you treat customer trust; they can't even be honest.

Great shop! The catering at a wedding was canceled at short notice, and in no time at all we had pizzas, salads, fries, and more here, and the evening was saved! The pizza was also delicious :)

You order gyros with hollandaise gratin and you get gyros in tomato cream sauce, the meat wasn't cooked properly and the packaging wasn't closed properly so the sauce ended up in the bag and then in the car.

The second time half of it ended up in the trash and today for the third time you really hit the jackpot...half of the ingredients were missing in two dishes...the fries were the most disgusting I've ever been served, they were pure mush...and the bowl, how old was the egg actually? 3,4,5 days?? Yesterday we ordered from Pizza Cap for the first time and for the last time via Liferando. After the food was finally delivered after almost 2 hours, it arrived cold, of course, and the driver didn't seem to care at all. The lettuce from the wrap was soggy, it was supposed to be spicy, but it wasn't, the fries had no seasoning (not even salt), the hollandaise schnitzel was also for the barrel, the sauce had no taste, was so watery, as if it had been diluted with water, some of the tiramisu was still frozen.

Waited two hours for the food, then the order was canceled. Thanks for nothing.

We ordered the first masl yesterday evening but also the last time. Here's the reasoning. Ordered 1x Calzone 1x America and a prawn salad. The phone said delivery would take 50 minutes. After 50 minutes I called the second time, the answer was the driver was out. After another 27 minutes I called 3 times and said the driver would be there in a minute. The driver didn't come until another 8 minutes later. Only 3 drivers had to say it wasn't my problem. Now the big bad. The salad was lukewarm because the time on the pizza that was still hot at the beginning made a salad that was warm and disgusting. The two pizzas were both cold. It was a disgrace to expect a customer. The salad and the two pizzas went into the trash can. I have no idea what the driver did for over 35 minutes. I put the drive in 7 minutes. So the pizza couldn't arrive hot or warm. Never again.

Ordered for the 3rd time today. Simply great. You call and receive friendly advice. The delivery time was OK, we also live far away. All 2 pizzas, the pizza ring and the pasta were all as ordered. The pizza tastes... well, do you know that? Craving for a pizza?? You open the box, the look is fine. You shoot a piece... And just think...ooorrr yes, that's it and start spatulating. One more piece. Another piece...it's exactly that kind of thing. We also ordered a pizza ring? So stuffed pizza rolls. These are an actual ring in the pictures, ours looked more like a croissant. Of course, as a ring you don't have any end pieces. But can I live with it? I can only recommend the store. Pizza 5 stars 👍👍👍👍👍 Great service, acceptable delivery time.... Gladly again

So first of all: you can eat there, there are three tables, but actually it's more like ordering and having it delivered or ordering and picking up. I ordered on site and took it with me straight away. Everything fresh, with changes to the ingredients if desired (without pepperoni). The food is really delicious and the price is also great. The selection is very large. The employees are super friendly. There's nothing to complain about! Very very good!

Unfortunately the burger wasn't good, there was hardly any taste and the salad on it wasn't good either and the bread wasn't cooked through. Fries were all cold and almost no salt. Pizza and the gyros were ok. The wrap is a matter of taste. First and last time ordered

The order doesn't arrive and people lie on the phone saying that the app is wrong but the app is advertised so that you have to wait for an hour and then find out that it hasn't been delivered. It's a joke. 1 star is still too much

Just disrespectful. We ordered for delivery at 9:20 p.m. (They're open until 10:30 p.m.) He called back today on September 2nd, 2024 and said the boss no longer wanted people to deliver to us because we weren't in Heinsberg City?! Previously it said only order value from 15€, but we ordered for just under 17€, according to the app minimum order value is 9.90€. When he was made aware of it, he said a minimum order value of €20? I think the man just doesn't feel like doing his job! What a disgrace! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

To date I have always been satisfied with my order and a prompt delivery announcement! Unfortunately you can't handle criticism and back!!!! I was told today that it would take about 40 minutes! After 90 minutes the driver finally came with a lukewarm pizza 😡which of course I didn't accept! We were moving and were hungry. Ordering something on a Sunday evening means waiting everywhere. No matter, we wanted to have the pizza delivery service come to us. Pizza Cab in Heinsberg does not charge a surcharge, even though the distance is 5 km. Instead of two individual ones, we decided on the XXL version for €18.80. The waiting time should be 1 hour. Enough time to look at the reviews. Then I just thought, oh no. If only I had done that before. But now it was too late and I almost became a diva because of my hunger. After 55 minutes, earlier than expected, the yellow speedster was at the door. The driver was very friendly and opened the box, which was still steaming and smelled wonderful. The part was huge and I was very pleasantly surprised. I don't know if I've ever had a pizza with so many toppings. The taste was excellent, I really didn't expect that. Anyone who complains that a delivery pizza is no longer crispy has to sit down in the restaurant. A huge compliment and thank you from me for this great service! Definitely recommended at any time. And no, I am not paid for this review.

By far I had the worst delivery experience I have ever had in my life. I asked for plastic cutlery when ordering and ended the call. Shortly afterwards I was called back and asked again if I needed cutlery, which I said yes. After a while the delivery person came and when I saw him through the window I went straight to him. When I got there I could just see how the food delivery person was sorting my salad, which was spread out on the newspaper-lined floor in his trunk, back into the salad bowl with his fingers. Accidents happen, but why does he have to use his fingers to put my food back into the bowl after it accidentally spilled out during transport? Disgusting... I asked the driver where my cutlery would be and he responded by calling the company to find out what happened. The driver was asked to give me his phone so I could talk to them. Quote "I don't know who you spoke to (there are a maximum of 3-4 people working there), but we don't have any cutlery at all." End of quote Are you serious????? In addition, the order did not arrive correctly, things that were ordered were missing So all I can say is that it was the first and last time I ordered there! I can only advise everyone not to order there!!!!

I ordered Ring Fire with extra olives for personal pickup. My husband picked up the order. At home it turned out that I had been given Ring Beef. After a telephone conversation, it was agreed that they would make me the one I needed. When he came for the second time, he was given Beef again, telling him that this was what he had ordered. The order clearly includes Fire with chicken and completely different products. This is not the first time our order is wrong or incomplete. That's why it's high time to say goodbye to this pizzeria... I do not recommend!!!

Actually, everything else is always great, but there are deductions when it comes to delivery because the homemade dressing was missing from the farmer's salad, so I had to make the sauce myself and also paid a tip.

Just received our food and nothing resembles what we ordered in the slightest! My hot dog pizza is a margherita with sausage slices. The Danish sauce, gherkins and fried onions are missing! The Pizza Cab Ring is not a ring, but the more expensive version of pizza rolls! The “homemade” tiramisu was still frozen when it arrived here! Of course, when I tried to call there, no one could be reached. The delivery time of over an hour exceeded the opening times. That was the last time!

Essen okay, der Service ist katastrophal und es werden immer einzelne Sachen bei der Lieferung vergessen, die Lieferung dauert extrem lange, vom Chef aus wurde angeordnet auch noch die Lieferkosten zu zahlen, obwohl in der App der Mindestbestellwert erreicht wurde und die Lieferung lieferkostenfrei ist. Nicht zu empfehlen und zu teuer..

I don't know what the others have. When I order from Pizzacab everything is always fine, the food was rarely late and sometimes it came early. Pizzacab has delivered to me early more often than late👍. The food is not a 5 star restaurant but definitely okay👍

Mehrfach bestellt, immer soweit zufrieden gewesen. Lieferung meist deutlich schneller als angegeben - idR ist das Essen ne halbe Stunde nach Bestellung über die eigene Website da. Pizza super lecker. Von den Salaten würde ich aber eher abraten.

Heute "Pennete Bombay" bestellt. Leider wurde scheinbar in den letzten 2 Wochen die Rezeptur bzw. die Sauce geändert. Vorher meine absolute Top Empfehlung was ein Nudelgericht im Kreis Heinsberg betrifft. Jetzt leider nichtmehr so gut. Ich hoffe das wird wieder geändert in Zukunft. Einem Versuch werde ich wohl nochmal wagen. Naja immerhin war alles sehr warm und die Lieferung wie gewohnt schnell. Deswegen leider nur 3 Sterne.

egal ob Pizza, Pasta, Burger oder chinesisch es schmeckt einfach immer lecker. Die Gerichte kommen heiß an und die Lieferung ist immer schneller als geplant. Die Lieferanten sind immer sehr freundlich.

Pizza Cup liefert super Essen ,kommt auch immer pünktlich und heiss an .Haben heute wieder bestellt und große heiße Portionen bekommen freundlicher Service.Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen haben schon oft bestellt und waren IMMER zufrieden .

Enttäuschend. Was soll das?? Wir haben für mehrere Leute bestellt... Gyros war kalt und ekelig... genauso wie die Pasta... Pizzaring hatte mehr Käse als irgendwas anderes... Pizzen in Ordnung, ist ja eine Pizzeria aber Essen kam 45 min zu spät.. Letztes Jahr kam es ja 45 min nach dem Telefonat. Fazit: Alles andere im Menü vermeiden wenn möglich, da Pizza in Ordnung ist.

Pizza Cab bietet eine große Essensauswahl, weswegen ich mir Gebratene Nudeln mit Sojakeimen bestellt habe. Und ich muss sagen, manche Sachen sollte man dann doch nicht bei einer Pizzeria bestellen. Die Nudeln waren voll mit einer ziemlich pikanten Sauce, die den kompletten Geschmack eingenommen hat. So schmeckten Nudeln, Gemüse und Fleisch komplett gleich..und die Sojakeimen suche ich noch immer vergebens. Pizza und Pizzabrötchen von meinem Freund hingegen waren wie man es von einer Pizzeria gewohnt ist.

lieferzeit sehr gut aber ich schreibe ohne brocoli und ohne sahne sauce bei nudeln aber trotzdem machen die es rein und die nudeln sind echt kalt

Haben das erste mal dort bestellt. Die bestellten Pizza waren in Ordnung und haben geschmeckt. Lieferzeit hat gepasst. Wenn man bei der Bestellung nicht drauf achtet gibt es nur eine 23cm Pizza.... Ein Punkt Abzug da durch die Größe der einfachen 23cm Pizza Preis/Leistung nicht ganz für mich stimmt. Ein Urteil über die anderen Produkten kann ich mir nicht erlauben.

Sehr freundliche und höfliche Mitarbeiter. Es wurde sich an Terminangaben gehalten und die Pizzen waren mega lecker.

Gistern haben die alles gemacht das ich mein essen warm bekommen, sehr freundlich am handy und besorger auch sehr freundliche! 1 jahre alt : Beim anfang stand lieferzeit 60 min, waren aber in 35 minuten dar! Fahrer sehr freundlich und essen hat gut gesmeckt. Fur uns ein gutte erfarhung heute.

Gyros Cheese Frise extra scharf bestellt, leider nichts von der Schärfe gespürt es muss mehr darauf. Jedoch müssen wir die Schinkenpizza loben, die Haare waren geil.

Ich habe jetzt schon öfter Pizza (Pizza Greece) und Gyros mit Pommes bestellt. Die Pizza ist wirklich sehr lecker allerdings sind die Pommes nie kross sondern immer sehr weich und ungewürzt. Gestern habe ich zum ersten mal Spagetti Carbonara bestellt und ich bereue es! 6,40€ (Mittagsangebot) für nicht essbares Essen. Die Sahne Sauce hat so geschmeckt, als hätte man die Sahne für eine Minute erwärmt und fertig, ohne gewürze ohne alles man hat also nur die Sahne pur geschmeckt! Schade ums Geld. Dazu kam das Essen 15 Minuten zu spät.

Überbacken war ganz lecker aber die Pommes sind jedes Mal viel zu weich und schmecken einfach gar nicht. Lieferzeit war ok

2tes mal in folge die extra Bestellung vergessen und dieses mal noch, nicht gewünschte champignons extra auf die Pizza gemacht. Also alles falsch gemacht was geht

Wir haben gestern das erste Mal bei dem Lieferdienst bestellt. Das Essen kam schnell, war noch heiss und den Kindern hat es geschmeckt. Ich habe einen wirklich sehr robusten Magen. Aber nach der Thunfischpizza hat dieser so gar nicht mehr mitgemacht. Mir war die halbe Nacht schlecht und ich hatte Magenschmerzen. Sehr untypisch für meinen Magen. Leider kann ich somit nicht mehr als 2 Sterne vergeben. Wir werden dort definitiv nicht mehr bestellen.

Lieferzeit: 15 min schneller als angegeben Das Essen war noch heiß und geschmacklich wie immer Top! Bisher habe ich keine schlechten Erfahrungen mit Pizza Cab gehabt und bestelle dort sehr gerne. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war ab und zu sehr lecker, aber leider haben die sich dazu entschieden nicht mehr in meinem Wohngebiet zuliefern was ich sehr schade finde. Außerdem war das Essen manchmal etwas verbrannt und schlecht belegt.

Hab heute das erste mal bestellt, hatte penne gyros, war wirklich schnell geliefert, war richtig heiß das wichtigste aber ist es war sehr lecker.
