I ordered there again today for the second time and unfortunately there was less or almost no sauce on the pizza today :( and it could have been baked for a moment longer... Especially for the price you should at least expect a little more, the pizza there used to be really tasty... Otherwise, delivery on time and very nice!

Food came on time, but everything was already cold and the pizza rolls were super greasy! The box was soaked with grease, really disgusting. The delivery man didn't have any change on his person, even though I said I would pay 50 euros (it was also on his receipt), so he had to go back to the car. The food was already cold anyway, so we can wait a little longer.... never order there again :(

- DISGUSTING!!! - I would probably have been happier to swallow the overpriced price in 5 cent coins. I didn't know until now that fries, sweet potato fries, chicken strips and wedges can all be burnt and still soggy. Unless this is a pure money laundering shop, I can't understand how they can prepare such poor and inedible food. Even looking at the pictures of the pizzas makes me want to vomit, unfortunately I saw it too late... Definitely avoid ☝️🤢

I ordered 70 minutes before closing time and paid online. After 2 hours I still didn't get my food and went to the store in person. There was no one there. Luckily Lieferando support is top, order canceled, money back. It's a shame that I have to write this about my former regular pizza shop. I wanted to give you another chance after a long time. Unfortunately, this time the order didn't arrive at all instead of after 1.5 hours.

Until recently, we had almost always had good experiences with Pizza Bulls Spandau. Until now, we have always turned a blind eye to slightly longer delivery times. But today, after more than 2 hours and 10 minutes of waiting, I've tried calling there about 10 times. Without success. No one answers or the call is dropped. This delivery service has lost us as customers.

I ordered 2 salads & 1 pizza. Unfortunately the pizza looks unappetizing and smells burnt. The salads for 9.90/10.90 were an absolute disgrace, in the salad (both salads) there were 2 halved cocktail tomatoes, 1 slice of cucumber halved... a handful of salad, mostly meat that was cold and not properly fried. That's actually pretty bold to deliver something like that. 1st and last time ordered.

Since the new owner came in on April 1st, 2024, the store has improved dramatically. I'm really very satisfied because I've been ordering there often since then and the prices are super cheap compared to others. Try it out people, the best pizza is there!!!

I think the food is really tasty, I ordered paste and Pizza Tono, the staff is really friendly since it was changed on April 1st, 2024, I'm very satisfied, I'll keep ordering like this.

At 3:13 p.m. we ordered an XXL savings menu with 2x burgers, 2x wraps, 2x sweet potato fries and 2 drinks. After 1 1/2 hours the food finally arrived. The burgers were cold, the bun of one of the burgers was half burnt. Instead of sweet potato fries, we got wedges that were almost cold and limp. I then called Burgerbulls and informed them about it. The employee apologized that they had a lot to do and said that he would send replacement burgers and nuggets (as a replacement for the wedges) and that he would send an ice cream or muffin or something similar as compensation. When after an hour there was still nothing, I called again and asked and they just apologized again, saying they were so busy and said that the food would be sent out soon. 1 hour later there was still nothing there. Then my friend called there and they apologized again with the words "we really have a lot to do" and again they said that the food was on its way to us and that a large bottle of Coke would be sent along as compensation. It's 9:00 p.m. and our replacement food still hasn't arrived. A complaint was written to Lieferando.

I just received our order and ordered an extra dip (herb butter) for €1.50 and received a knife-sized portion for €1.50. I think it's a blatant cheek. The food tasted good so far, but the herb butter just finished it off for me.

And zero points is a bit much, the burger is cold and dry, the fries are a disaster. I've almost never eaten so badly.

Beware of fraud...claiming that you can't deliver and don't have any goods...getting your money back is a struggle...then why is the store still open and taking orders?

I'm sad to say that I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Pizza & Burger Bulls. I placed an order over two hours ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. This is unacceptable, especially because for the past hour I have repeatedly seen on my order status page that delivery will be "soon". These repeated promises have proven completely unreliable. To make matters worse, when I call to inquire, I only get vague answers and am told that the order will arrive "soon." The problem is that "coming soon" obviously means to the store that they repeat this excuse every 20 minutes without actually making a clear statement about when my order will arrive. As a long-time customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. It is obvious that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Pizza & Burger Bulls. I will definitely place my future orders elsewhere and unfortunately I cannot recommend this service. It's a shame that a company that was once reliable is now failing in such a disappointing way. 1 out of 5 stars

If you don't feel like delivering, you shouldn't do it!!! It has happened several times now that food came late or something like today NOT AT ALL!!! And when someone finally comes, already late anyway, we also make private video calls! Nobody answers the phone! The food is okay, we always liked ordering because of the surprise children's menus, but that was definitely our last order! Absolutely NOT recommended.

Money in Mühl, I ordered pizza with cheese rank but without it. Everything burned, the dough in the pizza rolls wasn't baked. Big disappointment.

Carbonara pasta was just cheese pasta and had absolutely nothing to do with carbonara. I also ordered Pizza Balls Ham Pineapple Only the pineapple was missing 👍 So unfortunately not as ordered Burger was okay so far ✅

Nach 1,5 Stunden immernoch kein Essen da!!!!!! Und ans Telefon geht auch niemand. Null Sterne!!!!!
