Unfortunately, we received the wrong order, and the pizza was quite dry. We can't rate the rest because it never arrived. No one is available by phone to resolve the issue quickly. Too bad. We won't order from you again. 😕

Finally, a GOOD pizza place to order from!! We ordered – the food came super quickly (within 30 minutes), was hot, very tasty, and there weren't any Zero-Drink options, so we chose a regular Coke and wrote in the "Wishes" box that we'd like a Zero-Drink or Diet Coke if possible. We got a Zero-Drink Coke. It was amazing, we'll order again.

Last meal was only lukewarm, the delivery man was terrible and unfriendly!

The pizzas are delicious. I would definitely recommend it.

I can wholeheartedly recommend "Friedrich Frisch" in Hellersdorf. The food arrives piping hot with every order and consistently tastes great. The staff are really friendly and responsive to individual customer requests. My wife (and I) were delighted with the personalized birthday greetings in the pizza box! Customer service is still a top priority here, and you can tell the guys are passionate about what they do. Keep up the good work! You're really awesome...

Nice place in a quiet area in Berlin, Staff are amazing specially Markus Domin he is a great person he helped us and offered us coffee and free drinks. Thanks for the Stuff. I wrote the above review from yesterday experience and I am editing it today because I visit the restaurant again and those guys in the photo they keep amazed me with their kindness and hospitality and generosity. I never advise on my reviews to visit any place but for this one I really advise every Berliners to try it out. Thanks again to those brilliant guys.

What a shame €80 wasted. This was our first and last time ordering from there. The quality and taste were terrible. Cold burgers, some of the patties were still raw. And for €12 a burger, I expect quality. Any kebab shop makes better burgers. I can't recommend the pizza either. The only professional thing about this order was the polite delivery guy. But luckily, there are plenty of other providers that deliver better quality. If you want to treat yourself. A real shame

Ordered a classic burger, but the patty was raw, even if it doesn't look that great in the picture, you can't eat it. Best to give it no stars. Ordered a rosti with it, which was soggy. The order made at 2 p.m. unfortunately arrived 15 minutes early. The pizza, burgers and wraps were unfortunately cold and looked as good as they tasted, namely as if they had already been topped the night before. Everything was sticky and not very inviting, what a shame!

Great service! I ordered just before closing time (I didn't know), and I got a call apologizing for the delay. He insisted on sending everyone home and handling the delivery himself! So, once again, a huge thank you and apologies to the young man with brown hair!

Delivery took 1 hour and 24 minutes, even though the delivery time was stated as 30 minutes. All the dishes were cold, so cold. Unfortunately, the worst delivery service in a long time. Will definitely not order again. 0/10, definitely!

Today I ordered something from Too Good Too Go worth €13 per dish, three times in total. I ordered something a few weeks ago, and I was very satisfied. But today it was a complete disaster. We got three pizza margaritas with dumplings on top. This pizza isn't even available in the range. It tasted absolutely terrible. It didn't look particularly appetizing either. And each pizza was definitely not worth €13.

So this time the delivery was a disgrace. My husband and I ordered on Saturday at 7:19 p.m. and the email said the food would be delivered within 30 minutes. In the order history it said that the food was being prepared, this time felt like 20 minutes to 0 minutes. I then called the store and asked when the food would be coming, and the lady told me that the driver would be coming soon (it was already after 8 p.m.). When I brought up the topic of technology, all they said was that it's just technology. There was no apology for the delay either. Ultimately the food arrived at 8:50 p.m., which is a disgrace. I asked the driver about a discount and was told I had to clarify that with the boss. And the pizzas were still cold. We're not ordering from Freddy anymore! It's a shame because there were never any problems.

Unfortunately I can't add a photo here. Just ordered two burgers for 26 euros. Guys, bacon is fried, not served raw. You fry meat or frozen patties so that it is not just gray. Cold, soggy, not even cheese on it. I've been through a lot, but I've never come across such crap. The pizza was great last time, but you should take burgers off the menu. That's a mess for the money. Never again and be glad I didn't bring the food over in person.

I've ordered from Freddy's many times and it's always been very tasty What I'm really disappointed about at the moment is that the wrong thing was delivered in the last two orders, and on the phone they said they could deliver it later but it would cost because it says so on their receipt. But on my app receipt is what I ordered! I find that very cheeky and makes me think about not ordering from there anymore, unfortunately. Very unfortunate

Ordered Pizza Atlanta and Pizza Vienna today and was disappointed in every respect. Pizza with few toppings and very dry, you could have skipped the 3 drops of hollandaise completely. Base sauce appears to have been applied with a brush. Little meat on the Vienna pizza, but a lot of onions. Price-performance ratio is not justified at all. In addition, the pizzas arrived almost cold. I used to order regularly from another store and never had such complaints.

Unfortunately, since the change of ownership, the same quality has not been achieved as before. Today I ordered a Summer Dream pizza with burrata - especially because of the burrata. Unfortunately it was still half frozen, you could only scrape off the outer layer and eat it, but of course it didn't taste good. It's a shame and just too expensive.

Sorry I have to say it like that... We last ordered there 2 years ago... It was a failure! Let's give it another chance was our thought. The impression was that a Dr. Oetker TK Pizza. To be honest, waiting 1 hour and 15-30 minutes for your food, even though it's a 3-5 minute journey, is really crazy... Food is always delicious, but if it continues like this the place will close. Very unfortunate

I ordered rösti sticks twice and potato wedges came twice. Then I called FREDDY FRESH and asked if there was an error. He said, "There were no rösti sticks so we delivered you potato wedges." I think it's a real shame otherwise I'll always get a call if something's missing. This time the food was nothing but satisfactory... Freddy Fresh was always the number 1 pizza supplier for me and my family.

Frisch und unglaublich Lecker! Pizza Palermo Freddy mit extra Käse im Rand. Sehr höfliche und Kundenorientierte Bedienung. Die Fertigstellung meiner Pizza verzögerte sich um wenige Minuten (3), ich wurde rechtzeitig darüber informiert und bekam sogar zwei Knicklose als Entschädigung. Ein Los war eine Niete, dass zweite aber eine gratis Pizza! Ich werde euch sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten die Camembert Donuts und die Pizzas Atlanta/ 4 Seasons Es kam pünktlich, heiss und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt

Eigentlich gute liefer Pizza. Immer sehr schnelle Lieferung, kommt warm an und schmeckt. Leider hat die Qualität ein wenig nachgelassen in letzter Zeit. Bestellungen werden falsch geliefert (S statt M) oder es werden Pesto beutel vergessen zur Pizza die mit 2 Beuteln kommt (Venedig)). Und bitte macht was mit dem Pesto, das war mal im einiges besser, jetzt ist es viel, viel öliger als vorher, so dass man erstmal nen halben Esslöffel pures Öl auf die Pizza kippt :(. Ansonsten ist Freddy immernocj eine meiner Nummer 1 Pizza Services!

Die Salamipizza war super. Der Burger sowie die Hot Dog Pizza leider eher nicht. Auch wurde mein Wunsch mit rohen Zwiebeln leider nicht beachtet, dies führt aber zu keiner Abwertung, da es nur optional war. Dafür war die Lieferung super schnell und das Essen warm. Geschmacklich insgesamt i. O., für die Preise hätte ich aber mehr erwartet, gerade bei der Hot-Dog-Pizza. Die Konkurrenz liefert hier leider besser ab. Wir probieren es aber gern irgendwann nochmal mit der Salami-Pizza.
