We had a truly pleasant experience at the restaurant today. When my son took two slices of pizza from the counter and tripped on his way to his seat, one of the slices unfortunately fell to the floor. He was, of course, very upset, but the staff reacted immediately and with great understanding. Without hesitation, the management offered to replace the fallen slice free of charge. This uncomplicated and kind gesture was very much appreciated and demonstrates how customer-oriented and helpful the staff is. A big thank you to the entire team for their friendliness and goodwill – moments like these make a visit particularly enjoyable and leave a lasting positive impression. We will definitely be back!

The pizza was completely raw and the staff were rude.

You have to like the concept. Self-service and the fact that the pizza is pre-made and just heated up. A pizza from an Italian restaurant is something else entirely. But still quite good. The service could be better. The ambiance could also be improved, since the entrance is in the gas station convenience store.

The pizzas were delicious, but the service wasn't great, and there was unfortunately a language barrier. But otherwise, good. 4/5 stars.

I always enjoy going there. The pizza is delicious, and there's no wait at all. The prices are reasonable, too.

We are completely satisfied with the selection and quality of the food on offer. If you have special requests or want something fresh, they will accommodate them and prepare it fresh. The staff are polite and competent. The ambiance is actually quite good, but after a certain time, they close to visitors overnight. This means you have to take your food with you and eat it on the go or at home.

The three of us wanted to eat at Pizza Bob. While parking, I drove over the parking space and got stuck. The Pizza Bob crew immediately helped us and pulled me back. I wanted to thank the crew financially, but they declined. What great service! Thank you so much!!! Then we ate a delicious pizza.

I've been there two Sundays now and I feel a little ripped off. The first time, I got home and realized that although I was charged 100%, they only packed about 60%. It can happen sometimes, and I didn't see any malicious intent, but just a moment ago my son wanted to buy the "5 Kaiser rolls for €1.99" offer, and the clerk insisted on €3. In the meantime, I paid for my gas at another cash register and decided not to argue due to time constraints. But when a 9-year-old is being ripped off, and you've already had a bad experience on your previous visit, I have no choice but to write a negative review.

One of the worst pizzerias in Kirchheim, the pizza tasted better when warmed up, so it's worth getting a frozen pizza for the money. The ambiance isn't nice either, it's located on a main road in a gas station.

As an American, I'm not used to a good bakery being in a gas station however, the pizza pretzel was super good and I highly recommend getting a good road snack here!

I would especially like to confirm the impression of the previous review. I also had a pizza with arugula yesterday, and my arugula was shriveled up because it had been in the oven with it! That's not the point and it's unprofessional! It doesn't taste good. Pizza Athens, for example, tastes good, as do others. However, they are often a bit dry with little sauce or topping - depending on the variety. Please try pizzas from well-reviewed Italian restaurants and learn from them. The prices are also too high for a fast-food restaurant, as they are at restaurant level. Therefore, I rarely go there anymore.

Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet is currently no longer available. Hence the few stars.

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. I used to love going there but things aren't working there at the moment. Last Pizza Rucola was very bad, Rucola and Grana Padano should be put on the pizza after it has been warmed up but the waitress puts it in the oven and is unreasonable and rude when I said that they don't do it that way. Baker for breakfast is great though.

The staff is nice and works quickly, but the pizzas are quite thin and the taste is not very good. Still, the price is good and if you're hungry it's worth it.

The biggest FUCK there is! Was there tonight and took a tomato-mozzarella panini with pesto and rocket. In the end I got a panini that was just smeared with butter!! There was neither pesto nor rocket on it, for what please I pay €4.70 if you rip people off!

Unfortunately disappointing We were really looking forward to a good pizza, but unfortunately the visit was anything but pleasant. When we asked if we could pack the remaining pizza, the waitress without a word slammed empty boxes onto the table and simply walked away. That was really rude and ruined the impression. To make matters worse, my companion felt really bad afterwards - gastrointestinal problems that have been going on for three days. When you then see that the pizza slices are pre-baked and simply left there until they are sold, it doesn't really come as a surprise. Too bad! You could really do more with it. Dear team, a little more friendliness and freshness would make a big difference.

Rarely have I experienced such a perfect combination of crispy base, fresh ingredients and spicy sauce at an Italian restaurant. Every bite tastes of quality and passion for real Italian craftsmanship. No matter whether it's a classic Margherita or an unusual special pizza - every order here is a pleasure. After a short coffee break while passing through to refuel, I was really surprised by this great shop and the great offers in the adjacent snack bar. Perfect, keep it up 👍

The breakfast is pretty well stocked with almost everything you need for a good breakfast. The coffee is good, but the eggs are hard from being kept warm. You can recommend it at any time and the price is very good.

Really cool that such a concept exists. It's just a shame that the employees aren't motivated or only bake fresh pizzas for people they know. There is a woman working there who is great! Friendly, motivated and simply bakes deliciously! Unfortunately the gentleman is unfriendly, you almost feel uncomfortable ordering anything at all. There are 5 stars for the woman. Not even one for the man. Because he was able to bake the group a fresh pizza right after us, but not us.

Pizzas taste okay, but they're pretty expensive. You'd rather go to a pizzeria for that money. You can sit there comfortably inside and outside. Usually service is quick and there are a few pizzas to choose from. There is enough parking space.

The staff and service are at a very good level, I was personally pleased that there are Spanish-speaking staff since I don’t speak German.
