Preparing orders takes more than 90 minutes. I ordered twice from here and always have to wait too long

Very good pizza and friendly service

The food that i ordered took more than 2:30hrs to be delivered and on top of that it was not even good ………. Never getting food from this place again!

After waiting for 1.5 hours, we called and asked about our order, but they hadn't even started cooking it yet. They told us we'd have to wait at least another 30 minutes. We called again after 30 minutes and were told our food would be on the next delivery, so we waited another 30 minutes. They didn't accommodate us financially; we were given a pizza and a drink as compensation. When the food finally arrived after 2.5 hours, it was lukewarm, and the tortellini were still cold inside, meaning they weren't cooked through, and they were also tasteless. The pizzas were okay, and the burger was okay.

I ordered pizzas from Wollt and they were a disaster. The salami pizza had a plastic crust that you're supposed to remove and throw away before baking, but unfortunately, the pizza maker clearly has no idea how to handle food. On top of that, the pizzas were so incredibly salty they were inedible. One star is already too generous for what I received.

I order food often and find it simply delicious, and they don't skimp on it. I would eat there again and again.

Ordered online, was supposed to arrive in 20 to 30 minutes, but it didn't arrive for over an hour, even though we live only 2 kilometers away. When we asked, all we got was, "Sorry, I was shopping." Absolutely no-go. The food was lukewarm, the pizza wasn't the size I ordered, and it was dry. The spaghetti carbonara tasted like nothing. Once, never again.

Every now and then we get the Party Pizza takeout, which we find excellent in this category. Let's be clear: it's an unpretentious pizza. But it offers exactly what you'd expect, given the price and the photos: a foreign takeout pizza. Plus, the ingredients are decent, including the dough, which is well-made and leaves nothing to be desired. I appreciate the honesty of this place: no false promises of Neapolitan pizza with gourmet ingredients, overpriced, only to be terrible. Instead, they offer affordable prices and a pizza that's easier to digest than others that attempt to copy the original and leave you feeling bloated for three days. So I think it's fair to praise Arivato for giving you exactly what it promises (a generic, yet delicious and edible pizza) at the right price.

I have ordered pizza several times now and each time it has been a smooth process from ordering to delivery. Ordering has always gone smoothly and special requests are taken into account. The delivery usually comes earlier than stated and the food is always still hot. In terms of taste, the pizzas are great, not too overwhelming but well topped, the base is thin and crispy. The drivers are all friendly and accommodating. I enjoy ordering from there and will continue to do so.

Have ordered many times and have never been disappointed. If it actually took longer, there was even a dessert on the house. The lasagna is really gigantic. If Lieferando doesn't work, you can also do it quickly and friendly over the phone

Too bad!!! The food is swimming in fat that makes you sick, cheap ingredients for an expensive price, I'm happy to pay more but it's cheap and nothing like that... Which seafood do you use please? It smells extremely unpleasant and I can't say anything more!

The food is really tasty, especially you can tell that everything is made fresh. Delivery time was more than on time. I will always order from them. I can only recommend it!

I would put 0 stars if possible. Absolutely the worst pizzas I ever had, the pizzas where soggy, poorly made and you could tell they where in a rush cuz they didn'T hit the center of the pizza a single time when cutting it. We order garlic bread, and the only thing we got was a pizza with some tomato sauce and carlic on top, not even properly cook. Disappointment is an understatement

I only had an hour and was looking for somewhere to grab a quick pizza on site. And it was perfect. Very nice guys and delicious pizza. You can tell that Ari has worked as a pizza chef in various pizzerias for 13 years. The pizza was very tasty. It is primarily a delivery service/snack bar with 3 tables where you can also eat on site. If you're looking for a real pizzeria with an Italian atmosphere here, you're in the wrong place. But the pizza could definitely be served in a pizzeria. It was perfect for me for a quick and uncomplicated meal with little time.

The pizza is good. The drivers who deliver the pizza are very unfriendly, usually don't have change with them and if you complain about it, the delivery will be refused. You could also instruct your drivers better. Better not to order!

Our pizzas arrived on time and hot. The taste is very balanced and not overpowering. The taste of the olives, the salami, the ham, etc. could be tasted. Thank you very much! From ordering to delivery, everything went particularly smoothly and there was also time to wish you a nice Sunday and bon appetit.

I ordered carbonara and unfortunately received a cream and herb mixture. Italian is different... But the pizza is really great and the price-performance ratio is also right The store really has potential as the area lacks a really good delivery service. With a little more love in the furnishings and concentrating on just a few good dishes, it will definitely be something!

My experience with Arivato on New Year's Eve was extremely frustrating, and unfortunately the disappointment doesn't stop there. Despite spending 50 euros on an order (Liferando #IZTLAG) that was marked as delivered on December 31st but never arrived, I have not yet received a refund. Not only did Arivato fail to provide its service, but the lack of a refund or any communication on the matter increases the dissatisfaction. I tried contacting customer service but to no avail, leaving me without my order and no money. Transparency and accountability are essential in any business, and the current lack of both aspects in Arivato's service is concerning. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts Arivato to address these issues immediately. Best regards,

Auf meiner Pizza fehlten die bestellten Peperoni. Nach einem kurzen und sehr freundlichen Anruf ohne Diskussion bekam ich gleich eine neue Pizza, diesmal mit Peperoni geliefert. Toller Service. Selten im Vergleich zu anderen.

Pizza war schon fast kalt als sie geliefert wurde. Insgesamt hat sie auch nicht wirklich gut geschmeckt

Haben über Lieferando zwei Pizzen ins Hotel bestellt. Geschmacklich wie auch optisch, perfekt!! Sehr netter Lieferant und toller Service ….. gerne wieder !

Nettes Team, tolle Pizza. Wir holen immer selbst ab. Es schmeckt sehr gut, die Preise sind fair und das Team sehr freundlich. Man kann auch im Laden essen, es gibt hinten einige ruhige Tische mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Dort kann man sich seine Pizza usw. Schmecken lassen. Alles Inhalten ist es aber ein Lieferservice mit Verzehrmöglichlichkeit vor Ort, kein vollwertiges Restaurant. Ich kann die Jungs nur empfehlen, wurde nie enttäuscht.

Trotz „Werbung verboten“ am Briefkasten war ein Flyer von Pizza Arivato darin zu finden. Nein Danke Pizza Arivato, so bekommt man keine neuen Kunden.

Positiv: Die Pizzen sind sehr gut. Ansonsten leider komplette Katastrophe. Telefonische Bestellungen werden nie berücksichtigt, jedes Mal wird man überrascht angeguckt wenn man zur Abholung erscheint. Hier hätte man dem Kunden wenigstens ein Getränk für die Wartezeit anbieten können. Sonderwünsche (extra Käse, Knoblauch) auch kein einziges Mal berücksichtigt. Dann steht man bis zu 30 Minuten im Laden rum und wartet, obwohl doch vorbestellt. Da dachte ich, man tut dem Laden was Gutes, wenn man direkt bestellt. Klappt leider nicht, komplett überforderte Organisation. Vielleicht mit Lieferando nochmal probieren.

Nette kleine Pizzeria. Essen: Eine gute Auswahl sowie alle gängigen Pizzen werden angeboten. Wünsche, wie "ohne Zwiebeln" dafür mehr Käse o.ä. wird ohne weiteres umgesetzt. Teig war schön knusprig und nicht zu dick. Insgesamt lecker 😋. Preis / Leistung: top Ambiente: Sitzen und Essen ist vor Ort möglich. Inneneinrichtung ist jedoch einfach gehalten. Hauptaugenmerk liegt eher auf den "außer Haus" Verkauf. Für ein Dinner zu Zweit würde ich mir etwas anderes aussuchen.

Wir haben Pizzen zum Abholen bestellt. Ging super schnell und die Pizzen waren richtig lecker! Pizza Americana mit Chili Öl ist sehr zu empfehlen, einer der besten Pizzen die ich je hatte. Viel Belag und der Rand ist richtig knusprig und perfekt dünner Teig. Der Pizza-Bäcker war auch sehr sympathisch!

Ich habe eine Pizza Parma bestellt das Essen war top legendär garnicht wie bestellt.. die Verspätung haben sie erklärt warum höflich und zu vorkommend und haben es gleich wieder gut gemacht mit einem Getränk und was Süssem also wirklich top gerne wieder !

We dined in and enjoyed a lovely calzone and soda. Great dough and toppings, but too much arugula on the side, neither me nor my partner could finish it! We will certainly return to sample more of the menu here, very delicious.

Meine Pizzeria für den schnellen Hunger! Ist direkt in meiner Nachbarschaft daher hole, oder bestelle ich ca 1x die Woche dort Pizza, Pasta oder Salat. Kein Luxus aber Preis-Leistung immer top und geht schnell. Sind auch immer super freundlich dort

Bei mir gab es ein Missverständnis bei der Abholzeit, deshalb kam ich etwas zu spät. Obwohl ich zu spät kam, waren die Nudeln immer noch heiß und haben super gut geschmeckt. Daher kann ich die Pizzeria nur empfehlen!
