I ordered at 7 p.m., at 11 p.m. I still haven't paid for it via Paypal, no one answers the phone, according to the supplier, it was delivered at 7:37 p.m. I stood at the door from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and waited, no one came. I think it's an outrage. Goods paid for via PayPal and not delivered. I will demand it back from Paypal. This shouldn't happen. I will never order anything there again

So my friend's lasagne is quite good, but that's my review! 9€ for these 6 chicken wings with ready-made sauce is really steep. I can only recommend the pizza at Alina's. If you like a juicy and crispy pizza, this is the place for you. I usually eat the classic Tonno and have always been very satisfied. A little tip: The air in the shop is already borderline, so in my opinion you should. after more frequent or better ventilation.

The pizza from Pizza Alina was simply second to none! I have never had a better pizza anywhere. The dough was perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the topping was fresh and generous - a real highlight. The combination of juicy tomatoes, rich cheese and perfectly balanced spices exceeded every expectation. There was also a quick delivery which ensured that the pizza arrived hot and fresh. I would order from Pizza Alina again and again because the quality and taste are unique and a clear recommendation for all pizza fans!

A chance find, we always like to come back when we are passing through: easy to reach from the motorway. There is usually parking somewhere on the street or in a parking lot nearby. Recommendation: Pizza Capri. The pizza is really good when eaten directly.

We ordered food here on a Monday. 39€ for 3 pizzas. Delivery time was okay, quality and customer service were catastrophic The pizza toppings were not cut into bite-sized pieces and the sauce or meat tasted sour. There were also pieces of charcoal in the pizzas. When my friend complained, she was interrupted several times and when she repeated something, she was yelled at and misogynistic. When I noticed this and spoke to an employee, he became increasingly uncooperative and unfriendly. After several attempts on our part to reach an agreement, the employee in question simply ended the conversation without comment. Below you can see photos of one of the pizzas. We also suspect that the meat had expired and that is why the sour taste came about.

When I called the restaurant and asked what this was about, they seriously demanded that I pay for both dishes. The gentleman on the phone was very rude. I will no longer order from Alina and cannot recommend anyone else to do so. Unless you are a fan of receiving the wrong delivery, zero goodwill and extremely poor service. Addendum: It can't be that you wait a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes until the dish you ordered finally arrives and there isn't even an apology from the restaurant. Especially because, as I said on the phone, I was a regular customer and even gave the driver a tip on the first delivery. It's a disgrace to ask for the wrong dish back just to throw it away.

Hallo zusammen🙋🏼‍♂️ Also ich habe bisher (Zeitraum ca. 9 Monate) an eigentlich fast jedem Wochentag und zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten bei Pizza Alina bestellt. Leider muss ich euch mitteilen, dass der Lieferdienst in der Regel eine Stunde veranschlagt….egal zu welcher Uhrzeit oder Wochentag oder Feiertag… Die Angaben der Lieferzeit kommt in großem und ganzen ziemlich genau hin. Allerdings muss ich lobend erwähnen, dass die Pizzen/Pizzabrötchen immer heiß bzw. Heiß genug geliefert wurden…. Bezüglich Pasta, Schnitzel oder Pommes kann ich leider keine Aussage treffen, da ich diese Mahlzeiten nie bestellt habe… Bisher wurde auch nichts vergessen… Super Service und die Preise finde ich auch angemessen. Ich gebe beim Essen 4 Sterne, allerdings nur wegen meines persönlichen Geschmack-Empfindens…. Da ich bisher nicht in dem Lokal vor Ort gegessen hab, vergebe ich bei Ambiente keine Sterne. Zudem sollte noch erwähnt werden, dass die Pizzen in einem Holzofen gebacken werden, dabei kann es durchaus mal zu „verkohlten/angebrannten“ Teigrändern kommen…. Und wenn man eine labbrige Pizza möchte, dann kann man ja gerne zur Konkurrenz gehen und da bestellen…😅

Habe dann dort angerufen und die nette junge Dame an der Kasse bzw. am Telefon hat sich dann extrem gut und professionell um mich gekümmert. Sie haben mir die richtige Pizza dann kostenlos zugeschickt. Ich bin von so einem Service begeistert! Die Pizza war heiß und lecker! Kundenservice 10/10. Wenn's spät wird noch ein Lichtblick für was zu essen. Unterwegs Mal ne 0815 Pizza (Schinken) geholt, um das Essen zu testen, bevor man als letzte Möglichkeit was bestellt. Test mehr als gut bestanden, Pizza war lecker, Preis ok. Der nächstem "Nacht"Bestellung steht also nix im Wege :(
