I ordered. It was very tasty and it arrived very quickly but unfortunately the delivery person didn't have any change.

I ordered online from Lieferando with delivery after seeing the long time I would have had to wait for my order. I called them briefly and asked if I could pick it up locally. This was possible without any problems and shortened the waiting time. The bugs and fries were very good, the staff was also very friendly. I would only sit here in summer when the weather is good because the shop is really tiny.

I recently visited Pit's Burgers and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The fries were not fresh and quite soggy. The bun of my burger was dry, which significantly affected the enjoyment. To make matters worse, the coke was warm, which is really outrageous given the current prices. I hope that the store improves in the future, because unfortunately I can't recommend it.

Good burger, and good fries. I like the smash burgers. There are also Beyond meet options. Pome portions are really big and good. Loaded fries (with cheese sauce) are too much for me personally. Unfortunately you can't eat in the restaurant and it's only for pick-up. But I can definitely recommend it. Parking for pickup across the street.

The homemade burgers are incredibly tasty. The selection is large and there is certainly something for every taste. Absolutely within the price range. Food can also be delivered. Always delicious.

I used to be a big fan of PitBurger in Plüderhausen, but unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly over the years. In the early days, the burgers were really great – fresh, juicy and simply delicious. But now the business has slowed down considerably. The ingredients no longer seem as fresh, the burgers are often carelessly prepared, and the taste leaves a lot to be desired. The service has also decreased, which is probably due to the new employees. It's a shame, because PitBurger once had real potential, but unfortunately I can no longer recommend it.

Very rude driver, I just asked if he wasn't too early for my appointment, to which the answer was very rude. An explanation that he didn't have an appointment order was probably too simple. Instead, the bill was held in my face and asked "where does it say! Where does it say!". After checking my site, it turned out that the app probably hadn't taken care of it and so it wasn't its fault. My comment that he should be more friendly next time was responded to very loudly and aggressively. When I tried to explain myself because he wasn't polite, the driver responded with "I don't want to hear that." Nevertheless, he continued to insult in a non-German language, very, very rude and just plain rude. I hope there are other drivers who have more skills, the customer is not a king, but I think communication at eye level is appropriate and should be standard for everyone.

Food was good but unfortunately no card payment possible🤮 I came very hungry. But if you don't want to earn anything, I'll go eat somewhere else. The man at the checkout always looks grim. Well 🙈🙈🙈 too bad

We ordered for the first time and will order again. The delivery only took 20 minutes, the driver was very friendly, the food was warm, complete and tasty. 🙂👍

The service is terrible. They wanted to bring us food to the café, but never came. When asked, they were completely unfriendly. Just disrespectful! Not recommended sorry. The food is good, the service is the worst ever

Unfortunately, the food isn't as good as it used to be and unfortunately I've had cold fries and burgers several times.

Ordered straight forward via the website, delivery took a while, but still OK for Saturday evening. The Beyond Meat Burger and the side dishes were very tasty, I can fully recommend it!

The normal burgers are really good but unfortunately the chicken burger can't keep up with a Mc Chicken, the patty doesn't work at all..

Price-performance is definitely not right! We didn't notice any big difference in quality compared to the usual fast food chains! The service on site was also quite mediocre! The sweet potato fries for over €6 were very little and very soggy! In addition, none of the bearded colleagues were called Pit! So more of a kebab shop flair!!!!!

Waited over 2 hours for food, stated was 1 hour. This is absolutely not acceptable. Unfortunately, 1 star is too much for that. That was the last order at Pits Burger.

We had a cheeseburger, a chilli cheeseburger, a hamburger, a veggie burger and 2x fries with cheese. It only took 10 minutes. The burgers were very tasty, the fries were really crispy and very good too. We had different opinions about the cheese sauce. Everything cost 40 euros. We'll be back😁

Actually it was always good, ordered today for 4 people, over €80. The handmade patties were very, very dark, partly burnt black and bitter. Sorry, but if I pay over €14 for a burger, that's not possible. P.s. Delivery 1 hour and 15 min. for 7Km. 45-max 60 minutes were announced….

This isn't the first time I've ordered here. At the beginning when I ordered, 3 sauces came out of date. I thought okay, but then again, and when I recently ordered something worth €60, I almost poisoned myself and my family Then I had extreme stomach pains and had to throw up several times afterwards. Please look at the date of the meat next time!!!!

We received an order for €45 of cold ice cream. After asking in the restaurant over the phone, you were insulted and told that it couldn't be right, he was hearing that for the first time. Food is now exchanged after discussions. Total wait for food 1.5 hours. Demands for redress were ignored. It's a losing business anyway, I was told. Than I could help it that it's cold. I was also informed that I would be blocked from the restaurant on Lieferando because I complained. This was done immediately by the restaurant so that you couldn't leave a bad review on Lieferando. Just rude. You should be able to live with criticism.

Hammer essen und wenn man sich einen Burger mit mehr Gramm bestellt wie z.B. die 200g Burger ist Preis-Leistung wirklich gar nicht schlecht. Man kann nicht wirklich in den Laden rein sitzen aber hauptsächlich bestell ich nur.

Sehr unfreundlicher und aggressiver fahrer. Klingelt trotz geoffneter tuere mehrfach weiter sturm und zickt im aufzug/treppenhaus lautstark den kunde an, weil er weder kurz unten warten kann noch aufzug fahren will.

The food was ok, but way too overpriced if you want some extra meat on your burger 🍔 But if you just want the standard it isn’t so bad👍

Erstklassiges Essen. Die Auswahl ist so gestaltet, dass von A-Z für jeden etwas dabei ist. Ich kann nur jedem, der in der Nähe vorbeikommt empfehlen, hier zu essen.

Haben bisher immer das Lieferangebot in Anspruch genommen. Essen war bisher immer gut.

Top, super lecker, schnelle Lieferung obwohl wir nicht gerade ums Eck wohnen (mind. 20 min Anfahrt). Die burger sind absolut zu empfehlen, die Pommes sind auch mega lecker. Unser absoluter lieblingslieferdienst!!!!!!!

Wir hatten für 6 Personen eine Lieferung nach Hause bestellt. Wir mussten über 1,5 Stunden warten, bekamen aber trotzdem noch recht warme Speisen. Ich hatte den Beyond Meat Burger mit Pommes bestellt, wobei die Preise einigermaßen fair waren. Beides schmeckte okay, man bekommt aber bei jeder Fast Food Kette Ähnliches. Außerdem zu bemängeln war dass die Pommes in der Verpackung klebten.

Sehr leckere Burger und Fingerfood zu noch guten Preisen.

Obwohl Pits Burger nur 700m von mir entfernt ist, war der Burger und die Pommes schon sehr kalt. Der Burger wäre ansonsten Top gewesen.

Immer wieder gerne. Man muss Zeit einplanen aber dafür alles frisch und lecker 😋 Nur zum empfehlen.
