The food is really very tasty. I've ordered from there many times and will do so again.

We waited 2.5 hours, the delivery person didn't have any change, the pizza was stuffed into the box and was half burned. By far the worst service that even 1 star is too much. Is not recommended.

I've ordered to pick up from Pinochio several times, each time quickly and easily. The pizza is highly recommended, very good (especially with a cheese crust). Each dish comes with a free small salad

Ordered for the first time and also the last time. Delivery was quicker than expected and the driver was friendly. That's the only good thing. But the pizza... there was such an exaggerated smell of garlic that was apparently in the tomato sauce and also the dough wasn't baked through. Pizza was not edible because it only tasted like garlic, no extra garlic or anything else was ordered. The salad was 80% just peppers.

I used to work there, I can only warmly recommend that everyone not order there. The reason for this is solely due to hygiene. - The kitchen was extremely unclean -There was no soap to wash your hands, i.e. the cooks prepared the food with unwashed hands. - You searched in vain for gloves or disinfectants. -The fact that the entire production is kept as cheap as possible, that savings are made at every turn and that the health of the customers is put at risk is simply unacceptable.

I don't recommend this place at all

Friendly delivery service and good pizza for the pricing. Nothing to complain about. Would recommend!

The delivery took place on time via Lieferando. The Pinocchio pizza was ok in terms of toppings. However, she is completely soaked in the middle of the floor and already cold. I had to bake them again before I could eat them. Therefore points deducted. Salad fresh and ok. Bardolino ok, but cork bottle. Since I don't own a corkscrew, this was a problem, but not the supplier's fault. Just a tip: include wine with a screw cap in your program, then everyone can open the bottle without any problems.

Ordered through Liferando Came half an hour late for the 3rd time. The pizza was dry, missing ingredients and was cold. Just as cold as the fries and the cheeseburger, except that the bun was soggy. Tiramisu was okay When you try to call, no one answers

Ordered via Lieferando. Great delivery and adhered to the request with the call. The pizzas were delicious and we were happy about the free salad. If I want to order a pizza again in BT, I will get in touch here again.

Actually deserves 0 stars. We ordered a party pizza with a delivery time of 45 minutes. The food came after 1:20h You can see what the pizza looked like in the pictures. Never again!!

For me the best pizza service in Bayreuth so far. Was there for the first time today, super delicious pizza with fluffy dough and an unbeatable price and everything was fresh and on time! Can't understand the bad reviews.

After 2:45 hours of waiting, I called Pinocchio (ordered via Lieferando). I was told they didn't get anything. Ok, it can happen. But that was it, no accomodation, no calling to their service partner Lieferando, passing the problem on to me as a customer and leaving me dissatisfied. Money was paid in advance via Paypal. So when it comes to Pinocchio being able to offer their goods via Lieferando, they are partners, when it comes to problem solving, they don't feel like fulfilling their obligations of this partnership, sometimes clarifying something when a paid order is not processed and they They leave customers hungry at Christmas and with 32 euros less.

Oh dear - I have NEVER received such a terrible pizza delivery. The dough is soggy and tastes like nothing, the whole pizza smells strange - one bite and the delivery unfortunately ended up in the bin. Who eats something like that? It used to be a really nice delivery service - I have no idea what happened. Unfortunately, accessibility is not good, otherwise I would have liked to have spoken to the crew.

I really enjoyed ordering here often, and yesterday I did so again after a long time and I have to say that this time I was extremely disappointed. Of all. Pizza was pretty burnt, there was so much garlic on one of the pizzas that you couldn't taste anything else and the driver had forgotten the drinks and couldn't speak a word of German, you couldn't even explain to him that the drinks were missing. I still had to pay them. And that was at least around €6.. very annoying. It is questionable whether I will order here again. But probably not because unfortunately everything went wrong here without exception. Very unfortunate..

Wie haben ja schon öfter bestellt, aber heute war das Essen Grottenschlecht. Gurkensalat war mit Eisbergsalat gestreckt, grüner Salat war billiger Eisbergsalat, beide total versalzen. Beim Giros war der Reis so total verkocht und schwimmt in Tomatensoße. Fleisch könnte man suchen. Spaghetti Rabiatta war mit Bolognese Soße. Nie wieder, und das für fast 30 €.

also so ein ekelhaftes essen hab ich ja schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Meine Nudeln haben wir verbrannt Arschbacken geschmeckt. die Pizza genauso. Da kommt man von einem harten Arbeitstag nach Hause hat Hunger bestell etwas für 60 €. Dafür muss ich 8 Stunden oder so in dem Dreh arbeiten kann kein Mathe aber darum geht es nicht. Freu mich auf mein fressen. diskutiere 5min mit meiner schwester wer die tür aufmacht. danach probier ich alles und mir kommt's kotzen . das einzige was geschmeckt hat war die cola. alles andere war verbrannt. naja man hat ja gesehen, dass die nicht mal Pizza schneiden können weiß nicht warum ich erwartet habe, dass die kochen können

Pizzen sind zwar schnell gekommen und waren noch heiß - aber es waren leider nicht die zwei die wir bestellt hatten. Statt Vulkano gab es Spinat! War wohl das letzte Mal, dass wir da bestellt haben ...

überwürzt mit tomatenmark zuviel oregano schmecken gar kein schinken champion und salami hat auch gefehlr schade war schon besser

Schlecht… einfach nur schlecht. Lange hat es nicht gedauert aber trotzdem wollte der Lieferant wissen ob wir Geschwister sind und wie unsere Eltern heißen. Er hat an die falsche Adresse geliefert. Die Pizza an sich ist von außen am Rand Todes verbrannt und schmeckt ekelhaft und dchlimmlig. Er verlangt 40€ für 4 Pizzen was man bei Lieferando für 25 bekommt. Einfach ne bodenlose Schande

Essen ist nicht genießbar und eine Frechheit!

Leckere Pizza für den Preis und einen gratis Beilagensalat mit gutem Dressig gibt es auch :) Mitarbeiter auch sehr freundlich, hier werde ich wieder bestellen

Knapp 3 Stunden auf Essen gewartet. Essen war naja, zum Teil leider auch schon kalt. Werden leider nicht mehr bestellen :)

Hab vor paar Tagen Gyros mit Reis und Rigatoni bestellt und auf Wunsch das das Rigatoni überbacken werden soll habe ich es bekommen ohne ein Aufpreis...Essen war echt super und kam auch sehr schnell...Wer etwas Schärfe liebt sollte immer bei Pinocchio bestellen...wirklich Hammer Hammer Hammer von Bestellung bis zu Lieferung alles gepasst

Wird schnell geliefert. Pizza ist sehr lecker und gut belegt. Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt und essen kommt heiß an. Sehr nette Fahrer.

Erste Bestellung und sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Ich habe eine Pizza bestellt und hatte sehr viel Käse, Fleisch... bin sehr zufrieden :) Sie haben mich sogar eine gratis Tiramisu geschenckt :D

Schnell, höflich & lecker! Über Lieferando bestellt

Freundlicher und schneller Lieferservice. Der Lieferant ist zu jeder Tages(Nacht-)zeit sehr höflich und gut gelaunt. Die Lieferung erfolgt in Thermobox mit Rechnung und kleinem Beilagensalat. Pizza frisch und lecker. Kleiner Abzug für die nicht Beachtung des Wunsches "ohne Paprika", da diese aber frisch und eben nicht die säuerliche aus dem Glas war, war das auch absolut ok für mich. Immer wieder gerne, vielen Dank!

Niestety pizza familijna nie dobra. Nie czuć mozarella ani sera edamer :( boki spalone i suche. Sałatka w większości składa się z sałaty lodowej. No nie polecam

Ponochio ist ein absolutes Urgestein in Bayreuth, gehört fest zum Inventar dazu. Ich bestelle schon seit Jahren immer wieder dort und hatte nie etwas zum Aussetzen. Es hat immer alles geklappt, das Essen kam zuverlässig, die Fahrer sind freundlich, es sind noch keine Fehler passiert. Es kommt immer auf den eigenen Geschmack an - das Essen hier ist GUT, vorallem aber glänzt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Grundsolide Pizza und schnelle Lieferung. Jedoch nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Haben heute am Ostermontag das erste Mal hier bestellt, und waren sehr zufrieden… Service sowohl am Telefon wie bei der Auslieferung sehr geduldig und freundlich! Die Pizza sehr schmackhaft und gut gewürzt! Salat knackig und frisch… Dressing überragend !! Von uns hier und heute 5 Sterne!!!

Ich bestelle ziemlich oft & bin jedes Mal super zufrieden. Auf Wünsche werden eingegangen & egal welcher Lieferant kommt, immer super freundlich.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis top, der Pizzaboden war knusprig gewesen und der Belag super saftig, nicht versalzen. In dieser Pizzeria wird ausschließlich mit frischen Zutaten gearbeitet was ich vorab 3 mal bestellt hatte. Das Dressing auf dem Salat war auch sehr gut. 15 Minuten nach der Bestellung war die Pizzen schon fertig zum Abholen obwohl ein junger Mann davor 3 Lieferungen mitgenommen hatte. Der Kassierer war super nett. Gerne wieder!

Leider eine totale katastrophe. Die nudeln und die lasagne waren ungenießbar. Ich habe mich so geärgert weil sowas habe ich schon lange nicht mehr serviert bekommen. War das letzte mal. Lieferzeit war ok.

Lieferzeit wie prognostiziert 40minuten, passt also! Pizza ist auch lecker, dabei war sogar noch ein kleiner Salat. Der Fahrer war echt nett und humorvoll, danke fürs hochlaufen in den 3. Stock :). Die Pizza ist auch gut! Tomatensoße ist lecker. Die Pizza mit frischen Pilzen. ​War echt skeptisch bei den Bewertungen, aber kann die teilweise sehr negativen Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. Werden dort wieder bestellen.

Wir sind gerade im Feriendorf Obernsees und haben gestern dort bestellt.
