I'm sorry, I have to give a bad review. I ordered two pizzas today from Piccola Worringen. One of the pizzas had glass on it or in the dough. This is unfortunately a significant hazard. We didn't eat the second pizza at all out of concern. When we called, we were met with a lack of understanding. This couldn't be happening. My sister took a piece of glass out of her mouth (it was very small). They then angrily offered to bring two new pizzas. After another half hour, an annoyed delivery driver showed up. He was rude and uncomprehending. It was outrageous. Perhaps they were trying to imply that it wasn't glass. However, we saw this and only ate two bites of the pizza – so what would that have done us? I would never order from here again, based on the reaction and service alone! Mistakes can happen, but to react like that is impossible.

I couldn't even sit to eat, the environment was really weird, the bartender did not even looked at us and there was 3 people at the bar making comments about us, an awful experience because as tourists I thought in Germany racism was something in the past but I realised it's still present, shameful...

Very fast delivery. Everything was fresh and delicious. It's really rare that the pizzas are still hot upon delivery... top notch👌🏾

Fast service, a good place to go back to, it's always pleasant. Compliments to the chef, the pizza chef and all the staff.

A huge disappointment now. The pizza arrives cold and soggy, which is unacceptable. It's certainly not cheap, but unfortunately, it's also far from good. Best avoided.

We were here more by chance. We were expecting some kind of pizzeria but found a quaint pub where we found the service to be very attentive and the pizzas to be one of the best we have ever eaten. All of this at a very fair price. We could also watch the Bundesliga game on Friday, and the beer was dangerously tasty. Keep it up! And thank you.

Cancel the order via Lieferando during operating hours without giving reasons. Service doesn't seem to matter to the value of the customer. A call or apology would have been enough.

We were there yesterday and had a gypsy schnitzel and a "chicken and broccoli" pizza. The pizza had plenty of toppings and was very tasty. The schnitzel was so tender that you didn't actually need a knife to chop it up. The service was very friendly and our Kölsch glasses were constantly refilled. The ambience is a bit “quaint, old-fashioned”, but definitely cozy. The dust on the lamps could have been "dusted off" a bit, but that was the only thing that could be cited as "negative". The benches and tables were clean and we had a nice evening there. For sports lovers, live football reports were also shown on various monitors. So, we'll be there more often soon. As long as the service stays like this :-)

Very tasty food, delivery time not too long. Everything great.

We order regularly and are always very satisfied. Delicious pizza, pasta dishes and pizza rolls. The food is usually delivered very quickly, even on weekends, and the staff is always friendly.

We ordered 3 pizzas and a pasta dish there with the information that the food would be with us in 30 minutes. After an hour we called because we didn't have any food yet. A man told us that the woman had done something wrong when taking the order and that the food would be with us in 20 minutes. After another hour I called again and the man said there was no order at the address. After another 25 minutes the food was there and it was NOT worth the wait! The pizza boxes were dripping with grease, the pizza was cold and the dough was like rubber. The customer service was a disaster, they answered the phone totally annoyed even though we had to wait 2.5 hours for our food, which was supposed to be there after 30 minutes! There was no apology, we just kept being put off. Good customer service would have been an apology and a discount or a drink as a gift! Absolute disaster and not recommended. Conclusion: Customer service is non-existent, the food was not tasty and cold, the price is far too high for the service and an unacceptable waiting time. There are so many GOOD delivery services in Worringen, but this is NOT one of them!

The food is always delicious, the pizza is well baked and the pasta is very tasty. Salad always made fresh. The herb butter from the pizza rolls and the rolls themselves are simply delicious😊

Order regularly via Lieferando. 9 out of 10 orders were incorrect: Comments for information about the surface will be ignored. This will only be taken into account when you call. The food is delicious, but if the service isn't right, it's stupid...

Leider haben wir knappe zwei Stunden auf die Lieferung unserer Pizza gewartet, obwohl nach einer halben Stunde bereits vermerkt war, dass die Lieferung gleich eintrifft. Die Pizza war an sich lecker, aber eine war leider total verbrannt, daher kann ich leider nicht mehr als zwei Sterne geben.

Ich bewerte hier nur den Service da ich das Essen nie erhalten habe. Habe bestellt und nach 20 Minuten kommt kommentarlos die Stornierung. Ganz starker Service…

Immer wieder super lecker , ob Pasta , Pizza , Schnitzel oder wie in meinem Fall Steak ( ich liebe es Englisch ) mit Rahmsosse und frischem Spinat, auf dem Punkt perfekt gebraten. Empfehlenswert

Ich hatte Steak mit Pilzen und das war echt der Hammer geschmacklich Top und die Pizza Brötchen war auch gut 👍👍

Ob vor Ort essen oder bestellen, das Essen schmeckt hier immer und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für die gebotene Qualität sehr fair. Der Lieferservice ist sehr zuverlässig und schnell.

Mit Abstand der beste Lieferservice,bei dem wir jemals bestellt haben.Die Qualität ist perfekt und die Größe der Portionen ebenfalls.Noch nie so gut bei einem Lieferservice gegessen,wie beim Italiener ! Wir bestellen nur noch hier.

Habe gestern zufällig nach einer langen Radtour dort halt gemacht, sehr netter Service man fühlt sich direkt Wohl. Eine klare Empfehlung

Lieferzeit fast 2 stunden aber essen war gut

Die Pizzen hier sind top zubereitet, knusprigen Boden wie auch das Topping. Preislich fair ist es auch.

Lieferdienst mit einer Pizza überfordert. 1 Pizza und Pizzabrötchen bestellt. Nach 1,5 Stunden angerufen. Der Fahrer war nicht einmal unterwegs. Nach fast 2 Stunden war die Pizza da. Fahrzeit laut Googlemaps 11 Minuten. Die Pizza war etwas mehr als lauwarm. War essbar, jedoch definitiv keine 2 Stunden Wartezeit wert.

Leider wartet man sehr lange auf seine Bestellung. Als die Pizza ankam war diese verbrannt, das Schnitzel war auch nicht lecker. Hier bestellen wir nicht mehr.

Wirklich die beste Pizza und Pasta in Worringen. Pizzaboden selbst gemacht, frischer Belag und absolut nette Mitarbeiter am Telefon. Und sollte auch im Trubel etwas bei der Bestellung schief gelaufen sein, wird sofort und sehr höflich nachgeliefert. Wir bestellen nie wieder woanders.

In meinen Augen die Beste Pizza in Worringen !!!!! Wir bestellen immer und holen die Pizza vor Ort ab. Sie ist immer Fertig. Personal mega nett und die Gastro sieht sehr sauber und gepflegt aus. Es gibt nur große Pizzen die sind aber Preis/Leistungs technisch gut.(bsp. Salami 7,50).

Meine absolute Lieblingspizzeria in der näheren Umgebung. Ob Pizza, Salat, Lasagne , wir sind immer absolut zufrieden. Angegebene Lieferzeit wurde bisher immer eingehalten, meistens sogar unterboten. Wenn Pizza - dann in Klein Worringen.

Pizza über Liferando bestellt und nach über 2 stunden warten war noch immer keiner da und am telefon sagte man es sei sonntag und man müsse verstehen das sehr viel los ist und dann auch noch falsche pizza geliefert bekommen... geht leider garnicht obwohl dort alles schwarz auf weiß steht was bestellt wurde

Wir haben heute erstmals dort bestellt und sind super zufrieden. Prizza sehr gut belegt und sehr lecker. Gefüllte Pizzabrötchen waren auch super. Schnitzelgericht ebenfalls super. Schnelle Lieferung!! Können wir nur empfehlen dort zu bestellen!!!

Unter aller Sau. Habe bestellt, laut Aussage 45-60 Minuten. Habe etwas mehr Zeit gelassen und mich nach 90 Minuten erkundigt. Laut Aussage war der Fahrer bereits los gefahren und müsste fast da sein. Nach 2std 30min habe ich erneut angerufen. Mir wurde gesagt es ist viel zu tun, ich müsse es verstehen. Nach 2std 38min klingelte es wirklich. Leider aber 2 von 4 bestellten Artikeln vergessen. Der Fahrer wollte es nachliefern. Nach weiter 1std 45min klingelte es leider immer noch nicht an der Türe. Kann es nicht empfehlen!!! Unfreundlich hoch 10. Der Kunde wird verarscht und leider ist das Essen (der teil den wir erhalten haben) auch nicht der Hit.

Hallo ihr! Also wir haben schon mehrfach bei euch bestellt, aber heute war der reinfall schlecht hin . Steak mit Pfeffersauce bestell bekommen haben wir ein Steak mit Kräuterbutter. desweiteren haben wir Brokkoli mit nudel überbacken bestellt mit hollandais haben wir auch nicht wirklich bekommen . Und dann wird auch noch ein falscher Preis genommen. Und am Telefon wird gesagt 45 dann sind wir da von wegen es waren dann 90 Minuten die wir gewartet haben. Ich bin gespannt ob der Fahrer noch kommt. Und uns das Geld bringt.

Wie bestellen sehr oft bei Toto und seinem Team. Super freundlich. Aber das essen ist Top. So stelle ich mir eine Pizza, Nudeln ect vom Italiener vor. Die Pizzabrötchen in verschiedenen Varianten....sehr lecker Immer wieder gerne. Liefert schnell und zuverlässig.
