Piazza Italia in Lörrach

I've never eaten such bad carbonarra, it only tasted like cream and pressed ham. From an Italian restaurant I would have expected the Carbonarra to do better than I did, very disappointed.

An average restaurant. Service without any emotion, everything like in a fast food restaurant. Appetizer plate was a disaster, like at the all you can eat buffet when someone piles a mountain of food on their plate. Noodles were OK.

Pizza average, main problem is the owner, who is often condescending and arrogant towards the guests. In addition, he has a penchant for shopping at Aldi in Steinen-Höllstein. Cartons of mozzarella, salad and other pizza ingredients. For the price, I also expect higher quality ingredients here.

Ordered pizza with seafood. It was totally tasteless and had no Italian herbs. Not a scampi and that for a price of € 16.50!!

It's an Italian restaurant, in the heart of the town of Lorach with traditional Italian dishes, with delicious salads.

Oh well ! The service was very attentive but it took forever to pay. Pizza was dry and the cutlery for cutting was dull. The noodles weren't even remotely cooked or edible. Prices were okay, but extravagant for normal water.

Super friendly Italian(!) staff. Very tasty food, we can especially recommend the bruscetta as a starter. Only 4 stars because the mushrooms in the porcini risotto were unfortunately very overcooked.

The two of us were there in the evening at around 8:30 p.m. The restaurant was busy but a table for four was still spontaneously free for us. The service was very friendly. We had bruschetta and a pizza parma for two. Separate plates were no problem. The pizza was pre-cut for us. For dessert we had homemade teramissu. Gladly again. 👍

I loved this place. Tomato soup was a bit sour but risotto was good. Also atmosphere was excellent and they have a terrace. Not too expensive. 10-20

I've known this pizzeria for many years - I used to come here often. That's why friends and I met here today for a delicious meal for the three of us. The restaurant was normally busy at lunchtime, but not overly crowded. Unfortunately, it took an eternity before our drink order was taken. We then had to wait another 20 minutes until our food order was taken. The main waiter, who I knew from previous visits, wasn't exactly friendliness personified. The food was good – nothing wrong with that. But after eating we were left stranded for about 30 minutes before we finally asked for the bill. When we simply wanted to divide the bill by three, the waiter was completely overwhelmed. What is not a problem in other restaurants led to a real discussion here. In addition, he was unable to accept tips via debit card. In America they would probably laugh at us Germans. I have to say that I rarely give bad reviews based on service because everyone can have a bad day. Since I have worked in the catering industry myself, I know that a bill split is not a drama and that as a customer I don't have to be lectured to for minutes. I used to love coming here, but today was the last time. There are plenty of other restaurants in Lörrach that are happy to have customers and where the service complements the food.

Risotto Salmone, without salmone, but with a hair. The taste is ok, the content cannot be defined. My question as to whether the mussel risotto (offered on the menu) had been brought was answered in the negative on the grounds that they didn't have any mussels. I was offered a newly made risotto but turned it down. I didn't complain about the hair because that would have definitely changed the mood. Highly priced, like other restaurants on the square.

Good guys run this pizzeria. Excellent and quick service. To my taste, we would like another type of salami in the pizza, a more Italian one. But I ate very well.

I had a rump steak that was not edible. My teeth still hurt from chewing, I couldn't eat it whole and had to pay €30 for it.

Unfortunately the service was very poor. You always had the feeling of not being wanted. All in all the food was OK. However, the pizza was very carelessly prepared. The portions are decent. For one pasta without sauce (for a child) we would be charged €12.50. Why? The answer: the oil is expensive... Unfortunately, the atmosphere had something of a train station feel to it. But that was probably also because you didn't feel wanted.

A must for years when we come to Lörrach!!! The vegetable plate is great!

Food was ok but nothing special. But when a small child charges €12.50 for a plate of spaghetti without sauce, just plain spaghetti, I find it disproportionate. One of the service staff seems extremely stressed and takes this out on the customers. Unfortunately it was the last time there.

Delicious pasta and pizza and a very good tomato soup. One drawback was that there was a problem with the reservation. The friendly service was able to solve this in no time and with a wink 😉

This is the worst food I've eaten in years. It's a mystery to me how the restaurant has 4.4 on Google. I've never eaten a breaded schnitzel in tomato sauce, it doesn't matter😅

Once a month from Bern to Lörrach to spend a nice day, shop and of course eat. We are then exclusively in piazza italia, because we really like the food there. Price/performance are absolutely the same and the service is always very friendly, competent and funny. we will be back !

Meine Mutter und ich haben das Restaurant letzten Abend besucht und ich muss sagen, ich wurde bestens bedient. Ein besonderes Lob möchte ich dem Pizza Bäcker Jupi aussprechen, der einen hervorragenden Job gemacht hat. Als meine Mutter und ich den Tisch betraten, wurden wir von einem freundlichen und gut gelaunten Team empfangen. Wir entschieden uns für eine Pizza und waren gespannt, wie diese wohl aussehen und schmecken würde. Als Jopi unsere Pizza dann an den Tisch brachte, waren wir überwältigt. Die Pizza war nicht nur ein echter Hingucker, sondern schmeckte auch noch vorzüglich. Die frischen Zutaten und die perfekt gebackene Kruste zeugten von hoher Qualität und Handwerkskunst. Es war eine wahre Freude, jeden Bissen zu genießen. Doch damit nicht genug, auch der Service war herausragend. Jupi überraschte uns mit einem großzügigen Geschenk - er brachte uns Zitronenlikör aufs Haus. Das war wirklich eine nette Geste und rundete unseren Abend perfekt ab. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals haben definitiv zu unserer positiven Erfahrung beigetragen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Abend in der Pizzeria. Der außergewöhnlich gute Service, insbesondere Jupis Einsatz und die köstliche Pizza mit Herz haben uns restlos überzeugt. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen und dieses Restaurant gerne weiterempfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank für diesen gelungenen Abend!

Pizza muy buena de calidad servicio increíble

Leider keine originale Carbonara, aber trotzdem sehr gut! Große Portionen für wenig Geld und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Nettes Personal und das Essen war gut.

Gute Lage, grosse Portionen, gut und günstig und innen sogar mit weissen Tisch-Tüchern und einem Touch of Edel.

Sono stata nel locale un paio di giorni fa, personale e servizio ottimo, pulizia eccellente, cibo qualità prezzo ottimo.

Ho appena finito di cenare, devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Il titolare una persona squisita. Abbiamo mangiato le lasagne e una bistecca buonissima.

Locale perfetto per passare una serata in compagnia con buon cibo italiano.

Ottima cucina itaiiana all estero!

Siamo stati a cena e abbiamo mangiato molto buono tutto,

Klasszikus olasz étterem, finom Canellonival.

Pizza war gross, aber auch nicht überdurchschnittlich gut, was den Geschmack angeht. Das Drumherum war aber gut. Erinnerte mich ein bischen an Urlaub.

Immer wieder einen Besuch wert!
