Got fooled by the good reviews, but I found the pizza to be super tasteless. I would not recommend for pizza lovers. The service was nice, thus giving one extra star.

EVERYTHING is just right here - super nice service and the pizza is simply top - for me it's one of the best there is + try the tiramisu - you'll be amazed!!!

It is possible to get gluten-free pizza by calling in advance. They use a finished floor from Schär and are familiar with contamination. Was very tasty!

We were there for the barbecue yesterday. €35 per person and you could eat as much as you wanted. There was a rich cold buffet with various salads (no ready-made products), sauces, dips and bread (the bread was super tasty, by the way). There were countless types of meat fresh from the grill, among other things. Lamb and beef. A pleasure… And fish- scallops, shrimp, sea bass and much more. Simply delicious. Staff is more than friendly and accommodating. Since the waiter noticed that we had only served ourselves once at the buffet, he was more than accommodating with the price. Very fair and humane above all. We'll definitely be back. Thanks to the team for the beautiful and delicious evening

I like Carmelo... sitting outside is nice because of the old town atmosphere. It's quite loud inside due to the noise level of the conversations. The waiter is very nice. Ambiance could do with a facelift. Individual... like "das Kaff" for example. Capacity is available to make it more beautiful, more original.

Absolute favorite pizzeria in Mülheim's old town. The dishes on the changing daily menu are always recommended. The staff is in a great mood and attentive (favorite waiter: Sascha!) If it's full you'll have to wait a little longer, but it's always worth it. The only drawback is that you can only pay in cash. It would be nice if that changed at some point.

Pizzeria Carmelo has been by far number 1 for over 10 years in terms of quality and taste. Here you get consistently fresh and high-quality ingredients that you can taste. The shop is not cozy, service is great, the food is sometimes tasty, sometimes disappointing and definitely too expensive. We won't go there again.

Pizzen sind okay aber es gibt bessere. gemütlich ist es auch nicht wirklich, aber okay, zum Essen ist es aushalten.

Für mich die beste Pizzeria in MH!! Bin seit über 15 Jahren Stammgast. Das Essen ist wirklich spitze, italienisch!! und die Preise absolut im Rahmen. Das Ambiente könnte etwas aufgepimpt werden, auch wenn es sehr urig ist. Ich kann die Pizzeria absolut weiterempfehlen!!!

Ganz tolle Pizzeria in der Altstadt von Mülheim. Pizza ist superlecker, Salat ebenso. Service ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Bei der nächsten Durchreise halte ich auf jeden Fall wieder an.

Die beste Pizza seit langen gegessen und auch das Tagesgericht auf dem Bild (Tagliatelle mit Sahnesosse Scampis und Melonenkügelchen in der Melone serviert)war super lecker. Waren zum 2.Mal hier nach Ausflügen in Mühlheim. Das sagt ja dann wohl alles. Wir kommen aus den Oberbergischen 😀. Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und aufmerksam.

Personal stets gut gelaunt und freundlich. Bisher hat jedes Gericht sehr gut geschmeckt in gemütlicher Atmosphäre:-)

Leckere römische Pizza und guter Service

Für meine Frau und mich schon fast wie" Familie." Entspannte Atmosphäre, einfach menschlich gut. Sind mind. wöchentlich zu Gast. Bunt gemischtes Gästeporfolio in coolem Altstadtambiente. Top Essen, hier wird auch flexibel auf ungewöhnliche Zusammenstellungen eingegangen( siehe meine Pizza mit Steak, oder mit Rotgarnelen für meine Frau). wechselnde Tagesgerichte je nach saisonalem Angebot und Inspiration der beiden " Lomonacos ". Zudem top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, hier sollte für jeden was dabei sein. Wenn jetzt noch der Fußballverstand mitspielen würde ( Frankfurt, Dortmund??? was soll denn das bitte?? ) wäre alles perfekt-- Dieses ist als Scherz zu verstehen!!!! Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen- auch für größere Gruppen( Weihnachtsfeier mit der Fußballtruppe war perfekt).

Ruhige, verkehrsberuhigte Straße, freundliche, inkompetente Bedienungen, Bestellungen wurden falsch ausgeführt, Knoblauch trotz Bestellung vergessen und andere Nachlässigkeiten. Keine Ernst Entschuldigungen Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Steuerhinterziehung??!

Trotz einer leichten Weizen-Unverträglichkeit hat man hier stets die Möglichkeit eine sehr leckere Pizza zu essen, eine der wenigen Pizzerien in welcher man die Pizza wahlweise auch aus Vollkornteig und/oder Dinkelteig bekommen kann. Dies macht geschmacklich nur einen marginalen Unterschied, da die restlichen verwendeten Komponenten von einer sehr hohen Qualität zeugen.

Leider gibt es nur fünf Sterne, würde gerne mehr vergeben. Ich bin inzwischen schon des öfteren dort gewesen und bin jedes Mal aufs neue begeistert. Das Essen ist super - vorallem die Tagesgerichte sind immer wieder der Knaller - der Service ist überaus freundlich sowie zuvorkommend und im Sommer kann man super schön den Charme der Altstadt genießen. Jedrzeit wieder!

War gestern in Mülheim und spontan bei Puazza Carmelo eingekehrt, bzw im Schatten ☺ Netter Kellner, der auch zwischendurch 1x nach dem Befinden fragte. Kollegin war von ihrem Salat total begeistert. Pizzaboden schön dünn, gut belegt und gewürzt. Danke.für das tolle Geschmackserlebnis. Wiederholung ist geplant.

Kleine gemütliche Pizzaria in der Altstadt in Mülheim a.d. Ruhr Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Die angebotenen Speisen von Pasta bis Pizza schmecken hervorragend da ich das eine oder andere schon probiert habe. Preise sind angenehm, nicht zu teuer. Bis jetzt in MH die Beste Pizza und Pasta.... Immer wieder gerne 👍

Das Essen bei Camelo ist unübertroffen gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam, auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Das erste Mal zu Dritt, Essen kam zügig. Bruschetta und Pasta waren vorzüglich! Das zweite Mal (1 Monat später) zu Neunt, eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet, Portionen deutlich kleiner und geschmacklich sehr unspektakulär und nicht vergleichbar. Schade, war beim ersten Mal sehr beeindruckt.
