Food was delicious if it had been hot. It's a shame because the taste is great. The buffet was very plentiful and I think there was something for everyone. I found the cute robot to be a practical purchase.

Very large buffet, lots of choice, a bit "mass operation" although the service is very friendly. Food is very diverse (although one can certainly ask whether that has to be everything...). Tables in the back only have artificial light - therefore a bit sterile... Restaurant is in an industrial area - therefore plenty of nearby parking spaces, but little flair...

We have been regulars for many years, but things seem to have gone downhill since the change in ownership. Food dried out, large refrigerators at the buffet so that there can be a flat rate of drinks here too. Food no longer tastes as good as before. Only the fresh grill has remained the same. It's a shame...fewer people will come here. Update: We tried again and the quality of the food deteriorated again (including the freshly grilled ingredients) and ended up making at least 4 out of 7 people feel unwell, for whatever reason. The (presumably) new manager doesn't smile and speaks very sharply to his employees, who were so thinly staffed that they were already walking around the restaurant. I haven't experienced anything like this in the last 10 years, no matter how crowded it was. This seems to be about saving money at all costs. We're done with the restaurant for now, which is a real shame. It was a constant in Neumünster.

I really enjoy eating here, especially the lunch buffet. The staff is always friendly and the food is attractive and tasty. I come regularly and am very satisfied every time. I can fully recommend this restaurant.

So far we only knew the Raisdorfer Phönix, since we were in NMS and wanted to eat something, we tried this Phönix too. He has some different dishes, but otherwise similar. Taste good too. Service very friendly. Unfortunately the atmosphere was very cold and the atmosphere in the station halls was very cold. The concept of a complete all-inclusive, i.e. with drinks in self-service form, is coming here soon. Very good.

The Phönix is ​​a good Chinese restaurant. The buffet is extensive and there is something suitable for everyone. From soup to sushi to various desserts, everyone will find something. A cute little robot even brings the meat you chose yourself that had to be fried first. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Plates are cleared very quickly so that no dirty dishes collect on the table. The only point of criticism for me is that some of the food is quite cold. So it's better to stir once and remove the food from the bottom. The toilets are also very clean and tidy, as is the entire restaurant. Clear recommendation from me. On weekends or public holidays, it is better to make a reservation.

再也不来吃了，太恶心了！ We have been regular guests at this restaurant since 2018, but this time we were very disappointed. We found a hair in fried chicken in our food, and there were dry, unwashed grains of rice stuck to the spoon. We asked the older waitress about it, but her response was simply: "Sorry, I can offer you a drink." We declined, paid and left the restaurant. We definitely won't eat there again.

I've actually been a regular customer since 2012. The food was always very good. What happened is that the food tastes worse and worse. Last week it was almost inedible, 1. more onions instead of meat 2. Very oily, 3. In a selected dish with chicken, isolated pieces of meat tasted as if they had already gone bad. Simply disgusting!!!!! The quality of the food has drastically decreased. It's just not worth leaving your hard-earned money here anymore. Here everyone simply saves money and customers are ripped off with high prices. If you don't tip, there's no friendly farewell...I definitely won't eat here again.

Back then I liked eating here. I was shocked by the price increase for "All you can eat". Plus 2 euros if I didn't want to drink anything. Back then there was still a schnapps or biscuit. We didn't have anything anymore unless it was your birthday. The duck consisted of a lot of fat for us or just the crispy one. and somehow a lot of things tasted too strongly of fat. Some of the signs were not clear either. I also didn't like the fried sushi anymore and looked indefinable to me. I was very disappointed. Back then, there was a kind of fountain for the ice cream dispenser to keep it hygienic. It wasn't on, I felt a little disgusted about reaching for the ice cream there. Generally very difficult to communicate. I didn't understand a word when they tried to explain to me that I had to pay an extra 2 euros if I didn't drink anything. She then walked with me to the sign. A little more friendliness and service would be great. Above all, smile!

Despite the spacious feeling, there is a great ambience and a great, always well-filled buffet. The waitresses are always on the move but always attentive and friendly. Price/performance fits.

Unfortunately, an unspeakable rip-off is taking place in their parking lot. You should point this out to every guest personally. 30 euros for overlooking a parking disc requirement is a pure rip-off, especially since you were a guest and could prove it. There will be no further visits there for me.

30€ for not having a parking disc. There really is a hobbyless b... in the car and waits for someone to get out of the car to hand out tickets. I was told by friends to put a disc in and after less than 5 minutes I received a note.

The two of us spent at least an hour there. The drinks we initially ordered were empty after about 10 minutes and in the 50 minutes that followed, not once did a service person come to ask for more drinks. When we mentioned this when paying, no understanding was shown, but it was said that we should have contacted us.

I can highly recommend the restaurant. The buffet is very rich and varied. The service is friendly. The guest room doesn't seem particularly appealing at first because it is very large. The partitions then create a pleasant feeling and the noises of other guests can hardly be heard. I'll definitely come by again sometime.

At 4 a.m. Pelle ended his two-day trip safely and was back in his basket.

We can't recommend it at all, there is no variety at the buffet and what is available has only been bathed in oil, the cakes that are available are the cheapest from the supermarket. We were also rudely attacked for eating something we didn't manage to eat or didn't like. In addition, the waitress made an extra charge worth €5 because they had to throw everything away. Little fun fact it's an (all you can eat) shop. Do yourself a favor and visit other restaurants you will be surprised at how good it can be and how professional the staff in other restaurants can be.

We stopped here for lunch. The service was absolutely perfect, but the buffet was an imposition. The fish and seafood buffet smelled strong and the meat looked unappetizing. That's why almost none of our group served themselves there. The fried duck meat was shredded and wobbly and the chicken pieces were equally greasy. Sushi wasn't fresh either. I had never heard of it breaded and fried. But the strong smell of the salmon explained everything 😖It all looked like leftovers. For almost 20 euros we want a meal that is well prepared and that we don't have to worry about. We are past the age where hunger drives everything in! It's just cheeky to offer guests something like that. That was the first and also the last time!

the food is very delicious but last time me and my family went there, and my sister is 11 years old. Born 2.7.2012 and the waitress didn't believe she was 11 my mom even showed him the passport but he didn't believe us, the photo on the passport was taken 2019 my sister looked different because now shes in puberty and stuff, he said my sister looked like a poop back then like..sir what? Then we stood up and left even tho it wasn't our first time there...I'm speechless.

So today I unfortunately have to rate it, we went to the buffet today around 12 p.m. At the beginning the duck was stuffed but unfortunately more than half of the duck was just crispy breading that you couldn't even bite into. I told the waitress with curls, a little older, that she wanted to take a look at it, then she shouted at me in the restaurant, everyone takes it... I didn't understand the rest, it doesn't work at all, it took forever to get a refill, it's a real shame

More reminiscent of a canteen. Not a nice atmosphere, on busy days you think you're in an indoor playground. When you come in there is a strong smell of deep fryers. The quality of the food is not high because the quality is ignored here and the whole thing is more focused on the dimensions. All ready-made products, put them in the deep fryer and off to the buffet... We won't be coming back.

Für die Inhaber ist es natürlich schön, dass es dort so gut besucht ist. Ich finde aber persönlich, es hat hier ein Flair von Firmenkantine. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, jedoch ist es mir hier zu ungemütlich.

Ein sehr schönes China Restaurant. Hier hat alles gestimmt. Ich komme wieder.

Phönix ist für mich das beste asiatische Restaurant mit Büffet in Raum Neumünster/ Segeberg. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz vor dem Restaurant, wo man immer einen Platz findet. Die Auswahl ist gigantisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, besonders auch zu Kindern!!! Es gibt zwei Schokobrunnen, leckeres Eis, Sushi, Kuchen, eine große Auswahl von sehr leckeren asiatischen Gerichten. Wenn man abends zum Show Cooking kommt, bringt eine Roboter-Katze das Essen zum Tisch. Das war für die Kids das Highlight. Wir haben die Bedienung gefragt, ob die Roboter-Katze die Glückskekse für die Kinder bringen kann. Das Personal hat alles möglich gemacht und es gab noch einen chinesischen Kalender obendrauf. Ganz großartiger Service! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

War zum ersten mal am Sonntag zur Mittagszeit da und angenehm überrascht. Es war gut besucht aber nicht zu voll. . Das Buffet wurde immer wieder frisch aufgefüllt und sauber gehalten. Das Personal ist nett und aufmerksam.

Fahren seit 2 Jahren immer wieder gerne dorthin weil es einfach super ist. Essen top, Personal superfreundlich Mal samstags,mal Sonntags bleibt so wie ihr seid

Ich war schon vor mehr als 5 Jahren hier unzählige Male zum Essen. Sowohl zur Mittagszeit (Mittagsbuffet) als auch abends (Abendbuffet mit mongolischen Live-Grill) und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Heute war ich nach all den Jahren endlich mal wieder hier und bin nach wie vor begeistert. Der Service ist IMMER super höflich und sehr aufmerksam. So aufmerksam, dass ich sogar nach 5 Jahren wiedererkannt und herzlich empfangen wurde. Das Essen ist so (knack-)frisch, wie ich es von keinem anderen chinesischen Restaurant kenne. Gemüse knackig, die frittierten Dinge sind nicht tot frittiert und es wird immer wieder rasch aufgefüllt. Die Auswahl ist der Wahnsinn. Für jeden etwas dabei von Salatbar, Sushibar, Hauptspeise von A-Z, Grillbar und die Dessertauswahl mit Schokobrunnen, Kuchen und Eis lassen einen zum krönen Abschluss wirklich aus dem Restaurant rausrollen. Für dieses Restaurant fahre ich auch insgesamt 240km, weil es nirgends so schön ist und so gut schmeckt wie hier ! Chapeau, dass die Qualität sogar über die Jahre und trotz Corona so erhalten wurde. Nebendinge Parken: es stehen mehr als genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Bis zu 3h Parkzeit sind drin, man darf nur die Parkscheibe nicht vergessen. Toiletten: sauber und behindertengerecht. Ambietente: schön, nicht kitschig, viel Platz und vor allem nicht dicht an dicht mit anderen tischnachbarn. Preis-Leistung: top!

Das Essen war gut.....Das Personal war sehr freundlich..... Der Wackelpuddig war viel zu fest 🫣 Das Ambiente erinnert ein bisschen an eine Halle..... es gibt dort aber auch gemütlichere Plätze.... man muss dann aber wissen, wo man gerne sitzen möchte und den Tisch dann auch Zeitig buchen. Alles in allem war es aber trotzdem ein gelungener Abend. Beim nächsten Besuch, würde ich einen der runden Tische buchen. Den finde ich definitiv gemütlicher, als einen langen Tisch.

Tolle Auswahl, sehr lecker, für jeden was dabei, selbst Nuggets und Pommes für die Kinder. Bedienung ist freundlich, mussten zum bezahlen etwas lange warten.

Beim Essen wurde sich schonmal mehr Mühe gegeben. Beatnudeln labberig. Bratkartoffeln viel zu hell. Frühlingsrollen innen roh und kalt... Leider abgebaut seit den letzten besuchen.
