Since its renovation, I don't like the restaurant that much anymore. The offer for the Mongolian grill has been expanded, which would be great if it didn't take so long. The integrated sushi corner minimizes the other dishes even further and of unacceptable quality. The large dining hall has the character of a check-in hall and the integrated beverage industry is out of place there. Drinking coffee is hardly possible anymore because you have to wait way too long at the coffee machine. And the further increased price for the buffet is actually no longer acceptable

Our request was to find a location for a celebration. Briefly and concisely described. There clearly seem to be hygiene and staffing problems. The surfaces around the buffet and especially in the drinks corner were not only wet, but you could tell from the edges that they were older. The whole time there was a young male gilf walking around with a cell phone in his hand. He also occasionally cleared bottles from the tables with such a malicious expression on his face that you felt like you had to apologize for being there. His clothes were dirty. Several large yellow and brown spots. Which of course can happen while working (I've been a restaurateur for decades) but then you just put on a different T-shirt! The food is, apart from 2.3 grilled ingredients, absolutely canteen. Everything is always fried very briefly on the grill. So it is still partially raw. You can't ask anyone to fry it more because you'll be looked at in an unfriendly way and no one will understand you anyway. Communication consists of 2 standard sentences. There were several straws visible on the floor, none of the staff felt the need to pick them up, and yes, it was seen several times. And lastly: you should avoid going to the toilet - both in the women's and men's toilets. The first moment of the beautiful ambience is very short. The light is extremely dim, but the extreme dirt is still noticeable. Starting from the toilet (including urinals and around it) to the sinks to the doors and handles - disgusting!!!!!! The waiter was pretty much "absent". When we looked at the booth and came after us, we emphasized that we wanted to come with 30 people, but he wasn't interested in the slightest. He turned around without a word and left. But when we paid by card and didn't leave an extra tip, he gave us an emotionally charged evil look and didn't return our farewell greeting. Even if "cheap" (I personally don't think so) is what some people think, the minimum gastronomic existence is absolutely not met.

Very large, spacious restaurant (used to be a disco) with a solid buffet selection and an okayish sushi buffet that focuses on the basics. So if you want an overwhelming selection of salmon, cucumber, ebi and tuna, you will be disappointed. But if you like the standards, you will get average quality here. The Mongolian BBQ always has a few highlights in the meat department and the work is done quickly. The other dishes are also good - of course you shouldn't expect outstanding cuisine here. It's just a "Europeanized China all-you-can-eat". And things are done quite well here. Of course, the chocolate fountain is an eternal highlight for the children - you can turn any food, no matter how healthy, into a vivid calorie bomb.

When we made reservations, we had to stand and wait for 20 minutes until we got to our table, other waiting customers simply pushed forward or pushed us away, so the staff didn't say anything or simply let others go, no immediate help with questions. Overall, our feelings have diminished quite a bit and we don't want to go there anymore.

Then there are the dessert dishes with chocolate fountains, ice cream, fruit, cake, etc My highlight 😍Here you can get freshly made warm waffles🤤. Which are very tasty. However, I don't know if this is always the case, I've only been there in the evening so far! On the side where the wok station is, there is a sushi buffet. So for 30.90 per head including drinks it's A1. Wine etc. you pay extra! Children up to 9 years old do not pay the full price!

We were here for dinner on New Year's Eve. We were warmly welcomed and brought to the table, the staff were friendly. The buffet was very well stocked with a lot of choice. Unfortunately, the sauces tasted somehow artificial. We were very full and were very satisfied.

The staff is once again super friendly, like the last few times. The food was hot and always refilled generously. The new drinks rondel is well divided, even children can easily help themselves.

I was recently in Neumünster for a training course and was in the mood for a Chinese buffet. So I looked for a nearby restaurant and came across this one. The first impression was quite positive, but unfortunately it turned into a very unpleasant experience. 🫠 When I entered the restaurant I was immediately asked how many people I was. Since I was traveling alone, I responded accordingly. I was then shown to a table and the waiter then asked me whether I could even afford the buffet since it cost €30 per person. This question was not only rude, but also extremely inappropriate - a comment that made me very upset. 😡 I obviously felt discriminated against because of my young appearance, which was completely incomprehensible to me. I decided to leave the restaurant immediately without eating a single bite. Instead of welcoming a guest, I felt excluded and belittled. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to recommend this restaurant. Such unprofessional and disrespectful treatment is completely unacceptable for a restaurant. If it were possible, I would even give zero stars.😤

Warehouse feeling as a foreword. My girlfriend and I wanted to go out for a different "buffet" meal and we discovered this place. When we got there we were politely asked how long we were staying because there was a "Christmas party" at 7 p.m. and it was just 5:30 p.m. when the store opened. We said "We don't need that long because we still had our child with us". We were then brought to a table that was together with other tables so that we could talk to other families next to each other. The buffet was not good and not bad either. However, frying it with the garlic sauce was really spicy. The standard food that was served at the buffet could also be improved a bit (baked chicken) was still slightly pink on the inside. The service was only semi-regular, not to say that we were "handled" quickly. Normally I know that at the end you get a fortune cookie and our child gets a lollipop (it doesn't matter now, you can ride around on it). So this location really has a warehouse feeling - not enough windows and somehow everything is very dreary. Food was "Okay". All in all, we won't come back but we'll take it as an experience and prefer to go to our Mongolian tribe.

Buffet was just great. Huge selection and it tasted great. The only thing that was a bit annoying today was that the card payment device was broken. Happens sometimes

Unfortunately, the older waiter today was very unfriendly, which unnecessarily worsened the overall experience. The other waitresses were very nice and accommodating and the food was good as usual, but apparently not all of the employees are interested in providing guests with a pleasant stay.

OK for in between. A lot of ready-made stuff that you can see and taste. Unfortunately not as clean as it used to be. Staff not always friendly. Glasses are often missing from drinks. Peking soup doesn't taste good at all, it has nothing to do with it. Rice is often overcooked, buffet too small for so many tables. There is a standard selection of food, but there is still room for improvement. If you're hungry and you're nearby, it's ok, otherwise there are many better ones that also do better in terms of price and quality.

We really enjoyed eating there. However, we were not treated well yesterday. The food was cold and inedible, so my friend told me after the first bite and said he was only paying for the drinks. When I commented that the dishes were dirty, I wasn't taken seriously. The dishes were cleared at every table, but mine was only removed at the end. The waitress was still waiting for a tip and didn't even say goodbye. Every restaurant can make mistakes. However, I would then be accommodating so that the customers would come back. Unfortunately that was the last time for us.

Excellent but too little to choose from

The ambience suffers when the drinks crates are dragged squeaking across the floor. The rough handling of cleared dishes and cutlery when they are tipped into bins increases the noise level.

Excessively expensive for nothing to be restocked after 8:45 p.m., so if you arrive early you will eat sushi, otherwise you won't, even if you pay the same as those who were able to eat it. The waiters remove your plates and napkins in an unpleasant manner. The normal food. There is a lack of cleaning in some serving utensils, the plates...etc. We will not return.

An Asian restaurant as you would expect. A sushi buffet, a Chinese buffet and a dessert buffet. There is also a station in the evening where you can choose freely and then freshly fried food. Everything was perfect in terms of quality and taste. Very positive: noticeably less fat is used than its market competitors in the region. Great selection of drinks for self-service, tapped or from the fridge. As a package, the buffet including drinks is fairly priced. Good parking situation directly in front of the restaurant. The staff is unobtrusive but always present. The only negatives are the chairs, some of which look very used, and the noise in the large "hall".

Absolutely delicious selection in the buffet including a drinks flat rate

The evening buffet, which we wanted to try, was simply great! The selection is unbeatable and drinks are included. The Mongolian grill was amazing, and there was something to suit everyone. There is a large selection of lemonades, juices and also alcohol to match the dishes. If you want, you can get a coffee or a piece of cake or donuts at the end. The service was very friendly and it wasn't too crowded. We would be happy to come and feast again!

Just been there today on a Friday. Arrived at the restaurant around 1930h, we chose the buffet, well unfortunately a big mistake, almost nothing in the display, neither in the fresh nor in the finished area, both more than leeeeer on request that you get something new after a long search for someone who speaks German The scampis simply dumped out a tk bag and the desire for vegetables was not accepted at all. Big restaurant. Friendly, helpful, attentive staff. Prices completely okay. Had a buffet and drinks were included! Main courses were slightly smaller in number than in another Chinese restaurant. Taste good to very good. Starters and desserts in a slightly higher number than in the other restaurant. Room a little dark. What bothered me personally was the step in the room. Staff pointed this out to us! I thought it was great. It certainly wasn't the last time there.
