My wife and I had dinner here on my birthday and were lucky to have a reservation. Otherwise, we certainly wouldn't have gotten a table during the week... The hype is real! This restaurant is rightly so highly rated. We've rarely had such exceptional and good food in Münster. I'd love to give the service 10 out of 5 🤗 It's rare to find such attentive and friendly waiters ♥️ We'll definitely be back and will definitely order the set menu again 👌

Beautiful interior, delicious food, pleasant staff. I'm a visiting American and this was my first time eating a Lebanese menu. We had the four course mezza meal and although I may not have known what I was eating all the time I can say we happily ate it all.

It's rare to find such authentic food. We eat many of the specialties regularly (hummus, tabbouleh, muhammara, etc.), which is precisely why we were surprised by the even more pronounced flavor intensity. The falafel, in particular, was a dream, so fluffy! Even potatoes or carrots are a delight here. It's especially nice to be able to combine the mesa with vegan options and meat or fish, so you can share it with your friends. The service was also very friendly, informal, yet attentive to the details, in keeping with the ambiance. I also really appreciated the reduced noise level, which made it easy to have a conversation. Thank you very much, we will be back!

Phoenicia Restaurant is a really nice, relatively small restaurant. You should definitely make a reservation. The food is a bit more expensive, but you get large portions that should definitely be enough for everyone. The ambiance is really nice, the service is good, and the food is excellently prepared.

The food is – as always – delicious. If you've never tried Lebanese cuisine, you should try the mixed platters (with or without meat). You can't go wrong.

Very tasty food, very friendly service, but a small downside: four of us ate the same meal, but received portions for two (for example, diced potatoes or creams and dips). The bottle of wine is significantly more expensive than the individual glasses. According to the website, card payments are not accepted, but the waiter didn't have the correct change and had to get something.

We were there for the first time on Tuesday last week and can definitely recommend visiting the restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and is served in a cozy atmosphere. The staff is super attentive and accommodating. We'll definitely be back.

Extremely good! The reviews are completely right. Rarely eaten so deliciously. Friendly service. Not exactly cheap but it fits. The only drawback is that the small tables are too close to the other guests and a bit cramped. But definitely come back

Five of us had a delicious meal here. We ordered meatballs for everyone and were very impressed. First a cold starter, then a warm one. Then the main course, followed by dessert. Everything was very fresh and deliciously seasoned. We'll be back 😜

We had a menu for 2. It was really excellent. But I recommend making a reservation in advance as it is small.

Everything was great. Since the restaurant isn't that big, it was correspondingly loud.

If you're new here, it's ideal to choose one of the set menus and sample a wide selection of cold and warm appetizers. There was nothing we didn't like, and even though we were extremely full by the end, we couldn't keep our hands off the food. Not just worth a visit. 5/5, we'll be back.

We chose the Mäsa so that we could try lots of different dishes. It was all very tasty. The waitress was very attentative. This was our first experience to the Lebanese cuisine and definitely won't be the last.

We are thrilled! A flat rate will be charged for a menu of your choice and will be treated to 1. Cold starter and 9 different delicacies, 2. Warm starters and 7 different delicacies, 3. The delicious main course, 4 the dessert. At the end either tea or something similar is given. The whole meal was very digestible. I probably know all of Lebanese cuisine now. Points deducted for ambience because it was very busy and the tables were very close to each other. It was annoying when someone went to the toilet wearing a jacket because this person unintentionally waved their jacket over our food. Otherwise everything was great.

I always like to have two starters: I was amazed by the hummus with minced meat and pine nuts. Very good! Always friendly service!

The madness. Every little bowl is beautifully decorated. Everything is freshly made and the service is just relaxed and friendly. The prices are also great and everything we ate (various cold and warm starters, meat dishes, dessert) simply tasted great. We live an hour away but we will definitely come back.

Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet und bietet Tische für unterschiedlich große Gruppen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Nach etwas Überlegung entschlossen wir uns Mäsa (Menü mit kalten und warmen Vorspeisen, Hauptgericht und Nachtisch) zu bestellen. So bekamen wir einen Querschnitt durch die libanesische Küche. Auch wenn die einzelnen Teller eher klein sind, ist man an Ende doch gut gesättigt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

For around 30 euros per person There is a menu with cold and warm starters, followed by the main course and a small dessert - we were particularly impressed by the starters. Alternatively, you can also choose dishes directly from the menu. The service was very friendly - but it should be emphasized that there is no card payment. Overall, I would recommend a visit, especially because of the delicious food.

We ate a menu with meat. The cold starters were incredibly delicious. The warm starters and main course were a little less spectacular in comparison, but tasty. The dessert, a small piece of semolina cake or something like that is okay. Unfortunately, the employees spoke very loudly to each other. That was very disturbing. But overall recommended.

Excellent immersion into Lebanese food culture. We decided on the Mäsa version, which is good for trying lots of different little things. We were served four courses. Mixed cold starters as starters followed by warm starters. Then there was the main course with delicious meat options such as chicken, lamb and beef. Plus onion vegetables and rice. Afterwards there was a dessert at the end consisting of sponge cake with coconut, rose water and chocolate shavings, which made our trip a completely successful experience. Very interesting spices and combinations that we can definitely learn something from in German cuisine. The portions were plentiful, as good eaters we couldn't finish everything. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a special place for our wedding anniversary and found it here. We chose one of the menus. An incredible variety of finely seasoned, extremely delicate starters were served, each one a small experience. There was actually no room for the main course, but it was a pleasure due to the tasty preparation. The service was very friendly and always attentive. Even though the restaurant was filled to capacity and one person was responsible for all the tasks and had to carry the many bowls and plates up and down, nothing was overlooked. The decor was cozy with an oriental touch, but not overloaded. Thanks for the special evening!

The quality has been great for many years and is a reason for many Münster residents to come back again and again. The restaurant is located outside the city center, but close to Schlossplatz, easily accessible on foot. The dining room is rather small, you sit comfortably and you should definitely make a reservation.

We discovered the restaurant spontaneously and didn't pay attention to the opening hours of the kitchen. Fifteen minutes before closing time, we were very politely provided with a table for four people. We chose the recommendation, the menu. This is the VERY BEST arabische Restaurant in Muenster. There is nothing similar in this type of Restaurant. A second very good Restaurant is Al Ryan. However, this Restaurant, Phoenicia has another level of Niveu and quality. Those beautiful lights in yellow color makes all much better, all DEKOR inside is perfect, the entrance is perfect, and the most important, the food was the very best I have ever eating. The food was excellent, you can either order à la carte or a 4-course menu. I would recommend the latter, as it really offers a wide range of cuisine. We had the vegan 4-course menu, which you can order for two people or more either vegan, vegetarian or with meat. You get a selection of both cold and warm starters, a main course and a dessert. The starters are incredibly tasty and I could have gone home satisfied afterwards. You should definitely be hungry. The service was very experienced and always kept an eye on all guests.

Very successful evening. Food definitely 5 stars for quality and quantity (had the menu). 1 star deduction because it was sometimes a little slow between courses and because only cash payment was offered. Someone wanted to invite the group (8) and then everyone had to scrape together cash. Awkward

What a great, small and typically Lebanese restaurant. A fantastic menu with many typical regional dishes. We were recommended a menu consisting of many different, well-seasoned, cold starters, after some warm starters and as a third course various main courses, consisting of well-seasoned chicken, delicately seasoned and fried beef fillet and other delicacies! Dessert crowned our four-course menu. A southern dish with the smell and taste of roses and cinnamon. The restaurant is furnished very lovingly and in detail! Beetje omslachtig maar als je het systeem kent dan is het een leuke automatisering. Verrassende gerechten ook voor vegetariërs.

Leider hatten wir an einem Abend gleich 2 kleine Insekten/Fliegen in unserem Essen. Das kann mal passieren, aber in einem Restaurant, wo wir zu zweit fast 100 Euro gezahlt haben, da erwarte ich irgendwie mehr. Das Essen war zwar lecker, aber durch die Insekten hat man halt ein sehr komisches Gefühl beim Essen, was einem irgendwie den Geschmack verdirbt. Der eine Kellner an dem Abend hat das Insekt dann entfernt und gesagt, dass es von der Decke kommen kann.. Wobei es direkt im Fleisch saß. Beim zweiten Vieh habe ich nichts mehr gesagt. Vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach Pech oder wir sind zu zimperlich, aber irgendwo müssen die guten Rezensionen hier ja herkommen. Ich selbst kann das allerdings nicht bestätigen. Vielleicht hätten wir davon Fotos machen sollen, denkt man in dem Moment nicht dran..

Kleines, feines Restaurant mit köstlicher, vielfältiger Küche. Daher ist ohne Reservierung anscheinend nix zu machen. Die "Mäsa" sind dringend zu empfehlen. Hier waren wir nicht zum letzten Mal!

Wir waren das erste Mal in einer Gruppe von drei da. Schnell haben wir uns auf das angebotene Menu geeinigt, dann ging es auch schon los. Erst kamen die Vorspeisen, hier gab es eine reiche Auswahl, für jeden etwas. Ich persönlich bin ein Fan des Hummus, der hier offenbar selbst zubereitet serviert wird, große Klasse. Die warmen Vorspeisen waren nicht minder, ebenfalls eine super Auswahl. Als Hauptgericht gab es dann einen Grillteller mit verschiedenen Sorten Fleisch. Zum Abschluss gab es dann ein kleines Stück Kuchen, mehr hätte auch nicht mehr reingepasst. Was mich begeistert sind die zur sonst üblichen Küche unterschiedlichen Aromen, die durch den Einsatz der Gewürze erreicht werden, z.B. Minze oder Zimt am Fleisch. Für uns war das ein gelungenes Experiment. Es gibt das Menu auch vegetarisch oder explizit vegan. Das Ambiente war kuschelig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Jederzeit wieder!

Schönes Restaurant für einen netten Abend!

Kleines gemütliches Restaurant. In einer freundliche Atmosphäre wird man von nettem Personal verwöhnt. Eine schöne Art die libanesische Küche kennenzulernen und gleichzeitig einen bisschen vom libanesischen kulturellen Geist zu erleben. Als Abwechslung zu all den anderen sonst so bekannten Küchen empfehlenswert. Viel Spass...

Was soll man sagen: Der Abend startete erst einmal mit einer kleinen Enttäuschung. Der Aperol war alle und das gezapfte Bier hatte keine Kohlensäure. Die Wahl fiel daher notgedrungen auf das Weizenbier aus der Flasche. Die Meza Phönicia war - auch wenn der Preis von 29 Euro relativ teuer war - sehr lecker. Gerade die kalten und warmen Vorspeisen konnten überzeugen. Die Hauptspeise der Meza war lecker. Auf die Nachspeise hätte man allerdings ohne Probleme verzichten können. Enttäuschend war am Ende des Abends, dass wir nicht mit Karte zahlen konnten und nochmal zum nahegelegenen Rewe laufen mussten, um Bargeld abzuheben. Den zum Teil schon abgelösten Zettel an der Tür mit dem entsprechenden Hinweis konnte man im Dunkeln kaum erkennen. Die Bedienung war nett.

Mussten lange warten, Bedienung war dann nett. Essen war in Ordnung. Meinen Freunden hat es besser geschmeckt. Insgesamt schien es, als würde mehr wert auf die Masse als auf die Qualität gelegt. Wir hatten viermal die 3-Gänge-Mäsa und ein Einzelgericht, welches nicht aufgegessen worden ist. So doll kann’s nicht gewesen sein. Aperol gabs nicht, obwohl der Laden neben einem Rewe liegt. Mussten die Getränke mehrmals bestellen, Getränke waren dann zT abgestanden oder kamen garnicht. Beim Bezahlen konnten wir nicht mit Karte zahlen (ein kleiner uralter Zettel an der Tür weist daraufhin hin). Dann weiß man ja, was da verwaltungstechnisch läuft, da es nur eine handschriftliche Zusammenstellung gab und keine Quittung und Eingabe in die Kasse. Leider wurde die Bedienung am Ende auch recht unfreundlich.

Kleines Lokal, als wir da waren konnte man nur mit Karte Zahlen. Relativ eng aber gemütlich. Der Kelner war selten vorn. Das Menü was uns vorgeschlagen wurde war lecker aber dann doch recht Preisintensiv

Hatten einen netten Abend mit Freunden. Essen ist gut und lecker. Und die Preis- Leistung passt auch. Im Großen und Ganzen ein runder Abend. Neben klassischen Fleisch Gerichten, gibt es auch eine große vegetarische Auswahl und auch der Fisch kommt nicht zur kurz. Essen könnte für meinen Geschmack an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas ausgefallener sein. Leider war bei uns keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Was in der heutigen Zeit schon Ärgerlich ist. Der Service ist nett in zuvorkommend!
