Pho Vietnam Wiesbaden in Wiesbaden

I would have preferred not to give a star at all.. for the REPEATED TIME I saw a dry piece of meat in my vegetarian to go box, which I had unfortunately only unpacked at home.. the noodles were burnt and very dry! Unfortunately the food had to go in the bin... that was the last time I ordered anything there.

Not insignificant hygienic deficiencies were repeatedly identified in the company: Overall operation: The rooms were not in a good hygienic condition overall. All surfaces had old grease deposits. Doors, door frames, shelves and walls, especially behind furniture, were partly heavily greased. A cockroach infestation and a mouse infestation were found. The food produced, processed and marketed at the facility was exposed to a risk of contamination. Food was stored in such a way that adverse influences/contamination could not be ruled out. Pasta was soaked in water and stored open under the sink with dirty water. Food was found that had not been cooled to an appropriate temperature as quickly as possible after it had been prepared. The noodles were soaked in warm water according to the manufacturer's instructions, but not cooled down after 45 to 60 minutes, for example. B. to reduce the growth of Bacillus Cereus. Frozen food was thawed at a temperature that was too warm. The risk of promoting the growth of pathogenic (disease-causing) microorganisms and/or the formation of toxins (poisons) was not limited to a minimum. Frozen foods were thawed in such a way that the resulting liquid could not drain away. Kitchen: The drawers and the front areas of the refrigerator body of the refrigerated counter were contaminated. Several electrical installations (light switches, sockets, cables and/or lines) were damaged. Cleaning equipment was placed directly on the floor. This meant that it could not dry quickly. The silicone joint on the food washing device was damaged and contaminated with mold. The mixing nozzle of the food washer fitting was calcified. There was a control cabinet in the wall, which again did not have a lid. Adequate cleaning and/or disinfection was not possible. Accumulations of dirt were not avoided. Equipment was not positioned in such a way that separation between clean and unclean areas was possible and contamination between and during operations was avoided. The cutting board was still dirty and worn out. The rice cooker was contaminated. The spatula was damaged. The staff smoked in rooms (kitchen) where food was handled. Food containers were stored on the floor, which are usually placed on the work surfaces during the work process. This meant that there was a risk that germs could be transferred to food during the further work process and contaminate it. When storing perishable foods, the manufacturer's temperature specification or the product-specific maximum temperature was exceeded. Sprouts were stored at room temperature (23 °C). Food (bubble tea bubbles) was delivered that had clearly exceeded its best before date (best before date). The best-before date of March 20, 2024 was stated on the packaging and had therefore already expired for more than six weeks at the time of the inspection. Delicious Asian with a snack bar atmosphere. The boxes are delicious, cheap and richly filled. The more expensive dishes are also worth it and are surprisingly well made, you wouldn't be out of place in a real restaurant.

I had food delivered to me, including spring rolls, the sauce leaked out and the bag stank of fish, so I forgot everything, the chicken wasn't fresh and the duck especially wasn't. The sauce on the summer rolls was too salty. Conclusion there are better Vietnamese, but for now I don't want any more Vietnamese.

Now unfortunately I have to give a really bad review. This was honestly the worst soup I have ever eaten! That's why I left them there. I only had: Warm water, a tomato in three pieces, half an onion, at least in four pieces, a handful of cheap noodles, 10 spring onion fibers, 6 frozen shrimps and 3 sprigs of mint, 3 sprigs of coriander, already yellow, a few bean sprouts, a piece Lemon (separately on the plate) - all together for €13.50 Tastes like water without the mint and coriander and like tea with noodles with the herbs 😖 Unfortunately I didn't speak the language when I arrived here and was served by a child... I basically only gave it two stars because I'm still alive 😅👏🏻

One of the worst experiences I've had in Germany. Me and a buddy went to grab lunch. He ordered a large pho and I ordered a smaller size. His pho came with bean sprouts, lime and coriander on the side and mine didn't. I asked for some coriander and the owner gave me a dirty look and sounded disgruntled. Of course I don't speak German so I don't understand. When I went to pay I asked to pay separately. Thought he understood but no. He charged the menu. I just paid and left. I am Korean and the owner seems to be from southeast Asia as well. Can't believe I got discriminated against by an Asian in Germany. Also, pho broth was probably the worst I had in my life. I love pho but this had no taste nor couldn't feel any spices. My buddy said the same thing. Disappointed with the food and the service. Never again.

Had dinner there two weeks ago. I woke up in the night with sweats and nausea. I have just read the latest excerpt from the Hesse Health Department about the store and I am quoting a small excerpt from it: “ Mouse droppings were found in the immediate vicinity of the cash register and the receipt printers, but also in the counter and on shelves and base cabinets. Some of the mouse droppings were in the direct field of vision and work area. Food (syrup for bubble tea) was processed and distributed without indicating that it had passed its best before date (BBD). Some of the syrups had expired since January 23 and were still used in the 2023 summer season. The syrups have been sitting in the counter unused and expired since the end of summer 2023.”

Got Pho and water. Food was fast and great. Definitely some of the better pho I have had.

This is the best coconut milk soup (S3. Tom Kha Gai) I have ever tasted. We like to come here together with mom.

Ordered beef Pho… got some sort of orange soup. Argued with the older lady about what we ordered based on the picture and she just mouthed off in Vietnamese. If you want good SEA food in Germany probably best not to bother. The depth of flavour and the spice levels are very poor

When paying, the waiter kept trying to take the card out of my hand and wouldn't show me the card reader. After persistent questions on my part, I was reluctantly shown the device, whereupon I could see that he wanted to charge me too much.

I've been a regular customer here for years, but today is the last straw. I have often eaten very well here. Yes, past tense. I'm not sure if the chef didn't feel like it today, but I would have been happy if the noodles and rice had been fried and not just heated. After all, I paid €15 even though I ordered 2 large boxes for €5.50 each. I had the boxes last week and there was more in them than in the “big portion” now. I'd rather go to the train station in the future. There are more than 6 carrot strips in it and it is also fried. I'll throw it away, we don't have steel stomachs.

I ordered and paid for crispy chicken and all I got was normal chicken and not even a number to call!! And the baked noodles are white, only taste like noodles, no spices, nothing, at least my breaded chicken was delivered... I could have done that at home too. Never easy again... I just threw the money in the bin.. 👍🏼

Please avoid disaster at all costs The food smelled strange and people apparently don't take hygiene that seriously. The store is poorly ventilated, which is why you smell strange afterwards. To protect my health, I didn't finish the meal.

For one thing, we didn't get what we ordered. On the other hand, the things didn't taste good. The sauce was a packet sauce and when I ate it I sometimes had large lumps of powder in my mouth. The fried noodles were just a slimy mass with no real taste. The bubble tea we ordered was more than half spread out in the bag and ran out. Not to mention that the bubble tea smelled like rotten eggs (which meant we couldn't even try it) We will never order here again.

The healthiest and most delicious food I have ever tried. The sauces are ginger-based and light. Large dishes at excellent prices. The place is small but the people flow.

I ordered my food, now I noticed that it wasn't sweet and sour chicken, but chicken meat, and there was a hair in the sauce. Unfortunately no one can be reached by phone.

Beware of fraud! I had pasta for €5 and €50 was deducted from my account. A week later I noticed it and went and asked for my money back. After a long discussion because I wasn't understood properly, I got the money back.

Kleiner süßer Vietnamese mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Auswahl an Essen ist toll, das Personal ist super nett und Preis/Leistung überragend. Der Bubble Tea ist aber leider nicht so gut.

Wir haben hier die Pho Suppe gegessen. Sie war sehr lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und das Essen wurde schnell serviert. Hier gab es nichts zu meckern.

Gutes Essen, schneller Service. Man kann vor Ort essen oder mitnehmen.

Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung. Allerdings empfehle ich 2go oder eben Bestellung. Das Lokal selbst ist zwar sauber und ordentlich, jedoch sehr klein und ungemütlich.

Also ich war das erstmal da was essen hab die cocossippe genommen es war zuviel Salz und hat nicht geschmeckt

Fast, tasty and cheap, this a fine eatery. The “Tom Kha Gai” soup with coconut milk is 10/10.

Okay if we really forget about the service and everything else, food bang so 4 stars. It was yummy, it was sweet but also savory, it was oily and it was spicy so I really felt something in my life other than this absurd heat. So yeah, nice.

First choice for Pho in the city. Delicious, with spice on the tables to add your own level of heat. Not 5 stars because no matter how many times I ask them to not out cilantro/corrieander in my pho, they ALWAYS ADD IT. I then have to spend 3 min picking it all out before I eat it. Still good, as long as you don't have the "cilanteo tastes like soap" gene

A favorite in Wiesbaden for a quick bite as an alternate to a hamburger. Very good and delicious. Recommend a visit, it won't disappoint.

Leckeres asiatisches Essen, viel Auswahl mit oder ohne Fleisch. Relativ wenig Sitzplätze, im Sommer auch 2 Tische draußen sozusagen „sehen und gesehen werden“ in der Fußgängerzone. Toiletten im 1. Stock, also nicht barrierefrei.

Esto es básicamente, comida callejera. Buena selección de platos, comida sabrosa bien preparada, servicio rápido y amable y precios muy razonables. Buen lugar para el almuerzo / cena en solitario, o para una comida informal con amigos.

Das Vietnam Pho eignet sich für eine leckere Mahlzeit auf die Schnelle, das Personal ist sehr freundlich vom Ambiente her eher Imbißstube als Restaurant.
