Hmm, ich bin mir nicht sicher, was ich von diesem Laden halten soll. Normalerweise hole ich mir mein vietnamesisches Essen in Chinatown in Houston, deshalb hatte ich hohe Erwartungen. Ich sah den Preis und ging von einem ordentlichen Banh Mi aus, aber es sah so aus, als hätten sie mir nur ein halbes Sandwich gegeben, haha. Banh Mi – Das Brot war total zäh. Ich esse Banh Mi normalerweise nur mit weichem Brot. Ich mag es nicht, mit dem Baguette zu kämpfen, um ein Stück abzureißen. Das Fleisch sah eher gekocht aus als schön angebraten, im Gegensatz zu der dunkelbraunen Kruste, die man erwarten würde. Dem Banh Mi fehlte die typische, buttrige Mayonnaise. Sommerrollen – Ich habe schon mal Sommerrollen selbst gemacht und konnte hier nur den Salat schmecken (es war keine Minze drin). Außerdem waren die Enden der Sommerrollen ziemlich hart. Ich habe sie gegen 18 Uhr bestellt, ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sie frisch zubereitet werden oder schon länger herumliegen. Die Soße war sehr wässrig, sodass sie einfach von der Frühlingsrolle tropfte. Normalerweise ist die Soße dicker und stückiger. Insgesamt war das Essen nicht schlecht, es fehlte nur an einigen wichtigen Stellen etwas.

Das beste Phở der Stadt! Die Brühe ist einfach unglaublich lecker – reichhaltig, aromatisch und perfekt gewürzt. Die Portionen sind riesig, man bekommt also definitiv etwas für sein Geld. Das Lokal ist gemütlich und charmant, aber leicht zu übersehen, da es etwas versteckt in einer Seitenstraße nahe Tor 1 liegt – also Augen auf! Das Personal ist freundlich und der Service schnell. Eine Reservierung ist aber unbedingt empfehlenswert, da es schnell voll wird. Mein neuer Lieblingsort für vietnamesisches Essen. Volle Punktzahl!

Auf meinen Reisen durch ganz Europa habe ich dieses Restaurant als durchweg gut empfunden, 9,5/10 Punkte - sauber - begeisterter Service - köstlich - und raffiniert - leicht zu findende Lage.

Die Atmosphäre war einfach phänomenal und eines der Highlights unseres Besuchs. Die Vorspeisen waren köstlich, und selbst meine wählerischen Kinder waren begeistert. Die gedämpften Brötchen waren lecker, obwohl ich mir etwas mehr Fleisch in der Füllung gewünscht hätte. Die Pho war gut, aber die Brühe war dunkler und salziger als gewohnt und hatte nicht den typischen Geschmack, den ich erwarte. Ich war außerdem überrascht, dass Basilikum, Sojasprossen und Jalapeños nicht zur Pho serviert wurden, obwohl Chili gegen Aufpreis erhältlich war. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis mit wunderschönem Ambiente und exzellenten Vorspeisen.

Schönes Interieur und solide vietnamesische Küche mit einer großen Auswahl an Hauptgerichten. Ich bestellte das rote Curry mit Hühnchen. Es hätte ruhig etwas mehr Hühnchen sein können, aber die Portion war trotzdem ausreichend. Der Service ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Erläuterung der Gerichte.

Ich habe das rote Curry mit Tofu probiert, und meine Begleiter hatten gebratenen Reis, ein Bánh mì und Bún Đẞy. Alles war sehr lecker. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und der Service freundlich. Achten Sie beim Bezahlen aber auf die standardmäßigen amerikanischen Trinkgeldoptionen.

Sehr schön hier, war hier das erste tund eher aus Zufall gefunden. Ist ein bisschen versteckt, aber es lohnt sich - das Essen ist gut, der Service ebenso. Gerne wieder! 😃

Eines der besten Restaurants, die ich in Graf besucht habe. Der Service ist schnell und das Essen genau das Richtige, wenn man Lust auf Pho hat. Frisches Gemüse und köstliche Saucen. Große Auswahl an Getränken und sehr kreative saisonale Kreationen! Ich liebe es hier. Einziger Minuspunkt war der kleine Gastraum, aber selbst der hatte seinen Charme.

Hervorragender Service und fantastisches Essen. Die Atmosphäre war wunderbar und beruhigend. Musik und Ambiente waren einfach großartig!

The food is a little pricey. The chicken fried rice did not have much flavor. The fried Springrolls were really good.

The dishes are very similar to what I ate in Vietnam. This authentic taste is rarely found in Germany.

We drive the extra 20 minutes to pick up food. It's the best Vietnamese food I've ever had. The pho is delicious. We always enjoy coming back for a taste experience.

Great food at an affordable price. The seared beef and garlic phơ was fantastic, and was easily enough for 2 servings had I not been so hungry. And the Caramel Heaven Boba was delicious! The food was hot and brought out in a timely manner, and the service was exceptional. Recommend this spot to anyone that wants a great Vietnamese meal!

The food is delicious, the boba and traditional coffee are delicious and a real experience. The service is friendly and quick. The summer rolls are tasty, with a bit of a salad, but that's normal for summer rolls. The pho was a bit lightly seasoned for me, but they have sauces that complement it very well. Highly recommended.

Went here for lunch. I recommend arriving early before they open to ensure you get seated quickly and food delivered with a swiftness. They open at 1130. You can also get your drinks to go. I recommend ordering your thai tea to go before you pay. They take card and cash.

Pho was top notch. Gets busy during lunch time rought noon. Barely need to add anything to the pho almost perfect.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pho Viet – A Hidden Gem Near Grafenwöhr Back Gate My wife and I have been craving a good pho for a while, and Pho Viet absolutely delivered! This tucked-in restaurant near the Grafenwöhr back gate is a true find. We ordered the recommended pho with beef, garlic, and extra meatballs. The flavor was delicious — it has its own unique twist compared to the pho I’ve had in the States. The hint of garlic from the beef elevated the broth beautifully. I actually enjoyed it so much that I didn’t feel the need to add any of the two sauces they offered. The hot sauce here isn’t particularly spicy but has a pleasant sweetness, making it a great dipping sauce for the meat. I ordered the extra-large size thinking it would be just right — oh boy, I was wrong. It’s huge! Generous portions, especially with the meat, which is a big plus in my book. The restaurant has a cozy vibe, and the hospitality was superb from start to finish. 100% recommended — we will definitely be back for more!

One of my favorite restaurants of all time. Love their food, especially the fried rice, garlic beef pho, and summer rolls. Really hard to find food as good as theirs (and I've tried). Wish we could take this restaurant with us whenever we go!

This place was very much a pleasant surprise. The pho is the best I've had since moving to Germany, and the service is excellent too. The portions are very big and the prices are fair. Also, our waitress was so nice and professional, I'd definitely come back here, no question.

The house coffee is 10/10. The red curry dishes are usually good, but on this particular occasion seemed a little off and I didn’t feel well after. Update: I tried to call same day of issue. Appreciate quick response by mgt below, it’s clear they care about maintaining high quality. I regularly dine here, this experience was probably just a one off. Their customer service is excellent, and my subsequent experience was positive, therefore updating review to reflect resolution.

Tried this place today . The atmosphere was great , I liked the fact that palo santo was lit in the restaurant. It’s a semi-small space but , was very cozy. There was great music playing. You can tell The staff appreciated their regulars. Which is always a good sign . Pho: garlic & beef 7/10 broth was good , I liked the ribbon noodles normally I’m used to regular rice noodles but these ones were good. ( was missing bean sprouts and lime) ( the pho came with a lemon but I didn’t mind the lemon) Vietnamese coffee: 10/10 ( it’s a slow drip but I recommend) I do wish the hot sauce was hotter. Almost tasted like sweet chili sauce for lumpia… but I could be wrong.

Nize cozy space. Right outside the gate so most of the patrons were speaking English. Got the friend spring rolls, the seared beef and garlic broth pho, and thai bobo tea. All were amazing. The spring rolls were fried to perfect crispness. Garlic season broth in the pho was so good that I finished it off. Food came out super quick. Service was very friendly.

Have only ordered takeout here. Food is delicious, packaging is great, food is always fresh. We've settled on chicken Pho (small, portions are huge) with spring rolls and bean sprouts. It's always delicious. This changed my mind about Vietnamese food! Have ordered probably 10 times from here

Went here for dinner while I was traveling for work. It was relatively empty when I went in, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I sat down the server gave me a menu and took my drink order. The way the restaurant was decorated seemed traditional, however the music playing seemed a little out of place. The food itself was very good, and very reasonably priced. I ordered the small size thin medium cooked beef pho, and even with the small size I almost needed the remainder of it to go. The atmosphere was a little quirky, but overall I would definitely visit this restaurant again if I am back in Grafenwohr for work.

I used to spend dreadful amounts of time at Graf for work and the only highlight of my trip was knowing I’d get to eat here. My go to orders were the garlic beef pho or the stir fried rice noodles (3.2 and 5.4). One of the better pho places I’ve ever tried. And I still dream of those noodles and wish this restaurant was closer to me!

Authentic Vietnamese food. It's relatively loud and hectic in the restaurant. The waitresses are still very friendly. You get large portions. Ideal for picking up food. The summer rolls are really tasty. Vegetarians and vegans are in good hands here.

Cozy spot that I look forward to going to all the time, the food is really good. The atmosphere is relaxing and warm. The staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommend anyone new to the area to come check out this restaurant and those that have been here should already know that this is the Go 2 Pho spot !

There fried spring rolls are everything ☺️

I’m very picky when it comes to eating Phở but I have no complaint while eating here. Delicious Phở and appetizers. The broth had a rich flavor, beef was cooked just right, and noodles was on point. It would be nice if they bring out some bean sprouts and herbs.

Overall experience with this place is pretty good. The food is fairly priced and comes in decent portions. The beer selection is lacking with only 2 beers offered. They have 6 or 7 different flavors of Soju, though. The atmosphere is homey and relaxed. The waitstaff has always been friendly.

A year and a half now that I last ate here and I still miss/crave this place. Nothing in the U.S. has tasted the same! The beef garlic pho was my go to!

This place is right outside Tower Graf gate 1. Great food and customer service. The Garlic beef pho was really good. No reservation is usually needed if you stop by when it's not busy. But they highly recommend to call to reserve a spot.

This place serve very delicious pho and rice dishes. I absolutely love the large pho with meatballs and bean sprouts. My friends said the friend was good and their drinks! I want to suggest that the pho should come with Thai basil or mint as well. The small bowl is very small but it’s very heart warming and I enjoyed it. Their boba tea drinks are great! However it is a little bit on the pricy side.

Das Essen schmeckt fantastisch, alles wird frisch zubereitet und die Portionen sind riesig. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an selbstgemachten Getränken und wechselnde Nachspeisen. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Ich freue mich wirklich sehr, dass ich das Restaurant zufällig entdeckt habe. Nur zu empfehlen! Mein persönlicher Favorit ist die Phở und als Vorspeise Bánh bao. So gut!

The service is good and the food taste pretty good too, but I have got food poisoning twice this year from this place. I know a few others who got it too when they ate with me on both separate occasions. Again food taste good, but has made me sick… Sad to say it, but I will definitely not be coming back.

Anytime I want something authentic, calm, and a great atmosphere or I want a night out with friends this is definitely the place. Great food and drinks couldn’t ask for more. If you are in the area definitely give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

By far checks all the boxes for good food and service, the atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is helpful and friendly. I recommend eating at Pho Viet to many people and they always go back for more.

A Little cozy restaurant with amazing staff .the food never disappoint and the bartender is awesome. If you like a good drink request the kiwi cocktail drink with soju it’s a winner . The price was also very good and the serving size is large.. I’ve been there multiple times and they’ve definitely earned a loyal customer …. They also have outdoor seating which is awesome.

THEY SELL SOJU! If you’re a fan of soju like me, this is one of the few spots to get it here in the Graf/Vilseck area. The pho is phenomenal, way better than most of the places I’ve visited back home in the States. A small bowl was more than enough for me! Definitely a must visit if you’re new to the area!

Wir waren jetzt schon ein paar mal hier essen und jedes Mal sehr zufrieden! Haben Sommerrollen und Pho gegessen und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Homemade Soßen schmecken top! Wir haben die Pho in small gegessen und mit einer Vorspeise dazu wird man auch wirklich sehr gut satt. Die Bedienungen sprechen deutsch und englisch und sind sehr nett! Innen ist das Restaurant wunderbar eingerichtet. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen, da ist das Ambiente noch ausbaufähig aber trotzdem angenehm draußen zu sein. Waren rundum zufrieden und haben schon vielen empfohlen hier mal essen zu gehen!

Food is excellent and vegan options are easy to order, portion sizes for entrees are huge, apps and drinks are really expensive though.

My experience at Pho Viet Graf was exceptional. The food is authentic. I had the pho and summer rolls; both were fantastic. The service was prompt and courteous. The ambiance is nice. If I were management, I wouldn’t change a thing! I love this place and highly recommend.

Heavy broth! I usually eat a lot of pho, but I recommend the small. The shrimp summer rolls are very good.
