Pho Viet in Dresden

Das Pho war furchtbar! Es schmeckte nach Wasser, Salz und minderwertigen Nudeln. Ansonsten waren Service und Ambiente okay, aber für mich zählt vor allem das Essen.

Gelegen in der Dresdener Neustadt, entlang einer Meile mit vielen Restaurants und Buden, sticht das Pho Viet in Sachen Atmosphäre etwas positiver hinaus. Der Service war zweckgemäß, nichts zu kritisieren, nichts was positiv auffiel. Meine Edamame waren leider nicht gut, einige die bereits etwas welk waren. Die Pho war durchschnittlich. Gute Brühe, sehr faseriges Fleisch und keine add-ons á la Koriander, chillis, Zitrone etc. Alles in allem war ich, aufgrund der guten Bewertungen, eher enttäuscht. Das Pho Viet ist in meiner Wahrnehmung Durchschnitt.

Es war köstlich, alles war hervorragend. Auch der Service und die Atmosphäre waren toll. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir in Dresden sind.

Sehr freundlich, sehr gute Speisen, sehr fairer Preis. Die Lage neben dem offenen Pissoir ist halt doof, da kann der Betreiber nichts dafür. ..

Ich fand es sehr lecker eine Kleinigkeit beim heißen Wetter draußen zu essen. Sommerrollen sehr lecker und die Erdbeerlimo auch. Auch drin sieht es sehr schon aus und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Gut besuchtes vietnamesisches Restaurant. Hier kann eine Reservierung nicht schaden. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und mega-freundlich. Das Essen hat uns geschmeckt, hätte aber vielleicht etwas interessanter gewürzt sein können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Essen sehr lecker, Service durchwachsen. Gemischter Vorspeisenteller war mega, bis auf die Erdnusssoße. Die passt überhaupt nicht geschmacklich dazu meiner Meinung nach. Sehr leckere Füllungen, crispy und tolle Konsistenz. Mango Salat war auch super lecker und erfrischend bei der Hitze. Was nicht so schön war, war die etwas überlastete Angestellte. Getränke wurden ganz vergessen. Da fragten wir nochmals nach, nachdem wir das Essen bereits erhielten. Sie wusste von nichts. Dann wollte ich einen Kaffee mit Kondensmilch- haben sie nicht mehr. Ein No-Go und ich dachte in der EU verboten sind Plaste- Strohhalme! Und ich war noch nicht mal fertig mit Essen, hatte die Gabel im Mund, kam ein Kellner und fragte, ob er abräumen kann. Irgendwie stimmte das Timing hier ganz und gar nicht. Noch viel Luft nach oben im Service meiner Meinung nach.

Spontan eingekehrt und sehr gut gegessen. Preis Leistung wirklich gut. Service sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder!

War vor ein paar Jahren in Vietnam und habe mich in Bun cha verliebt. Hier schmeckt es zu 90 % wie original – vor allem das über Holzkohle gegrillte Fleisch. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehle es weiter!

Wir haben heute in Dresden dieses sehr schöne Restaurant entdeckt. Das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bedienung ist aufmerksam und das Essen war appetitlich angerichtet. Es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Schönes Ambiente und leckeres Essen. Preislich in Ordnung da großzügige Portionen serviert werden. Wir waren mit 7 Personen essen und hatte jeder verschiedene Hauptgerichte mit Vorspeisen. Auf spezielle Wünsche wie glutenfrei und laktosefrei wurde sich ausreichend Zeit zum Beraten und Zusammenstellen einer Speise genommen 👏🏻. Wir kommen gerne wieder☺️

Wir waren heute spontan mit unserer Familie hier essen und waren sehr begeistert. Das Essen war frisch, sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass der Inhaber sich Zeit genommen hat und mit uns über Vietnam gesprochen hat – sehr freundlich und persönlich. Die Beratung war super, das Essen kam schnell und das Restaurant ist auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder in Dresden sind.

Mögen Deutsche etwa extrem dunkles Licht? Es ist so dunkel, dass man kaum sieht, wo man hintritt, und man braucht eine Lampe, um die Speisekarte zu lesen. Ich habe vietnamesische Reisnudeln mit Rindfleisch bestellt, die gemischte Variante, und fand den Geschmack völlig unpassend. Schrecklich. Nicht empfehlenswert.

A culinary journey to Southeast Asia. We had pho soup and beef in a Thai chili sauce. Everything was delicious. The interior is tastefully decorated. The service is friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible, only reachable via a spiral staircase, but they were very clean nonetheless. 👌 All in all, a highly recommended restaurant.

Superb food, nice people but the portion could have been a little more.

I was very disappointed. Last time it was much better; the service this time was very unfriendly. We actually wanted to order dessert. We had already finished eating 30 minutes ago. We also had nothing left to drink with our meal. Every time the server walked past us, she looked away.

The restaurant is really delicious! The food is generously portioned, piping hot, and bursting with flavor. Thank you for the chili sauce I received in a small plastic container! 🙏🏻 I might have made myself a little extra from the container afterward, but I'm happy to leave a tip and will definitely come back. I discovered this restaurant two or three years ago. Since then, I've loved going there whenever I'm in Dresden. So far, I've always been lucky and managed to get a table even without a reservation. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious and beautifully presented, and I've always left feeling full and satisfied. Excellent value for money with a really good selection.

A very, very nice restaurant. We were there with four adults and four children. Tables were easily pushed together. The service was very friendly and they accommodated our kids' special requests. The menu is varied. There's definitely something for everyone. The food was very good and the prices are fair. We'd gladly come back if we're ever in the area again.

I rarely leave comments or reviews, but this restaurant is truly an exception. I had the fish dorade today and I have to say it was incredibly delicious and perfectly suited to my taste. The fish fillets were large, and the saltiness was just right, not at all greasy. I highly recommend everyone try it.

Visited while meeting my friends. If you're looking to try authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place to go. ☺️☺️ The portions are really large to me; I don’t know if it's because they're made for German customers, but to me, the plates are quite huge. Also, if you can handle spice, I recommend asking for chili, but for your own safety, I need to warn you that it’s very spicy 🌶️🌶️🌶️. Furthermore, ask for lime as well 🍋‍🟩🍋‍🟩, I might say, Pho isn't Pho without lime; that's how we eat it in Vietnam, which adds that umami flavor (I’m just kidding, try it how you like it). The owner is very kind and thoughtful, and very open to reviews. This restaurant has fulfilled my craving for Vietnamese food, and I would give it a 10/10 and recommend coming back to try all the different dishes. Every single one is worth trying, if you've gone to Vietnam, you’ll know this restaurant is the best 🇻🇳

Very tasty food, absolutely recommended!

Among the most authentic bun cha and pho bo I have eaten in Berlin and Dresden! I returned on multiple nights. The bun cha had the exact smokiness of the bbq pork as it is made in Hanoi, and the herbs provided were just how it is done in Hanoi. The beef pho broth was flavourful and full. As a southeast Asian starved of authentic options in Germany, I was really happy to eat here!

The food was okay, nothing special, but the drinks were much better. Unfortunately, I had the feeling that I could make the food just as well, or even better, at home. For the price, I wouldn't go there again; it had more of a fast-food vibe. However, the ambiance was very nice and the service was excellent.

I had a delicious meal there. My plate was filled with white rice, grilled/stir-fried vegetables, and crispy chicken fillet with spicy sauce. It was served quickly, and there was a patio right on the street. The street itself is a busy place with several different food and drink options.

We visited this restaurant and were completely thrilled! The food was not only delicious but also extremely freshly prepared. We particularly appreciated the excellent advice: We were recommended exactly the dish that suited us perfectly. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming; you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. We were there with our children, and before we even sat down, we were offered and brought a high chair! We would love to come back and highly recommend this restaurant!

The shrimp roll was a bit underwhelming. The beef pho was average. The price was definitely not cheap for the quality. I wouldn't return.
