Excellent food and fast service. Absolutely satisfied.

I rarely leave comments or reviews, but this restaurant is truly an exception. I had the fish dorade today and I have to say it was incredibly delicious and perfectly suited to my taste. The fish fillets were large, and the saltiness was just right, not at all greasy. I highly recommend everyone try it.

Visited while meeting my friends. If you're looking to try authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place to go. ☺️☺️ The portions are really large to me; I don’t know if it's because they're made for German customers, but to me, the plates are quite huge. Also, if you can handle spice, I recommend asking for chili, but for your own safety, I need to warn you that it’s very spicy 🌶️🌶️🌶️. Furthermore, ask for lime as well 🍋‍🟩🍋‍🟩, I might say, Pho isn't Pho without lime; that's how we eat it in Vietnam, which adds that umami flavor (I’m just kidding, try it how you like it). The owner is very kind and thoughtful, and very open to reviews. This restaurant has fulfilled my craving for Vietnamese food, and I would give it a 10/10 and recommend coming back to try all the different dishes. Every single one is worth trying, if you've gone to Vietnam, you’ll know this restaurant is the best 🇻🇳

Very tasty food, absolutely recommended!

Among the most authentic bun cha and pho bo I have eaten in Berlin and Dresden! I returned on multiple nights. The bun cha had the exact smokiness of the bbq pork as it is made in Hanoi, and the herbs provided were just how it is done in Hanoi. The beef pho broth was flavourful and full. As a southeast Asian starved of authentic options in Germany, I was really happy to eat here!

The food was okay, nothing special, but the drinks were much better. Unfortunately, I had the feeling that I could make the food just as well, or even better, at home. For the price, I wouldn't go there again; it had more of a fast-food vibe. However, the ambiance was very nice and the service was excellent.

I had a delicious meal there. My plate was filled with white rice, grilled/stir-fried vegetables, and crispy chicken fillet with spicy sauce. It was served quickly, and there was a patio right on the street. The street itself is a busy place with several different food and drink options.

We visited this restaurant and were completely thrilled! The food was not only delicious but also extremely freshly prepared. We particularly appreciated the excellent advice: We were recommended exactly the dish that suited us perfectly. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming; you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. We were there with our children, and before we even sat down, we were offered and brought a high chair! We would love to come back and highly recommend this restaurant!

The shrimp roll was a bit underwhelming. The beef pho was average. The price was definitely not cheap for the quality. I wouldn't return.

Bad service. We waited over an hour for our order while everyone around us got their food. There was barely an apology—instead, they said there was a "backup in the kitchen." The food was nothing special.

The two of us had a very pleasant dinner at Pho Viet. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Drinks arrived super quickly, and we didn't have to wait long for the food either. The food was delicious and authentic – just like home! :D We had various rice noodle dishes, the mango salad, and various drinks (iced tea, non-alcoholic cocktails). The ambiance inside is very cozy. Not too bright, not too loud, and plenty of space. Everything was clean. There are also outdoor seating areas, but we didn't sit there. We'd be happy to come back :)

The food was okay, but nothing special. The service was terrible. They forgot our dishes, and instead of telling us, they excused themselves by saying the kitchen was backed up and kept bringing out other tables' dishes. They told us our dishes were different. After an hour or more of waiting, we were finally able to dine. It's easy to get confused, but you have to know how to "entertain" the diner during that long wait...

Very very tasty and friendly service

We visited here with friends and had starters and main courses. Overall, the quality of the food was more like a snack bar. The restaurant itself has a nice interior. The service was okay; drinks were forgotten, and one meal arrived 30 minutes later than the other dishes. All in all, it was okay.

i waited twenty minutes to order, so i walked up to the counter and when i ask to order the waiter said “can’t you just., wait…?” in the most sarcastic voice ever

A typical problem in Asian restaurants: substitutions are impossible. We simply wanted a small portion of fried rice noodles with vegetables for our child (4 years old). A small portion wouldn't do, so we ordered a regular portion. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered on the bill that the noodles were charged with tofu, even though there wasn't any. So, it was simply inflexible. The other two main courses: duck, rice, and vegetables in sauce. The sauce was unfortunately very thin and simply tasted of soy. We've definitely had better Asian food at cheaper prices. Service was rather lacking, even though the restaurant was fairly quiet at lunchtime.

It is a very nice looking restaurant with nice staff. The food was bland though, did not taste Vietnamese at all, just some rice noodles and beef and sweet sauce. Nearly no vegetables. I should have asked for the real viet food said the lady. Will do next time. Also good to know that their fruit drinks have tons of sugar. The maracuja juice was mostly lemon juice with sugar and maybe half a maracuja. Still it cost 7 euro. I had asked beforehand if it contained much sugar.. just a little to make it less sour.. we have different tastes.

5 stars from my side. Delicious food + Amazing service = ♥️ I had the grilled chicken breast with vegetables. I personally like my grilled chicken a little more done. Because of this, I've asked the staff to redo it. My request was welcomed and I wasn't made to feel like I'm 'that customer' that sends the food back to be redone. It's just a matter of taste and they were very kind to accommodate it. So I'm very thankful to the staff! I'll definitely come again when I'm in Dresden. I don't have any photos, it was eaten too quickly 😁

We were pretty unlucky here. We ordered a bun and were delighted that it was so beautifully presented. I quickly spotted a small fly on my salad and removed the leaf. When I looked at the rest of the salad, it was unfortunately full of creepy crawlies. My partner's was the same. We told the employee, who was very upset and apologized very kindly. She offered to have the salad removed from our plates. When we got the plates back, the creepy crawlies were unfortunately in the sauce, which ruined our appetite. We still had to pay full price for drinks and starters, and then we left.

We visited at Saturday evening and sat on outside table. Foods are good enough and people are kind. That experience made my family happy^^. Also the street is lively and fun. I recommend this place and street when you are in Dresden.

Great Asian restaurant in the Neustadt district. Always friendly service. The food was delicious and plentiful; they had mango salad and something with duck in a slightly spicier sauce.

This was my first time at Pho Viet in Dresden and I was absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the service is very friendly and attentive. I particularly like the summer rolls – they were incredibly fresh, light, and a true highlight in terms of flavor. You can immediately taste the love and high-quality ingredients that go into making them. The other dishes were also delicious, but the summer rolls are definitely my favorite. I'd love to come back!

Just what i needed as a new Dresdner who just settle here since 2 months. The taste of home! Amazing I wish this place the best. Especially after hearing the start of them, just 1 small place at the beginning, and they expanded to the shop on the side.

Nice restaurant - service was friendly and the food came quickly. The menu is very well thought out and there is a picture of each main course. Unfortunately, the portion sizes were very small - the meat portion of the rice dish with beef is unfortunately quite small, so a bunch of vegetables are added instead.

* Service was great. Clean restrooms, everyone speaks english. * They use "trick" pricing like 15.9 instead of 16. * A plate may cost 16 euros, but half of it is grass. Minimal amount of chicken/meat on top. Seems like a lot at first, but actually not.

The restaurant wasn't fully occupied, but we were still "evicted" from our self-selected (unreserved) table (for 4 people) because there were only two of us. The main course was already brought to us, although we were far from finished with the starter.

I was here as a foreign guest with a second person, we had previously researched which Vietnamese was the "best" for us, we were greeted by a friendly service, advice and service was great 👍 the drinks, the soups and the main course were all very nicely prepared and the taste of the respective dishes and drinks was typically Vietnamese, there was nothing to complain about, everything was clean right up to the point the toilets, price/performance completely okay

Came here with three friends at 5pm on a Sunday. Food was absolutely delicious - I had the fried glass noodles with diverse seafish, and did not leave a single thing on the plate. Yea it was 18euros, but worth every penny as it was one of the more pricey dishes, and the portion was a good size. For drinks we ordered daiquiris und caprinhias, and for 7 euros they did not hold back, the cocktail was at least 400ml. Drinks were served in less than five minutes, food roughly 10-12 min after ordering. Fantastic, would come again and highly recommend!!

The food was surprisingly delicious. The fried spring rolls, pork and rice noodles I can recommend wholeheartedly. The staff were very courteous and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Definitely visit this place if you like pho and noodles.
