We visit Kassel once a year, and this Vietnamese restaurant is always our favorite. So delicious! And the value for money is unbeatable. Friendly owner, great food! Be sure to make a reservation on weekends; this hidden gem has definitely gotten around.

While travelling solo I came here for dinner on a Tuesday night in November. It was busy, but I was seated right away. While the staff did not speak English, I appreciated that the menu has both German and English. I ordered Pho Breite Reisbandnudeln mit Tofu (11.50€) which came out very quickly. The tofu was cooked really well, and there were lots of toppings. The broth, while not the most flavourful, was still tasty, and perfect for a cold November night. All in all I had a very enjoyable meal here and would recommend.

For me, this is the best Vietnamese food in Kassel. The service is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. The ambiance in the front section by the window is lovely, while the back section could be described as dark and unpleasant. I enjoy eating there because the dishes are exceptionally delicious.

Friendly and quick service, but not my taste. Unfortunately, the chairs and table are dirty and not cleaned hygienically.

I couldn't finish the rice noodle salad. It didn't taste good. The spring rolls are pre-made, frozen ones.

The value for money is amazing! €6.90 for an Aperol or Sex on the Beach is a great price for a downtown location! The food is very good! The breaded duck and chicken are particularly delicious. The ambiance is really nice, and the service was really good. A great place for good food at good prices.

The place is quite easy to find, and very welcoming and cozy inside. The staff is very friendly and takes good care of their customers. The food is mindblowing and the wait is very short. I can't get enough of the Pho and their veggies, beef and sauce are absolutely incredible. This place is by far one of the greatest around ❤️

The food was great. It said it was slightly spicy on the menu, but unfortunately, it wasn't spicy at all. Otherwise, everything was excellent. The food arrived within 5 minutes and was very tasty.

The food here is good and plentiful. The portions are generous, and the taste is excellent. My only minor criticism is the variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes. I've been spoiled by my regular Vietnamese restaurant here, so I was a bit disappointed by the limited selection. For vegetarian and vegan dishes, Ha Noi Pho on Kirchweg is more recommendable, and even with the same portions and good quality, it's cheaper.

I just ordered fried noodles with vegetables. The dish actually consists of just noodles and onions; there's no vegetables to be found. It's a shame, it's my first and last time ordering from there.

The first time I ate insects was a truly horrifying experience. I hope they pay more attention to hygiene. Even though we were given a new dish, we were still asked to pay for the original dish at the end, which I don't understand at all.

We would come back! The pho was extremely good. The dumplings are also highly recommended. Overall, everything we ate tasted fantastic.

We've loved eating here every Saturday for many years. The great thing is that the dishes (we always eat the same thing) don't change. We love it!

Solid Vietnamese restaurant, the food was delicious, the peanut sauce a bit thin, but all in all, a good place :) We sat outside on a Friday at 6:30 p.m. without a reservation and got a seat right away. We'd be happy to go back; the price-performance ratio was good. (We had a beer and a Pinot Gris with our meal :)

Unfortunately, this is one of the most disrespectful behaviors I've ever experienced. Customers who order by phone aren't allowed to wait in the restaurant and are forced to stand outside. I find this extremely disrespectful and unfriendly to the guests.

Delicious food! Always happy to come back😊. Reasonably priced! There were four of us and we didn't have to wait long. Even a few minutes longer wouldn't have bothered us; we had time (it was in the evening) and weren't in a hurry.

This is a fantastic restaurant. I love Asian cuisine. Once again, it's delicious. The duck is truly unbearable. Very good, the noodles are deliciously fried and have lots of vegetables. And they have a lovely plum wine. You have to try it.

Highly recommended. The service was fast and the staff very friendly. Despite the restaurant being fully booked, we didn't have to wait long. The food (M7) was served hot and was sooooo delicious. The noise level was quite high, but still OK. I found the decor very cozy. So, this won't be our last visit☺️

A very beautiful, stylishly decorated restaurant with a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating, and special requests are accommodated as best as possible. The prices are excellent, and the portions are generous. The food arrives quickly, but it's always piping hot and very fresh (you can tell by the crisp, perfectly cooked vegetables)! We'll be back again and again!

Were the first guests on a Sunday from 1:00 p.m. directly after opening and were served quickly and competently. Food was wonderful. Absolute recommendation! Children's chairs available. Unfortunately there is no changing table in the toilets. You have to improvise.

Many dishes have the option of whether and which meat you would like with it. There is also always a tofu version. Both the starters and the desserts are very good. The baked bananas are particularly recommended here. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The staff is very friendly. The ambience is a matter of taste, but it's actually quite nice, even if the aquarium with fish integrated into the structure doesn't necessarily represent species-appropriate keeping of the fish.

The food was very tasty and freshly prepared. The atmosphere in the restaurant is really nice and invites you to linger. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly waitress who served us very attentively and warmly. I can definitely recommend the restaurant!

The portions are absolutely sufficient and the price-performance ratio is also good. We were there on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was very busy. This means you sit pretty close together, which makes the background noise correspondingly loud. The service was always friendly and accommodating, so you felt like you were in good hands. The only real criticism is the ambience. Instead of a cozy Vietnamese flair, the restaurant appears rather cool and functional - almost in the Bauhaus style. This makes it uninviting, which is a bit of a shame as the food is really impressive. But if you come primarily for the food and don't mind the atmosphere, you'll definitely get your money's worth here.

Unlike regular Southeast Asian restaurants, the taste and atmosphere are clean, so I think it would be okay even for people who don't like eating foreign food. I liked that the rice noodles didn't have too much cilantro, and the meat didn't taste like spices either. The shrimp in the fried rice was also good. However, I think it might be bland for people who like to eat spicy Vietnamese or Chinese food.

Amazing food! Quality is excellent, food comes hot so that you can admire the wonderfully prepared plate for another three minutes before you can enjoy it.

A nice restaurant with excellent cuisine! You can also get VEGAN rice and noodles if you leave out the egg and order the tofu option. Highly recommended as the food is very tasty and vegan, the staff is extremely friendly and the prices are fair, although they could almost charge more for the quality and quantity. It's a shame that there's no delivery service, but with such a nice atmosphere it's probably better to go anyway. Since it is a small restaurant, it is better to order in advance if there are more than 4 people.

Unfortunately I can't say much about the food. I had soup #7 and #91 for dinner. The taste wasn't great, but if you're in a hurry, you can eat well there. My table colleagues were very satisfied 🙌🏻.

Delicious food - and great homemade lemonade. The beef in peanut sauce is recommended, as is the sweet and sour chicken. Some dishes could be a little spicier. The service is quick and well organized, and also very friendly. The ambience is sometimes a bit too reverberant - but you can also sit outside with an urban flair. Digital payment is a bit too complicated as you have to go to the counter specifically. All in all worth a lunch.

The food was filling, but beyond that it was really unspectacular. It hardly tasted seasoned, the sauce was much too watery. I didn't notice much about coconut and peanuts. After we spent a few minutes sipping our drinks and chatting after dinner, a member of staff came and asked if we were finished and gestured to my companion's half-full glass, indicating that we should please finish our drinks and get up. We wanted to get up and pay anyway, but that seemed really rude.
