review This Vietnamese restaurant offers an authentic selection of typical dishes that are freshly prepared and taste really impressive. The portions are absolutely sufficient and the price-performance ratio is also good. We were there on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was very busy. This means you sit pretty close together, which makes the background noise correspondingly loud. The service was always friendly and accommodating, so you felt like you were in good hands. The only real criticism is the ambience. Instead of a cozy Vietnamese flair, the restaurant appears rather cool and functional - almost in the Bauhaus style. This makes it uninviting, which is a bit of a shame as the food is really impressive. But if you come primarily for the food and don't mind the atmosphere, you'll definitely get your money's worth here.

Amazing food! Quality is excellent, food comes hot so that you can admire the wonderfully prepared plate for another three minutes before you can enjoy it.

Unlike regular Southeast Asian restaurants, the taste and atmosphere are clean, so I think it would be okay even for people who don't like eating foreign food. I liked that the rice noodles didn't have too much cilantro, and the meat didn't taste like spices either. The shrimp in the fried rice was also good. However, I think it might be bland for people who like to eat spicy Vietnamese or Chinese food.

A nice restaurant with excellent cuisine! You can also get VEGAN rice and noodles if you leave out the egg and order the tofu option. Highly recommended as the food is very tasty and vegan, the staff is extremely friendly and the prices are fair, although they could almost charge more for the quality and quantity. It's a shame that there's no delivery service, but with such a nice atmosphere it's probably better to go anyway. Since it is a small restaurant, it is better to order in advance if there are more than 4 people.

We have enjoyed eating here every Saturday for many years. The nice thing is that the dishes (always eat the same thing) don't change. We love it!!

Unfortunately I can't say much about the food. I had soup #7 and #91 for dinner. The taste wasn't great, but if you're in a hurry, you can eat well there. My table colleagues were very satisfied 🙌🏻.

Went to Pho Vang again today. Everything was very tasty again. Service quick and friendly. It's always worth coming back. The prices are within reason. Everything is freshly prepared. And above all: without glutamate! There I can eat whatever I want without worrying.

Food was very good Had dumplings as a starter and pho and a coke as a main course Everything was very good - especially the service - I have to deduct 1 star because the cola was stale and no longer carbonated and the bottom line was that it was quite expensive. Together it was over 20 euros.

Delicious food - and great homemade lemonade. The beef in peanut sauce is recommended, as is the sweet and sour chicken. Some dishes could be a little spicier. The service is quick and well organized, and also very friendly. The ambience is sometimes a bit too reverberant - but you can also sit outside with an urban flair. Digital payment is a bit too complicated as you have to go to the counter specifically. All in all worth a lunch.

The food was filling, but beyond that it was really unspectacular. It hardly tasted seasoned, the sauce was much too watery. I didn't notice much about coconut and peanuts. After we spent a few minutes sipping our drinks and chatting after dinner, a member of staff came and asked if we were finished and gestured to my companion's half-full glass, indicating that we should please finish our drinks and get up. We wanted to get up and pay anyway, but that seemed really rude.

I've had a pretty good experience compared to other restaurants here. Food comes quickly, soup is not so greasy and tasty. It was too spicy for me and waitress quickly responded and replaced it. It was a pleasure! In my opinion, there is too much pasta in summer rolling. Beer tastes good too, but I think the price is too high. The restaurant is clean and the toilets were also ok, which is really important for the catering sector.

To be honest, I don't really understand the positive reviews. Both my meal and that of my companion tasted like nothing... the tofu in your one dish was very wobbly and strange... the sauces didn't taste like anything, spices were obviously hardly used... I ate Vietnamese food very often and love the food. I can't recommend this to anyone.

The food at the Pho Vang is always very good and freshly prepared by people who know how to cook. Together with the friendly service and relaxed atmosphere the restaurant is always worth a visit. Best to book a table as it often gets busy.

The food is OK, but only average compared to Vietnamese restaurants in larger cities. When paying in cash (only possible at the counter), the amount is calculated by hand instead of using the cash register next to it...

Yesterday I was there again for a long time. Food was again as good as expected. Very tasty :-) Service quick and attentive. Reorders and requests were dealt with quickly. Fully booked down to the last table! This makes it very loud - but I'm happy to accept that. I'll be back soon!

Good evening, I was there for the first time today. Unfortunately the ambience was very minimalistic... not convincing. The food was on the table in 10 minutes. Because of this the quality was very poor. I ordered a curry with beef and a soup with beef and vegetables. So water with coconut milk and meat with vegetables that were half cooked. Wouldn't eat there again!!

Wir waren nicht begeistert und auch nicht überzeugt. Unser Essen war lau warm, die Kinderportion wurde voll abgerechnet. Das Ambiente hat nicht wirklich Charme.

Bester Asiate in Kassel. Die Pho ist so ziemlich die Beste, die ich je gegessen habe. Netter Service, toller Geschmack, nettes Ambiente. Selbst zur Mittagszeit, wenn der Laden brechend voll ist, gibt es kaum ein paar Minuten Wartezeit. Nicht zu toppen.

Für ein schnelles Essen ist es ok, aber nicht für einen gemütlichen Abend. Das Essen war heiß und ausreichend aber die Ente und das Huhn nicht frisch zubereitet. Ist bei der Geschwindigkeit in der das Essen kam auch nicht möglich.

Ich komme sehr gerne hierher. Das Essen ist sehr gut, Preis Leistung stimmt. Der Service kümmert sich gut um die Gäste, könnte aber noch aufmerksamer sein

Da passt einfach alles. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Niveau und trotz seiner versteckten Lage und seines unscheinbaren Äußeren immer gut besucht - was für die Qualität spricht.
