Waited 5 minutes and the waiters didnt even bother to come to seat us, even when they saw us. So either extremely rude service or severely understaffed.

There are both indoor and outdoor seating in this charming Vietnamese eatery in central Leipzig. The Pho Bo Tai could have rarer beef though. The broth was aromatic and we appreciated the spicy red chillies. Friendly service.

Edamame were unsalted and too hard. The service was present but not necessarily friendly - there are much better!

The service was rather unfriendly and only asked for starters? Because apparently more was expected, it's a shame the food was tasty and nicely prepared, but the sauces are special but can be good depending on your taste. Unfortunately, our edamame were cooked too briefly and were therefore too hard and only slightly salted.

If you first want to eat badly and then get sick, you should go. Terrible service included.

I usually order my food through Wolt. What I can say, the Pho soup is simply a 10/10. I usually order the Banh Mi and Pho soup and am never disappointed.🥹✨ A small point of criticism: There aren't that many vegetarian/vegan dishes. 🥲 So it would be great if they could also offer vegetarian banh mi.

I am regularly in Leipzig for work and always here at Pho Hanoi to enjoy a delicious hot pho. It's always been very good so far. It's a small, fine Vietnamese one. Completely authentic. No frills. With very honest food. Thanks for that.

The friendly and cheerful waitress served me a very tasty pho bo, which reminded me of the soup kitchens in the small villages as I followed the Ho Chi Minh trail over the mountains on a motorbike.

Veru loud atmosphere, long waiting time despite reservation. Decided to leave after 1h of waiting time. Would only recommend if you have a lot of patience.

We are really critical when there is something to criticize. But if everything goes well, then we are happy that we had a nice trip with a very good Vietnamese meal. We wanted to have lunch here for two, but there was no space. No problem: “Come back in 15 minutes or if you want to wait, you can do that too.” Very nice, very accommodating, great. We went outside again for a moment and when we came back, the table we wanted was ready. The friendly service took care of us from the start. It was quick and the food was excellent. We had Ha Cao Tom as a starter, which were delicious, and as a main course we had Pho and Bun Nem HN. You can recognize a good Pho by the spicy broth, which was really successful here and clearly stood out from the cheap soups in Asian fast food joints. Here there were Vietnamese people who knew their way around cooking and who knew how to cook Vietnamese. There were lots of fresh herbs. Yummy! I made the mistake of using all the fresh chilies, which ended up being really hot. You have to judge for yourself whether you need it or whether you can tolerate it. Pho Hanoi is a clear recommendation. The place is really small but cozy. The singing chef had fun preparing the dishes and we were completely satisfied!

After having a really bad experience at another Vietnamese restaurant we went here and it was wonderful. Perfect Pho, really nice service and an authentic feel to the place. Highly reccomend.

A tiny bit pricier but so worth it, they put fresh mint, coriander and ginger in the pho with optional chillies/lime and pickled garlic on the side. The drinks are fresh and delicious and the staff are friendly. My favourite dining experience while staying in Leipzig, thank you ❤️

Unsere Bestellung war zum Mitnehmen, daher kann ich zum Ambiente wenig sagen. Ich möchte aber hervorheben, dass die Organisation des Mitnehmens super war: pünktlich fertig und auch so gut verpackt, dass das Pho Ga zuhause noch sehr warm war. Die Brühe war sehr lecker und würzig, das Huhn hat leider enttäuscht. Es bestand fast ausschließlich aus Knorpel und Haut, richtiges zartes Fleisch hatten wir kaum. Ein bisschen schade.

Schnell, frisch, sehr lecker! Wir hatten 2 vegane Gerichte und waren sehr zufrieden. Freundliche Bedienung und das Essen kam super schnell. Der Laden ist sehr klein und eng, aber sauber und gemütlich.

Schönes, kleines Lokal mit tollem Ambiente. Service hervorragend, Essen ist sehr gut und die Preise völlig in Ordnung (Vorspeise 5-10€; Hauptspeise 10-20€). Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Die Kellnerin war sehr überfordert, daher kam es zu längeren Wartezeiten. Essen war lecker. Allerdings war in meinem Essen eine sehr scharfe Chili, sodass das Essen kurzweilig ungenießbar war. Schade. Beim nächsten Mal probieren wir sicherlich ein anderes Restaurant.

Die Bánh mì Sandwich’s sind sehr lecker genau so wie die Pho Suppe!

Bedienung war etwas überfordert aber freundlich. Essen war OK aber sehr wenig Sauce. Nichts um so schnell wieder zu kommen.

Kein schönes Ambiente, Bedienung zwar freundlich aber total überfordert. Essen war einfach mega trocken und fad. Das war nicht typisch vietnamesisch. Nachbarlokal gehört auch noch dazu. Alles eins. Recht teuer für die einfache günstige Qualität. Nicht nochmal 😉

Good food! The meat ball are home made so it is really delicious! The food portion is also quite big and now it is a nice season to sit outside. I like the filter coffee with condensed milk a lot as I think it is authentic coffee. Also good location which is quite convenient by public transport. But people working here cannot speak very good English and sometimes you need to wait long.

Personal sprach schlecht deutsch,Wendeltreppe zu den Toiletten zu dunkel. Auswahl an Gerichten massig..

Bis jetzt hatten wir vietnamesische Küche als irgendwie asiatisch mit Koriander kennengelernt. Der Geschmack hier war total anders. Wunderbare Aromen, frisch zubereitete Gerichte, knackiges Gemüse , leckeres Fleisch, einfach nur phantastisch 🤩. Dazu noch schneller und sehr freundlicher Service, absolute Empfehlung!

Super tolles und frisches Essen.

Essen ist ok. Umgebung ganz gemütlich, die Kellnerin versteht anscheinend kein Deutsch sogar kein Englisch.

Die erste Pho-Suppe meines Lebens war sehr lecker, wir hatten die Huhn und die Rindvariante. Super Service, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Definitiv zu empfehlen. Ein Stern Abzug für das Haar in der Suppe meiner Begleitung
