Food very tasty, staff very friendly, attentive and ambitious

Great shop and great burgers - we had Rika as a waitress and are thrilled to have been served so warmly and courteously - keep it up!

The table assigned to us upstairs was pretty dirty, sauces and bread crumbs, we asked for it to be cleaned and it was done in 2 seconds! Unfortunately, the food wasn't delivered to the table as ordered and people asked a little bit if they would accept it that way! You could watch neighboring tables being cleaned and when a waitress just wipes away crumbs with a cloth and leaves the dirty rubber mats like that, then you don't have to be surprised that practically every guest is somehow stuck to their table! I think we should revise a hygiene concept here! Especially when you ask the waiter about it when paying and he says that unfortunately it's always like that... it's busy and there's little staff at the expense of the guests...

Table 168 – culinary adventure between burgers and dessert dreams They say that the way to your heart is through your stomach - and after our visit to Peter Pane we are deeply in love. Not just in the juicy burgers, but also in Mira, our waitress, who served with more charm than a Netflix rom-com marathon on a rainy Sunday. The burgers? So good that we briefly considered leaving our teeth at table 168 as a permanent inventory. And the dessert? We're pretty sure that's exactly what angels eat when they treat themselves. Service was top - Mira not only had our order, but also our hearts under control. If there was a Michelin star for friendliness, Mira would have it long ago. Conclusion: We came as hungry mortals and left as satiated fans. Table 168 forever – we’ll be back (maybe tomorrow)! Here’s to you Mira 🍺

The employees are in an incredibly good mood, it's really fun to watch. The food was great and was on the table within 15 minutes.

Great ambience... Unfortunately with drawbacks. The fries were okay, unfortunately the portions were very different. From huge mountains to handfuls, everything was represented. I ordered a campfire burger with an additional patty. I got the right burger, but no additional patty. It was then generously deducted from my bill. My friend had ordered the after-work menu, which includes a 0.5l drink. However, he was given a 0.3l drink. No trace of compensation or a second drink. If I can be honest, the visit was very disappointing considering the prices. If you think high prices also mean quality, you should probably look for something else. For everyone who likes a nice atmosphere and doesn't place too much value on comfortable seating, we recommend this place.

Delicious, plentiful, and not expensive for the quality. The buns were great, not just air and cardboard, and everything else was top-notch. The homemade lemonades are also highly recommended. We had The Hero and The Gold Rush, both of which are highly recommended. The atmosphere is really fun. Thought through down to the last detail. In the "little room," you get Peter Pan read to you. A funny idea, simply wonderful.

We ate here today and were very impressed. Lasse made a lot of effort to accommodate our every wish and really made the evening something special for us. Thank you for that!

My son and I spontaneously went there to eat. Even though the shop was full, we got a seat very quickly. We had to wait a bit for the food, but the time was bridged by a nice conversation with the person sitting next to us. The food and drinks were very tasty and the dessert was simply heavenly. Our table neighbor was also really excited about the vegetarian variety. The service was also very courteous. Dear Kerrin, we will be back soon

The food, which arrived at the table after over 40 minutes, was fantastic! But the wait, the waitress who kept forgetting about you, and the seat being in the draft corridor at the bottom of the stairs, where you had to put on your jacket, were so-so. As I said, the food was good, but the service, which didn't even acknowledge the tip (which I always give), wouldn't bring me back to the place. What a shame... PS: The place was busy but not packed....

I had the campfire and a Maitai in the evening menu and was very satisfied. Service very friendly. Although the kitchen actually closes at 9:30 p.m., I was able to order quickly just after 10:30, which saved my evening. Thumbs up! Oh yes, I really like the music too.

The food is delicious, we have been here several times, but you have to be prepared for long waiting times at reception and in the restaurant. Despite reservations, we were told at reception that it would take at least 45 minutes until we could be served, even though many seats were unoccupied. The restaurant has a significant staffing problem and you can literally see how stressed the employees are. For the money you can eat better in Flensburg.

The food at this restaurant is amazing, but I ordered today and waited three hours for my food. I'm okay with a maximum wait of 90 minutes, but three hours...

I had a berry craving. We went to Peter Pane Flensburg for a friend's birthday. The service was quick and friendly. I had the specialty “Bererenhunger”, a vegan salad mix. In the end there wasn't a single leaf left, it was so delicious. My friends also told me great things about their meat burgers, I have to believe them. At the end, Mira took group photos of the house with enthusiasm. We were thrilled. She had been so kind and caring for us before. Ask about Mira...

Over 1 hour waiting for lukewarm expensive citizens

We ate fries with a cheese and beef sauce. The portion was manageable for €12.50 (!!!), the fries were partly soft, not crispy or with a slight crunch, the avocado cream on the plate was bland in taste, the cheese sauce only tasted like a hint of cheese and the beef sauce had no beef taste but was just sweet 😣. The placemats and the table were sticky and you didn't have to look for cobwebs because there were enough of them. My companion ate a burger and it didn't taste anything special, but the price did. Completely overpriced for such mediocre to poor quality. The service was very friendly.

Today a very special experience. We had to wait a long time to be able to order. Then actually waited an hour for the food to arrive. The burgers were lukewarm or cold. The crowning glory - a burger wrong. We didn't exchange it because we were worried about having to wait another hour. We wanted to eat together and not wait another hour for a replacement... The waitress explained that we didn't have to pay for the burger. Shortly afterwards she changed the information that we had to pay for the burger, but we would get a drink for free. Long wait, 5 cooled burgers, one of which was wrong.... A free drink? As we walked it became clear that we were very disappointed. A hot drink to go was also offered. Thanks no, warm and real burgers in a reasonable time, that's what we wanted for our birthday dinner. It's a shame, I've often had good experiences before. Today's experience, however, makes us hesitant to try there again.

Very tasty burgers. Since the prices are quite high, I don't come here that often (which is probably better) but I always look forward to eating again. Unfortunately, the mocktails are decorated with far too much ice. If you left this out, only half of the glass would be full. Unfortunately, it's far too expensive for that. The waiters are mostly very nice.

Very nice and attentive staff, everything was served quickly and at the same time for 10 people, we asked several times whether we were satisfied or something was missing: what more could you want!

The burgers are amazing. The overload fries with beef and liquid chedder are simply mega... The service person (Kerrin) was extremely friendly/nice despite the stress and always had a smile on her face.

We are so excited about this store. We were greeted with a smile at the door and escorted to a beautifully prepared table. The super friendly waitress Lil Fee took our order very quickly after giving us great advice. We got the food itself from another waitress, Leah, who was equally friendly and very funny. This is how you really enjoy receiving your food. Afterwards we talked to Rodi who simply reflected the shop. The food was absolutely amazing. Large portion, everything freshly prepared & incredibly tasty. It definitely won't be that much time before our next visit to Peter Pane.

We were there for the first time and we were greeted at the entrance by Rodi and given a really cool welcome. Our waitress, LilFee, was super nice and persistent with our questions. So it wasn't the last time we were here with great success.

My favorite burger joint I've been to Peter Pane several times and have never been disappointed. The burgers are always super juicy, the ingredients are fresh, and there is a really good selection - also for vegetarians and vegans. I especially love the sweet potato fries with the homemade dips! The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is friendly, and the price-performance ratio is good. I always enjoy coming here!

The vegetarian burgers were absolutely world class – a real highlight in terms of taste! Unfortunately, the service team was understaffed, so it took an extremely long time until we got our food.

The four of us wanted to go into the store on Thursday at 9:10 p.m. and order something to eat, even though it was advertised online that the kitchen was open until 9:30 p.m. and the restaurant was open until 10 p.m. We were denied this and said the kitchen was no longer open cook for us. It's a shame we won't be coming back.

The food tastes really great. Unfortunately the delivery is a huge disappointment! Not once did Peter Pane manage to deliver the food in the time frame specified. Every time you wait at least 15-40!!! Minutes longer. With an expected delivery time of 65-75 minutes, this is really a disgrace. Too bad, better go somewhere else.

I was at Peter Pane in Flensburg a few days ago and I have to say: it was really, really good! As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by the cozy atmosphere. Everything is modern, but still super inviting, and you can tell that attention is paid to details. The staff was super friendly and attentive right from the start. We didn't have to wait long until our order was taken, and the service was simply top notch - relaxed, friendly, but always professional. I ate the new Smash Burger and it was really a blast. The burger was super juicy, the bun was nice and fluffy and the ingredients came together perfectly. The fries that came with it were also on point: hot, crispy and really deliciously seasoned. My companion had a bread loaf burger, and it not only looked great, but also tasted great. What I also think is really cool is the selection of vegetarian and vegan options - it's nice to see that there is really something for everyone. The cocktails and homemade lemonades are also highly recommended. All in all, I had a really nice evening there. If you're ever in Flensburg and want really good food in a relaxed atmosphere, you should definitely go to Peter Pane. I'll definitely be back!

Very nice service. Price-performance ratio is completely fine. It is very centrally located. Of course, if the restaurant is full, the waiting times will be longer, but that's something you should assume. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back.
