Essen ist leider nicht so gut. Pizza schmeckt nach garnichts und Salat könnte mehr Dressing vertragen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unsere Vorspeise und unsere Schnitzel mit Gorgonzola sosse sehr lecker, 🍷 war auch perfekt und sehr gute espresso. Wir kommen wieder 100%

Ich verstehe diese Positiven Bewertungen nicht. Das kann fast nur "beauftragt" sein an alle... Die noch ein kleines Bisschen Italienischen Geschmack haben, geht woanders hin. Das einzige ist die Pizza. Das ist OK Alles andere wie: salat 🥗 Richtig Eckelhaft. Braune stellen soße ist reines Wasser mit Sahne, kein Geschmack! Schnitzel nicht gut zubereitet Pasta zu wenig für das viele viele Geld! Die Getränke preise unterirdisch hoch. Hier wird die MwSt. Erleichterung 100% einbehalten und nicht umgelegt. Sorry. Für uns war's das! Ich weiß dass Pepe Mal besser war, preise hoch und Qualität runter ist jedenfalls nicht gewinnbringend.

Ich bin wirklich sprachlos über diese katastrophale Erfahrung. So einen schlechten Service habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie erlebt. Ich hatte mir extra für ein Date eine Pizza und mehrere Flaschen Wein bestellt, weil ich einen schönen Abend geplant hatte. Stattdessen wurde daraus eine komplette Blamage – und zwar nur wegen der unfassbaren Inkompetenz dieses Fahrers und dieses Ladens. Der Fahrer hat sich dermaßen ungeschickt und dumm angestellt, dass er es tatsächlich geschafft hat, direkt vor meiner Haustür die komplette Bestellung fallen zu lassen. Die Flaschen Wein sind auf den Boden geknallt und zerbrochen, überall lagen Glasscherben verteilt, der Wein lief über den ganzen Eingangsbereich und die Pizza lag ebenfalls komplett zerstört daneben. Das Essen war natürlich ruiniert und meine ganze Stimmung für den Abend ebenfalls. Man muss sich das mal vorstellen: Man freut sich auf einen entspannten Abend und dann steht man plötzlich vor einem Haufen Glasscherben, Wein und matschiger Pizza. Das Schlimmste daran war aber die Reaktion des Fahrers. Anstatt sich wenigstens vernünftig zu entschuldigen oder mir zu helfen, diese riesige Sauerei zusammenzuräumen, hat er einfach nur blöd geschaut und ist dann gegangen. Einfach gegangen! Kein Anstand, keine Hilfe, keine Verantwortung übernommen. So etwas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Das ist an Respektlosigkeit kaum zu überbieten und zeigt ganz genau, wie wenig diesem Laden seine Kunden bedeuten. Und selbst wenn die Lieferung heil angekommen wäre, hätte die Pizza die Bewertung nicht gerettet. Die Pizza hat nämlich auch absolut nicht geschmeckt. Der Teig war labbrig, der Belag wirkte billig und geschmacklos und insgesamt hat alles einfach nur nach liebloser Massenabfertigung geschmeckt. Für das Geld hätte ich ehrlich gesagt deutlich mehr erwartet. Das war qualitativ wirklich unterirdisch. Für mich ist das ganz klar der schlechteste Laden in Worms. Schlechter Kundenservice, unfreundliche und inkompetente Fahrer, schlechtes Essen und absolut keine Einsicht oder Professionalität. Man fühlt sich dort als Kunde einfach komplett im Stich gelassen. Ich kann wirklich jedem nur dringend davon abraten, dort zu bestellen, wenn man sich Ärger, schlechte Laune und verschwendetes Geld sparen möchte. Eigentlich hätte dieser Laden nicht einmal einen Stern verdient, aber leider muss man ja mindestens einen vergeben. Definitiv meine erste und letzte Bestellung dort.

Schönes, gemütliches Restaurant mit italienischem Flair – es war sowohl aussen als auch innen ansprechend. Leider hat uns das Essen nicht überzeugt: Die Pizza hatte keinen typischen Pizzateig und die Salami war nicht wirklich italienisch. Auch die Bruschetta erinnerte mehr an fertiges Tomatenpüree statt an frische Tomaten. Insgesamt nett, aber beim Essen ist noch Luft nach oben.

Der Service war sehr gut. Das Essen war teilweise super aber es gab auch gerichte die nicht so toll waren.

Gestern Abend das erste Mal dort bestellt und gleich mal eine Überraschung auf der Pizza gehabt… nie wieder!

Wir waren zu 4 , 25 min bis jemand kam und Getränke aufnahm . Dann Essen bestellt 2xPasta und 2x Pizza , Ca 30 min kam 1xPizza , 2x Pasta . 10 min später nachgefragt . Eine Pizza vergessen , wurde dann weitere 10 min . später dann serviert . Als wir das bemängelten wurde gesagt man müsse Geduld haben es wäre viel los... aha Geschmacklich war alles sehr gut . Pasta Portionen insbesondere die Spagetti waren vorsichtig ausgedrückt äußerst klein ausgefallen , zumindest an diesem Tag . Da ist viel Luft nach oben ....

Einmal bestellt nie wieder Pizza kam nicht wie geordert. Nudeln und Pizza geschmacklich eine totale Katastrophe. Schande das der sich Italiener nennt.

Wir haben in den letzten Jahren an die 100x bei Pepe e Sale gegessen/bestellt. Es war zu 99% lecker, immer freundlich und ein guter Service. Auch das Ambiente gefällt uns sehr gut und hat viel Charme. Preis/Leistung ist mehr als angemessen! Geheimtipp: gemischter Vorspeisenteller (die wechseln von der Auswahl erfreulicherweise häufig) & Pizza Vulcano (scharf) !

Habe jetzt innerhalb 1 Woche 2x bestellt. Feldsalat mit Wurzel, teilweise schwarze und gelbe Blätter und mit Rosmarin, trocken und ohne Geschmack. Leider kommt es auf dem Bild nicht besonders zur Geltung. Flammkuchen mit grauem Speck. Panna Cotta 7€ ca 8x5 cm dann lieber gar nix. Anfang des Jahres konnte ich noch empfehlen aber so wird das nix!

THE WORST ITALIAN RESTAURANT we've ever been to!!!!!! The Lambrusco was truly cheap crap. The salad, while plentiful, was very poorly dressed. The schnitzels were dry and tough (even topped with cheese and, in my case, with sauce). What also really annoyed me: Every time the waitress went out onto the terrace, she bumped into my chair. We weren't even asked if we enjoyed our meal (that's never happened before). THAT WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME WE WENT THERE... 100%. Worse than any cafeteria food.

Delicious pizza at fair prices The pizzeria impresses with its good quality and very fair value. The dough was nice and crispy, the ingredients were fresh, and the menu selection was sufficiently varied. The service was friendly and quick. Overall, a pleasant visit – we'd gladly return.

We ordered a pizza and one Tagiatelle Salmone. The pizza tasted very good, but there wasn't much topping on it. The Tagiatelle Salmone had a light tomato sauce that tasted of nothing at all, or rather just like water. The bruschetta wasn't that great either. The bread roll was a simple pre-baked roll, which you don't normally get at an Italian restaurant. We've been to several Italian restaurants in Worms, and I wouldn't recommend this one or eat there again.

Delicious lunch special (sea bream with fresh vegetables, a large side salad, and espresso), friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I'd be happy to return.

I've been there for many years and I've always been satisfied. If there weren't any other Germans there, I'd feel like I was in Italy.

As a child, my favorite food was always the tuna pizza from Pepe e Sale. Today we ordered for delivery for the first time, and it was the first time in years that I've eaten a tuna pizza... it tasted just like it used to... simply heavenly. Seven of us ordered pasta with salmon, gnocchi, salad, pizza, schnitzel... everything was top-notch quality and taste. Delivery was super fast, and the delivery guy was super nice and friendly. The portions were a decent size, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. We'll definitely order from there more often now and are happy with the delivery service. Highly recommended.

Like a little vacation in Italy

Unfortunately our order here yesterday was very disappointing! The bruschetta consisted of discount baked rolls and watery tomatoes. From salad dressing, to lasagne, to tagliatelle with salmon (which, by the way, was very dry), all dishes lacked salt or spices. The lettuce leaves were completely unprepared: they were neither divided into bite-sized pieces nor was the inside of the leaf removed! I felt paying just under €37 for this was overpriced given this quality. I would have been better off cooking myself today and it would have been significantly cheaper even if additional costs were taken into account and the theoretically calculated expense allowance :( Unfortunately, the packaging material also left something to be desired: Each dish was in its own thin plastic bag and twice wrapped in aluminum foil. Nevertheless, the bruschetta and pasta dishes were only lukewarm... Delivery also took a surprisingly long time. I'm giving it two stars because we ordered relatively late. However, the shop is around the corner - and taking 60 minutes with lukewarm delivery is not satisfactory to me. I can't rate the ambience because we ordered the food for home delivery as described.

Unfortunately we have to say that the portions via the delivery service are getting smaller and smaller! You can count the individual noodles, the packaging is becoming flatter or smaller and the price continues to rise. Sure, prices are rising everywhere these days, but I think if you agree to order something, then you can expect to be FULL! Unfortunately we were still hungry afterwards. Unfortunately no recommendation for this. We can't judge the pizza and the other dishes. Still tastes good!

I had dinner with my family this evening on March 6, 25. We were looking forward to a good Italian today, my son wanted to eat a good grilled steak. We looked at the menu and took an entrecote steak with onion as it said on the menu. I asked the waitress, a woman, if they were dried onions or if they were fried onions on the steak. She said normal fried onions. That's how I ordered it. Afterwards I ordered a starter of bruschetta and a large pizza. First my son got a salad as a starter, the salad didn't taste like anything. the salad tasted like water instead of any dressing. We asked for extra salt and pepper because there was no salt and pepper anywhere on the tables. Then the bruschetta came and it was also very bad, instead of putting fresh tomatoes on it, they put canned tomatoes on it, and instead of parmesan there was pizza cheese on it. and the bread wasn't good, we didn't eat it. NOW COMES THE BEST. THEN THE STEAK CAME, INSTEAD OF BEING GRILLED AND MEDIUM, WE ORDERED IT, THE STEAK COMES FULL OF A SAUCE, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SAUCE THAT WAS, AND THEN THE ONIONS COOKED INSIDE THE SAUCE. AND UNDER A SMALL STEAK THAT WAS REALLY DONE. SO ME AND MY WIFE WERE VERY disappointed 🙁. Sat like pigs roasting. And then came our pizza. I ordered the number 20 pizza special. I've never had such bad pizza anywhere. The dough tasted sweet and the topping was not quality. We didn't eat almost all of the pizza. So I don't want to say any more bad things, so I'll really say once and never again. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Anyone who knows their way around can eat at a good Italian restaurant. Know what is good and what is bad. And then we went to the front of the woman who served us and asked her about the steak and why she gave it to us with sauce. She lied to us that we ordered it that way, with sauce. That wasn't nice of her. Because we didn't actually order like that, as the menu says steak with onions, that's what we imagined as well no sauce anywhere. Even the drinks weren't chilled, we just drank them at room temperature. They didn't put any ice cubes in it. What was okay was fruit tea, which my wife drank.

Service: nice when they came to the back corner - when they did, they were friendly Food: Average - you can eat well but it's not a culinary highlight Grappa didn't come in a grappa glass but in a long drink glass. So all in all - you can go, but you don't have to.

The restaurant has really changed to the detriment, it's a real shame! I ordered Tortellini Carbonara, expecting to get a typical Italian Carbonara too! However, the result was more than sobering: what was delivered to the table after almost an hour of waiting (!!!) was a greasy, soggy cream mush with ready-made Metro tortellini and cheap bacon. A far cry from a proper carbonara, which consists of egg yolks, pasta water, guaniale and parmigiano! 😞 Every real Italian will gasp with a carbonara made from cream! It doesn't work at all. The result was: I was allowed to spend the night on the toilet with a stomach ache etc.! 😞 The salad was far too sour. The pizza was ok. The place was super full and very loud, which is of course absolutely ok, but the tables are so close together that a) you can hear the conversations from the neighboring table 1:1 and b) you can hardly move properly without the neighbor I can't understand having to get up, it's just not possible. Screaming and screaming toddlers also don't belong in a restaurant! They just belong in bed at this time! Very unpleasant! Only the service was very friendly and nice. There are a few more stars for that. Otherwise I won't visit Pepe e Sale again! There are better Italian restaurants!

Statement from the waiter that the chefs are overwhelmed with the delivery service and are not making any effort. My statement, don't go smoking every 10 - 20 minutes, then cooking will also work. The food we ordered was packaged carelessly and some of it leaked because the driver apparently didn't pay attention to it. The delivery was made within the specified time frame, but the driver couldn't find the delivery address so he called me. He was extremely unfriendly, which I also told him. He then started screaming that I had to pick up the food from him or he would drive away. When I went to the street and called the restaurant to complain, the driver drove up from a completely different street and yelled at me again asking if I wanted the food. When I said yes, since I had finally paid for it, he threw it at me. This behavior is unacceptable to me and will prevent me from ordering here again in the future.

The pasta sauce was just water, they had to put it back in the pan at home and add their own sauce. The pizza wasn't anything good either, it reminded you of cardboard and extra cheese was charged but apart from a blob that stuck to the box you didn't notice anything

Wir sind ein Paar aus Frankfurt / Mainz und schätzen Pepe & Sale als eines der besten Italienischen Restaurants. Vor allem wenn man sich, wie in den meisten guten Restaurants, auf die Tagesempfehlungen einlässt, kann man hier köstlichste Überraschungen erleben. Die Gerichte vom Grill sind auch durchweg zu empfehlen, Pizza ist gehobener Durchschnitt. Wen wir in Worms sind, essen wir dort täglich, haben früher aber auch andere Restaurants der Stadt ausprobiert. Meine Frau liebt die Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten so sehr, dass wir auf der Rückfahrt von Frankreich sogar mal einen recht großen Umweg gefahren sind, nur um wieder bei Pepe & Sale essen zu können. Hausgemachte Tiramisu ein Träumchen, Service sehr zuvorkommend, Peise absolut fair, was will man mehr. Da wir seit sechs oder sogar acht Jahren regelmäßig dort essen gehen, verstehen wir einige Bewertungen hier nicht und wollten unbedingt unsere Meinung beitragen. Wir sind Fans.

Ordered through Lieferando...thought it was a normal Italian restaurant... It was terribly bad, so I was able to throw my 50 euro order into the trash can and it was inedible.

Bruschette substandard, ravioli had the level of a student meal. It simply has nothing to do with an Italian restaurant. A pity. Tip Raise prices by €1 and make more effort and perhaps ask a real Italian restaurant to show you what classics of this cuisine taste and look like. This review was given by a trained chef.

Ein „Restaurant“ NICHT zu empfehlen. Als Familienbetrieb war keine Lust anzuerkennen. Kein Lächeln, keine höfflichkeit. Das Essen war ungenießbar, die Carbonara trockener als eine Schuhsolle und gefrochene Pilze mit Wasser im Teller ohne Geschmack.

You have to give 1 star. I wouldn't give a star at all. First of all, the condition was totally unfriendly and annoyed when you wanted to order something. The food we had a large pizza if you go to another pizzeria you really get a large pizza that was small for the price and was bubblegum like. Vitello tonnato didn't taste like me, didn't taste like you, just tasteless. The pasta is overcooked without salt. Pizzeria mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und aufmerksamer Bedienung, Tagesempfehlungen, Pizzen in 3 Größen, gutes Pizzabrot und reichlich Auswahl auch an Fleisch,Fischgerichten und Nachspeisen. Reservierung sollte man vornehmen speziell am Wochenenden.

Was soll ich sagen?! Essen und Ambiente waren echt gut. Die Nudelportion ausreichend, die Pizza auch... Am Anfang war auch der Service durchaus freundlich, aber es kann nicht sein, dass im "Nebenzimmer" drei (von vier) Tischen voll belegt sind und fast 45Minuten keine Bedienung vorbeischaut. ALLE Gläser der zwölf Gäste waren leer und zwei Tische standen dann auf, um an der Theke zu bezahlen. Für mich völlig unverständlich, warum hier der Gast nicht mehr bedient oder nach weiteren Wünschen gefragt wird, sobald die Teller abgeräumt wurden. Auch beim Zahlen zweier Tische an der Theke kein Wort der Entschuldigung oder des Bedauerns, dass nicht mehr bedient wurde... Habe ich so bisher in keinem Lokal gesehen.

Essen war ok. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Service ebenfalls. Auswahl Getränke sehr eingeschränkt und nichts besonderes. Wer also einen typischen Trattoria-Abend erwartet mit gutem Wein und leckeren Kleikigkeiten, der wird eher enttäuscht. Ist eher eine typische Pizzeria mit Standard-Angebot. Soweit, so gut. Krönung war dann, mit vollem Weinglas um 22 Uhr vor die Tür gesetzt zu werden. Wow.

Wur waren mit einer Gruppe zu Gast, Essen wurde schnell aufgenommen und serviert. Leider habe ich festgestellt, dass bei Nudelgerichten Fleisch oder auch Schinken etwas weniger als früher war. Auch sind die Preise, wie auch bei anderen Restaurants, deutlich gestiegen.
