There were eight of us there, one order was incorrect, one didn't come at all, and the food only came after almost an hour and was clearly delayed, so that some were finished before the others had started eating. My pizza base also didn't give the impression of being freshly made and was very hard.

We were spontaneously looking for an early lunch with our dog and were given a very friendly welcome here. We had 2 pizzas and a soup and we enjoyed it. I'm still deducting the last star because card payment wasn't possible. This offer should also be standard in a German restaurant in 2024.

Food was delicious as always, although I found the carpaccio for €15 a bit cheeky! Service.... Oh well. Nobody really cared about us. The first cola was warm and non-carbonated and I waited half an hour for the second one. All in all - rather disappointing.

We were there this afternoon with 3 people. Our friend has severe dietary restrictions and was treated with incredible care. So we had a wonderful lunch together. The food was fantastic, everything was freshly prepared and lovingly presented. The cook came into the yard to harvest fresh herbs for our food. We felt really comfortable (sorry). Many thanks to everyone (from the magical waitress to the cook to the owner) You also did an excellent job with the design. ♡♡♡

My beer had 0% carbon dioxide content, which was pretty unpleasant. My colleagues had a warm cola on a day when the sun was hitting the planet at 31 degrees.

During our 8 days of vacation in Waren an der Müritz, we ate at the Etna restaurant 5 times and were thrilled every time. Pizza, pasta or salad, everything tasted very good and the service was very attentive and courteous, which also applies to the boss. The outdoor terrace is pleasantly designed and is particularly suitable for dog owners thanks to the spacious table position.

Restaurant: Pizza was very bad, cheese wasn't even completely melted. It gave the impression of a frozen pizza. Other dishes not available or only with a long waiting time. Hotel: 90 euros per night for a room that should have been renovated a long time ago is steep, but the city is rather expensive anyway. We had to leave a day earlier than planned. To still demand the tourist tax and then refuse to issue an invoice is wrong. Not recommendable!

We, 2 adults and 2 children, went here for dinner last night. The order was made according to the number of the dishes, with a completely inexperienced waiter. After 1 hour we politely asked for our food. It's coming soon, was the answer. After another 10 minutes and several guests who came after us who had already had their food, when asked again they said it would take another 10 minutes. Then we wanted to leave. At that moment the food came, but two dishes were wrong. The waiter insisted that we had ordered the dishes. After some discussion we should then receive the spaghetti we ordered. Another 20 minutes later, 2 loveless, lukewarm spaghetti arrived, which we didn't eat anymore. With 4 waiters set up in front of us who talked their way out of it, Pizza would be quicker... we ended up with a bill without spaghetti. Never again

The service is nice and tried hard. The food was quite bad, only the bruscetta was quite ok. The salad with ready-made dressing from the bottle. Is what they cook there really Italian? The food used to be quite good, but has the owner changed??? I don't understand the many glowing reviews at all.

Awesome is not an expression!! We had a perfect evening with fantastic food and a cozy atmosphere that was worth every single cent! The service is very friendly, on the ball and has a good feeling for the guest. She always gave us the feeling that we were welcome here and that we could feel relaxed and comfortable. To eat: - the calamari was grilled to perfection. (Many people can take an example here!) - the salad is crisp and fresh - the dressing not only goes well with the salad, but also underlines the calamari - the homemade bread served with it was excellent. Dough, garlic and herbs fit perfectly. - the carpaccio was also very good Since we had selected starters and main courses, the price looks higher than it seems at first glance. !! The price/performance ratio is very good here!! We sat at the back in the garden restaurant; Like in a small family restaurant in Italy. We'll definitely be back!!! This restaurant is an absolute insider tip!

Apart from the nice inner courtyard, unfortunately we can't say anything positive...We didn't like the service at all...if it doesn't work properly, the boss comes personally...😳😅...It's not the customer who is king, but... ..Tip: just go a little further up Schulstrasse and then turn left around the corner across the Alter Markt to Fischerstrasse. There is a nice pizza/pasta restaurant there...you are valued as a customer there and everything is absolutely delicious there...just our opinion of course 😉.

Me and my family have been coming from Rostock specifically to feast for 11 years. Family atmosphere, very friendly service and top food. We're really happy every time we're there. Luckily we discovered this restaurant.

Thanks to the warm evening we were able to enjoy our meal in the garden. Maybe a little too much "deco", but authentically Italian. The service was very friendly and attentive. But the most important thing was the food: the garlic soup and the pizzas were excellent! The prices are very cheap.

I was just eating at the restaurant with my family. We - two children and two adults - ordered three pizzas and a pasta dish with homemade macaroni, mushrooms and turkey strips. The pizzas were average and tasted neutral. But the pasta dish was inedible. The vegetables (artichokes for me, zucchini for the waitress) tasted rancid, which is what I tried to say in my immediate complaint, which was almost not listened to. The waitress came back with an explanation and my plate, which didn't match my question to the kitchen. I wanted you to ask if the vegetables were pickled in oil and if that oil is possibly rancid. Answer: The secret recipe will not be revealed. She put the plate back in front of me and left. No question about whether I want to eat something else or anything like that. I hadn't mentioned the turkey strips yet - white, unseasoned and not entirely fresh. I didn't eat it anymore. I also said it again when I returned it because a young man then cleared the dishes. The non-existent service then prevailed up to and including the invoice. Full price for an inedible meal. Card payment not possible. It was very sad and sobering. We do not recommend this restaurant.

Oh, the "Pizzeria Etna" - a truly unique experience that I won't soon forget! Even from the outside, the restaurant looked incredibly inviting, a real feast for the eyes. As soon as we arrived, the magic quickly disappeared when the waitress seemed overwhelmed with the simple question of how to get to the garden. I guess this is some kind of creative customer service. Our table had a slight tendency to be wobbly after being moved, which gave the whole lunch a certain dynamic. After all, we all love a bit of adventure when it comes to food, don't we? The service was wonderfully unemotional and calm - a true masterpiece of calm in a hectic world. When a rain shower came, we were able to enjoy the full extent of the garden experience - including soaked clothes. But hey, not everyone is lucky enough to see the rare and largest bee in Europe, the large carpenter bee. A priceless natural experience! The food itself was a real highlight: served very hot and in massive portions that reminded me of the generosity of ancient Roman feasts. However, I would have liked my cold drink to be refilled quicker. But the waitress kindly explained that this would take a while because a new barrel had to be connected. Patience is a virtue, after all. At the end, the bill was also appreciated accordingly - well deserved, I would like to think. All in all, the food was tasty and the prices were surprisingly affordable. The "Pizzeria Etna" really offers a total experience that should not be missed.

The restaurant with its really pretty garden initially made a very good impression. However, we were greeted with the words that ordering the food would probably take a long time because there were a lot of guests there. We have patience, I thought, and so we sat down in the pretty garden and ordered drinks, a starter and a dessert. At least the drinks came quickly and then we were patient. After an hour, when the garden was emptying and there was obviously less and less pressure on the kitchen, I asked for our starter. It came after another almost half an hour. I then offered to cancel the order because they explained to me that the main course would still take a while. I was threatened with the “boss”, but she obviously agreed to the cancellation. It wasn't possible to pay at the table, so I went in and was abruptly told that only cash payment was possible. When I asked why I was being treated so unkindly, I was told rather curtly that I was told straight away that it would take a while... It's a shame, a promising evening failed because of a lady in service who was clearly overwhelmed...

We had a room in the guesthouse: clean, large, well-kept. Very tidy bathroom. We were able to park the bikes safely in the yard. Very nice boss and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast (not a buffet, but great). No card payment possible. We would come back in a heartbeat. The price of €90 including breakfast was reasonable. The city's additional tourist tax for 2 days (for an overnight stay) is a rip-off and annoying; But the host is not to blame for this.

Yes, without restrictions. The food is very tasty and not as Germanized as some other Italians in this country. The homemade pasta is particularly recommended. Service is very good and friendly. We were there again 2 days later and the service and food were just as good. Quality is the order of the day here. I can only recommend that anyone who is in Waren should stop by here. Price-performance is also very good.

Stopped by here by chance on vacation and had pizza. We liked it so much that we went back the next day it was open. Very attractively designed courtyard. Great value for money.

We ended up in this restaurant by chance. We weren't very hungry, but we were thirsty and were happy that König Pilsener was offered there. We chose two simple dishes and actually couldn't stop raving about them. Both the pasta and the pizza were incredibly tasty, everything fresh and lovingly prepared. The really friendly service left nothing to be desired. The price-performance ratio is unbeatably good there. Highly recommended!

Wir haben sowohl bei einem Restaurantbesuch mehr als 1,5h auf unser Essen gewartet, als auch beim Lieferservice: satte 2 h! Beide Male wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es sehr lange Wartezeiten geben wird und sich auch nicht von Hause aus entschuldigt. Die getestet Nudelgerichte waren mangelhaft (Spagetti Bolognese und Spagetti aglio olio), Pizza schmeckt gut, Lammgerichte sehr gut. Aufgrund der sehr langen Wartezeit und nicht schmeckender Nudelgerichten, plus keiner Kartenzahlung: keine Weiterempfehlung.

The food was a disaster. 4 menus and not one that you could recommend. Bland, overcooked, frozen goods and in the background you could hear the microwave ringing instead of music. There was also the wrong food. Instead of fixing the error quickly, the error was looked for with the guest. Prices for these dishes are much too high. Too bad

Für eine Kleinigkeit hereinspaziert und aufgrund der lieben Bewirtung und leckeren Pizzabrötchen, Knoblauchsuppe einfach mal geblieben. Nach einem tollen Salat und einer leckeren Pizza sind wir rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend und den vielen selbstgemachten Leckereien. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 👌👍 Leider mussten wir die Rezension nach dem zweiten Besuch nach unten korrigieren. Die Soße der Spaghetti Carbonara war zu fettig und zu viel, bei den Tortellini Nr.56 waren die angepriesenen Zutaten nicht herauszuschmecken, da die Tomatensoße alles überlagert. Schade da wir vom ersten Besuch sehr begeistert waren.

Es war alles wunderbar. Wir hatten bestellt und abgeholt und es war alles sehr lecker. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Vielen lieben Dank und wir kommen oder bestellen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Vorspeise war okay, die Pizza leider gar nicht. Eine Pizza war so mit Käse überladen, dass sie kaum essbar war. Die andere war relativ geschmacklos, in der Mitte sehr labrig, der Rand so trocken, dass er nicht essbar war. Serviceneuling wurde vor den Gästen von einer Servicekraft angemault. Unglaublich auch, dass man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann! Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Ewig auf das Essen warten, dann das Argument, wir hätten ja nicht reserviert, sind also Gäste zweiter Klasse. Die Pizza war nicht besonders. Das einzig gute ist der Innenhof. Mich sehen die nicht wieder.

Überragender Service, er hätte noch zwei Sternchen mehr verdient! Wir wollten die Gerichte, welche auf der Karte mit Hähnchen- bzw. Putenbruststreifen angegeben waren, vegetarisch. Es wurde nicht einfach das Fleisch weggelassen, sondern die nette Dame hat uns Alternativen vorgeschlagen! Das Essen war super. Die Saucen frisch gekocht und die Nudeln wirklich hausgemacht. Von außen etwas unscheinbar aber von drinnen macht es durch die etwas urige Art und den schönen Außenbereich schon etwas her. Unser Wein und unsere Pizzen waren sehr schmackhaft. Die kleinen Brötchen zu Beginn mit der Kräuterbutter waren eine nette Geste. Preis Leistung auch in Ordnung.

Personal maßlos überfordert und unfreundlich inlc der Chefin. Tisch war im Garten reserviert - Antwort Bedienung „ draußen ist nichts frei „ Bestellung konnte nur nach den Nummern in der Speisekarte aufgenommen werden. Wortlos wurde das Essen auf den Tisch gestellt. Dessert gab es schon garnicht mehr.

Pizza ( Thunfisch) war sehr lecker , die Nudeln ( Bolognese) waren auch sehr gut . Wir sind ohne Vorbestellen hin gegangen und haben einen schöne Platz draußen bekommen . Leider war die Bedienung nicht sehr freundlich , aber jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben . Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Lokal mit gutem Preis Leistungverhältnis .

Die Carbonara wies leider kein gutes Verhältnis von Nudeln und Soße auf. Somit wirkten die Nudeln wie ertränkt und das Gericht war schwer zu genießen.

La simpatia del pizzaiolo siciliano non è sufficiente per dimenticare i difetti di quei bucatini al ragù d'agnello: la solita salsa di pomodoro un po' acida che gira nei piatti in Germania, e poi, cosa c'entravano i piselli? Pizza cmq discreta, servizio rapido, arredi però di dubbio gusto.

Tolles Lokal mit sehr schmackhaftem Essen, Knobisuppe Bruscetta und Pizza waren richtig lecker, das Service war super freundlich und das Ambiente ladet zum verweilen ein... Wenn man was beanstanden will, dann weil es ausser Panacota kein Dessert gibt, aber auch das wurde uns freundlich begründet warum das so ist. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch und gehe satt und sehr zufrieden nach Hause.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal äußerst kompetent und freundlich.

Leider mussten wir uns unsere Pizzabrötchen einfordern, die alle anderen Gäste selbstverständlich erhielten. Somit fehlte auch Besteck und Servietten. Die Pasta schmeckte wässrig, die Portion war ziemlich klein. Es wurde weder gefragt, ob es uns schmeckt, auch Getränke konnten wir erst nach Aufforderung nachbestellen. Schade, denn das Ambiente draußen ist sehr schön.

Netter Garten, leckere Pizza. Allerdings ist der Service etwas unorganisiert und anscheinend ist die Kommunikation mit der Küche sehr schlecht, sodass man mit Pech lange auf sein Essen warten muss.

Spontaner Besuch . Rustikales Ambiente mit mediterranem Touch. Freundliches Personal mit allerdings wenig Hintergrundwissen. Die Nudelgerichte mit hausgemachten Nudeln schmeckten eher durchwachsen. Nichts weltbewegendes. Die Corona- Spielregeln werden von den Gästen eingefordert, Das Personal hält das nicht für erforderlich. Kartenzahlung wird nicht angeboten. Auch das in Corona-Zeiten nicht nachvollziehbar. Das ist falsche Moral. Einmal, jedoch kein zweites Mal.

Schöner Innenhof, leicht erhöhte Preise aber dafür sehr gutes Essen, Bedienungen sehr höflich. Corona: Abstand der Tische ist okay, Kontaktlisten liegen aus. Und warum doch nur 3 Sterne? all diese Maßnahmen bringen nichts, wenn die Bedienungen gänzlich ohne Mund-/ Nasenschutz bedienen... Das ist sehr schade.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach ner guten Pizza und sind durch Hörensagen auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen Ambiente war gut bürgerlich bzw rustikal Pizza und Pasta war zwar hausgemacht aber trotzdem nicht so schmackhaft wie erwartet , Bolognese auf der Nudelpizza hat nur nach Tomate geschmeckt Zudem kommt, dass wir für 2x Pizzen und 1x Pasta 1h warten mussten Es gab keine Entschuldigung oder gar ein Espresso als Entschädigung für die Wartezeit- die Antwort der "Servicekraft" auf die Frage- ob wir noch was zu essen bekommen war: wir gucken alle Kochshows und wissen wie lange frisches Essen dauert Im großen und ganzen war es ein miserabler Service bei nicht so leckerem Essen

Wir waren hieraufhin der Empfehlungen aus TripAdvisor. Das Restaurant liegt nicht direkt an der Touristenstraße und ist auch von außen unscheinbar, da keine Sitzmöglichkeiten davor sind. Aber der Innenhof, ist ein Traum! Sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir hatten selbstgemachte Nudeln und davor Bruschetta und Caprese. Sehr verwundert waren wir, als man uns fragte, welche Salatsauce wir zum Caprese haben wollen. Häh? Dazu gibt es doch nur Olivenöl und Balsamico! Leider hat es ewig gedauert, bis wir unser Essen hatten. Über eine halbe Stunde bis zur Vorspeise und dann nochmal über 1 Stunde bis zu den Nudeln. Aber das Warten hat sich gelohnt.
