Dear pelda team. Unfortunately, we haven't eaten in your restaurant yet, but we wanted to find a good place online. The look of the restaurant and the pictures of the food appealed to me so much that I found the restaurant at first glance and my knowledge of your cuisine is not very great. I would like to immerse myself in the cuisine of your homeland with you. I have a question, I know that you often use nuts in your kitchen. These can also be left out without destroying the taste. The ambience and service were excellent. The food was super tasty and authentic. Me and a good friend went there for breakfast and left well stuffed from the breakfast menu for 2.

I was disappointed, I looked at the menu from here and went. Menemen, olives and cucumbers were placed in front of us and at the end we were given a check for 60 €. I have never seen such a terrible menu anywhere. Would I ever go again? My advice to those who go is to ask for the menu in writing beforehand, so that they will not be shocked later.

Very tasty breakfast and excellent service

Nice little restaurant near the main train station. The menu is only available digitally, but that's not a bad thing because the food was really very good and plentiful. All the employees were very friendly and courteous. Clear recommendation.

Modernly furnished Turkish restaurant on a thoroughfare, plenty of on-street parking. It's not a problem that the menu is only available online, although I prefer to hold a card in my hands. The service is quick and friendly, the food is very tasty.

We just had dinner there with my mother-in-law, it was very, very tasty. Unfortunately my daughter didn't participate as well as she should, sorry for her screaming 🙈 I'm happy to come back

Absolutely no recommendation. The food came within a very short time, meaning the food couldn't have been freshly prepared. It tasted accordingly, some of it was served half cold and tasted like something from the school cafeteria (e.g. 50% cartilage and fat residue on the meat and generally unappetizing). The pictures and videos on the internet suggest fresh and delicious food, which unfortunately didn't apply to us at all. Also inattentive service, who didn't even offer us mayo or ketchup with our frozen fries. We weren't asked how we felt or how the food was so that we could give objective criticism. In the end, I was looking forward to delicious Turkish food for my birthday and was punished to top it off with the worst restaurant visit of my life. It was really so bad that we went to McDonald's afterwards. The 2nd star goes to the successful furnishings and the fresh salad. Edit to answer: A restaurant that is truly intrinsically interested in the opinions of its customers will also inquire about it independently. Presenting yourself as a victim after the fact does not indicate a willingness to improve. And therefore, in my opinion, the exchange is unfortunately not productive. We just left as dissatisfied customers and want to use this medium to warn other customers. Please use this information and do something with it.

We were very positively surprised and found it very appealing, attentive service, fresh food, very appetizingly prepared and on top bread on the house! Absolutely recommended if you like Turkish cuisine!

We came especially from Hamburg and were in front of the store around 11:30 a.m. According to Google and opening hours on the door, Pelda opens at 8:30am. Doors closed and the shop dark, what a shame!!

Dropped by by chance, but truly an exquisite treat. Fresh and incredibly tasty food. We ordered way too much food but ended up eating it all because it was SO good. No English menu but the waiter spoke English and explained what we couldn't guess or Google 😁 Can really be highly recommended 🥰

We ordered food and the food that was delivered tasted absolutely fine. Unfortunately the order was not complete, so something had to be delivered later. The subsequent delivery was relatively prompt, unfortunately the food delivered was absolutely inedible. The assumption suggests that the “forgotten” food was kept hot under the salamander. The food that was delivered was correspondingly mushy and inedible. Unfortunately not a good experience.

There were three of us and very satisfied. Also worth mentioning are the fries, which are uniquely delicious. We will be back! Tiny drawback: there were neither ice cubes nor a slice of lemon in the cola.

The taste of the food can be described as above average, this also applies to the price. When you eat it you realize it's worth the investment. :-)

Hello everyone, We ordered from Pelda yesterday via Lieferando! The food arrived cold and completely soggy because the shepherd's salad had completely run out! The food was in a paper bag that tore after the driver handed it to me! Well, 77 euros for the barrel is a shame!

A real treat! The restaurant not only offers an exquisite selection of delicious dishes, but also a charming and inviting ambience. Every bite was a culinary revelation, and the service was first class. An absolute must for gourmets and connoisseurs!

We went yesterday, believing the Google reviews. Unfortunately, the food was very bad. We experienced stomach pain and nausea throughout the night. It was made using Iskender Frozen doner kebab, even though they denied it in the comments, the customers are not stupid :) The sauce on it was also very bad, one of the ready-made Italian pasta sauces :) A restaurant that can't even make a simple yoghurt appetizer. This is not a Turkish restaurant, friends, do not be fooled by the menu. We also had a bad time with the old arabesque songs being played. Also, I read the comments, it is a business that gives arrogant answers to customers who do not like the food. One star is too much

An Arab business claiming to be a Turkish restaurant... Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with Turkish tradition. I was very surprised that it was the best rated restaurant in the city. I think I made a mistake trusting Google Maps. Arabic music played all evening. When I heard the first piece, I asked if there was Turkish music. The waiter rejected my request, saying that it was a mixed playlist, including Turkish, English and German songs. I went to wash my hands, there was a strange smell in the toilet and the paper towel smelled like dung, so I couldn't use it. I wanted lahmacun, you know it is eaten with your hands and a little oily. Two paper napkins were brought for two people. A thin, home-use napkin... It's not a restaurant thing. Portions of dishes are over 15 Euros. I think they could at least spend some money and buy usable paper towels and napkins. They somehow increased their Google score. It's a tourist city anyway, who knows when those who come will come again. There is only open buttermilk. They do not serve covered ayran. No information is given about this. Something I've never seen in Turkey. When you want ayran, you are asked whether it is open or closed. Information is given only if there is a gap. If you have such a sensitivity, do not order ayran. The food was not bad, but since the service and atmosphere were bad, we did not enjoy the food very much.

The food in Pelda (döner platter and iskender) tastes great and the quantity is just right. In terms of price (€13.90 and €14.90), the dishes are within a reasonable range. The ambience is appealing and the store overall makes a clean and tidy impression. There is also attentive service, so overall an absolute recommendation if you feel like Turkish cuisine! We'd love to come back, so safe 5*****

It was a highlight of our Lübeck tour... very friendly, attentive service, plus a passionate cook. This is a guarantee for tasty food... well seasoned with the right cooking times... The side dishes were also excellently prepared... The dessert "Backlava" was very fresh and tender and not too sweet. We are more than thrilled and it will be a must for us every time we visit Lübeck. We would also like to try the delicious breakfast, then there is an addition here.. Envy the people of Lübeck 😉

We recently ordered a grill plate there for 2 people. So the Pirzola was good and the Adana was also good, but the portion of meat was very lean and the bulgur overfilled the plate. Chicken skewers were very bad and tasted very salty and overly seasoned. I can only recommend that you rethink your concept and start again because it won't last long

For a few years now, I've been shopping at the Asian supermarket and walking past this restaurant after parking. Whatever the reason I never noticed it that way... today it caught my eye and I went in and ate there. Totally warm and well-coordinated ambience, very nice service. I really enjoyed the food, I really did. I should have asked how to properly eat all of this together, but whatever. I'll do it next time. Personal note: I'm very sorry that I went in at the wrong end of the restaurant, I ended up standing in the kitchen. Was a bit embarrassing. And: Thanks for the offer of tea on the house, I didn't want to be rude: I really had to go, my stop was very spontaneous. I'll definitely be back, best regards!

The best place, in my opinion, to eat Turkish food in Lübeck! The service is very friendly and fast, the food tastes fantastic and the prices are definitely affordable and fair. Plus, there's always tea on the house afterwards! The atmosphere is really nice, you feel very comfortable! I highly recommend it!
