Amazing food, especially pork knuckle! Great service and atmosphere. Romantic location

Booked a table at short notice for my mother's birthday. Got a nice table, very accommodating, excellent food, best value for money. And also beautifully located. Thank you dear team from the Paulaner Wirtshaus in Goslar, that was great!

Super tasty knuckle with dumplings, sauce and sauerkraut... my wife had roast with dumplings, red cabbage and sauce which was also super tasty... service was all super nice..

Good food but unfortunately the whole experience is dragged down due to the fact that the staff are very arrogant and unpleasant!! Been there 2 times and both times we were met by unpleasant staff! Better choose another inn, which is a few meters away where the staff and food are good!

Lunch on Sundays: The decision was made to go to the inn at the Lohmühle. If you arrive early, you can easily get a table on the beautiful summer terrace. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The spare ribs (large portion) were to die for. Some locations could “learn a lesson” from this. The Obatzter, which is served with an oven-fresh pretzel, is just as tasty and recommended. We would be happy to stop by here again on our next visit to Goslar.

Had delicious knuckle with sauerkraut and dumplings for lunch. The only negative thing I found was that the dumplings were too small in my opinion. Nevertheless, everything tasted delicious and I was satisfied.

We visited the Paulaner Wirtshaus an der Lohmühle for dinner on a Thursday evening. When the weather was nice, many guests enjoyed the outdoor seating, while the inside was well attended but not overcrowded. I chose Paulaner's favorite dish, while my partner ordered the Wiesn chicken breast. Both the food and the ambience were excellent, and the staff also provided excellent service. We look forward to coming back soon.

Nice restaurant and typical Bavarian atmosphere. The meals were good. Unfortunately some dishes contain garlic (unfortunately this couldn't be changed). I was missing 2-3 Bavarian classics (sausage salad, white sausage, meat patties, ...)

It smelled so delicious like Knofi and my wife was in the mood for a beer😆. So we came spontaneously. There was only a little something to snack on and a draft, but both were of excellent quality 🤤!!! The staff is totally attentive and friendly. You feel welcome and in good hands. We would like to spend a day inside when the weather is really nasty because it is cozy and rustic there. Great shop! With everything included. Thank you for everything👍🏻👍🏻🤘🏻! Unfortunately I forgot the name of the beer, which was aged for 4 weeks. THAT was delicious, amazing!!!

We visited the Wirtshaus an der Lohmüle as a family in May. On a warm summer evening we ate outside in a great atmosphere. Based on a recommendation, we ordered the fresh asparagus, among other things, and were thrilled. Everything was prepared to perfection, the service was very attentive and the food came quickly. The Paulaner Wirtshaus is our absolute recommendation for Goslar. We had a great evening and felt very welcome.

We were pleasantly surprised all around. Here you can find a menu that complements the typical Bavarian delicacies with a great taste. Nine of us had dinner and were very satisfied. The asparagus is (unfortunately) served with a ready-made hollandaise, but this is very clearly articulated (when asked). The schnitzel was nice and fresh, well breaded and seasoned. The potato dumplings with mushroom cream were great - great sauce. We would particularly like to highlight the chickpea salad - it tasted so good that we bought it to go again a day later. The dips for the chunk of rubble were also very tasty. Paulaner's favorite dish also received a lot of praise at our table. The fried potatoes that we ordered as a side dish with our asparagus dishes were also delicious. Crispy and with translucent onions, not burnt. The service was very attentive, friendly and also available for a bit of fun. Unreserved recommendation for a meal in Goslar.

Very nice service, friendly. Food very very tasty!!!! I even liked the small side salad so much - to be honest, I've never eaten a mixture like this anywhere before. A kind of wild herbs, carrot salad, a spoonful of white cabbage salad, lamb's lettuce and the dressing was super delicious. I had the trout from the oven with tomatoes and a garlic baguette (at least half a baguette bread) which was super tasty and the fish was without any fat!! Ambience: rustic wooden old house but really very interestingly decorated. We'll be back 😉

About 2 days ago I reserved a table for two people at the Paulaner Goslar for Sunday. However, my joy was spoiled by the very accusatory words of the innkeeper: it would have been nice if the dog had been registered. If I take it seriously, there could have been a request from the economy when making the reservation. Furthermore, the guest, in this case us, could have been informed in a nicer way about the host's wish to register dogs. Even when leaving the restaurant, guests who wanted to eat at Paulaner Goslar with a dog were turned away very rudely with the words: There was no table for guests with dogs. It should also be mentioned that both we and the guests who were turned away after us each had a mini Yorkshire Terrier and a Chihuahua with them. There seems to have been a change of ownership, as some time ago, when we visited the Paulaner more regularly, there were no such unpleasant situations with or without a dog. For us it will be our last visit.

Spontaneously stopped at the Paulaner Wirtshaus for dinner today. When we asked if there was room for two people and a small dog, we were assigned a nice place. Staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! So we'll be back! 😊

Goslar for the first time in 5 years. I made a reservation in advance just in case and used it alone. It was a weekday and the weather was not so good, so the store wasn't very crowded. Since I had made a reservation, I was able to use a large table by myself, which was nice. The female staff member with lots of tattoos was very nice. The beer was delicious. The sauerkraut here is not too sour and is easy to eat. I think it's best to make a reservation on weekends and during high season.

Hello, We were on vacation in the Harz Mountains and came here for dinner without a reservation. Luckily they found a nice spot for us. The reception was very nice, the food was delicious and the atmosphere is nice, nice and rustic - fitting for a pub. All in all, highly recommended & we’ll definitely be back!😊👋🏻

Erster Abend in Goslar, dieses Restaurant gefunden und... es war echt lecker, gemütlich und Personal einfach top. Wir wollten definitiv nochmal hin. Gesagt getan, leider war zu. We had lunch here with 4 people, all the dishes tasted good and were plentiful. There is good home-style “tavern cuisine” and it absolutely meets expectations. In addition, friendly, unobtrusive service, we felt comfortable.

We were on a stopover in Goslar in November '23 and visited the Paulaner here. After a friendly greeting, we were taken to a great table in the upper area and from there we were able to marvel at the cozy inn. The restaurant was well filled but not overcrowded, so we had no problem getting a seat. - In the high seasons it shouldn't be so easy to get a table spontaneously. The entire meal was to die for. The bruschetta and garlic bread alone are worth a visit. The waiters were in a good mood and always up for a little fun. The beer is very, very tasty. - However, I don't quite understand the high price of beer for a brewery of this size. I think almost €6 for half a liter is very sporty. Other breweries/restaurants, including much smaller ones, also get by with less than €4 per half liter. Nevertheless, it was a very nice stay and the restaurant can only be recommended.

Sind hier eingekehrt, nach einem etwas feuchten und verregneten Ausflug durch Goslar. Wurden hier sehr herzlich in dem rustikalen, aber auch gemütlichen Restaurant empfangen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, als Gast fühlt man sich wohl und umsorgt. Die Speisen gute Hausmannskost, frisch gemacht und die Portionen reichlich. Hatten Grillhaxe... butterzart viel das Fleisch vom Knochen und die Haut war knusprig und knackig. In München bekommt man es nicht besser serviert....Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung..... Weiter so 👍👍👍👍

Recommended restaurant with a small terrace in the back yard. Although it was very busy, a place was quickly organized and the staff were very friendly. Food was good and came quickly. Apple strudel for dessert was very tasty.
