Everything is tip top! Nice atmosphere outside in the beer garden, nice and quick service staff and really tasty food. Price-performance ratio is right here.

Very rude and incorrect service, the staff makes comments (they changed the table because of the rain) and is rude in response to a reminder that the order (a shot of liqueur) has been taken for 20 minutes. The waiters confuse orders and don’t understand where to take what. The food is average, probably normal for Germany.

We enjoyed a relaxing evening in the biergarten, ordering too much food because there were so many things we wanted to try. The cheese spaetzle was good, but it was the cheese board and the salad with goat cheese in a malt crust that stole the show. So many interesting flavors to combine!

Far exceeded expectations on food. We went on a Tuesday evening for dinner and there was hardly anyone there. We sat in the Biergarten which was relaxing with a baby in hand.

Wow! The pig's feet are really delicious, even the skin is delicious. The best thing is the lettuce salad. The vegetables are of good quality and large. The sauce is seasoned just right. The beer brewed in-house is full-bodied and great! The best thing is the attitude of the service staff. The young, tall and thin boy serves so many people. He runs in and out, sweating but still smiling, holding a pile of dishes and cups with both hands, even if he spills drinks on the guests' clothes in the busy process. We quickly helped him wipe his own clothes and clothes with napkins. No one would blame him. For the delicious meals, people couldn’t help but poke their heads into the kitchen before leaving to give the chef a thumbs up!

I always take Paulaner beer with me on vacation.

The spaetzle is something I’ll be thinking about for a long time. It was beyond delicious. Bees were annoying but waiters saw and gave us extra coasters to cover our beer.

Was there for dinner with the family of 6. When we wanted to order a measure, the waiter looked at us strangely. All three measures were filled to the limit (according to web research, 15mm is allowed before the beer police come). When I order a beer, I expect a liter and not even 9dl, even without the beer police! The under cabinet seems to have a system here! Simply not correct!

Very nice beer garden with delicious food. Attentive and friendly service

We had scheduled a visit, we arrived at the place, showed the reservation and the attendant told us to wait. The reservation time passed and nothing. We decided to order lunch. Nobody came to help us. We called about 3 or 4 times. When we finally placed the order, it only came with 3 dishes, although we had ordered 5. We do not recommend this place.

The place is very nicely decorated. Clean and pleasant. You can sit and have a beer. The dishes were nicely presented and tasty. I highly recommend this place.

Best beer we had in Munich! And they can make great salads too!

When we came in nobody welcomed us, after like 5 minutes we asked the woman at the bar if we could sit. She said that we had to wait there for someone to pick us up, after 10 minuten we asked another guy. He said that someone was coming, a few minutes later someone was there. We got to our table, around us a lot of things went wrong. And again we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to take our order, i said that we had to think still. And then we walked again, it was a real mess.

Stopped by here with my parents when visiting Munich. The atmosphere inside was amazing. The roast pork was good.

The typical dish was good and consistent. A good beer and a pretty and friendly place (we were in the Biergarten) However, the mosquitoes were more present than the waiters... We were ignored several times and the waiter left when we were ordering... Reception as cold as Lapland. Damage...

This is a must when visiting Munich! Fantastic food, great service and the staff is very helpful towards tourists. This is a perfect choice if you're new in town and want to experience the local cuisine. It's also a bucket list choice definitely worth checking out if you're interested in the local beer.

So we came, gave up and got a table straight away. Then unfortunately we didn't get a card for 15 minutes. When we wanted to ask, we were chased from the table in a rather rude manner, even though another waitress had seated us there beforehand. When asked why we were being sent away now, there was only a curt answer. When we sat at another table, we only got a card after 15 minutes. The food itself was good. What was annoying, however, was that there was a hair in a salad that was definitely not from... when we asked the waiter about it, there wasn't even an apology or a comment about the hair in the food. He simply cleared the plate and said nothing about it. In general, we always had to get the waiter's attention by calling out several times. Otherwise we weren't served. He never came to us on his own. In summary, the restaurant is a mix of good and bad. Apart from the hair in the salad, the food was very good. The service, on the other hand, was terrible… We were really very disappointed :(

Very impolite When we waited for the waiter (about 10 minutes) to order beer, my husband drank his bottle of water once because he had a coughing fit. And then the waiter comes in and says you can't drink here (his first words). If you are taking medication, have a cough, or the weather is hot, avoid visiting this restaurant.

Wir kamen an einem Samstagabend mit 6 Personen. Uns wurde vom Servicepersonal ein Tisch zugewiesen. Nach etwa 10 Minuten kam eine andere Servicekraft und hat uns ziemlich unhöflich gesagt, dass wir an einen anderen Tisch gehen sollen, dieser Tisch sei für Gäste der Brauereibesichtigung reserviert. Dann saßen wir mindestens 20 Minuten bis es uns schließlich gelang einen Kellner abzufangen, damit wir wenigstens die Karte bekamen ( Hinweis, Gäste, die nach uns kamen hatten zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits ihre Getränke) Ich hatte einen König-Ludwig-Salat mit Maispiulardenbrust. Leider war der Salat sehr bitter, da etliche Strünke bzw. dicke Blattrippen darin waren. Zu allem Übel habe ich ganz am Ende, nachdem ich den Salat fast aufgegessen hatte in der Soße im Teller ein langes schwarzes Haar gefunden Da ist mir dann nachträglich der Appetit völlig vergangen

I went there at 21:40, just for the beers and was delighted with the amazing Summer wheat Bier taste. The atmosphere was great, and maybe because we went that late there was only one service individual so the ordering took some time. We did receive our Bier fairly quickly post the order. Will definitely recommend and come back here if I'm ever in Munic again.

The food was good, but the staff were extremely disinterested and unattentive. A traditional Munich institution ruined by incompetent staff who treat everyone like a tourist because they know they can fill the tables anyways. Paulaner Bräu should be ashamed.

A beautiful beer garden. Unfortunately, the Obazda is off the shelf and the waitresses are quite dismissive as they move between the benches. And otherwise, as a guest, you have the feeling that the visit is below its potential.

Wir sind gerade mit einem ziemlichen Hals aus dem Bräuhaus gegangen. Der äußerst unmotivierte Kellner hat uns keines Blickes gewürdigt, geschweige denn bedient, obwohl er mitbekommen hat, dass wir zu viert was trinken wollten. Es ist echt erschreckend wie die Servicewüste umsich greift und wie schlecht motiviert die MA sind!!! Des weiteren ist es kaum zu glauben (aber wohl war), dass es im Sommer keinen Kaiserschmarrn gibt. Letztes Jahr waren wir im Biergarten (im Sommer) und da gab es Kaiserschmarrn!!!! Vermutlich werden wir das Etablissement nicht noch einmal aufsuchen...es gibt genügend tausendmal bessere Wirtshäuser!!!

A scandal that we had to experience here on June 24th. Had reserved a table for the EM public viewing in the beer garden. When we got there we were given a table where we didn't even really see the screen - we then got another one - that was still ok. The service/waiter was a disgrace in a class of its own. We got the first drink and the (lukewarm) food relatively quickly... nothing more after that. We had to wait 1 hour until we were "allowed" to order again... another 20 minutes later we got our drink. Another 3/4 hour later he came to ask if we wanted to pay. We would definitely have consumed 10 times as much here!!! The food was mediocre apart from lukewarm. The public viewing: 5 minutes after the game started, the screen was finally turned on due to a large protest in the beer garden. Quality disaster. Entire game without sound. I've never experienced anything like this before...

Isabell, our waitress truly provided the worst service I have ever experienced. Of course it's quite crowded in the beer garden during a Germany game at the European Championships, but that doesn't justify being extremely rude from the start and it didn't seem like yesterday was an exception.

The beer was delicious and the soccer game was fun. I deducted a service rating by asking for a tip.

European Championship round of 16 with Germany. 3 waiters for about 50 tables at the back entrance. Ordered beer and reminded the waiter 3 times - after 50 minutes we still didn't get anything. Then I got in line at the self-service (same service point as the waitresses), waited in line for 15 minutes: in that time, 5 people were served. Result: Waited 1 hour and still no drink. Never this beer garden again. Organization super bad! It's a shame because the food is great! But that just doesn't work! At a European Championship round of 16 with German participation, 3 waiters are far too few for this area of ​​the beer garden with around 50 tables. You have to serve, clear away and collect... incredibly embarrassing organization!

Wir sind draußen. Da stand bei der Ankunft auf der Tafel. Und was für ein Glücksfall! Schöner Biergarten in Innenstadt Lage in einer geschlossenen Bebauung. Professioneller Service, gutes Essen, leckeres Bier. Biergarten in Bayern, wie man es mag! Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber sehr guter Standard, bei dem man alles richtig macht!!

Visit during the European Championships, two D games. Reservations were made possible and worked out great on site. 5***** for that alone. The service was a bit rough at first, but that quickly went away. It was just a rush, so there is friction. Service then really cares about the guest. The only thing I would like to criticize is that the dishes are not labeled on the menu. “Vegan” vs. “vegetarian” is a huge difference for vegans. And, particularly stupid for people with lactose intolerance: Both the Caesar's dressing and the mousse au chocolat are prepared here with cream (!!!). Cream has no place in either dish if you want to offer it true to the original recipe. Really recommended: the short ribs!

Although the ambience was nice and the food was delicious, I wouldn't come back. After a certain time (either from 6 p.m. or 8 p.m.) 0.5 l beer and shandy are no longer served, only in the measure, which is of course twice as expensive. When I wanted to place the order with our waiter, he didn't indicate that he had acknowledged my order. No “yes you get,” no “yes,” not even a nod or eye contact or anything that suggests he even heard me. Afterwards we waited for a very long time, even a simple cola took forever. We were there for the public viewing (Germany game) and what was really annoying was that the waiter suddenly wanted to cash in the middle of the game. To do this, he sent card payers away from the table to a counter and then didn't come himself (twice). He paid a few people at the table cash, but not me, and when the game was over I still hadn't paid even though I was on call for the last 30 minutes with my wallet in my hand because he kept coming over and saying he wanted to cash in and then go away again. When I went to him afterwards to pay, he sent me to the table, then he waved me back over and reproached me for not paying with a card. I would have preferred to cheat the bill, I don't want to leave over 30 euros in a store only to have the staff disturb my stay and treat me like a burden. Everyone understood that it was stressful and there was a lot going on, but this tone of voice and the fact that you had to pay NOW and then not come yourself was just super annoying and the food was also pretty overpriced. Go to another beer garden, you are not welcome here.

I stumbled upon it by chance and it is what it is, if you are in the area it is a great option but of course don't try to order a hake at their restaurant.

We made a reservation as part of a celebration and I have to say it was great... the food (buffet) was excellent and the service from a very attentive and extremely friendly waiter rounded the whole thing off perfectly. I can only say thank you... everything was very well organized... we'd love to come back.

I am very sorry to say: we reserved a table as a Scottish German delegation My Scottish Friends were treated very rudely and with much disrespect. We were shown a table. We took it and 2 Scottish women asked where the toilets are. We were then told, that if anyone leaves the reserved table we lose the table. Well, not the hospitality you would expect. I debated about writing a review, but the table next to us had made the same experience (all Germans) so - do not recommend…

Der Schweinebraten war nicht besonders. Die Sosse war wässrig, der Krautsalat musste extra bestellt werden mit 3€ Aufpreis, das Fleisch war noch rosa was beim Schweinebraten eigentlich gar nicht sein kann wenn er vernünftig grschmort wird. Wir hatten den Eindruck es waren überwiegend Touristen im Lokal. Wir waren zur Mittagszeit da und es gab zwei lange Tische mit Gruppen von Touristen. Der Geräuschpegel war enorm, gemütlich war es schon mal gar nicht. Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad da, es gab nirgendwo Fahrradständer. Die Räder mussten wir gegenüber beim Arbeitsamt abstellen.

We had a lot of fun. The Paulaner beer on tap was delicious. The Wiener schnitzel and the Kaiserschmarrn were also very good.

A plate of 80 € on a normal menu with a nice selection of fish with a simple touch.

Concerns our visit from January 2022. Incredible! Disappointing! We were looking forward to the Paulaner Bräuhaus. We waited in the entrance area, as it said on the board. When after a long time there was still no staff, we looked for someone. The waiter said: "I'll be right there". So we waited again. A few minutes later the waiter flashed past us with a tray and then disappeared outside. We had enough and left the brewery. An absolute disgrace - guests are probably not welcome. 1 star is probably one too many!

Very nicely decorated tables and sparkling clean sanitary facilities and this tavern. The windows were also cleaned well. Gladly again.

We had a really nice evening in the brewery. When we entered we asked for a different, quieter table, we were treated very friendly and our table request was taken into account. Bella served us excellently, was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and fresh. All in all we had a great evening. We'd love to come back.

At first glance the roast pork looked very small, but in retrospect it was a more than sufficient portion. Price is reasonable, food was delicious. The only drawback is the noisy hall in which many guests sit and talk sometimes loudly and sometimes quietly.

Excellent beer in a traditional, well-kept and clean brewery. Good food whether typical, seasonal or alternative.

It was a 60th birthday with 20 guests Ambiance 1A Food good too Service is unfortunately mediocre: as long as you order a la carte, it's good, but always with latent pressure (we ordered from 11 a.m. for over 600 euros), from 6 p.m. we had to change tables and were put on a self-service table. Actually an “oversight”. After we spoke to the boss and went back and forth a few times, we received champagne on the house as compensation (which is very tasty by the way!). But that Heckmeck didn't necessarily have to be a finale, it's a shame especially for the birthday child.

Spent a lovely sunny Easter Sunday here. We drank the well-known, delicious Paulaner Weizen and I had the Käsespätzle. The prices have increased quite a bit. Almost incomprehensible for such “simple” dishes. Service was friendly but a little slow, even though it wasn't very busy. The ambience inside looked very cozy and rustic. Would definitely come back again.

Here you can find perhaps the best Kässpatzen in the city. But unfortunately no one wanted to serve it to me. Today, shortly after half past twelve, the restaurant was deserted. Nevertheless, the more than unfriendly waiter wanted to send me outside to the beer garden. I left there again because it was too uncomfortable for me at 12 degrees and I didn't want to put up with that. It's really a shame that I have to look for another restaurant for my next larger celebration.

We had an amazing dinner here, the food was delicious - well above our expectations. Our weiter was super kind.

We celebrated here after our civil wedding. It was fantastic and I would like to thank the entire team again. Even during the preparation, Mr. Demut was very friendly and professional and I felt I was well advised. On the day itself, all the tables were beautifully decorated, we had a very friendly waiter who was available in the separate adjoining room for us and the 25 guests. The food was excellent and all guests loved it. Thank you for making the day so wonderful for us. Top price-performance!! 👍

Food was served about 5 mins after ordering, ok quality. seems to be reheated. Price is expensive. Service ok. Will not recommend overall as there are so many other great food options in the city.

We celebrated a wedding at the Paulaner in a side room, the Kapuzinerstube. The preparation itself was optimal and relevant. All wedding guests were thrilled. Special thanks go to the competent, very friendly waiter Jiri!

I went to this historic brewery for dinner with friends this evening. The interior is very beautiful and the atmosphere is really cozy and cheerful. We ordered meat dishes and desserts. All dishes were prepared with care and served beautifully. Excellent food, very nice and friendly waiters.

Went to the Paulaner Bräuhaus this afternoon. The lunch menu had a good selection. We ordered the cheese spaetzle with salad. Homemade fluffy spaetzle with spicy cheese. A nice mixed side salad. A generous, appetizing portion for lunch. Good value for money. We were certainly not here for the last time.

I was impressed by the authentic atmosphere, a young girl carrying 8 glasses of beer, waiters dressed in bravura clothes, beer-making equipment displayed in the hall. We visited for dinner on Saturday at 17:00, although there is a lot of space in the restaurant - from 18:00 all the tables were booked. We tasted lager beer - delicious. The crust is overcooked, the fish is nothing at all - the food did not impress. The prices are high, but I recommend everyone to visit!
