Patrick's Irish Pub Bedburg in Bedburg

We were there for a BBQ on Saturday and were thrilled. The courtyard is very cozy, and even when it's over 30 degrees Celsius, it's a comfortable place to be. The tables are nicely spaced, allowing for quiet conversation. The food selection was extensive, and everyone should be able to find something they like. There were shrimp, sausages, pork, and, to top it all, large beef tomahawk steaks. What I really liked was that you have the option to season the meat yourself. There are various spices and several types of salt to choose from. There were also plenty of dips and sauces, as well as delicious bread and herb butter. Salads and other side dishes were also plentiful. The service was very friendly and fast. Drinks were brought quickly (even after 2 hours), and empty plates were cleared away quickly. The price-performance ratio (€49 including drinks) was great for me. The only small downside...the Kölsch beer could have been a degree or two cooler. A repeat is 100% certain.

Although the restaurant's website says it's open on Tuesdays, we found the door closed. Thanks for the "excellent" information :(

We're always happy to come back! We've been to the Altstadtstuben several times – whether as a couple or in a larger group – and have always been warmly welcomed. The service is super friendly and attentive, the food fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The changing weekly and monthly menus with seasonal dishes are particularly great. The wine selection is also impressive. The value for money is absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is intimate, a bit noisy inside and has some room for improvement outside – but we always feel very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!
