Patrick's Irish Pub Bedburg in Bedburg

We stayed overnight at the Landhaus Danielshof and only wanted to have a light meal at the attached Mannaro restaurant. The room indicated an online menu, but the appetizer we had chosen was no longer listed on the menu in the restaurant. It seemed the winter menu was now in effect, reduced in price and a bit more expensive. The potato soup we ordered had a mushy consistency, was lukewarm, and unfortunately only tasted mediocre. The bread basket with the three "homemade" dips – is herb butter a dip? – was okay. At least we were full. Disappointing, what a shame...

We were there, bowling, it was a lovely evening.

Unfortunately, our Christmas dinner was only partially successful. The two goose dinners were good, but the dumplings were too firm. The rabbit dish was partly cold, and the tiny portion of Brussels sprouts was very hard. The lasagna wasn't tasty. Overall, none of us left feeling full. Oil or bread wasn't served beforehand either. Nevertheless, we wish you a Merry Christmas.

We've enjoyed eating there in the evenings and have always been very satisfied. Now we've tried the lunch menu a few times and are simply thrilled with the taste, the portion size, and the price. In addition to the regular menu, there's usually a lunch menu with about five different dishes, plus a salad bar, a starter, and a dessert. Today it was only €15!

Surprisingly good. Delicious food. Attentive yet unobtrusive service. Neutral atmosphere. Would gladly return.
