The food was not like normal. But 10 minutes after the review, I received a nice gentleman on the phone who offered me the same food again for free for next time. I can certainly say that this is an appropriate solution and I am certainly satisfied that this is being done. Thank you for your quick action

Food itself is tasty and of high quality, but value for money is very poor compared to similar restaurants. I forgot fries with my (expensive) main course and only gave them when I asked.

Full 5 stars in all categories Had dinner here today with my family of eight people. I share my impressions here! We ordered our food and then we waited a little longer. But I could see that there was a lot going on and food was being put together non-stop for the guests who were in the restaurant, who were there to take something with them, and for the people who ordered by phone. The Patras Grill team is great, the food was first class greetings to the cooks and the team chefs, we had 3x a gyros plate, a grill plate, a large tuna salad, a pizza margarita, a mixed skewer and several drinks. Since we waited a bit longer for our food, at the beginning we were given a little something from the kitchen to eat, a few salads, a little bread and sauce and an ouzo at the end, all on the house. Very hard working people who provide very, very many people with very, very good food. We will definitely come by more often. Very good Greek cuisine 👍🏻 Thank you, today was a culinary delight, we are completely satisfied, simply top ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM 👍🏻

The food is delicious but unfortunately delivery times are extremely long. The ordering process stated 30-45 minutes, but we waited 2 hours and 10 minutes.

So dry that the juiciness of the gyro has been completely dissolved. Unfortunately it didn't blow me away at all in terms of taste, I was probably extremely disappointed in terms of quality. Kitchen staff consisted of 3-4 people in the afternoon, including the boss. Before the boss came in, the dishes were prepared slowly and served to the guests in the restaurant with absolutely no control. In other words, as a member of the staff, everyone should keep an eye on whether the dish can be served to the guest. Service staff tried hard. Unfortunately we won't be coming back. I still wish the team all the best!

I ordered food yesterday and was so disappointed. Complete gyros and 2x cream schnitzel with almost no sauce. Gyros without tzatziki and salad. And the prices are totally beyond reality. €15.50 for a gyro which wasn't complete. I won't be ordering anything from there anymore.

Hier gibt es sehr leckeres griechisches Essen. Absolut emphehlenswert und besonders kinderlieb. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Outrageous. A few days ago I had 4 gyro plates with salad to take away. In total I had to pay €68 euros. Where is that justified? I didn't even stay there to eat, and I didn't have any drinks either. I understand that everything has become expensive, but this price is absolutely not justified. Especially since the online menu shows that this dish costs around €10. That was the last time for me.

The food (currywurst with fries and gyros with tzatziki and fries) was ok but the portions were a disgrace!!! You can get at least twice as much elsewhere!!! Never again!!!

It's been one of our favorite places for years because they have the best and tastiest gyros around. The service is very friendly and nice, the place is very clean, very pretty and you feel welcome. The owner is always happy to have a little chat, very personable! Everything else is also very tasty here, whether it's schnitzel or pizza or the ever-popular currywurst. We also order from time to time, it's usually quick, but fresh on the plate on site is even better. The gyro salad or now the bowl are also highly recommended.

The meat is delicious. But the portions for the exorbitant prices are just a disgrace, gyros plate 15.50 euros, a few fries, some meat zaziki ready, neither a salad nor a reasonable portion, everything in a kind of bucket lid ready. Conclusion once and never again for 15 euros I get a week's worth of groceries, and significantly more and cheaper at other gyros restaurants.

You were greeted warmly, the cards were brought straight away, politely asked for something to drink, and the food was delivered within 25 minutes of ordering. It looked really well prepared, with a lot of love. The portion was large and sufficient. Hier zojuist heerlijk gegeten met mijn man. Ikzelf had de Bifteki gevuld met feta en mijn man de gegrilde kipspies. De frites en salade zijn ook lekker. Bediening is erg aardig en behulpzaam. We waren hier voor de eerste en zeker niet de laatste keer.

Nice Greek restaurant located near the center of Herzogenrath. The restaurant offers both the option to eat on site and to pick up orders. The menu is extensive. The dishes are beautifully presented and the portion sizes are sufficient. The service is friendly and they have an open kitchen where you can immediately see the dishes being prepared.

I ordered a schnitzel with cream sauce and fries. For the schnitzel €16.90 and for the cream sauce an extra €3.00 Unfortunately the schnitzel was too dry, but the sauce was delicious. The fries were also a bit too dry and the seasoning is not to everyone's taste. The side salad was fresh and had a delicious honey mustard dressing. Personally, I think it's value for money not justified. I will eat my schnitzel somewhere else in the future. Service was friendly!

I ordered gyros casserole to eat there. In terms of taste, the gyro was quite ordinary, so nothing special, which is what I expected for the price of €15.90. The young lady who served was really very friendly, I give her 5 stars. I was really looking forward to the food. Even after the salad came. There was very little dressing on the salad. Then I had to wait over 40 minutes for my currywurst with fries. While others who came in later were served before me. I was very upset about that. The mayo was also forgotten at first. I received this quickly and was not charged for it. My food was eaten, but for the price I expected a tastier sausage. I haven't been there for a while, I liked the atmosphere better before, it was more comfortable... Bottom line, you won't keep me as a customer

Depending on the day, it is understandable that delivery takes a little longer, after all there is often a lot going on there; But you also have to understand it. Einer meiner lieblingsgriechen. Sehr frisch und Superlecker, das Fleisch ist kross und dennoch saftig. Ich bestelle meist über Lieferando und dort dann das Angebot des Monats. Ich muss sagen Patras ist so gut dass du dort blind bestellen kannst. Es ist was teurer aber dafür auch gut. Aber deswegen immer Monatsangebot damit macht man nichts falsch. Lieferung dauert ca 60 min aber alles ist schon heiß und gut. Fahrer sind freundlich und das Personal am Telefon auch.

Ich kenne den Patras Grill schon viele Jahre.. Über das Essen und die Auswahl kann man wirklich nichts sagen.. Jedoch bin ich erschrocken über den Preis... Ich habe für 2 Greek bowls 2 softdrinks und einer mittleren Pommes über 40 Euro bezahlt.. Wobei die bowls in instagram für 9.90euro angeboten werde. Wie gesagt das Essen war wirklich lecker..

Also wer trockenes Fleisch, kalte Pommes und dazu noch über eine Stunde warten möchte ist hier genau richtig Haben Pommes mit Fleisch bestellt Eine Stunde gewartet und es kam kalt und labberig an Supper laden Ich hoffe ihr erreicht nichts mehr

Essen über Lieferservice bestellt. Gyros war sehr lecker aber nicht zum satt werden. Schale/ Teller war zu 2/3 mit belgischen Fritten gefüllt. Wir wollten Gyros, keine Pommes und das für stolze 14,90€ pro Portion und ohne Salat, der wäre nochmal mit 1,50€ dazugekommen. Bei Patras angerufen und beschwert, muss sagen war positiv überrascht das Gyros kostenlos nachgeliefert wurde da anscheinend Kinderteller geliefert worden sind(laut Chef) . Mal sehen ob die nächste Bestellung reibungslos verläuft, dann gibt es auch 5 Sterne...

Über 2 Stunden gewartet für 4 Pita + 2x Currywurst mit Pommes ; via Lieferando bestellt... laut Tracker sollte die Bestellung nach 60 Minuten da sein, nach dem ersten Telefonat- 90 Minuten- wurde uns gesagt, der Fahrer wäre unterwegs ... Nach 120 Minuten gab es auf einmal einen "neuen" Fahrer, der mit mehreren Bestellungen unterwegs wäre: Als die Lieferung an kam waren die Pommes ungenießbar, Wurst + Pita kalt ... 2 x nicht die Wahrheit am Telefon gesagt... Angestellter war bei beiden Telefonaten sehr unfreundlich... es kam noch nicht mal eine Entschuldigung... hätte man mir bei dem ersten Telefonat gesagt , es dauert noch und wäre die Lieferung dann heiß und genießbar bei uns angekommen ... alles kein Problem... aber so ... nein Danke! Leider via PayPal bezahlt, sonst hätte ich die Bestellung nicht angenommen...

Ich habe hier Essen abgeholt. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist gut verpackt und war nach 20 Min. Fahrzeit noch warm. Die Pommes Frites nicht matschig. Alles war sehr lecker. Würzig aber nicht zu scharf. Die Portionen sind ziemlich groß.

We- three of us - stopped here on Saturday 16th December without reservation. The restaurant was busy but we got a table. Really friendly personnel who were quite happy to allow us to practice our Greek! Despite being extremely busy, food (which was very tasty) was served quickly. Wonderful experience!

Ein gemütliches geführtes Familienrestaurant in dritter Generation (glaube ich). Bei den Gerichten wird viel Wert in Details gesetzt. Hat mich doch überrascht 😊. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Es herrscht eine lockere Atmosphäre. Das Ambiente könnte ein wenig mehr der Jahreszeit angepasst sein, würde gut dem Restaurant zu Gesicht stehen. Vielen Dank an das Restaurant!

Wir waren heute das erste Mal vor Ort im Lokal essen. Gyrosteller und Gemüseauflauf, lecker! Sehr freundliche Bedienung, gepflegtes, sauberes Restaurant, reichhaltige Portionen. Aktuell Adventskalender-Karte, jeden Tag ein anderes Gericht zum Angebotspreis. Nette Idee.

Beste Gyros ooit. Hele vriendelijke bediening. Helaas zijn er 2 tafels waar je beter niet kan zitten. Voor de balie en naast de deur. Je zit de hele tijd in de tocht en de Gyros is koud voor je het op hebt kunnen eten. Gezellig natafelen is er niet bij. Volgende keer maar een bepaalde tafel reserveren. Prijzen zijn ook gestegen maar dat gaat nog wel. Alleen is €1 voor een klein kommetje mayonaise een beetje te veel van het goede.

Sehr leckeres Gyros, leckere Pommes und leckeres Zaziki. Alle sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Was will man mehr? Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Personal top, Essen super lecker

Herzogenrath hat den Patras Grill. Heute waren wir dort essen. Das Lokal gibt es gefühlt schon immer, aber mit viel Geschick hat die junge Generation es geschafft, hier ein gemütliches Ambiente zu schaffen. Sas Essen war schon immer sehr gut, das hat sich nicht geändert und ein Gespräch mit dem Chef über die Gemälde und die Künstlerin macht grosse Freude. Ganz klar eine Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Geweldig Fantastisch Overtreffende trap van zeer goed. Zowel op hygenisch vlak; Ontsmetting voor wc bril en appart voor handen. Alles 100% meer dan netjes. Unser Eindruck war sehr gut. Vor dem Essen gab es Minifladenbrot mit Tzatziki. Sehr lecker und frisch. Der Service war sehr Aufmerksam . Das Gyros war exelent. Fein geschnitten, knusprig aber nicht trocken. Die Beilagen reichlich und von guter Qualität.Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war für dieses Essen völlig in Ordnung. Wenn wir wieder im Broichtal wandern gehen kommen wir sehr gerne wieder Wir können den Patras Grill auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Netjes , eten goed maar wel aan de prijs

Lekker en goed eten en netjes verzorgd. Hadden een mixed grill met souflakie, kipfilet, biefstuk en gyros, dit samen met salade,die een lekkere dressing had, en dikke frietjes. Eten was ruim voldoende en was echt genoeg. Zaten zelfs nog 2 heerlijke pita's met tzazikisaus bij. Komen hier echt nog eens terug👍😉Een echte aanrader!! 👌👌😋😋

Habe heute über Lieferando etwas bestellt.Eigentlich war ich immer Top zufrieden.Aber heute war das Essen leider nicht so toll.Zaziki hat gefehlt und das Gyros war mega trocken.Leider war das Essen nur lauwarm und die Pommes sogar kalt.Hoffe war nur ein Ausrutscher.Werde es irgendwann nochmal testen.

Wij komen op regelmatige basis vanuit Nederland naar dit heerlijke restaurant waar kwaliteit en gastvrijheid hoog in het vaandel staan. De eigenaar Yannis zorgt er elke keer weer voor dat wij genieten van een uitmuntende maaltijd voor een betaalbare prijs.

Ich kann leider nur eine ungenügende Bewertung abgeben wir waren letzten Sonntag im Patras Grill und haben zwei kleine Kaffee bestellt und eine kleine Pommes mit Ketchup. Wir haben die bestellten Waren auch bekommen es war eine kleine Pommes mit Ketchup und zwei wirklich kleine Mini Kaffee. Als wir dann bezahlt haben hat mich der Schlag getroffen, wir haben für die zwei kleinen Kaffee und eine kleine Pommes 13,80 € zahlen müssen. Für mich war das eine reine Abzocke tut mir leid Punkt ich werde den Imbiss nicht mehr betreten

Es fehlte ein Gericht was nicht zum erstenmal passiert ist die Fritten schmeckten nach Fisch und das Schnitzel war zäh also ganz ehrlich wir bestellen dort nicht mehr die Qualität hat stark nachgelassen.

Eines der hervorragendsten Grills im Umkreis extrem lecker super Service und selbst auf Zubereitungs Hinweise wie extra Kross braten bei gefüllten Laden wird darauf geachtet 10 von 10 Sterne. Das Personal ist auch extrem freundlich
