Alegria Restaurant in Herzogenrath

What a bad thing. I am allergic to mushrooms. I order chicken hawai, I get chicken fried with cream sauce and mushrooms. Went back 3 times with my plate. The same dish 3 times with a small change. Waitress argued with me 3 times and also called myself darling. I think it's unheard of. What a rotten service. NEVER AGAIN OSCAR.

We've just ordered grilled chicken from Ronis and what can I say, it wasn't a good decision, the gyros were baked over the top, cooked in cream and not in cream sauce, then there were peppers on it which we didn't want, so we called and were told, "Then you have to take them off." My wife ordered a farmer's salad and half of it was missing, and then to charge so much for such terrible food is just outrageous. Oh and what I forgot are the fries, there were about 20 of them, which I call a top portion. I can't recommend it to anyone, in my opinion the place should be closed.

I was there recently, and it was simply excellent. The food was excellent and the service was superb. Friendly waiters, what more could you want? I would gladly go back again. Best, Lina

Unfriendly. Raw chicken was sent for delivery. Because the delivery took over 120 minutes and it was almost closing time, they didn't want to send new food. No refund was given either. Never again.

Very, very tasty and interesting and varied dishes. Highly recommended.
