Alegria Restaurant in Herzogenrath

We were greeted by an older gentleman who brought drinks and food incorrectly. Placemats were very dirty. Ambiance didn't look very inviting/clean either. Food was OK, but nothing more. We were passing through but wouldn't eat there again. It's a shame, with a little more ambition in all respects it could be good.

Good selection, very friendly staff and nice atmosphere

The food is so lala The interior leaves much to be desired. A lot of dust on the windowsills (flowers) and the seats of the benches are full of cracks. I was not offered the option to choose a large or small glass when choosing a drink, so I placed the largest glass on the table, with the message that all Dutch people choose this size glass. Debit card payment was not possible at checkout and I had to go to the local bank to pay in cash. Shame !

The food is delicious and the owners are nice, highly recommended.

Essen war kalt. Extra zaziki war nicht dabei. 1.5 Stunde Wartezeit. Nicht wieder. Früher waren sie besser. Für ein pitta Gyros braucht niemand 1.5 Stunden
