Alegria Restaurant in Herzogenrath

What a bad thing. I am allergic to mushrooms. I order chicken hawai, I get chicken fried with cream sauce and mushrooms. Went back 3 times with my plate. The same dish 3 times with a small change. Waitress argued with me 3 times and also called myself darling. I think it's unheard of. What a rotten service. NEVER AGAIN OSCAR.

Great service, quick food preparation, the portions were also very large and it tasted incredibly good (lots of garlic is always good). At most, the gyros could have used a little more sauce.

Food good service good can only recommend

Had to wait almost 2 hours for lukewarm to cold food. I think fries were old fries that had been heated up in the microwave. The gyros were still somewhat edible, but the quality of the gyros was much, much better other times. The portions were very small for the amount you pay.

The restaurant has a wide selection of German, Italian, and Indian dishes and I'm amazed every time I visit! The staff is super friendly and the ambiance is wonderful and cozy. I highly recommend it!
