Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir kamen direkt zur Öffnung um 17Uhr, ohne Reservierung und wurden freundlich empfangen und sofort bedient. Schon die Vorspeise (Bruschetta mit Trüffel) war unfassbar lecker, danach hatten wir (5) alle ein verschiedenes Pasta Gericht. Jedes Gericht war mit viel Liebe gemacht und hat so gut geschmeckt. Man schmeckt sofort, dass die Nudeln selbstgemacht sind. Zum Nachtisch das Tiramisu hat alles noch perfekt abgerundet. Dieser kleine Laden beweist einfach wieder mal, dass kleine und unscheinbare Läden oft viel besser sind, als große Restaurants. Wir kommen definitiv wieder 🥰🍝

Die Besitzer waren wirklich sehr lieb & die Pasta war wirklich einfach unfassbar lecker 🤩🙏🏻 wir haben als Gruppe 5 verschiedene Pasta probiert und hatten die Trüffel bruschetta als Vorspeise und wirklich alles war sehr sehr lecker 😋

Das ist die beste Pasta in Berlin! Wer authentische italienische Pasta sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Unbedingt die Carbonara probieren – einfach unschlagbar! Ich war ein paar Tage in Berlin und es war so gut, dass ich vor meiner Rückreise unbedingt noch einmal hingehen musste. Der Besitzer ist so ein netter Mensch, und das schmeckt man auch – einfach fantastisch! ❤️

What a lovely hidden gem in Berlin. You hear about hole in the wall restaurants serving some of the best food and that's where pasta factory surpasses the trope. Its a small, quaint, cozy restaurant with a big heart. The owners are the chef and the staff. Such lovely people, Ivana the chef gives a personal touch to your entire experience and Mario is a class act in taking care of his guests. The pasta is just fantastic and hard to come by in Germany. Real gunciale amatriciana, I literally licked the plate clean, so good. Four of us ate 6 plates of pastas. Each portion is plenty enough for one person but it was so delish, we ate it all. You can't go wrong with pasta factory if you are in mood for some real Italian food in Berlin

We visited for the second time, and it was delicious again. The pasta is perfect, and the pistachio tiramisu is a dream. Very friendly owners.

Where should I begin? I heard this is a great restaurant for school groups, but it turned out to be the worst pasta place in Germany. The pasta was so greasy you could grease two dozen pans. On top of that, the tomato sauce was more watery than water (and the food was still really expensive). The owner 1. has no hairline, and 2. he was watching me the whole time and thought I wouldn't notice. He was secretly making fun of our wheelchair user. 0/5 stars P.S. He also insulted our foreign-born friend about his origins because he didn't like his food. Waiting for a response from the owner

My favorite pasta spot in south Berlin, Mario is a lovely host, everything is fresh and the prices are very fair. Big recommendation!

We went here for a goodbye dinner of a friend and I personally come here often and I was happy I could show my friends one of my favorite places they loved the pastas I was recommending cause I had plenty of experience and the pasta came very quickly as well and was amazing.

Pasta is delicious but so much fat I never saw something like this - no wonder it is delicious given the amount of fat. I put 2 because it was clearly and objectively harming experience to my liver and ruined my date too.

The quality of the food is undoubtedly excellent, but I have a few complaints about the variety on the menu... the variety of pasta is excellent, but I would have also expected tortellini and gnocchi, which unfortunately aren't there... I think it would be really important to add this type of pasta to make the place truly Italian... furthermore, there's a lack of variety in the types of dishes... for example, there's no pasta with pesto (!!!), which you'd expect in a place like this... I think this is really a shortcoming that needs to be addressed... but aside from these shortcomings, the 4 stars are in any case mandatory for the quality of the food... oh, and the prices could also be a little lower... I want to say this... I should have removed half a star from my overall rating for this, but 3 and a half stars is not possible...

I met Ivona and Mario at another restaurant in Kreuzberg. We happened to be sitting at the same tables outside and made a few jokes about the German language and the youth in Berlin. This developed into a pleasant two-hour conversation about Mediterranean/German culture and why Berlin is still the freest city in Europe. They surprised me with their deep knowledge of European history and their extremely impressive lives. Mario gave me three tips on how to get into Berghain. At the end, they told me they had an Italian restaurant (Pasta Factory). I promised them I would try to go to Berghain and then come to their restaurant. After two weeks, I finally showed up at Pasta Factory with a few friends (Marcel and Andrea). Mario and Ivona recognized me quickly 🥲 The atmosphere is super cozy, they offered us excellent service, we ate pasta carbonara and pasta alla arrabiata, and drank a few Peroni and a bottle of water (Andrea had partied too much over the weekend :D). Finally, we ordered the classic tiramisu and the pistachio tiramisu. All the dishes were wonderful, the tiramisus were super delicious, and the whole dinner was perfect. My friends ended up loving Pasta Factory. Ivona and Mario taught me so much about Berlin and Kreuzberg, and it was a pleasure to talk about their experiences with them. This Google review is my little gift to them ;) Not only does this restaurant have the best carbonara you can find in Kreuzberg, but it's also my favorite restaurant in all of Berlin. 🥹

Unfortunately, only people who order something on-site are allowed to use the restroom. I really needed to go and even offered €1.50, but unfortunately, to no avail.

Ate here a while ago. One dish the pasta was completely undercooked and extremely hard to the point it was not possible to eat it. The other one it was slightly undercooked, right before al dente. When I asked the waiter for wine recommendations he said he doesn't drink wine 😆

A real insider tip in Berlin! We were lucky enough to eat at this lovingly run Italian restaurant on May 1st - thanks to the holiday it was pleasantly quiet. The carbonara was by far the best we have ever eaten! The atmosphere is authentic and cozy, you immediately feel welcome. The service was not only quick and attentive, but also warm - there was even time for a nice conversation in between. If you are in Berlin, you should definitely stop by here. Absolute recommendation!

The place is cosy, appetizers bruschette worth the Money (big enough to share with a companion and tasty) a limited amount of pasta dishes to choose from, made with fresh ingredients at the moment. The pistachio tiramisu is very good and Mario and Ivona are great hosts. Can't recommend enough if you like good Italian pasta

Nice little Italian restaurant that is really run by an Italian couple with love. Unfortunately, this means that the waiting times are extremely long. We had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes for our main course. But the service responded well and gave us the drinks for free and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. When it comes to Cabonara, it has to be mentioned that there are too many broken bacon pieces and far too dry, which is very typical for Italy. I would have liked finer bacon and more sauce. Overall, unfortunately it wasn't a relaxing meal, but the staff were still there with heart and passion ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our dinner at Pasta Factory a lot and I can only recommend. Before I get to the food I want to highlight the very cozy ambience. The place has a vibe of elevated Italian cuisine in a very simple local environment. Just the place you would want to come back again and again to try out all the variety of the delicious pastas. Which in our case were impeccable and left us looking forward for the next visit. The fresh ingredients, outstanding variety, the friendly service, everything was up to a standard. 10/10.

According to the internet they open at 5 p.m., if you enter the restaurant at 5:03 p.m. you are sent out again in sub-zero temperatures and told that they won't open for 10 minutes.

The food is very tasty and there is a good selection. Unfortunately very unfriendly, very bad service.

The pasta tastes really wonderful and the portions were filling. We had carbonara and salsicia sage. The red wine was also very tasty. The service was perfect and friendly. It's best to make a reservation for a weekend evening. We sat close to the entrance. The kitchen is very stuffy there. But that wasn't a problem either, you can open the door every now and then to ventilate.

Simply the best Pasta in town! Let’s call it Pasta Paradise.

The business owner was very rude, she definitely doesn't know how to talk to customers and they post fake comments, I definitely don't recommend this place, it's a big disappointment.

We drank something and our friend ate there, we sat down for dinner for almost twenty minutes, we were about to get up anyway, but the worker lady suddenly came and said loudly you can’t sit without eating something, she said: “You can go without paying for the food now”. She was so rude and disrespectful that other tables were also shocked, she expelled us from the place. I definitely don’t recommend you to go there, and honestly it was an empty place anyway, there were 6 tables, and just two of them were occupied, a place that expelling their customers… and there was no misunderstanding.

Good pasta but we asked for some extra Parmesan and they were not happy about it. When the bill came we realised that they charged us an espresso shot (2 euros) and they said it was for the extra parmesan we requested 😂😂

The food is bomb! Noodles are cooked to perfection. The truffle pesto tasted great. Absolutely recommended!

Unfortunately the service was bad, the workers don’t really understand English or German and they were unfriendly as if they don't feel happy working there... On top of that I got a dirty fork and pasta with Burrata tasted like nothing somehow, the sauce was not good, the taste was not intense enough but the noodles were fresh which I liked.

Decent, the ingredients seem fine. The chef on the day oversalted the food, I know pancetta is salty. But you balance that out with the rest of the ingredients.

Honestly, one of the best places to eat pasta. As an Italian, it is sometimes difficult to find a place where you can eat pasta properly. Tiramisu, antipasti and pasta were really good. Grazie mille per la cena ✨

Excellent choice of pasta, very well cooked as you can see directly in the restaurant room. My “Cacio e pepe” were perfect, the beef ragu pasta and alla carbonara (with guanciale) were also very good, the mozarella was fresh. The menu is focused and controlled. Red wine (Nero d'Avola) deserves to be chilled a little before tasting. Cross your fingers for space 🤞

This will probably be the best pasta I've had so far. Fresh pasta - very good, but the sauce fascinated me even more: really perfectly seasoned and incredibly well balanced flavors (or how to say it in a clever way). Absolutely excellent and a nice shop with great service! Highly recommended and really good for the prices (around €14-17 for a main course)! Can also recommend for special occasions. I think everyone will be happy!
