You think you are in Italy. Real insider tip. But it is almost impossible to get a seat without a reservation

When I was there (about 2 weeks ago), it was extremely crowded. Which isn't a bad thing at first, but there is also an incredible background noise in the small restaurant. Since there is an entrance and an "open" kitchen, it was extremely warm. There was a drawer at the bottom of the table and you couldn't sit normally because the chair was too high, so you had to sit in a room that was too small so that your feet weren't under the table. So it wasn't exactly comfortable. The food was ok in my opinion, but partially worth the price. I had pasta with buffalo mozzarella and my companion had tagliatelle with truffle (which was supposedly very good). We both had a starter salad (which was good), drinks and we didn't get to dessert because we just wanted to get out first. We then went somewhere else and were finally able to talk to each other. In short, price and quality are okay, service was bad and ambience was not for tall people (I'm 1.94m). The menu (board with hieroglyphs) was difficult to decipher and was only explained heartlessly once (for 3 tables at once). Unfortunately it wasn't relaxing at all and wasn't worth another visit for me. My tip if you want to try it: It's best to make a reservation so that you can sit outside, then it's probably fine.

Simply far too expensive for such moderate portions. Otherwise the food is very good, highly recommended if you want to afford it. Was only there once.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Abend in diesem romantischen Lokal verbringen dürfen. Die Kellner waren von einer Herzlichkeit wie wir sie gar nicht mehr gewohnt sind. Die Gerichte haben ebenfalls hervorragend geschmeckt. Wir werden diesen traumhaften Abend noch lange in Erinnerung behalten.

We were there spontaneously and luckily got a table for an hour. At first I thought that time would be too short. But I was taught a lesson. The food came very quickly and was also very tasty. We would like to come again. But then with a reservation you can have a drink in comfort.

After repeated calls (3 days, soon 10 calls), no one answered the phone or contacted us. I then tried again via WA, and they simply replied to a message and said there were no tables left due to the weather. When I asked if it would be on Saturday evening, there was no answer for two days.

Wir haben hier heute einen ganz tollen Abend erlebt. Eigentlich war die Gaststätte komplett reserviert, nur draußen gab es noch ein Plätzchen für uns. Aber leider spielte das Wetter nicht mit und wir hätten hungrig gehen müssen. Doch der super nette Kellner hat alle Gäste von draußen in dieser doch recht kleinen Gaststätte untergebracht. Das Essen war einfach Spitze, das ganze Personal super aufeinander eingespielt und auch beim größten Stress herzlich und zuvorkommend zu ihren Gästen. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei allen bedanken für diesen wunderschönen Abend!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, dann aber lieber mit vorheriger Reservierung.

Price-performance ratio absolutely appropriate. Starter, main course, dessert and drinks for 2 people - 90€. The restaurant and atmosphere are very pleasant and cozy. Service was super nice and accommodating! The food is of course amazing in terms of appearance and taste!

Handmade, authentic Italian pasta cuisine! High price level with friendly service. Intense aromas (pesto) in an original combination (turbut). More than just pasta. Be sure to reserve!

Our conclusion after this evening: - The food was great for me (cabonara), the guancale was nice and crispy, the sauce was perfectly creamy. Problems were solved skillfully and the ambience has a very special flair. Very nice and friendly service 5/5

Seit zig Jahren gehen wir in regelmäßigen Abständen ins PastaArte. Es ist einfach ein gemütliches kleines Restaurant und man sitzt vor allem im Sommer draußen recht schön. Nach etwas längerer Zeit waren wir nun wieder dort und wurden leider ziemlich enttäuscht. Die früheren guten Erfahrungen als auch die sehr guten Bewertungen passen nicht zu unserem Erlebnis diesmal – ebenso der Preis. Kann man die Vorspeise (Antipasti) als auch die Nachspeisen noch als ganz gut bezeichnen, haben die Hauptgänge durchwegs enttäuscht. Die Spaghetti di Mare waren soweit ok, aber lieblos und ohne jede Raffinesse - die koche ich zu Hause besser. Ebenso die Trüffelnudeln, welche eigentlich nur nach Sahne mit Trüffelöl geschmeckt haben. Auch der Salat war sehr durchschnittlich. Eine herbe Enttäuschung waren aber die Carbonara. Habe ich vor geraumer Zeit in diesem Restaurant eine der besten Carbonara meines Lebens gegessen, gehörte sie diesmal zu den schlechtesten die ich je probiert habe. Zur Sauce fällt mir nichts anderes ein als Sahnepampe (somit dürfte man sie eigentlich auch nicht Carbonara nennen und von Sahne wurde nichts erwähnt auf der Menutafel) und auch der viele Speck war fettig und schmeckte wie billiger Frühstücksspeck im Motel (siehe aussagekräftiges Foto). Womöglich hat kürzlich das Küchenteam gewechselt und natürlich kann es mal Ausrutscher geben, aber dies war zu schwach, als dass wir in absehbarer Zeit wieder zum Essen kommen. Der Service war ok, die Preise wären in Ordnung, wäre der Gesamteindruck besser.

We recommend. Be sure to book a table in advance. Hospitality very friendly and accommodating. A lovely evening with wonderful food. We were thrilled again. As the name suggests, there is “only” pasta. We were absolutely happy with everything. Just go there, eat well with a starter, pasta & dessert, accompanied by a glass of wine... Perfect! Thank you for the lovely evening

A very special restaurant that has managed to keep the quality of the food and service consistently high for over 10 years. This is really rare! The food - whether pasta dishes or antipasti (my favorite dish: Insalata Fantasia) - is a culinary delight and is cooked and served with love and dedication. And no matter how busy it is, the service is always friendly, courteous and warm. The ambience and furnishings in the restaurant immediately immerse you in the Italian lifestyle. Very good Italian cuisine with fantastic pasta dishes. Everything beautifully prepared and of excellent taste. The restaurant is very small and it can get crowded at times. In the front part you can look into the kitchen and watch the preparation. Unfortunately, it happened to us that the starter was served after the main course. It was still good and the mood was saved.

Authentic Italian dishes with a special flair! ... e.g. "Pasta with beans and coarse bratwurst"... an original that you rarely get! The service is extremely friendly and accommodating - BRAVISSIMO Prices are slightly higher depending on the quality, but good things have their price!! You can recognize a good Italian by its carbonara. The chefs failed miserably at this. Service good. Staff friendly. Prices too high. Portions too small. Taste average at best.

Wow! The restaurant has been on my list for 6 years now, and we finally went there yesterday. It won't be that long before we come back! The food was incredibly tasty and beautifully prepared. The service was very attentive and super friendly. Our dog was also welcomed happily.

Incredibly delicious food in a great, comfortable, harmoniously decorated atmosphere with super friendly and courteous staff. We only went back on Saturday and it certainly wouldn't be the last time.

There were 4 of us visiting from Salzburg on Saturday evening and got the “kitchen table”. Our high expectations were undoubtedly exceeded in the form of extraordinary dishes (parmesan soup & truffle tagliatelle, etc.) & outstanding service! Thank you very much and see you very soon!

Gehobenen Italiener, mit etwas anderem, aber ausgezeichnetem Essen. Service war vom ersten Moment an ausgezeichnet.

Haben einen sehr schönen, genussvollen und authentischen Abend verbracht. Essen und Ambiente waren für uns perfekt. Der Service war freundlich und kompetent, allerdings stark ausgelastet, was bzgl. Nachbestellung zu etwas längeren Wartezeiten geführt hat.

Schon so lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Fabelhafter und liebevoller Service. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend ☺️. Ein Muss dort mal gegessen zu haben.

Obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig reserviert haben, konnten wir das Lokal besuchen. Hier wird Pasta zum Erlebnis. Die frische Pasta mit Gorgonzola war super und auch das Spinatrisotto war perfekt. Danke Max und Stefano!

Eine 5+. Kleines, feines und uriges Lokal. Sehr freundlich, vom Empfang, über das Erklären der Speisekarte, bis zur Verabschiedung. Die Speisen und Getränke, von der Qualität und Geschmack, wirklich top. Schön, daß es immer noch so Highlights gibt.

Ufff, war das gut. Hatte zuletzt dort Pasta ( Carbonara ) und gleich am nächsten Tag war ich froh wieder einen Platz zu bekommen und ich entschied mich für die fantastische Fischsuppe. Bin zwar nicht aus Traunstein aber habe schon in einigen Restaurants dort gegessen. Für mich ist das Pasta Arte das mit Abstand beste Restaurant dort. Auch die Bedienung im Service und in der Beratung sehr sehr nett, schnell und fachkundig. Danke dafür. Bin hoffentlich bald wieder in Traunstein 😉

Einfach fantastisch - Ambiente, Service & Essen!

Ich liebe es hier immer wieder zu essen. Mein persönlicher Favorit sind die Bavette Alla Carbonara. Ich hab noch nirgends so gute Carbonara bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. WICHTIG! Auf jeden Fall reservieren, sonst ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit sehr gering, dass man einen Tisch bekommt.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Leckeres Essen in uriger Atmosphäre. Gerichte sind zum Teil zu teuer (insbesondere im Verhältnis zur Portionsgröße). Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit für Reservierungen ist teilweise schlecht. Oft erreicht man erst nach mehrfachen Versuchen einen Mitarbeiter.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Man sollte auf jedenfall vorab reservieren. Immer eine andere (kleine) Karte mit den erhältlichen Gerichten. Parken kann man an einem öffentlichen großen Parkplatz ums Eck. Innen ist es etwas laut aufgrund des Gemäuers aber dafür eine coole optische atmosphäre.

Hervorragendes kleines Lokal mit wechselnder kleiner aber feiner Speisekarte. Wir werden immer super freundlich empfangen und verwöhnt. Das Essen schmeckt fantastisch und sowohl im Sommer draußen, als auch im Winter drinnen ist es immer total gemütlich.

Kleines aber feines Restaurant mit selbstgemachte Nudeln, herzlichste Bedienung und trotz sehr viel Betrieb ( es war ein warmer Sommerabend und es kamen viele Menschen, zusätzliche Bierbänke wurden aufgestellt) war es nicht hektisch, das Essen kam rasch. Tische waren mit sauberen Tischdecken belegt und Besteck an jedem Platz. Seit langem nicht mehr so fein gegessen👍👍👍👍

Sehr sehr nette Bedienung, inkl Erläuterung der Speisen "Höhepunkte". Wir folgten den Empfehlungen und aßen sehr leckere schmackhafte Gerichte. Preis-Leistung passt und auch die Kinderfreundlichkeit möchten wir loben. Insgesamt ein sehr authentischer Aufenthalt in die "etwas gehobenere" Pasta Küche. Empfehlung geht raus an das Team

Sehr lecker. Eine der besten Nudeln die ich je gegessen habe :) Arrabiata mit Oliven ist nur zu empfehlen. Die Preise im Internet stimmen nicht mehr ganz.

10 von 10! Nachdem ich öfters an der Pizzeria vorbei gefangen bin, war ich von der Lage und vom Design innen beeindruckt! Das Essen ist super gewehsen! Geschmack top, und dem Auge hat es auch geschmeckt! ;-). Und ein extra Lob nochmal an den Service! Unglaublich freundlich! Kinderfreundlich! Super aufgeklärt! Und mit der reservieren auch bei 12 Personen kein Problem! Nächstes Jahr aufjedenfall wieder an meinem Geburtstag!

Wir lieben es! Sind ein paar mal im Jahr in Traunstein und das Pasta Arte ist jedes mal Pflicht. Probiert neben der spitzen Pasta unbedingt die Creme Brulee von der Tonkabohne.
