Everything is great; especially the quality of the food. I was happy to accept the waiting time.

We drove specifically from Norderstedt or Hamburg to Bad Oldesloe to eat this outstanding kebab. It was my first time there and I have to say that this was the best kebab I've eaten so far! The bread is out of this world, homemade with sesame, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside..the MEAT SUPER JUICY AND NOT TOO SPICED. If I understood correctly, the skewers are also homemade and you can clearly taste it. The salad is a poem and cannot be beaten when it comes to freshness. There are slightly sweet fried peppers, hot peppers and and... at the end lemon juice straight from the lemon. This is how I imagine kebab heaven...it can hardly be more!!! Price-wise, completely okay. I will go there again soon.

Truly by far the best kebab in the world. Also ideal for vegetarians. We drive specially from Hamburg every time. However, after 7 p.m. things get tight and some components can be sold out because the food is so popular. Big thanks to the whole team, who always create a very warm atmosphere, even if it can get very crowded at peak times.

The kebab is okay. But nothing more. Always cold and almost only salad in the bread. Unfortunately, the sauces are nothing special either. The staff, on the other hand, is attentive and very friendly. I still prefer to walk 50m further to the next one next door.

Döner's own rolls are a big plus. Döner is the same on a tasty cake. Homemade meat. The sauces are exactly as centered as they should be. Nothing dripped, everything was fresh. No wonder there are such queues. I highly recommend it

We took the opportunity to try the kebab while we were in transit because it was recommended by many friends in Hamburg. And actually - world class! Homemade bread, delicious meat and simply prepared with attention to detail (e.g. extra seasoning and a few drops of lemon over the meat). The team really tries hard and you can taste it. We visited the restaurant for the first time today and I have to say I was thrilled. In addition to the very pleasant atmosphere. It was the best kebab I've had so far. Random stop on our moped tour and ate the best kebab of our life. Everything is fresh and homemade and you can definitely taste it. Thanks to innovative ideas such as rocket and fresh parsley, the kebab stands out from the "classic run of the mill" ones. This turns the well-known kebab into a new taste experience. We will also plan this stop on future tours. The shop itself is significantly larger compared to other kebab shops, very nicely designed and from the outside you can't even recognize it as a classic kebab shop. We'd love to come back.

I was on a moped tour with my wife and were hungry, then I found the shop online and asked if we wanted to eat here. We both got there and looked a bit skeptical at first, but the reception was great and the food had all the ingredients are fresh and perfectly coordinated, we really liked it and can only recommend it, for us it was the best kebab we have ever eaten and we have already had a few kebabs 💪🏻😃

The Paschas is a very clean "döner kebab shop", which can be described as more than just a Turkish snack bar. The dishes and the furnishings are interpreted in a modern way, which is reflected, for example, in a variety of ingredients that you would not expect (e.g. rocket, lemon squeeze). So the overall taste of the kebab or dürum is not typically “döner mainstream”, which is fundamentally positive. My subjective opinion is that the meat seasoning still has some room for improvement and our (regular) kebabs could have had a little more meat added (at just under €8). In terms of quality, overall recommended!👍

Everything was fine. The sheep's cheese is really fantastic! Incredibly tender and my personal highlight in the veggie kebab. The sauces are refreshing, especially with the beetroot and lemon. I ordered “everything once” and these lovingly prepared bags were a complete delight! Thanks to the woman on the team, it's not just the effort that goes into the kebab, but also the creative freedom of mind in the interior design. You immediately feel at home, which is not just due to the friendly nature of the owners! All in one a perfect kebab - from the ordering to the preparation right down to the last detail, it's really delicious! I will definitely come back when I visit from Hanover - I guarantee you that! Finally write a good review again, a rare luxury in a time of run-down kebab stalls with huge stickers on the windows and kebab skewers that had been thawed from the day before and other deserts of service. Because everything here is great! The ambience invites you to feel good, perhaps a little too stylish, but cozy, clean and modern - with an oriental touch with cool western elegance: very chic. You think you are in chic Eppendorf and not in sleepy Oldesloe. It's also nice that the windows don't look like an oversized photocopied menu with dust-contaminated air bubbles behind it. Here you can look out the window while you eat. The staff and the owners are very pleasantly friendly, not intrusive but good hosts who make you feel like the best regular guest. The atmosphere among the employees is good, they speak good German and seem to enjoy working there. Even when at lunchtime the starving students from the nearby schools, exhausted from the cafeteria and deprived of taste, order their weekly kebab ration in order to at least have something good to eat. Which brings us to the food itself, which is really very good considering its category. The bread was homemade, crispy, the meat and vegetables were fresh, the sauces were good. A secret spice mixture (whose recipe has probably been in the family's possession since the end of the 30 Years' War and is only passed on to a later child) is welcome. sprinkled over the kebab, some fresh lemon and you have a very, very good kebab. Conclusion: The best kebab in the area and if they keep it up, Oldesloe will become a hotspot for kebab tourists from all over Germany and the city will flourish. Clear recommendation! This kebab restaurant should be described with superlatives. Definitely one of the best kebabs I've ever tasted. It is important to mention here that the kebab skewer, the bread and the sauces are produced in-house. Where else is something like this offered? In view of this, the kebabs from other providers seem rather laughable. I think everyone should make up their own minds about it. All I can say is unfortunately I don't live in Bad Oldesloe. I don't know of any kebab of this quality in Kiel either.
