Wir haben den 60. Geburtstag meines Onkels dort gefeiert. An einem richtig heißen Tag, der den Mitarbeitern sicherlich zusätzlich viel abverlangt hat, aber das hat man keine Sekunde gemerkt. Essen war erstklassig, Service 1a, man musste nie auf Getränke warten, alle super freundlich und auch ansonsten ein tolles Ambiente.

Das Essen ist ganz große Klasse. Warum an einem regnerischen Tag, im Lokal, 30 Grad sind verstehe ich nicht. Fenster werden freiwillig nicht ml geöffnet.

Es war hervorragend, so ein gutes Essen hatte ich seit langen nicht mehr. Einer der besten Gastronomen Storman. Weiter so !

Seit Jahren eine feste Adresse in Bad Oldesloe. Das Essen ist immer frisch, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche und aufmerksame Service, bei dem man sich als Gast sofort willkommen fühlt. Das stilvolle Ambiente sorgt zusätzlich dafür, dass man gerne etwas länger sitzen bleibt. Ob Pizza, Pasta, Fisch oder Fleisch – die Qualität der Speisen überzeugt jedes Mal aufs Neue. Wer gutes italienisches Essen in angenehmer Atmosphäre genießen möchte, ist bei Restaurant Laurent genau richtig. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Wir haben das Restaurant auf ein Getränk und eine kleine Speiise besucht. Zur Begrüßung haben wir ein 🍅süppchen bekommen. Der Service war hervorragend.

Sehr guter Italiener. In Bad Oldesloe das beste Lokal vom Essen, vom Ambiente und von der Bedienung. Auch die Weine waren sehr gut. Schade nur dass man um.22 Uhr hinauskomplimentiert wurde. Wäre gerne länger geblieben

Wir waren spontan zu viert am Freitag Abend dort. Wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Der Service war erstklassig. Das Essen sehr lecker. Total aufmerksame Bedienung. Sollten wir mal wieder in der Nähe sein kommen wir definitiv wieder.

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Wir saßen im oberen Bereich der sehr schön war. Leider war es auch sehr warm. Aber das Fenster ließ sich öffnen und dann ging es. Das Essen von allen 6 Leuten wurde zeitgleich serviert sodass wir gleichzeitig essen könnten. Alle Gerichte waren top zubereitet.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe im Laurent speisen. Das Lokal war mir bis dato nicht bekannt - und ich wurde sehr angenehm überrascht. Die Einrichtung gemütlich gehoben, die Speisen allesamt von sehr hoher Qualität und ein sehr freundlicher, allzeit aufmerksamer Service der nie gekünstelt oder aufdringlich wirkte. Meine Carbonara war über jeden Zweifel erhaben - die Nudeln auf den Punkt al dente gegart - und die Salsa mit Guanciale, so wie es sich traditionell gehört. Das Weißbier war ein gutes Schneider, eine gute Wahl des Hauses. Ich komme (sehr) gern wieder ins Laurent.

Das Essen im Laurent war einfach hervorragend – frisch, geschmackvoll und schön angerichtet. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Tolles Ambiente und insgesamt ein wirklich angenehmes Restauranterlebnis. Sehr empfehlenswert! 😊

Wir waren jetzt bereits mehrmals im Laurent in Bad Oldesloe. Das Essen ist wirklich hervorragend, ich habe dort die beste Lasagne und die beste Carbonara meines Lebens gegessen (wobei ich auch schon viele Carbonaras in Hamburg getestet habe), auch die Penne mit Gorgonzolasoße sind herausragend. Auch die Vorspeisen und Desserts sind allesamt köstlich, gleiches gilt für den Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Aperitif Alessio, egal ob mit oder ohne Alkohol. Der Service ist ebenso hervorragend wie das Essen, extrem aufmerksam, freundlich und sympathisch, egal wie voll es ist. Insgesamt gebe ich hier wirklich gerne 5 von 5 Sterne - wir kommen bald wieder!

Zum 3 mal da gewesen bisher habe ich dort lasagne oder pizza gegessen die mir auch sehr gut gefalleb hat heute habe ich dort pasta mit garnelen probiert preis ist etwad höhen mit meiner freudin geben wir dirt cam 40 euro pro person aus ohne alkohol servive war hervoragend die kellner sind sehr aufmersam einziges manko es ist mamchmal sehr warm wir kommem auf jedem fall wieder

Die Textur-Kontraste in den Gerichten sind hervorragend ausbalanciert.

Der beste Italiener (wenn nicht sogar Restaurant) weit und breit von Bad Oldesloe. Die Küche zaubert nicht nur sehr schmackhafte Gerichte von den Vorspeisen, über die Hauptgerichte (egal ob Pasta, Pizza oder Fleisch) bis zu den Desserts, sondern es wird auch ein außergewöhnlich guter, aufmerksamer, herzlicher und immer freundlicher Service geboten, den man heute nur noch selten findet. Mit ein Grund hier immerwieder essen zu gehen.

Ich bin sehr begeistert, komme aus Hamburg, wo die Gastronomie überfüllt ist aber die kommen nicht gegen das Laurent an. Professioneller Service, Mega Schöne Ambiente, HAMMER Essen,Preisleistung Stimmt alles für die hohe Qualität die man sofort erkennt und schmeckt. Wir sind neue Stammgäste aus Hamburg und kommen gerne wieder mit unseren Truppe Danke für den schönen Abend.

Waren am 1. Weihnachtstag dort. Es gab nur eine Auswahl von der Weihnachtskarte. Da wir hunger hatten, mussten wir da durch obwohl ich mich auf Pizza gefreut hatte. Aber jetzt kommst, die Preise waren eine absolute Frechheit für das was geboten wurde. Wir hatten die Bandnudeln für 33 Euro. Es waren 3 Tortellini. Das sollte eine Hauptspeise gewesen sein. Absoluter Wucher. Das Rumpsteak, ca 180 Gramm, kostete 45 Euro. Als Beilage gab es 5 Mini Kartoffeln. Absoluter Wucher. Geschmacklich war aber alles gut. Trotzdem war es unser letzter Besuch im Laurent.

Wir haben im Laurent kürzlich unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und sind immer noch restlos begeistert! Das Hochzeitsmenü war köstlich und der Service exzellent! Lieber Alessio, tausend Dank an dich und dein tolles Team!

War im Laurent essen – echt top Laden! Schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Ambiente, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Der Service war super – aufmerksam, freundlich und total professionell, ohne dabei steif zu wirken. Genau so muss das sein. Das Essen war einfach klasse! Die Pasta war perfekt al dente und richtig lecker, und das Rinderfilet – wow – butterzart und auf den Punkt gegart. Man schmeckt, dass hier Qualität und Können dahinterstecken. Insgesamt ein richtig schöner Abend. Wer gutes Essen und erstklassigen Service sucht, ist im Laurent genau richtig.

Bereits beim Betreten des Restaurants merkt man, dass es sich um ein sehr gehobenes Restaurant handelt. Das Essen hat exzellent geschmeckt. Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt, die Mitarbeiter sind unausgesprochen freundlich.

Die Garnelen waren sehr lecker. Die Portion war allerdings sehr übersichtlich. Also eher etwas für den kleinen Hunger.

I would have given it 5 stars for the ambiance, friendliness, and cleanliness. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food, but that's an important part of a restaurant review. The food (salmon) wasn't cooked to perfection and tasted bland; we were expecting something special given the great location. The next table had pizza, which looked good; maybe we'll try it next time. We've already tried it! Great! 😉

I only had a Caesar salad for €17.90 because I already knew from previous visits that I wouldn't warm to the food. Unfortunately, it wasn't a real treat this time either, but at least the chicken breast was warm and freshly grilled.

When my family and friends come with us to eat there, it feels like coming home. I even got red Alster cheese! It's a luxury when the chef goes to the nearby supermarket and gets the ingredients. I was in Bad Oldesloe for work and was looking for a great restaurant. Perfect location, food was 10 out of 10. The service was also excellent! Highly recommended

Everything was simply delicious. We felt completely at home. It was worth every euro.

We were very happy with this neighborhood restaurant. Everything was just right: the food was excellent, as was the service and ambiance. It was a pleasure all around. We were also curious to see if this high standard could be maintained. Over time, a little bit was missing from every aspect. Unfortunately, a lot was missing: Prices went up, everything else went down: -Service was non-committal to disinterested (restaurant was not fully staffed) -Incorrect dishes were delivered -The correctly served scampi were also taken back, and subsequently -Dry scampi were served by keeping them warm -Pasta with scampi and scallop was meager: only 1 scallop and 3 scampi -Dessert menu was run-of-the-mill and unimaginative -Créme brûlée was lukewarm and too soft, no decoration or kick -Special dessert offered (strawberries and mascarpone) was incomplete and boring, with no creative substitute -Our request for a fruit dessert without milk or sorbet as an exception could not be accommodated (1 guest has a milk intolerance, inflexible reaction) -Spoons were thrown onto the wooden table for dessert!? -Espresso order was forgotten -Service at the end was not courteous; after the disaster, a friendly conclusion should have been made (like before). Conclusion: Prices have increased, food and service have declined. You have one more try. After that, I won't enjoy coming back.

The food is fantastic. You'll feel carefree and relaxed here. Highly recommended. The drinks are also very good. What more could you want? A well-filled oasis.

Went there for the second time today with my partner and we agreed that Restaurant Laurent deserves a good rating. The menu offers a well-selected variety of Italian dishes, but we were particularly impressed by two specialties: the spaghetti alla carbonara and the lasagne. The greeting from the kitchen is always a welcome dish and would almost be enough as an appetizer. I can highly recommend the tomato cream soup as a starter. Velvety, aromatic and with just the right balance between sweetness and acidity. Refined with a touch of basil and a drizzle of olive oil – simply heavenly. The carbonara was a real highlight - spaghetti cooked al dente in a creamy sauce of egg yolk, parmesan and guanciale. No unnecessary frills – simply traditional and perfectly seasoned. The balance between spice and creaminess was on point, every bite was a delight. The lasagna Bolognese was at least as convincing - a poem made of finely layered pasta, refined by Bolognese and a velvety béchamel sauce. Served fresh from the oven, with a golden brown crust and an intense, savory flavor that lingers on the tongue for a long time. The service was attentive and warm without being intrusive - I would like to thank Alessio, who makes you feel welcome at all times. Conclusion: The carbonara and lasagne are absolute recommendations - homemade, authentic and prepared with a lot of love. I'll definitely be back!

Qualitativ sehr gute Speisen (Pizza nicht probiert), aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Die Getränkepreise allerdings sind grenzwertig, Wein und Aperitife teuer ! Das Glas Rotwein Primitivo für 10,90 € - das ist schon heftig, ein Aperitif für 8,90 €. Das hat dann die Gesamtabrechnung des Abends etwas eingetrübt. Ansonsten war nichts zu beanstanden.

We are sooo happy that we found this place. In the Laurent we forget our stressful everyday lives for a short time and feel “at home”. Wonderful food, great ambience and a team that Alessio can be incredibly proud of. We love the open Italian style and the warmth with which we are greeted, entertained and farewell. The working atmosphere at Laurent also seems to be really good, as the employees are always in a good mood, polite and quick, despite stressful moments. The higher prices reflect the overall high standard of the restaurant and are absolutely justified. When we go to Alessio, it's because we want to eat well in a nice and warm environment. Dogs are just as welcome as we are, which makes me personally even happier. The Laurent is our personal oasis of well-being ❤️ After each visit, we look forward to the next one and hope that we can experience many more wonderful hours with you! We were in the restaurant with 3 people. Italian Parliament very tasty and once spaghetti carbonara. Paella highly recommended. Service perfect. Slightly high noise level. But is one of the best Italians.
