Restaurant Laurent in Bad Oldesloe

We are sooo happy that we found this place. In the Laurent we forget our stressful everyday lives for a short time and feel “at home”. Wonderful food, great ambience and a team that Alessio can be incredibly proud of. We love the open Italian style and the warmth with which we are greeted, entertained and farewell. The working atmosphere at Laurent also seems to be really good, as the employees are always in a good mood, polite and quick, despite stressful moments. The higher prices reflect the overall high standard of the restaurant and are absolutely justified. When we go to Alessio, it's because we want to eat well in a nice and warm environment. Dogs are just as welcome as we are, which makes me personally even happier. The Laurent is our personal oasis of well-being ❤️ After each visit, we look forward to the next one and hope that we can experience many more wonderful hours with you! We were in the restaurant with 3 people. Italian Parliament very tasty and once spaghetti carbonara. Paella highly recommended. Service perfect. Slightly high noise level. But is one of the best Italians.

BOOAHH. Just great. I can hardly remember ever having enjoyed a better lunch. The restaurant is airy, modern and elegantly furnished. The staff is very attentive and on point. But the most important thing for a restaurant is the food. And they are world class. The greeting from the kitchen is more than that. It changes daily. We had a delicious vegetable cream soup. That would have been enough as a starter. Fresh ingredients, only the least amount of fat used and a good portion size. The prices are reasonable for what you get. You have to travel far to find something better.

I found waiting 105 minutes (one hour and 45 minutes!) for lunch despite a reservation to be far too long, especially since there were small children there. Unfortunately, it had not been said before or shown on the homepage that today there was only a Christmas menu with 4 dishes, all very special and expensive (30-50 euros, meat, fish, pasta) and the quantity offered was manageable, but tasty . Luckily, when asked, the children were allowed to choose pizza or pasta from the regular menu (approx. 15-20 euros). Upscale, modern, stylish atmosphere, waiters very confident.

As always, it was very tasty, and I'm most pleased with the Lugana, which isn't even on the menu. But always there for me :-) and of course also the top service

We had booked our Christmas party with Alessio again. Everything was MEGA again... You are welcomed/served in a very friendly manner and the food was a dream from start to finish. A restaurant where everything is very harmonious. We wish Alessio & his team a happy new year in 2025....

You can have a fancy meal here. We received a warm welcome from the service. He was always friendly and accommodating. We were there on Boxing Day, there was a Christmas menu, but we were also offered alternatives. The atmosphere there is romantic and somewhat dignified, although it doesn't seem stuffy. The food was on point (pasta vegetarian and the other portion with strips of beef fillet). Was recommended to us by someone from Oldeslo ;).

An upscale Italian. This is also reflected in the quality, taste and portion sizes. Enough to fill you up and not overeat. The prices are adjusted, but not excessive.

We have recently moved to Bad Segeberg and are currently trying out the restaurants in the surrounding area. I came across this restaurant on Google and with all the reviews I thought it would definitely be worth a visit. My expectations were even exceeded. All courses were very tasty, fresh and a taste experience. The beef fillet with Gorgonzola sauce was to die for. The service was very friendly and attentive. The dishes came very quickly. The ambience fits in with all the positive perceptions. Really a nice restaurant.

Where do I start? A restaurant that is run with absolute passion. The service staff is extremely attentive, very nice and warm. The food is always delicious and the cappuccino is the best in town. The price-performance ratio is great and constructive criticism is received and implemented very openly. Simply a great restaurant. 😍

It is well known that Hamburg does not have the best Italians compared to Germany, but I would never have thought that here in Bad Oldesloe I would get the best salmon fillet I have ever had in the entire northern German region. Super crispy, aromatic skin and totally tender fish meat underneath. Perfectly rounded off with crunchy vegetables and lemon. Plus a nice atmosphere and nice staff. Recommendation

We were there yesterday with 17p and made a reservation online. We came into the restaurant and from the greeting to the cloakroom there were two wonderful waiters there for us. I felt as light as a little king in the Italian Restaurant Laurent. It was my birthday and the table was beautifully decorated with flowers from Laurent herself. WOW!! The food and service were top notch You could see that professionals work here. The quality plays a big role here and you notice it right down to the last bite!!!!! This exceptionally good Italian restaurant is hidden in the pedestrian zone of Bad Oldesloh. In my opinion one of the best restaurants in the area. Food very good, tasty and well combined 👍 Service always friendly and accommodating. Ambience very appealing, clean and good. Everything fits! My favorite restaurant! Really try it out! I give 3 stars even if this restaurant doesn't have any stars, it deserves one! A bit expensive but the kitchen and everything around it is worth it. I sometimes go on vacation to Germany and when I do I have to go to this restaurant at least once!!!!! Great waiters and staff and the food is fantastic! Service is excellent and just great. We've been there a few times. Food is always great. Prices very fair. Service was great and very attentive and not intrusive. Dogs are allowed in and in summer they even get water with ice cubes. Everything is great and can only be recommended :)

I was part of a wedding party of about 20 people. It was announced in advance that two vegan people would be there, who would then be served cruelty-free food. On site it wasn't always clear what really was vegan and not every person who served us knew, which led to misunderstandings. So far so good. However, the situation that really prompted me to write this review is the following: we vegans were ultimately served a vegetable grill platter with the words “Here is your meat platter.” The person probably meant this to be funny, I didn't. I find such statements extremely disrespectful, inappropriate and absolutely out of date. As a restaurant that offers so many dishes made from dead animals or exploited animals and offers almost no vegan dishes on the menu, you should generally ask yourself whether they are still keeping up with the times. Unfortunately, this behavior shows how insensitively customers and veganism are treated and how backwards this restaurant is. If possible, I will not enter this restaurant again. Here people either make money from suffering animals or make fun of those who don't want to support this and want to eat vegan. I didn't feel comfortable because of these situations and the atmosphere there. I ask you to improve the situation for other customers and offer more vegan options and handle them more sensitively.

wir waren gestern abend mit 7 personen im laurent. gute lage, freundlicher service und gute speisenqualität. auch gerichte ausserhalb der karte wurden präsentiert. die preisgestaltung war zeitgemäss - hauptgerichte zwischen €15 und €25, reine fleisch- bzw fischgerichte italiener-typisch eher teuer >€30. aber wer sich über €7,90 für eine flasche wasser beschwert, sollte besser nicht in ein restaurant gehen.

This Italian restaurant exceeded all my expectations with its authentic taste and excellent service. The tiramisu was incredibly delicious and was the perfect end to the evening.

Good cuisine, but not spectacular either - the price level is definitely not adequate compared to excellent Hamburg restaurants or restaurants in the region (Hauck, Hamberge, Gambero, Bad Schwartau, Waldhuus, Ratekau). This can only be explained by the lack of alternatives locally.

I've been there a few times. Sometimes for business, sometimes with the family, sometimes with my partner. A highlight every time. Incredibly delicious food. Wishes are catered for and there are magicians in the kitchen. It's pricey but it's worth it.

The restaurant is clean, the staff friendly. Our food was good and unfortunately the price-performance ratio was no longer right. In my opinion the prices are 20% too high. Definitely the best Italian in Bad Oldesloe. What's really missing is a card for children and something to keep them busy in between.

Nach langer Zeit haben wir uns mal wieder einen Restaurantbesuch gegönnt - und haben es nicht bereut. Die Wahl fiel auf das Laurent in Bad Oldesloe. Uns empfing ein tolles Ambiente, eine freundliche Begrüßung und eine angenehm dezente Lautstärke der hauseigenen Musikanlage. Man gewährte uns ausreichend Zeit, das Essen und die Getränke auszuwählen. Die Entgegennahme der Bestellung erfolgte flott und zuvorkommend. Gewählt hatten wir Steakgerichte mit Beilagen. Nach den gut gekühlten Getränken wurden kleine Snacks serviert und im zeitlich richtig gewählten Abstand wurde das Essen aufgetragen. Die Steaks waren wunschgemäß "medium" zubereitet, die Beilagen und Saucen appetitlich. Zusammengenommen kann man sagen, dass wir es nicht bereut haben, uns diese Köstlichkeiten gegönnt zu haben, auch wenn es nicht ganz billig war. Jedenfalls sind wir gerne bereit, das Laurent samt dem freundlichen Personal an alle die- jenigen weiterzuempfehlen, die sich mal etwas Gutes gönnen wollen. Klaus Paetznick

We were Alex's guests on Saturday and were able to get to know the wonderful restaurant. Unfortunately, we live far too far away to eat there often. The food, service and ambience are excellent. We'll be back on vacation and will definitely plan enough time to eat there. An excellent restaurant with a very professional team that can only be highly recommended.
