We dined at Pars restaurant on New Year's Eve. Though we had planned to stay there all night, we left much earlier. The whole experience felt like the fairytale The Emperor's new suit, about pluralistic ignorance – where everyone agrees that the emperor's new suit is exceptional, just to fit in when in reality, he is stripped off. We paid €110 (bread and drinks not included) and were so disappointed. Sure enough, they used quality ingredients, but they were unable to create something tasty. We can’t quite believe what was served. Food – bland, bland, bland. For €110, we left hungry, on food that either looked unappealing or tasted like nothing. There was no clear theme, flavor, or food to keep us wanting more. They later told us taste is subjective – which clearly shows how infatuated they are with their sense of superiority. We were not even sure if it was some provocation to the gourmet food scene. All in all – terrible and extremely pretentious. Eventually, we left to visit another restaurant, where they met us with sympathy once we explained our situation. We do not want to visit the restaurant again. This is the place to go if you want to be ripped off and feel absolutely nothing on your tastebuds.

I recently took my partner here between the sleepy Christmas and New Year season in Berlin. The experience left us buzzing into 2024. The room itself has a shared table which promotes conversation and a table to touch. The art hanging is a feast for your eyes which is the perfect juxtaposition for the open kitchen. Unlike the idea you have of many kitchens at that level, the chef lead the team with calmness and precision. A beautiful dance to watch. We were welcomed with bubbles and the sommelier asked us how we want our wine to be paired. Listening and educating without judgment. Every course was playful; colors, textures and tastes that inspired the evening - and even the Negroni in the end was the best we had in long time. Well done PARS - we were grateful to be able to experience Gastronomie at this level in our Berlin.

The food is simply a culinary experience in a class of its own! The dishes are not only unusual, but also incredibly tasty - a true feast for the senses. The ambience is great and the interior design impresses with wonderfully detailed elements that make the atmosphere even more unique. The service is simply fantastic! The staff looks after the guests attentively and warmly and ensures that you feel at home. A warm recommendation!

If you search the nutritional values ​​in the Pars pralines online shop for long enough, you will find out that a praline weighs 10g and you can calculate the price of 100 grams at a whopping 56.25 euros based on the price of 4 pieces (22.50 euros). In my opinion that is a totally overpriced and cheeky price! The fact that the price is not stated in euros per 100 grams also contradicts the information regulation!

very nice, intimate setting. It was a perfect space for me to interact with my date and also see the preparation of the courses (part of the kitchen is visible to the main room) and the busyness of the team. There is a large blackboard in the front room that helps you feel connected to other guests The dishes were “sovereign” and fine. I was missing something adventurous, courageous about it, something like a little tickle, a taste aha. great team that puts dedication and love into service and preparation. We spontanously walked in and got to enjoy a glass of wine and the amazing Pralinen. Service was very friendly. Hopefully one day I can experience a full meal here.

Die überragenden ausgefallenen Pralinen sind uns schon eine Zeit lang bekannt. Nun haben wir auch das Restaurant erlebt. Hier gibt es eine sehr gute regionale Küche. Um hervorragende Produkte zu gewährleisten befassen sich die Mitarbeiter mit nachhaltiger Landwirtschaft. Die Gänge sind sehr fein ausgewogen sodass das Essen viel Spaß bereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My experience at Pars Restaurant was a mixed bag. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which was a definite plus. During my visits, I've come to realize that Pars Restaurant is more of an avant-garde culinary experiment than a dining establishment. The owners seem to prioritize pushing boundaries and exploring new horizons rather than providing a hearty dinner. While I appreciate innovation in the culinary world, I found myself leaving the restaurant without feeling fully satisfied. I've had the opportunity to try their menu, and while the food was undeniably well-prepared, it left me wanting more in terms of portion size and satiety (less price). On my most recent visit, I attended Pars' summer popup. The dishes were good and possessed a homemade charm, but the pricing left me shocked. Charging €7 for a small serving side of rice and adding another charge for overcooked beans made me very disappointed, these are side dishes that are not worth this price. Again, the staff was friendly, but it was obvious that they were not capable of running a restaurant. Since the kitchen is open, it made me quite nervous to watch the stress of the staff. As I mentioned, I find Pars an interesting place. However, I wouldn't call it a restaurant, as the dishes are both too small and too expensive. Perhaps Perhaps it could thrive as a wine bar offering elevated snacks at premium prices.

Heute habe ich im neuen Pars Restaurant in der Grolmanstraße gegessen. Schon die Pralinen mochte ich immer sehr gerne. Aber das Essen dort ist noch mal eine ganz andere Dimension. Sieben wunderbare Gänge mit unglaublichen Geschmackserlebnissen. Der Service sehr freundlich und immer Zeit für Erläuterungen dessen, was man gerade kredenzt bekommt. Wirklich ein Erlebnis! Pralinen: Kleine, wunderbare, Leckereien. Optische und geschmackliche Leckerbissen. Wunderbare Geschenke für sich selbst und unsere Liebsten.

Highly recommended! This place feels like it has been running forever, it's unbelievable. The food was delicious, innovative, and yet simple in the best way possible. We ordered the 7-course menu and what a beautiful experience it was! The kitchen even made adjustments for a gluten-free menu for a celiac guest, and it was incredible. I really can't recommend this place enough. Go and enjoy probably one of the best currently operating restaurants in the city.

An dieser Stelle war mal das wunderbare Café Savigny: was für ein Verlust! Es war der beste Ort am Savignyplatz zu beinah jeder Tageszeit, bester Kaffee, bestes Frühstück. Das Pars ist kein Ersatz und auch keine Alternative. Wer will sich denn schon entspannnt an einen großen ungemütlichen Tisch setzen... Es funktioniert auch nicht wirklich, was dem ganzen Konzept geschuldet ist. Es sind sicher mit Liebe dabei-seiende Amateure, aber allein die Öffnungszeiten sprechen Bände.

Ein excellentes Menu mit freundlicher Bedienung, hervorragendem Service und vor allem traumhaften Speisen. Auf individuelle Wünsche (vegetarisch, pescetarisch, kein Alkohol etc.) wird problemlos mit einem individuellem Menu eingegangen. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mit 100% Wiederholungsfaktor! Ich liebe das Ambiente. Klein, fein, intim und trotzdem so zwanglos und ausgelassen. Wir hatten einen super Abend voller Inspirationen aus den Gärten der Region mit einem starken vegetarischen Menü und einer berauschend leckeren Weinbegleitung.

Ein wunderschöner Abend mit wunderbarem Essen in Berlin. Wir hatten gestern Abend die Gelegenheit, ein grandioses 6-Gang-Dinner im pars zu genießen. Kristiane Kegelmann ist als Besitzerin und Gastgeberin ist absolut grandios. Zusammen mit ihrem ganzen Team hat sie uns einen tollen und unvergesslichen Abend beschert. Die einzelne Gänge waren qualitativ hervorragend und perfekt auf einander abgestimmt. Die Weinbegleitung war zudem ein absolutes Highlight. Weiter so und viel Glück bei diesem tollen und bisher einzigartigen Gastro-Konzept.

Nur weil ein Restaurant Kaffee anbietet, sollte es sich nicht auch Café nennen. Das Pars hat wirklich sehr hobbymäßige Öffnungszeiten und wer sonntags nicht geöffnet hat, sollte sich generell nicht Café nennen dürfen.

Wir kennen die Pralinen, die wir online bestellen, da wir nicht von Berlin sind, und sehr lieben gelernt haben. Man schmeckt sofort die sagenhafte Qualität der Zutaten und die Zusammenstellungen sind einzigartig. Unser erstes Ziel bei unserem Berlinbesuch war nun das Restaurant zu besuchen, absolut lohnenswert von dem persönlichen Service, den ausgesuchten Weinen und einem sehr besonderen Menü. Wir haben den Abend rundum genossen und haben natürlich auch Pralinen mitgenommen.

Selten ein so gelungenes Konzept erlebt. Wirklich, was das Team um Kristiane da uns Gästen mit einer Herzlichkeit, Hingabe und Qualität serviert, macht warm ums Herz. Nicht erst seit der Schönleinstr. zeigt Kristiane was Berlin gastronomisch noch gefehlt hat. Puristisch auf die wesentlichen Komponenten und Geschmäcker abgestimmt sehr leckeres Menü. Was auch hier auffällt ist das etwas zur Schau stellen der Produzenten und Lieferanten. Ich finde den Hinweis auf der Speisekarte völlig ausreichend. Bitte weiter so ...

One of the best dinners we had in Berlin. The experience was truly great, from amazing interesting flavours to great service and exceptional wines. We took the wine pairing which made us try the wines that we probably wouldn't have ever tried and we were super happy with all of them! As the restaurant is very new I wish them to keep this quality for the years coming, I truly hope they do! Highly recommended and we will definitely come back!

A beautifully intimate restaurant with a lovely and comforting winter menu for December. Nicely curated wine list and small yet tasteful courses.

A must stop in Berlin for the gourmand. Pars restaurant uses locally sourced products to put together a delicious 6 course menu that changes with the seasons. Their idea to work with 3 main ingredients per dish results in a surprising and mouthwatering menu. Combined with the staffs friendliness, expertise and their superb wine choices, Pars delivers a fantastic dinner experience for the bon vivants.

Vom Aussehen her sind die Pralinen wirklich kleine Kunstwerke. Leider haben sie mich von der Füllung her nicht überzeugt. Die Sorten sind zwar von der Idee her interessant und die Füllung schmeckt auch interessant. Ich fand es aber sehr schade, dass stets quasi immer eine vom Grundprinzip her gleiche Füllung (so Richtung festere Ganache/Schokocreme) genutzt wird (siehe Foto). Bei Pralinen kann man so kreativ sein - auch innen... Ich hatte mir auch mal ein Gelée oder einen etwas flüssigeren Anteil gewünscht oder verschiedene Konsistenzen des Schokoladenanteils im Inneren oder auch mal eine interessanten festen Anteil wie z.B. Nüsse. Und (aktuell) über 4€ pro Praline sind auch echt ne Hausnummer. Stand 6.2.22 kann man auch im Geschäft in der Schönleinstraße Pralinen kaufen, das war mir irgendwie über die Homepage nicht klar, ob das möglich ist. Leider gibt es aber nur die Option Schachteln à 4,9 oder 16 Pralinen zu kaufen, die kann man sich im Geschäft jedoch selbst zusammenstellen. Ich hätte gerne im Geschäft eine Praline mal bezahlt & dann probiert um zu entscheiden, ob ich da mehrere von der Sorte nehme, das ging aber nicht.

Super liebe Beratung mit Zeit und Geduld. Wir durften sogar einen Blick in die Produktion werfen. Man merkte einfach die Passion für die Pralinen. Sie sehen wirklich aus wie Edelsteine! As it was a present for my parents, so I’ll pass on their verdict: Hmmmm sehr lecker. Eine geschmacksexplosion 😋😋😋 Ganz zart innen drin und fruchtig schokoladig. So I think we can conclude from that, that Pars makes high end chocolate and I can say that they react to customer issues really quickly. I will definitely buy pralines there again!

Hier kommt so einiges zusammen. Die Produkte sehen zum einen wunderschön aus. Dazu schmecken sie wirklich wunderbar. Man spürt die Liebe zu Rohstoffen, Handwerk und dem Detail. Wer kann, geht am besten hin und stöbert -neben den unbedingt zu kostenden Pralinen- direkt auch bei den toll ausgewählten Dingen von Wein bis Keks. Und wer nicht, sollte mal bestellen und den Besuch auf die nächste Berlin-To-Do-Liste packen.

Ich habe online bestellt. Der Kontakt zum Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Pralinen wurden schnell, sicher verpackt und v.a. frisch verschickt. . Die Optik ist sehr modern und ansprechend, mit den gefärbten "Kakaobutternebeln" und schimmereffekten fast etwas außereirdisch. Ich habe sie natürlich auch gleich probiert. Die Pralinen haben mir sehr gut geschmeckt, nicht so süß, aber sehr diffizil im Gescmack.

Ich selbst bin seit Jahren Fan von Kristiane Kegelmanns Pralinen-Kreationen, habe während des Corona-Lockdowns aber auch auch entdeckt, welch Freude und Verblüffung man bei Freunden und Bekannten mit diesen Meisterwerken auslösen kann. Pünktlich und zuverlässig zu Ostern wurden alle georderten Pralinen-Päckchen in kunstvollen Verpackungen an die angegebenen Adressen zugestellt. Den Pralinen-Lieferservice kann ich daher uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die leckeren Pralinen selbst sowieso.
