Friendly service, but unfortunately very disappointing food. The vegan skewer was not a skewer but a patty and the dish was totally dry. Unfortunately, we personally couldn't complain since we picked up the food. We were told by phone that that was the way the court was. Very disappointing and absolutely not tasty. My partner's negative review was deleted under the pretext of defamation. It's a shame that criticism here doesn't seem to be handled constructively at all, that makes the whole thing even worse. Price performance a disaster. Never again!

I went to Pardis twice during my stay in Mannheim. The food and service were great and I was looked after in a friendly manner. On Saturday there was even live music with guitar and singing, not intrusive, but just beautifully and warmly performed. It was a very nice evening, and even though I was unaccompanied, I didn't feel alone. I really liked the warmth and hospitality and went back to the hotel with a smile. Enjoy your meal!

Da das Lokal um diese Zeit (Dienstag nachmittag) angenehm lerr war, konnten wir uns mit dem Wirt, seinem Sohn und dem Koch einwenig unterhalten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall - auch mit Verwandten und Freunden wiederkommen; die Speisekarte enthält noch vioele schmackhafte Herausforderungen. The food was catastrophic. I have to say I can't remember ever having eaten so badly! I had the lamb fillet with fries, the lamb tasted so disgusting, was hard like the sole of a shoe, not even the fries were good, but they came later anyway because they had forgotten them too. The service was just as impossible and unprofessional, we had to wait too long, the starter was forgotten and brought at some point after the main course when we didn't really want anything else. We didn't have the feeling that we were welcome and that it was important that we were satisfied. There were 8 of us, the restaurant was otherwise empty and they still didn't manage to serve us. The waitress preferred to sit at the front of the table (entrance on the right) and chat, we waited in vain for something to drink All in all we paid too much money for bad food and poor quality meat. A few days ago we celebrated my best friend's wedding here. But nothing went according to our agreement. We are really disappointed. They called us on the day of the ceremony and demanded a higher amount. The staff had no experience in the hospitality industry. They promised that the entire restaurant would be available to us that day, but as we entered and before we left, they were serving their own customers. They released us at 6 p.m. even though we had agreed to meet by 8 p.m. It was really a disaster, these behaviors were a real scam. I can't recommend it here at all.👎

We are very disappointed!!!!My girlfriend had a wedding and they paid a lot and got nothing in the end. The food was little and the bride and groom didn't eat anything so that there would be enough food for the other people. What is that !!!! Is that normal ??? Catastrophe !!!!! There were no drinks like Coca Cola on the table either, but only 1 bottle of water for the entire table with 6.7 people per person. That was all discussed and paid for in advance!!! If i wanted to describe this restaurant, the words: a hidden jewel, come to mind. Once inside, the ambient is lovely, and you find yourself in a friendly, relaxed, and very clean atmosphere. The service is friendly and very hospitable. The toilets are clean and modern. There is also a little place outside that goes outside towards the back courtyard that one can sit and dine, We were there on a rainy, stormy day. It was not an option. I would have liked to give 5 stars, but although the food prices were reasonable, i found €5,50 for an alcohol free beer, too high. Under €5 would also have been enough turnover. Regardless, a lovely restaurant, run by lovely people, and i will definitely plan to visit Pardis on my next trip to Mannheim.

The Cubid doesn't look like normal Cubids. The staff doesn't have enough experience. They discuss together in front of the customer and sometimes loudly. The atmosphere is nice, it seems that sometimes there is live music. The toilet is quite clean and nice. You have to go to the cash register to pay, the staff doesn't come to the table. The parking options are not ok, you have to look for parking on the cross street. The price is expensive compared to other Persian restaurants. There is an expectation that you must tip.

I went to the restaurant with my friend several times and everything was fine and in order. I was there on Saturday, reserved a table and everything worked out. We ordered our food and waited for it, it took longer. I can understand it because the restaurant was very full. I ordered kola as a drink, it didn't taste like anything, it was simply tasteless and not carbonated. Unfortunately, the meat I always ordered didn't taste as good as it did. When I wanted to pay, the lady asked for more for the food than the price on the menu. The meal costs €17.90 on the menu, but €20.50 is required. When I said the price didn't match what was on the card and what was asked of me at the checkout. The lady said that the prices have changed, but only on the checkout and not on the menu. It really irritated me because what is written on it and what is asked for at the checkout are two different worlds. I'm very disappointed and especially the staff there on Saturday were other people I haven't seen yet. They weren't that professional and their actions.

We had number 32, Chelo Kabab Kubideh. Vegan skewers with onions and Persian spices. Allegedly. They were actually two supermarket veggie patties without anything; on dry rice. There was also a packet of breakfast buffet butter. No skewers, no onions, no spices. This really had nothing to do with a well-thought-out dish, let alone what we expected. When we asked, they frantically insisted that it was a homemade specialty in the sense of what was on the menu. For €16.50. We are still stunned and disappointed. Never again!
