Im kalten, nebeligem Mannheim ein Lichtblick in der Gaststättenwelt: Das Bustan! sehr freundliche Bedienung, leckeres Essen, (noch) gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: und schon sind die Zutaten für einen netten Abend beieinander!

Leckeres Essen, nette Bedienung. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Allerdings würde ich für ein schönes Essen zu zweit nicht hingehen. Die Anordnung der Tische ist, dem aktuellen Trend wohl entsprechend, sehr auf einen schnellen Wechsel der Besucher ausgerichtet.

A very nice evening in a nice atmosphere in the beer garden. The service was very attentive but unobtrusive! But the most important thing is that it tasted really good. We each had a skewer of lamb and mixed pieces of fillet. I have rarely had such delicious, perfectly prepared meat. The saffron rice served with it is not only beautiful to look at but also delicious... Thanks!

You can never go wrong when you go to Bustan.

If you crave delicious juicy food, I definitely recommend it. Particularly Iranian cuisine is offered and the atmosphere is amazing.

Great authentic Persian food in a nice outdoor location

Very tasty! Iranian friends said that the Persian chicken drumstick is the most delicious dish in Germany. It only costs 19 euros and the portion is huge. The mutton and chicken skewers are of good meat quality and not fishy.

Bustan Restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food is always incredibly tasty, fresh and authentic. We come here regularly and are thrilled every time. The atmosphere is inviting and the service is friendly and attentive. The traditional Persian dishes are particularly enjoyable. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Very tasty and pleasant there! We were a mixed group of Persian cuisine fans and newbies and we all loved it! Both the starters, main courses and desserts were well seasoned and tasted great. First time I have eaten Persian food and it amazed me. From outside appearances it does not look too appealing, but as soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a huge smile and personal attention. Was informed of what as on Offer and what flavours to expect…

On Saturday lunchtime we happened to go to a Persian restaurant in Mannheim, which was pleasantly different from many others because it did not have an Arabic atmosphere, as is often the case in Germany. Despite the lack of a reservation, we quickly got a table. Unlike many other Persian restaurants in Germany, the menu offers some surprises. Particularly noteworthy are the skewers with Sharghi, Shomali and Dshonubi sauces. We ordered the Fesenjan stew and the Jujeh Shomali and Kashke Bademjan. The Chujeh skewer was a bit salty while the Shomali sauce had a ginger flavor and was slightly spicy. The fesenjan stew was a little too sweet for our taste, although we liked that the walnuts were still noticeable and not completely ground. Kaschke-Bademdschan was okay, tasty and, thank God, tasted neither fresh from the can nor greasy. The restaurant is tastefully decorated inside and out, so there is hardly anything to complain about. Overall we would give the restaurant a rating of 4. If a Persian restaurant ever served real Persian rice, we could finally give it a 5.

After about 3 years I was eating here again. Still the same good level! Very tasty food and stylishly and appetizingly prepared. Service was friendly, attentive and quick even though it was very busy. A very good Persian restaurant. I'd love to come back

I went to Bustan Restaurant yesterday with my wife and two friends and we all loved the food, service and atmosphere. The restaurant offers a diverse selection of Persian specialties, all freshly and deliciously prepared. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. I highly recommend Bustan Restaurant! N.B.: The fact that the owner remembered my name even though it was my first time in this restaurant is what I call SERVICE with a capital letter.

First of all: you have to like the location of the terrace, it is close to the street. However, I felt like I was leaving everything behind as I sat there. The food was sensational. The only drawback: the drinks were exorbitantly expensive. A boring cappuccino for almost 5 euros... That's too much. But the quality of the food outweighs it a hundred times, as does the friendly service. We'll be going back there very soon

Lamb skewer was grilled to perfection, tender pink inside! Portions more than enough even for good eaters! The staff was very attentive and friendly, waiting with the main course until all the starters had been eaten and serving the main course when asked, EXEMPLARY.

Aus einer alten dt. Gaststätte, ein Ort voller Leben und persischer Charme geschafft. Ich war in den letzten Jahren bestimmt schon 6 Mal dort und wurde immer super freundlich empfangen. Das Essen ist großzügig portionniert und sehr schmackhaft. So ein Teller, für weniger als 20 Euro, mitten in Mannheim... das gibt es nicht mehr oft. Man wird hier auch nicht nach 2 Stunden gebeten, den Tisch frei zu machen, um mehr Umsatz zu sichern. Man darf verweilen und den Abend genießen... auch das wird immer seltener. Ohne Reservierung ist es recht schwierig... da gehört Glück dazu. Es ist nicht umsonst so beliebt da... Parken kann man praktischerweise im Parkhaus vorm Hauptbahnhof. Von da sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Klar werde ich wieder hingehen.

Very good restaurant with tasty and large meat dishes, but the starter plate for four people is the size of the previous one for two people. Ambience is a matter of taste, Persian-looking kitschy pictures on the walls.

Unfortunately the meat was of very poor quality and I also rate the fries negatively. The service is great, the ambience is quite nice, but it is quite loud so that you almost have to shout at each other while talking at the table.

A restaurant that serves delicious food, especially rice with chicken. For those who want to eat in this restaurant during Ramadan nights, it is advisable to book in advance because there are often no vacant places.

Wir sind zu viert zum Abendessen dorthin gegangen und hatten die Bustan-Platte für 3-Personen bestellt. Allerdings war die Portion so gewaltig, dass wir letztlich ca. 20% übrigließen. Das Restaurant war am jenem Abend sehr gut besucht, so dass die Lautstärke innerhalb der Räumlichkeiten etwas gehoben war und die Servicekräfte mit Verzögerung auf etwaige Bestellungen nachkamen. Aber alles in allem eine angenehme Erfahrung.

Wir haben uns zwei Vorspeisen geteilt (Aubergine; Teigtaschen) und dann jeweils die Lammfiletstücke am Spieß gegessen. Zu trinken hatten wir das Granatapfelgetränk und Wasser. Das Essen war schmackhaft, die Hauptspeise reichlich, aber mit insgesamt 110 € für zwei Personen eher hochpreisig. Einen Punktabzug gebe ich, weil das Lammfleisch hätte zarter sein können. Gefallen hat uns die Stimmung - alle Mitarbeiter waren gut gelaunt und aufmerksam zu den Gästen.

I had Persian food here for the first time. The staff was super friendly and I couldn't have imagined the food to be better. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. I can absolutely recommend it.

Ich ass den gemischten Spiess mit Lamm und Hühnchen, dazu eine persische Sauce (Walnuss, Granatapfel, Pflaume), basmatireis und Salat. Alles wirklich wunderbar lecker (der Salat vielleicht etwas weniger), Hühnchen und Lamm von ausgesuchter saftig- und Zartheit. Leicht nach Zitrone oder Limetten schmeckend; ein Gedicht. Die Sauce fand ich aussergewöhnlich und hervorragend. Auf der süssen Seite, aber hervorragend. Der Reis fluffig und geschmackvoll. Unerwartetes Erlebnis in ungezwungener Atmosphäre.

Unfortunately, nothing special for me personally. I was hoping for more. The lamb, beef and chicken lacked pizzazz everywhere. Unfortunately, the sauces were also a bit disappointing. But the portions are relatively large, so you will definitely be full. Wouldn't come back to eat at the moment. But try again in a few months.

Das Essen was Köstlich👌Für den Service gebe ich aber zwei Sterne. Trozdem sage ich, dass dieses Restaurant ist einen Besucht wert! The food was extremely delicious, it was the best Iranian food we ate in Elman, but we were not satisfied with the service, we asked several times for some of the side dishes that we wanted to be brought to us, because the staff kept forgetting, when we ordered, we emphasized that it was salad. It should be without tomato because we are allergic, bring it with tomato and so on Apologies for forgetting we wanted it without tomatoes, but overall it's worth going and trying.

We really liked the cold and warm starter option, which was very tasty and was explained to us by the boss. All in all very recommendable.

Everything was nice and tidy and quite tasty. It's nice that we still got space despite being in a company.

The atmosphere was very old and dimly lit and it was a little disappointing, maybe, the food was average and good, but not great. Good and well-behaved staff. There were a series of problems, for example, there was no salt and pepper on the table, so we brought it from another table. They didn't put a slice of lemon next to Chanje Soltani and Bakhtiari or even next to the salad. There was no spoon first and they asked if you want a spoon or not?! And when we ordered, asking if you want vegetables and cheese (reception before the main meal or not) usually all restaurants bring this and there is no need to ask.

First of all, unfriendly and impolite interaction with guests is a no-go. This is GUARANTEED not to entice you to enter the store even once again. Secondly, the employees should perhaps clarify in advance whether the guest entering can speak Persian or not and THEN possibly start gossiping! We wanted to test the restaurant - that's it! Never.

The food was fantastic, the service attentive. What we didn't really like was the wait for the main courses, almost 90 minutes. But the restaurant was full to capacity. And you could check the toilets more often. We will be back.

Das Bustan befindet sich in interessanter Lage. Die Speißen sind gut gemacht und das Servicepersonal ist engagiert. Da kann man hin gehen und mal eine andere Nationalküche erleben.

Das erste Mal persisch Essen. Mit Glück einen Platz bekommen. Die Bestellung war schnell, die Speisen gingen schnell und waren hervorragend, der Service war sehr freundlich und nett aber teilweise etwas planlos was sich in vertauschten Essen und vergessenen Getränken äußerte

la decoración del restaurante y su equipo me hicieron viajar a kurdistán y soñar que era parte de una familia increíblemente divertida y unida antes del régimen. además, exhiben y venden las obras de un artista iraní con enorme talento!!!!!!! por favor consideren traer el aderezo a un lado para la ensalada, personalmente lo prefiero fresco. por otro lado, el menú parece ser un poco largo; con tantas opciones prefiero que me den a probar de todo un poco en vez de poder identificar los platos estelares! por último, me encantaría volver en verano, sentarme en la terraza y escuchar música en vivo!!!! merci

Deliciosa la comida, de alta calidad soy cliente frecuente y la frescura de la carne siempre es igual de buena. Realmente recomiendo Bustan, mi platillo favorito es el 31!
