Super delicious pizza, especially with the cheese crust! 🍕 Clean shop and very friendly staff. 👍 It's just a shame that it's a bit small for sitting and eating inside.

In my opinion the best pizza you can get from a pizza chain

We ordered a BBQ chicken and bacon pizza, and there's no BBQ sauce on it at all. It's a shame that something like that is missing, especially since it's the key to this pizza and even in the name. I'd happily give it 0/5 stars.

Pretty good pizza, though the garlic dip and ranch sauce are more for American taste buds. The place has an open kitchen, but is far too small for eating in (I'll go for a bite to eat alone). Better to have it delivered or pick it up yourself (20% off for pickup). The service is nice and friendly, and card payments are easy.

Delicious, fresh, and hot pizza, even though it was delivered. It came with a delicious garlic dip. The delivery driver was also very nice!

The driver's tip was embezzled. €23 paid online, but the bill was only €19. When asked, the driver stated he hadn't received a tip. A lot is at stake for €3.50. If this isn't your fault, you'd better get it sorted out quickly, otherwise someone will.

Insane I could eat this pizza every day

I ordered a takeout Pizza Capricciosa with the "Original Crust" – the American crust, which is a bit fluffier than the Italian crust. You can watch the pizza dough being formed during preparation, which is quite impressive. The pizza tasted great: generously topped, plenty of cheese, and overall nice and moist. Unfortunately, the artichoke hearts, typical of a Capricciosa, were missing – and they can't be ordered as an extra. That's a shame and somewhat detracts from the experience.

Absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the pizza isn't served on reusable cutlery for dine-in, but rather in takeaway boxes, but it still tastes great! The staff there are also very nice and friendly and always smile at you (as long as you smile back). I really like eating plain pizza here because everything is just perfect. Except, as I said, the cutlery.

Unfortunately, my impression of this establishment was severely tainted upon entering, solely due to the unfriendly behavior of one of the employees. Of course, anyone can have a bad day, but to react so irritably and rudely to a simple, politely asked question is simply unacceptable. It immediately makes you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. There's also considerable room for improvement in terms of competence, both in dealing with people and in the process. A restaurant thrives not only on its product, but above all on its service, and that was disappointing here. You'll never win me over as a customer.

I recently went to Papa Jonas Pizza with my two children, and I have to say that the experience was disappointing. The service was really bad; we were barely noticed and had to wait a very long time for our food. My children asked me why we were even there. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

Tastes very good, and in combination with the NeoTaste 2 for 1, it's always a hit. I think it might be a bit pricey, but I've never been disappointed. The staff are really friendly, and I enjoy coming here with my friends to get a few pizzas. But beware of the free garlic dip that comes in the pizza box; it tastes really awful and is extremely artificial. It's better to skip it and enjoy your pizza without it. Otherwise, I can't complain.

I ordered a pizza for pickup at 7:15 p.m. I arrived at 7:05 p.m. The manager, I assume the store manager, greeted me with the words, "Your pizza is in the oven right now; it'll be ready in a few minutes." Everything was great so far. First of all, the boss is a very friendly and personable man, and he gets a clear 7/5 stars. However, the rest of his staff seemed, well, to be in need of improvement. After waiting 25 minutes, with people ordering after me and receiving their orders before me, I was asked what I had ordered. His employees apparently forgot to put the onions on the pizza and thought they'd just put onions through the oven and then put them on. Wild idea. The pizza was lukewarm, the boss apologized, and it was all cool. Then at home, we realized the garlic sauce we had ordered had been forgotten. And the extra chicken on my pizza had also been forgotten. Due to the long standing time, the pizza was already a bit chewy. The flavor was a bit lacking, but that could also be due to the "healthy" style of the pizza. I can't really judge it; it's a matter of taste. Overall, I can only give it 3 stars; it was just about adequate.

So honestly: never again! Neither the salami pizza tasted good nor the chicken BBQ pizza. The pizza isn't even worth €10. Even Dominos is worlds better.

I ordered a Hot American pizza. Super tasty, the dough is very fluffy and the edges are crispy. I got the pizza delivered 25 minutes after ordering. The supplier very friendly.

The pizza was basically delicious, but the employees were unfriendly and the toppings and sauces were swapped for our pizzas from the standard range. Extra requests, such as changing ingredients (cheaper ones), were rejected. The omission of ingredients was completely forgotten.

I ordered from Papa John’s and never received my food. After waiting over an hour for my delivery, I contacted customer service who initially informed me that my order was on the way. When, after another hour, there was still nothing, I called again - four times in total until I was finally told that my order had disappeared. Every apology sounded like a flimsy excuse and instead of a solution I was just advised to place the order again. This disorganized and unprofessional service is completely unacceptable and has finally turned me off from Papa John's.

I don't really want to give bad recommendation for someone's hard work. The pizza in itself was quite good. However the sauce was very bad. It kind of spoiled everything.

Unfortunately, a disappointment in terms of taste despite the good reviews. Visually great, topping sufficient, delivery time ok...but unfortunately the taste is completely unexciting and the dough is too sweet and wobbly. Any high-priced frozen pizza is better. And the price is really reasonable for the quality. Very unfortunate.

The pizza was simply fantastic! The dough was perfectly crispy and the topping was incredibly fresh and delicious. The service was super friendly and fast - you can tell that a lot of love is put into the work here. I will definitely come back and recommend Papa John’s to anyone looking for quality pizza. Ordered on Monday, received a call on Tuesday about a review plus a voucher to test again and asked to delete the review. Then on Saturday I ordered again on the website and there were always problems. Then decided on an alternative to picking up. Ordered for 6:30 p.m. and was ready at 6:26 p.m. Supposedly it was fresh out of the oven, but I was able to bite into it straight away. I then called and explained the situation, I was offered a new pizza and I was supposed to write another one. The pizza is supposed to be 97 degrees when it comes out of the oven, but I didn't notice that. Pizza tasted very neutral and I'm still waiting for an answer today. Children could be heard on the phone the whole time, meaning we could hardly understand anything. Well, I'd rather save the money and time in the future

I went to papa johns in Germany to try pizza. Pizza was very good and they provided me very good service.

Was in the store 3 times. Every time I wouldn't be greeted by the boss. I always experienced it as suspicious and hostile. I always had to pay for a topping that I didn't want. Where can you find something like that? Then the last time the classic: pizza dough falls on the floor, the employee looks around to see if anyone has seen it and initially puts the dough aside. Two minutes later the dough is processed further and topped with toppings. And that in winter when the courier sometimes traipses through the kitchen. Yummy! Was the last time for me -

Just ordered for the first time. At best a very mediocre pizza. Strangely sweet, uncrunchy dough. Gladly not again.

We ordered for the first time today based on the many positive reviews and unfortunately we are not at all thrilled - for the following reasons: - The order wasn't delivered at first because the driver called and said he delivered the pizza to someone else. He therefore had to go back and deliver our order again - this time to us. - He then arrived and while eating we noticed that the apple cinnamon rolls were completely missing, although we had originally ordered the Papa Family XL deal, which was supposed to include a pizza, a snack and a dessert. We then called and were told that the rolls would be delivered later. - Then unfortunately something else was noticed: only 9 chicken wings were delivered and not 12. Called again, they apologized, but no subsequent delivery was offered. Just that the boss will “most likely” get in touch. - The apple cinnamon rolls have been delivered in the meantime, but without vanilla sauce, which should also be included here. That's 4 errors in just 1 order. There wasn’t even a “goodie” sent along, which is what we would have expected as an apology. Nothing at all. It can always be something, but 4 times and then without compensation is a no-go. Addendum 12/31/24: Unfortunately, the boss didn't even get back to me as promised. Very unprofessional.

The pizza was delivered hot and tasted very tasty. Size S is definitely sufficient for women. The size M with a cheese edge was very powerful. Perfect for very hungry people. The papadias, chicken box and ham rolls were also very good. Plus the garlic dip, perfect. The price is a little higher, but it also tastes very good. The delivery took a while, but it was worth the wait.

Worst service ever. I was called a brother on the phone and they simply boldly wished me a nice evening and hung up. I just asked if the pizza was on the way. Because the Uber Eats app told me that the food supposedly arrived 20 minutes ago, which wasn't true.

Freshly prepared on site and a relatively short waiting time when picked up on site. There is also a self-collection discount. We recommend the salami pizza and the four cheese pizza. Garlic dip is always included for the pizza. I really need to try the cheese crust.

I recently ordered from this pizza shop and absolutely love it! The pizzas are freshly prepared and are ready in no time. The scent alone whets your appetite! The taste is simply outstanding – the ingredients taste fresh and the combinations are creative. I particularly like the pickup discount, which makes the whole thing even more attractive. Definitely my new favorite pizza shop for a quick and tasty snack!

The food is very tasty, I have ordered there a few times and every time it was delicious. But now to the negative: We ordered 2 pizzas to pick up today and came by at the specified time to pick them up. When we saw it, the lady at the counter immediately asked if we could pick it up, took a quick look and went to the back. Meanwhile, we loudly and passively-aggressively said something that we ordered to be picked up and without a tip or anything like that. Afterwards we barely looked at us and said a short and annoyed “bye”. On the one hand, this was the second unpleasant experience with this unfriendly woman. And on the other hand, tips seem to be expected here even without any additional service provided (no delivery and no service since pickup). This is a disgrace because the only service provided, the food, was paid for. You tip when you are treated kindly... Edit after a few days: The whole thing has been reworked a bit, which I find exemplary and nice. After we ordered again for collection yesterday, the lady in question only gave us dirty looks, which was a shame, but okay. ;)

I ordered there once and upon delivery I received vouchers for the next order. These were all invalid. When I called the restaurant, I had several people on the line. In the end the boss told his employee to just hang up... I think it's a shame that the customers are treated like that here. Unfortunately the pizza was just so-so, there are better alternatives.

Ordered food via Uber Eats around 9:30 p.m. The food was supposed to be there between 10:15 and 10:35 p.m., called at 10:45 p.m. and was told the driver would be there in 2-3 minutes. Half an hour later and the food is still not there and no one is available.

We wanted to eat locally. We were able to sit at a small table outside, albeit on a main street. Unfortunately there was no cutlery, but the pizza was well divided so it was good to eat (by hand). The two of us shared the pizza in M ​​and it was still too much. Very tasty and recommended!

The service person didn't know the pizza on the advertising screen and you couldn't order it either, she said that it doesn't exist here and it's a USA promotion, OK... Whatever... The boss later told me it was an old promotion . I then looked for an alternative in the brochure and ordered it... While waiting, I noticed that the pizza was €2 more expensive than it said in the brochure. If you look through the reviews you will notice that this hasn't happened for the first time, this happened 8 months ago with the last price increase, which was advertised with old brochures, but the new, higher prices were charged... The whole thing also has one Unfortunately I can't think of a name in our legal system at the moment. I then spoke to the boss on the phone who was extremely unfriendly and was more interested in my academic level of education (for whatever reason) than in finding a solution to the problem. After a long discussion, I offered to take a small drink with me as compensation, as the conversation was really more comedy than anything else. That was OK with him. Once and never again.

The only delivery pizza that is REALLY like original American pizza! Ever since I have returned from the US I have been craving American pizza with ranch and here we are. The dough is soft and tasty and the pizza always comes made with love and extra garlic sauce. Oh and the delivery crew is really friendly -so fav spot for pizza now!

Unfortunately we fell for the good reviews about the pizza. That was the worst pizza ever! The surface looked as if it had been thrown at it from 5 meters away. Everything somehow tied together. The delivery man wasn't able to find the house number even though he was standing right in front of it 🙄 All in all - never again!

I was there for the first time today after I saw a video about it on YT and I can only come to the conclusion that the person who made the video must have been “bought”. The processes are super uncoordinated and the problem with open kitchens that most restaurateurs have is that you can see everything. Very untidy and food scraps flying everywhere. While the guy at the checkout explains to a guest with an extremely fake smile that there is so much to do and that's why he had to wait so long, the employees stand in the kitchen and joke around. The food isn't tasty either and is significantly overpriced. The sauces are just a blob and for €1 I find them extremely cheeky. So we strongly advise against throwing your money away!!
