Delicious arabic food The people were very friendly and we had a reservation, but the place was small to sit . But this is not a problem at all, because the food is so good that you gonna forget about that. Highly recommend it

A shop with heart Hospitable Clean Fast And the food tastes amazing Clean, thanks guys Update: WARNING! The red pepperoni is not for wimps (I ate two 😊) I ordered a kofte platter, it was simply divine. The lamb kofte sandwich is also highly recommended.

We had to wait 2 hours for an order, of course everything was just mud, the fries, the burger. Just disgusting. You want to have money for that too. That was the last time we ordered here.

Current: Unfortunately I have to lower the rating for this restaurant. I noticed that hygiene is hell right now. He cleaned the floor with gloves on and just keeps working without changing the gloves or washing them. This could endanger people's health and cause food poisoning. Fries are simply brilliant, kebab and lamb are tender and not so greasy. I think it's the best in town. But I was hoping there would be more space for larger dining tables for larger groups. Nice place to eat good food! There is a charcoal grill and they are doing the skewers of real coal. Tasted very good. Unfortunately, we waited for 30 mins and because of the many takeaways (lots of in an out delivery people & customers it was quiet busy and killed the vibe.

They make a small kofta and also the taste is not so good which is not worth it gor 8 euro.

If the wrong delivery is made every time, the specially ordered meat is always missing! Employees very unfriendly and shout at you on the phone. We were promised that it would be delivered more than an hour later and we don't know anything about it and we don't know whether it will be delivered?!

I had various skewers, rice, salad, hummus, garlic and the delicious bread with red pepper paste. Fantastic as always.

Cold, hard and stale rice that gone sour, sour and spoilt hummus, terribly burnt onion, tomato and green pepper. Came here for lunch and ordered 2 plates of teller. Friendly staff with Hidden charges: staff came up to my table and offered a dollop (1 tablespoon) of hummus, seemingly out of "goodwill" or to clear the hummus that had gone bad. He did not mention any charges or costs, but at payment charged me extra without telling me, until I asked about the extra charges. Same hidden charges again when I ordered the teller. If there were extra charges, staff should mention the extra cost so I can decide if I want it, instead of giving me without mentioning any cost, then charging me afterwards. Now I don't trust their friendliness. Staff talked loudly and aggressively amongst themselves, very disruptive to the atmosphere. Saw another group of customers order 3 sandwiches and it was so bad they took a few bites, and left the rest on the table. 1 sandwich was totally untouched.

Recently I visited Papagrill restaurant and absolutely loved their shawarma skewers! The skewers were exceptionally tasty, perfectly seasoned and pleasantly tender. The price-performance ratio completely convinced me. In addition, the employees are always friendly and the restaurant is consistently clean. I always enjoy visiting Papagrill and highly recommend it to everyone. Of course I give it 5 stars!
