Looks like a very popular hang-out place. Plenty of outdoor seating areas.

Staff was super rude us, drinks were horrendous for the price. Would definitely not recommend if you’re visiting Berlin👎

I ate here last week and, unfortunately, I have to say: It's simply not as good as it was in the first few years after it opened. The truffle fries are significantly smaller in portions, and the truffle sauce is just a tiny dollop on the fries. Also, the fries were too crispy – they'd simply been in the fryer too long. The tiramisu... Sorry, but you really shouldn't call it that. It was just ladyfingers soaked in coffee, topped with some cream, and served straight away – without any time to marinate. The double fried chicken was good, but honestly, the two small rice cakes that came with it were really worth the effort. The salad was also disappointing – very small and poorly presented. All in all, I can't recommend this restaurant. The value for money is simply not there. And the service is unfortunately abysmal. If you can't even manage to smile or show a little friendliness, you should seriously consider whether you're in the right place in the service industry.

Good food, good music, good people! We had some problems with the order (they forgot to bring 2 dishes) but it was solved and we enjoyed the meal. Big plates and tasty! Nice cocktails too.

Loved the concept and was super excited to try this place. Food from 3 different stalls ended up being very bland and disappointing. Don't get the hype when there are so many other amazing spots around the neigubourhood

The kimchi was surprisingly mild—not much seasoning or spice, which was disappointing since I’ve never had kimchi that wasn’t at least a little spicy. The Korean fried chicken also lacked flavor, which was a letdown. Croquettes were delicious though!! We tried the matcha cheesecake, but the portion was really small. For the price, I expected more. On the bright side, the service was friendly. It did feel a bit disorganized at times, but overall, it was a nice visit.

Yesterday we were at Paolo Pinkel and had probably the best Wiener Schnitzel in Berlin — or at least in Neukölln. The schnitzel itself was wafer-thin, huge and the breading was light, golden brown and not too greasy. The side dish was also really tasty, something like a Chinese potato strip salad but in an Austrian style with pumpkin seed oil and radishes. So if you want to eat schnitzel in Neukölln, you should come here - the price is also really fair, elsewhere you pay more for the schnitzel alone and don't even have a side dish. But since it's only a temporary schnitzel pop-up, you should probably hurry up.

This is the second time we've been there and it's simply incredibly tasty and there's something for everyone. Both the food and drinks are great. You won't be overwhelmed by too much choice either. The staff is also very courteous and helpful. After your meal you can also relax in the bar area. Price-performance is also completely ok and justified.

I always enjoy going there. The drinks and food are always creative and tasty, the team is interesting and friendly, and the design of the location is top notch. My absolute favorite bar in Berlin!

We were a large group and the organization in advance was difficult on our part. Our wishes were taken into account very well and you could always reach someone. The evening itself was really great. Great food and very friendly service.

The concept of the kitchen and room is initially appealing, but unfortunately it hasn't been thought through to the end. There is a lack of love, the store promises more than it actually delivers. The goat cheese salad was delicious and very nice but there were other elements missing between the lettuce leaves. The focaccia was sad, very dry with hair on it. (Italians have to cry) Then maybe just offer well-made bread as a side dish, that doesn't sound so fancy. In general, you can expect better quality ingredients depending on the prices. Something doesn't add up. The pistachio pasta was very good - clear sensation ♡ The service team is very attentive ♡ Some people find the toilets you see in clubs cool, others find them unhygienic. If you pay attention to a few details it could be a really great shop! Otherwise it's more for people who want beautiful pictures for social media.

The restaurant was absolutely packed when we arrived, but the staff managed to squeeze us in, which I very much appreciate as I know how much of a hassle that can be. The staff did take while to get to our table, but that is very understandable as there were a lot of guests (which is why I didn’t deduct a point from the service) The food was very good especially the fried chicken was delicious. The fries however were just ok. Generally I might go there again, but it wouldn’t be my go to.

We hosted a dinner event here for over 20 guests in December and were very pleased with the service, delicious food, and drinks

The food was okay, but the service was poor. The waiters were inattentive, always on their phones, and seemed clueless. Our order was wrong, portion sizes were unclear, and everything took forever. On top of that, it was overpriced for what we got. Unfortunately, not a good experience.

I’m a fan of Eating Fantasy ! Cryspy fried chicken (i like sweet chilly and soy garlic sauce), and it’s perfect when you also order tofu dish, rice balls and pickel trio together. Chicken itself, the sauce is quite punchy in a good way, so it‘s good to eat it with also milder and savory items like tofu & rice balls. The pickel trio has the korean pickeled cucumber, kimchi, pickeled radish, which is a great combo with the rice balls. Ugly rice balls are not so ugly, even cute, and wild sesame oil makes it tasty and savory, especially with the warm rice. The cooking and serving team is really on top of their shizz. Good to go with any group size, it’s always fun to share bunch of things. If the group size grows, also convenient that you can also just goto the bar which is in the same space. I like to go on weekday nights as it’s more relaxed compared to busy weekend. Highly recommend it! I only have one photo because usually i start to eat right away from hunger.. so enjoy this one rare photo of fried chicken!

We were there yesterday shortly after 9 p.m. and were very happy with our choice of restaurant. We weren't familiar with the concept of 3 different cuisines, but it offers the opportunity to eat very varied food, especially with several people. Our favorites that evening were: the Spicy Thai Basil Smash, the Halloumi Fries and the very attentive and friendly staff. Definitely recommended.

What a hipster temple. I was there at the invitation of a friend, but you really have to like this establishment. Overpriced food, lots of tourists and people who think they are better than others and listless waiters who ask you for tips via card payment without asking. I can suffer. Thanks, but no thanks. I don't need it again.

Love the authentic and delicious Korean Fried Chicken from Eating Fantasy. Great restaurant to mix up multiple styles that all taste great.

This bar is absolutely amazing, the food is incredibly delicious. Great atmosphere, the staff are very accommodating. After your meal you can simply go to the other side and enjoy the bar. There is also a separate smoking area. Highly recommended

We ordered korean fried chicken and kimcheese fries from Eating Fantasy. Absolutely amazing! Would really recommend to try it! :) The place is also spacious and accessible.

I happened to end up in the right half of Paolo Pinkel, the bar - and found the atmosphere and the audience extremely charming. :)

Interesting and unique menu offered across the three kitchens. Common ingredient connecting these appeared to be truffle. Customer service at best was average. Seemed hard to get service...

6 stars for the Korean fried chicken! It was the best I’ve had in ages, so crispy outside and juicy inside. 5 stars for the pulpo (octopus) dish. Service can be a little weird but ultimately not that different from most of Berlin (lol rip). Nice drink menu with fairly typical prices.

Tasty food with nice presentation, friendly service but horrible drinks with literally no alkohol inside...it's a bit a pitty because the price/quantity doesn't reflect the quality of the coctails. Otherwise I recommend!

Food was very tasty, but we were constantly bothered by vagrants while eating. They enter the restaurant and even greet the staff, one had wet his pants and had a horrible smell.

As a bar, maybe it's better not to go out to eat. The food took a long time, everything was at the table at a different time, the noodles were cold. Unfortunately, service was also overwhelmed.

Chef likes to put all the “cool” stuff like truffle and saffron in food. It tastes pretentious, not balanced. Service and vibe is good tho.

Great vibe, service and food. 12 courses were too many, after the 6th there was only one bite of each to taste, which is such a shame because every course was absolutely delicious, just too well-intentioned. Price/performance 60€+20€shots for 12 is unbelievably on the level. Cocktail shot accompaniment was perfectly coordinated. Always my pleasure!

I'm a little surprised at the many good reviews this restaurant receives. There were two of us today and we had hummus and Korean chicken. Both were average at best. The same applies to the waitresses. I can't understand all the great reviews. However, I'll be back to see if I just ate the wrong thing on the wrong day.

The atmosphere was fantastic! While the food and bread were a bit on the greasy side for my preference, the presentation was excellent, and the service was impressively quick. Location good.

Love the concept of the place. Came here for dinner and ordered a very tasty spicy margarita and very delicious fish & chips, the portion was also enormous, couldn't finish it all by myself. I also tried the Korean chicken, also very good and the Halloumi fries which I would definitely recommend. A place I would definitely come back!

Honestly the place is nice the atmosphere too, but the service is so bad that it makes it not make a difference. The waitresses act as if you don’t deserve to be talked to 😅 Like one waitress legit didn’t look at us in the eyes while taking our order.

The vibe is right. Paradoxically, everyone is welcome, yet it also feels exclusive in that the community is unapologetically tolerant and diverse. I adored this place for weekend drinks and will be back.

We made reservations for 35 people and were very pleasantly surprised at how well the evening went with such a large group, really great! We had two long tables and with the QR code payment system everyone could order (from €10) themselves and pay directly on their cell phone. This saved us from having to do tedious accounting at the end, thank you very much for that! A few times we had to ask about missing dishes or drinks, but given the size of the group that was ok. Food wasn't cheap, but very tasty. Ambiance cool, a bit loud. Staff very helpful and friendly. It was a great evening, thank you! ☺️🙏

Seating options are great and very variable. The food was very tasty, from starter to main course and dessert. Choice between three cuisines offers something for every appetite.

The food was not good despite my expectations since everyone loves the place and it’s fairly pricey for NK: everything was too salty, not enough other flavors, Bao buns were terrible. Guess it’s too hyped. Service was nice at least.

I had a halloumi salad which was excellent! Great portion size and really delicious! The accompanying garlic bread could have done with some salt, but otherwise it was really all very delicious. The alcohol free “Tante Emma” cocktail is weird, but the alcohol free Spritz is nice. The staff were extremely attentive and patient even when we were there with a big group of 10. The bar area is also nice. Thanks for a great evening!

Very cool atmosphere, the food and bread were bit too greasy for my taste but very nice presentation and fast service! Portion sizes were great! 😊 Note that they will kick you out after 1:45 hours 😅 Were seated in the dining area wich was’t the most comfortable compared to the bar / lounge? Will definitely come back for the cocktails and the atmosphere!

Great athmoaphere but food was disapointing

The concept with three different kitchens is great, you sit in a nicely designed guest room with cozy lighting. The food was pretty good - truffle fries, chicken with Waldorf salad, pulpo. Great! Unfortunately the service is really bad. The concept is little or not explained at all, nobody “sells” the really good products and takes the guests by the hand. This has nothing to do with “typical Berlin” and is simply not appropriate. Cutlery is not adjusted to the number of guests, so some of us had to reorder individual items several times. There were five of us and we ordered bread & olives - three half slices came. When we pointed out a broken bowl, the employee just shrugged her shoulders. When we wanted to order our main courses, we were told: “You haven't had a main course yet? Actually, you have to leave soon. A maximum of 90 minutes!” For example, we would have liked to have known that when we made the reservation or, at the latest, when we entered the restaurant. We were still very entertained by the stupidity of the employees. It was really wonderfully unprofessional - you wouldn't believe it. But, as I said: food great.

Unfortunately it is a smoking café. The drinks were okay, and while the ambiance is nice, the seating isn't particularly comfortable. The cleanliness of the toilets could also be better.

I know there are so many reviews that say the staff is rude, but I thought, surely they won't be rude to US! WRONG. I write this because the kitchens work hard to turn out delicious food and the wait staff was attentive. We drank wine, ordered from all 3 kitchens, and enjoyed it all very much. What went awry? We arrived 10 minutes late. It was early, 18:30, the place wasn't busy and we were sat with a warning that we could only say 90 minutes, now 70. That seemed short. OK. We ordered (takes a while and dishes don't come out all at once) and were eating when we were told by the hostess that we would need to leave in 20 minutes, they needed our table. We looked around to a half-empty restaurant, no line at the door and nobody sitting at the bar waiting. No problem, I flagged someone down to pay our bill before finishing our food. The hostess came by AGAIN and said, "you need to pay your bill", I NICELY shared that we had. She turned and left. Only to come back AGAIN at exactly 20:00 and say, "You need to leave, I need your table." We stood up and exited. Nobody was waiting. Not a single person at the bar. Loads of tables. This experience with the hostess was among the most unkind and such a poor public representation of queer culture. The management needs to re-think their hostess situation, unless she is the management, then I guess just take this place off your list. Far too many excellent restaurants in Berlin to tolerate this crap.

Very nice restaurant with 3 different cuisines (Thai, Cypriot and Sicilian). We had a peach and halloumi salad with delicious homemade bread fried with oil and herbs and an apricot and goat cheese salad. The service was very good and the staff were very helpful if you had any questions. They weren't annoyed when we asked about the dishes from the neighboring tables. We also had a blood orange liqueur drink, but unfortunately it was way too sour because the lemon/lime? was far too dominant. But all in all it was a nice evening with delicious food. We'll be back.

Awww. I loved this place until they were totally jerks. The food was so good. We were greeted warmly and sat and received food service. We were warned 20 minutes prior to our reservation time expiring. No problem. We paid and were still finishing our wine. The second 8P struck, the hostess asked us to leave as the next party was waiting. We looked around and there were about 20 people in the entire restaurant. We left promptly, of course, and saw zero people waiting in the bar or anywhere. It felt like we were singled out and mocked and forced to leave. And we had really felt like it was a great experience until then. Left feeling terrible. Who leaves feeling sad after dining? Well, the guests at Paolo Pinkel.

The quality of the food is deteriorating...in spite of being a n overhyped place with often unfriendly stuff, I keep coming back because of the food. But last two times, the food was mediocre...so Paolo Pinkel, I hope there won't be 3rd strike

The Asian dumplings are absolutely tasteless and probably also frozen goods. Dipped in the soy sauce then totally over salted. The price for this heap of tastelessness is far too high. It's very uncomfortable to sit and eat, like in a canteen, and it's also far too loud for conversation. Super annoying that as a German you have to speak English in Germany to order something. Absolute hipster shop. Lots of men in the women's toilet and a group of people in the large disabled toilet. Despite a smoking lounge at the back, people also smoke at the front of the bar (e.g. the blonde bartender). That was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I absolutely can't understand the hype!

I was there the night the bouncer harassed guests and I can fully confirm everything! The food was actually very good and I would rate the dishes as good value for money. However, you have to be lucky with both the plates and the waiters; My roast beef sandwich was missing cheese, my buddy's exact same order had hardly any truffle mayo. During service there was a nice waitress (short, with curly hair), the other was rather snotty and later smoked in the immediate vicinity of the food and my pregnant friend. I love the Paolo Pinkel Restaurant & its bar. The Cypriot cuisine tastes best in the restaurant. Very delicious! Unfortunately the portions feel like they are getting smaller and smaller, which is a bit of a shame. The service is often very good, depending on who is serving. Some employees are not particularly motivated and unfortunately it sometimes shows. Nevertheless, a really nice shop with a cool atmosphere. I really enjoy going here. The drinks are super tasty, especially the Spicy Margarita tastes really good!

The three of us were here last night. We ordered a few dishes from each kitchen. They were nicely prepared and tasted okay. Unfortunately we were a bit lacking in spices. Anyone who likes a more neutral taste is in good hands here. The service was very nice, but only in English.

We were here last night with a large group. The food was quite okay. The sandwiches were tasty but the other things we ordered were ok. Price performance was therefore not that good. But why I'm writing a review is the following reason: the bouncer Unfortunately, we had a few racial comments thrown at us. We were a group of Asians and were allowed to hear “there are Kim and Kim” when we came in. (Allusion to Kim Jong Un ??) It didn't have to be that way. The bouncer also dropped a pot while putting the plants away. He then pushes a person in our group and says, “Why are you doing that??” - but he had nothing to do with it. When we repeated this he suddenly said “it's just kidding” - it wasn't that funny because the waitresses thought it was us. Too bad.☹️

Food drinks and waiters/waitresses are amazing but the door man gets drunks and racist during the night. He was so drunk and destroyed a plant and balmed it on us. We were there for a birthday party and spent 700€…

3 cuisines in one: Italian, Cypriot and Thai. You want something good, but you're not sure what, here you will surely find inspiration and satisfaction for your palate.

They don't speak German there... food terrible! Drinks ok (but you can't go wrong) and atmosphere cool! But I wouldn't recommend...

No German is spoken, the food is ok. A waitress sprayed me with sauce. She clearly didn't care. Rich once. The dumpings were probably TK. Still water from the tap. Toilet dirty.

3 fantastic cuisines in one place.

What is, on the one hand, a lively trendy bar where you can drink delicious drinks until late, accompanied by techno vibes, is also a diverse restaurant in the evening. The Paolo Pinkel scores points with three different cuisines, which are available in all of them Executions were very successful. The Cypriot cuisine was particularly delicious. The dips are excellent and the bread is very crispy. Highly recommended as a small snack with wine. Of course, it's particularly nice to sit in the large outdoor area when the sun is shining, but it fills up quickly when the weather is good, so it's better to reserve if there are several people.

The cocktails were delicious and so was the food. The service was very nice, although everyone was an English speaker. I think it's nice that there are dishes that are easy to share with the group, so everyone can try something from different cuisines. When it's full in the evening, the acoustics are really bad, that was the only thing I didn't like.
