This is a review for the waiter who was on duty today (11/13/2024) between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., and at the same time a message to management to take disciplinary action if necessary, as such incidents affect the public image of your Locally severely affected. I came into the restaurant, said “Hello” and politely asked for a table for one. The waitress brought me the menu while I took off my jacket and backpack. Since I wanted to go to the toilet, I stopped to read the menu and place my order. I wanted to ask the waitress something and he told me to sit down and he would be right there. Until then everything was fine. When he came, I asked him in German if he spoke English. He said no, so I continued speaking in German. When I asked if there was spaghetti bolognese since I hadn't seen it on the menu, he asked me "Do you want spaghetti bolognese?" I wanted to answer, “If possible, yes,” but before I could say “yes,” this rude employee interrupted me in a very harsh tone, looking through the window and not even at me, and said, “Yes or no? “ – as if he were telling me how to answer. From that point on I just looked at him and asked why he said that in such a harsh tone. I told him I didn't like it and that I was leaving. However, instead of becoming polite or apologizing, he denied that he had responded unkindly and showed a sarcastic face, almost smiling. When I said I was leaving because of his behavior, he even said “gladly.” While I grabbed my jacket and backpack and walked to the door, he started showing me the exit and said several things in an unfriendly tone too, such as: - "Here in Germany you sit down and then order; you only stand for take-away." I wonder if the fact that I stood while reading the menu bothered the waiter, which in my opinion definitely shows that he is not suitable for such a position where a small fact can change his tone, mood and the can change the way he treats customers. Or was it just because I asked him if he spoke English that he had to mention “here in Germany…”. This comment sounded very discriminatory in my opinion as it touches on a topic of nationality. - If I order something that isn't on the menu, he has to make an exception for me (to which I asked if that gave him the right to speak badly to the customers and he actually answered "yes"). - "I have to deal with people like you every day." Dear management, I - and probably many others - will never visit your restaurant again if you employ employees like this. I read in the reviews that this is not the first time that one of your employees is rude, especially when the customers don't speak German well or don't speak it. Unfortunately, if this waiter is the owner of the restaurant, then it must be assumed that you are not aiming for success in your business.

Bruno and Toni will take care of you. I ordered beef fillet and Bruno thought it was too small. So I got another beef fillet. Hats off, gentlemen. I can recommend a visit to everyone.

During our 3 days in Berlin we ate at Il Nuovo both evenings and were very enthusiastic about everything. It is highly recommended.

One of the most authentic Italian pizzarias! I've eaten here 3 times in the last three weeks and it was a pleasure! Both the owner and the service staff are absolutely great - Italians after all :) I especially recommend the Pizza Parma! Extra requests will be implemented immediately! I would also like to highlight the pickled olives that were served in advance, simply delicious! The prices are completely humane for such a good restaurant! I will definitely come back next time I visit Berlin!

I've eaten here on 4 days now (i.e. every 2 days) and everything except the pizza was great (I had that on the first day and had my doubts about coming back). It's just an "Italian" and not a pizzeria. The espresso "after" is also very good " :-) The service is very nice and on the ball (that's how service should be). The equipment is adequate. The prices are completely normal. I'd love to come back.

It was a really nice visit to the restaurant. The waiters were quick, attentive and friendly. The food came quickly, even though the restaurant was busy. Very tasty and large portion. Bread and olives were served free of charge before the main course. Absolutely recommended! I will come again! Grazie mille!

For the first time at Il Nuovo and really impressed. The food is very tasty, good portions and the prices are okay. Gladly again soon!

Very nice restaurant with a bitter aftertaste... We visited for the third time... WHY? We really like to give everyone a chance, or 2 and in this case even a 3rd... Absolutely underground cuisine! Salad was wilted again... Beef fillet was done, instead of medium and was tough, potatoes without seasoning, mushrooms... We'll leave it... Sorry... Never again!!!

Wir waren bereits häufiger hier, aber genau wurden wir komplett enttäuscht. Bevor es zur Getränkebestellung kam verging 20 min (und das bei über 30 Grad). Meine Freundin war mit ihrem Essen leider gar nicht glücklich . Sie hatte ein Hähnchenschnitzel mit Pommes ohne Championsoße bestellt. Der Teller sah aus wie ein Teller von der Pommesbude mit TK Schnitzel . Statt Soße war aber auch Nix anderes als Ersatz auf dem Teller . Keine Gurke oder Tomate, nix. Zumindest hätte ja man mal fragen können, ob man stattdessen nen kleinen Salat möchte. Das war niemals frisch gemacht. Sie hat dies auch geäußert u danach wurden wir noch schlechter behandelt . Man hat uns regelgerecht ignoriert . Die Gläser waren bereits mind 30 min leer u keiner kam und fragte , ob wir noch etwas trinken wollen . Das gleiche Spiel bei der Rechnung . Das war wohl das letzte Mal, dass wir hier waren, was eigentlich schade ist. Der Großteil schmeckt nämlich sehr lecker . Schade .

We were in Berlin at the end of August, stayed in a nearby hotel, went for lunch for the first time, since it was the closest place, looked attractive and had good reviews on the Internet. I must say that the impressions exceeded all expectations! Very pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Nice and cozy. Welcoming and friendly staff. Great food and delicious beer! We returned there two more times for dinner. We will be happy to recommend this place to friends and acquaintances. We wish you success and prosperity, if we come again, we will be happy to visit you again!

Stopped by spontaneously today. Fair prices and good food. Pizza was super tasty... antipasti and bruschetta were also very tasty 😋 😋 😋 . And ice-cold Sarti Spritz & Campari Spritz...

The first impression was good. But we quickly noticed things. There were still crumbs on the tablecloth. My husband's fork was dirty, the waiter brought us a new one without a word. The food was mediocre, but came after about 10 minutes 👍🏼Carbonara cheap without parmesan but with cheap cooked ham. And sober. The €15 salad with little chicken and even less chanterelles was sad. Cheap iceberg lettuce with stalk. On the way to the toilet I briefly thought I had landed in a horror film. Very strong smell. The walls are also very uncomfortable. The waiter stood a lot in the aisle with his cell phone in his hand. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

This place was recommended by the hotel next door. We decided to try it. The staff were rude and argumentative because we don’t speak German. The bruschetta was good, the rest of the food was not. When I asked about toppings on a pizza that was ordered (came with pork but was badly translated and looked like it didn’t), both waiters yelled at me in German. Would not recommend.

The restaurant appears to have newly reopened. It is also well attended. Therefore it is worth making a reservation. The processes still need some time. But the friendliness is there. The food was delicious, plentiful and anything but overpriced. There was even a sabaione for dessert. We'd love to come back.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant during our vacation a month ago, and I fell in love with the lasagne. When we came back to Germany this week we just had to visit this restaurant again. The food is amazing but so is the service. I can say this is one of the top 3 italian restaurants I’ve been to, and the lasagne is the best I’ve ever had. Also I can’t emphasize enough how amazing the service is. Will absolutely visit again!❤️

We ate there twice during our visit to Berlin because it was really really good, good value for money and very friendly service. We can really recommend it.

Wow, simply delicious! The two of us were here for the first time, on a Monday evening at 9 p.m. We both ordered the tagliatelle with salmon and lobster cream sauce and were in seventh culinary heaven. My food in a restaurant has never been so hot that I had to breathe; the ribbon noodles were PERFECTLY al dente and salted; There was absolutely no need to look for the salmon, it was crispy and juicy. The spices and amount of sauce were just right, I just added freshly ground black pepper to suit my own taste. I've never personally thanked the chef before, but today I couldn't resist it. This dish made us absolutely happy, every bite was a delight! The service was nothing but friendly and accommodating, and we were only too happy to leave a tip. If it had been possible with the EC card, we would have liked to have tipped even more. If you come here, please bring cash for tips! The team absolutely deserves it. The prices are fair, the portions are great, only the location right on the street isn't my thing, but the restaurant can't do anything about that. Gladly again!

Friendly place, nice service, very good food... that's it in a nutshell. The premises: I will refer to the outside part, because it was warm, we used the garden, clean not only the table, but also around it. Here you go: margharita pizza on a thin and crispy crust with delicious cheese, my wife ordered tagliatelle with shrimps and pesto and it was a solid portion with many shrimps, and not with the "addition" of shrimps as in most cases. Service: A very cordial older gentleman who, as I can see from the reviews, maintains the standard and you feel taken care of. At the end (because we were with a two-year-old child) he offered a lollipop, a very nice approach, and a nice parting surprise for me.

Worryless food. You go In, You leave happy. Great pizza.

Ekelhaft 🤮 wie wahr in Hotel und wie hatten lust auf Pizza ich habe für Pizza Tunfisch entschieden und meine Begleiter hatten für Pizza Scampi entschieden Grade kommen unsere Pizza wie haben angefangen zu essen auf einmal kommen Ratten 🐀 und fliegen 🪰 ekelhaft nie wieder.

I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. A real Italian who always works with courteous staff when we are there. The food tastes the same every time, which is unfortunately not normal these days. We have become absolute regular customers! Even the children love the food. Always fresh products, always prepared with love. The olives are a culinary delight. The ambience is equally warm and welcoming. Greetings from a chef who appreciates your work and your food!

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gestimmt.Die Portionen waren sehr "übersichtlich" und sehr lieblos angerichtet,außerdem war die Qualität nicht gut:verwässerter Thunfischsalat,zähes Fleisch in der Pasta und pappige Pommes.

Super mega delicious food at super affordable prices. On top: super friendly service and large portions. And after the meal we were offered a free espresso, Averna, etc. It doesn't get any better. However, traveling from Hanover is not always possible. 😉

After asking whether a dish was possible without mushrooms, I still got the meal with mushrooms. At least a schnapps/espresso was offered as an apology. In addition, we had to wait a long time until the waiter came to our table again.

This is the second time we have been to the restaurant and we are thrilled. Pork fillet with mushrooms in cream sauce is very tender and tasty, my husband tried lasagna and is happy. After several bankruptcies in other restaurants... finally delicious again. The first time he had the grill plate and was speechless about the tender and deliciously seasoned meat and vegetables! We would love to come back and will definitely do so soon.

I came from the hotel next door and was there shortly after 10 p.m. I was immediately greeted and given a free choice of seats. I sat outside, the weather was still good. I was given a small lamp and the card at the table. But I had already looked online and knew what I wanted. The pizza was on the table in under 10 minutes. An additional snack was provided before and after the main course. The pizza was tasty, had plenty of toppings and was a very good size. By the time I was full, there was still pizza there, but of course I ate it all. Unfortunately there is the street in front of the restaurant, I can't say anything about the ambience inside. Since I was only visiting Berlin, I unfortunately won't be able to try more of the menu in the near future, but after this visit I can definitely recommend the restaurant.

The food was excellent. The waiters were all incredibly accommodating and friendly. Even after my request for a sweet, lovely wine, I received a perfect wine that corresponded exactly to my expectations. All in one a restaurant with a perfect price-performance ratio. I highly recommend it!

Essen ist sehr gut da gibt es nichts auszusetzen, der Service…. Die zwei jüngere Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett , der ältere grauhaarige ist eine Katastrophe für mich als Gastronom . Er nimmt die Teller weg ohne zu fragen ob Mann fertig ist geschweige ob es geschmeckt hat . Die Creme brülee wo er mir serviert hat war die größte Schande . Schade wirklich schade ansonsten top Restaurant

This is a very very nice restaurant. We ate there two evenings in a row and it was great both times. The taste is very good. The pizza was great, the meat on the pasta or the schnitzel was very tender and tasty. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely eat there again.

You order 2 dishes in the store Take away…and order an appetizer while you wait.. Goes to the hotel & 1 dish is completely wrong for €30!! This shop is not recommended for tourists… And if you complain, the employee threatens to call the police / In my opinion you can avoid this store and it should go with mine money to be happy - 😉😉😉

El sopar ha estat genial. Bona pasta recomenada, plats molt complets. Apte per compartir. Ens han convidat al xupito. El cambrer que ens ha servit, Toni, el millor de tot!!!

Wir waren zwei Abende in Folge zu Gast, jedes Mal als Gruppe mit bis zu 13 Personen. Das Essen war super lecker und sehr reichlich. Die Preise sind völlig angemessen. Der Service war hervorragend, besonders Toni hat uns alle gut bedient und war immer für einen Spaß zu haben.

Schönes gemütliches Restaurant mit netten Angestellten. Umfangreiche Speisekarte, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Pizza war leider nicht mein Geschmack, aber das besondere Highlight sind die Gerichte aus dem Parmesan.

Ich war das 3 x dort Essen. Jedesmal am frühen Nachmittag. Ambiente sehr schön, netter Service. Drinnen und mit Wintergarten, auch draußen im Sommer möglich. Essen sehr gut, Salate, Pizzen, Nudelgerichte, Fisch /Fleisch usw. Ich hatte heute Nudeln und eine Pizza mitgenommen. Wir waren als Gruppe dort im Wintergarten, sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Alles in Allem, sehr zu empfehlen.

Einfach perfekt! Jedes Mal, wenn wir dort in der Gegend sind, besuchen wir das Restaurant. Das Personal, besonders der ältere Herr, sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich total willkommen. Das Essen ist authentisch italienisch und schmeckt hervorragend. Die Preise sind auch sehr fair. Vor dem bestellten Essen bekommt man sehr leckere Oliven mit Brot und nach dem Essen wird einem sogar ein Espresso oder Ähnliches aufs Haus angeboten. Waren beruflich im Hotel nebenan untergebracht und waren sehr dankbar für ein Restaurant direkt vor der Haustür. Das Ambiente hier ist unfassbar schön und wohlfühlend! Il Nuvo bietet alles, was einem sehr guten Italiener entspricht. Vorab ein kleiner Snack aus der Küche, kaum Wartezeit, super leckere Auswahl und im Nachgang ein Espresso o.Ä. aufs Haus. Eine TOP Empfehlung, wer in einem sehr gemütlichen und italienischem Ambiente essen möchte!! Gerne wieder!

Endlich wieder richtig gute Pizza!! Waren hier jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal und sind sehr begeistert. Die Pizza ist für meinen Geschmack einfach perfekt. Super Größe, mega Teig und einfach nur lecker! Leckeres sehr gutes Essen. Zum Willkommensgruß gibt es Oliven mit Weißbrot. Zum Essen gab es Bruschetta - super lecker.... Nett mit kleinen gurken Stückchen, daß macht das ganze frisch. Hauptgang war Lasagne - tolle Soße! Viel Käse und einfach rundum klasse. Hauptgang 2 war Pfifferlinge mit Nudeln. Alles super frisch und lecker. Zum Abschied gab es noch ein Aperitif. Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
