Very nice atmosphere in a dome with lighting. Radiator in the dome, nice and warm... Gladly again Highly recommended.

We were outside in the garden in the winter ball. Very nice and everything decorated for Christmas. The food was excellent and everything was perfect. If you really want to find something, the waiting time would be a bit too long was long. 90 minutes until the main course arrived. But that is already very high.

The Pantaleo in Forchheim is without a doubt one of the best pizzerias in the city and offers excellent value for money. Located right in the heart of Forchheim, the restaurant not only impresses with its excellent pizza, but also with its unique ambience. The winter outdoor design is particularly impressive with heated snow globes, in which you can sit privately and protected while you enjoy the snowy landscape - a real highlight that you won't find again so quickly. We had the Pizza Diavola and the Pizza Spezial, both of which impressed with a thin, crispy dough, a delicious tomato sauce and high-quality cheese. With a diameter of 32 cm, the pizzas are more than adequate in size, and the price-performance ratio is really excellent - probably one of the best in Forchheim. What is particularly noteworthy is that the pizzas are not only large, but also perfectly flavored. We enjoyed half a liter of Montepulciano red wine with the pizza and drank two Aperols as an aperitif. Because we liked the pizzas so much, we then shared a Quattro Stagioni pizza - and another half liter of Montepulciano. Not because the portions were too small, but simply because the appetite for the delicious pizzas never stopped! The service staff at Pantaleo are always friendly, attentive and courteous, which makes the visit even more pleasant. The only downside is that payment is only made in cash, which could be a small obstacle for some guests. For us, the Pantaleo is our regular restaurant and we will certainly be happy to return again and again. We can recommend the restaurant to anyone who is looking for excellent pizza in Forchheim - everything is just right here!

The food takes waaaay too long!!!! We've been waiting for almost 2 hours and the drinks have been a long time coming too! I won't come back.

Very long waiting time for an order to be picked up. It was announced that it would take 30 minutes. We were there on time. Unfortunately it took 1 hour. No information during the long waiting time, no apology or even compensation (e.g. a small drink during the long waiting time). What a shame!

After a successful game of bowling, six of us stopped here for a small or rather large refreshment (see pictures) - antipasti for everyone and a pizza for everyone, with a glass of wine or a cup of cappuccino: it was a dream, in terms of taste Finest and when the bill came, we could hardly believe our eyes because it was really more than a really good price for this gluttony. The owner was really correct and the cozy atmosphere rounded the whole thing off perfectly, it was really a feast for the senses and all in all a very nice end to our family day. Grazie mille!

Das war sicher mein letzter Besuch! Kein stilles Wasser, Sand im Salat (und keinerlei Reaktion darauf, ausser ich gebe das weiter....den Salat habe ich auch voll bezahlt!), keine Caprese Pizza - weil kein Basilikum da ist !!! (das bei einem Italiener!!), um 20.30 Uhr keinen Cappuccino mehr, weil die Maschine schon sauber ist. Sorry, aber da trage ich mein Geld lieber woanders hin!

We wanted to enjoy a meal in the beer garden this evening. Unfortunately nothing came of it. We had reserved a table, after a short wait our order was taken, then the odyssey began. The drinks came in a reasonable time and that was it. A few guests came after us and they got their food, only we waited. After an hour we were informed that what we had ordered was not available today. We should choose something else, but again with a longer wait. We got up and left the restaurant very disappointed. But apparently it didn't matter. What basically doesn't fit here is that the capacity of the kitchen doesn't fit the large number of seats. When making reservations or during internal planning, you are no longer allowed to accept guests if the kitchen can no longer accommodate this.

The taste of the food was great, but the portion of noodles was too small for me. Price was ok. Service was friendly but too overwhelmed (needs action) Too long waiting time. Eating was ok for once, but not for me again.

It was a very nice evening, very tasty, friendly staff. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about having reserved for our wedding anniversary today. We had to wait 45 minutes for our drinks and were asked three times if we had already gotten something to drink. Our food took another almost 40 minutes, so we canceled it and LEFT.

Beautiful guest garden in a quiet location. Unfortunately, the clock turns a little slower here. Even with moderate traffic, we waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food (pizza). So if you want something quick to eat, you've come to the wrong place. The service was very friendly but unfortunately overwhelmed. However, the prices are fair and the food is ok

Wir waren mit 8 Kindern und 8 Erwachsenen zum Abendessen Super Essen, schnelle Bedienung. Pizza´s besonders gut. Wir kommen wieder.

For lunch today we ordered a mixed salad, a Quattro Stagione pizza and a special. We drank two cyclists, and in the end it turned out to be the best part of the meal. The salad would be okay if it hadn't been completely drowned in dressing. Then we got our pizzas, my wife ordered her Quattro and I got a pizza salami that we didn't order. There were actually only two couples in the restaurant and it was still difficult to listen to the waitress. But well, I didn't want to leave my wife to eat alone and wait for my wife again. We've eaten pizza on the road a lot, in different countries, but we didn't like it at all. The dough was not tasty and was completely hard at the edge where it should be nice and fluffy. There was too much cheese on the pizza, apart from the fact that it was never mozzarella, it tasted very greasy. We cannot recommend the pizzeria for this reason. See photo

Food always tasted good. However, today I ordered rigatoni al forno to pick up and was very disappointed because there was hardly any sauce left in it. I won't order here again. Very unfortunate. Was always very tasty.

We tried the pizza and we didn't like it at all. We also asked for water and the waiter (who was indeed very kind) asked us if we wanted the one in the bottle (we hadn't checked in the menu but there was also another version) and we paid 6,50 euros for 0,75 litres (too much in my opinion, but my bad because I didn't check).

Eating on site tastes better than picking it up. 😊 We sat in the igloo and it was very cozy and beautiful there. Matthias (waiter) is really funny and does a great job. They couldn't have anyone better there. 😄 We waited quite a long time for food, but it was very busy due to the carnival party, so we could totally understand that and there is nothing to complain about. The price-performance ratio is great here and there are no utopian prices for pizzas like in other restaurants. It would be good if you could also pay by card. Currently there is only cash payment. We will be back!

We always felt very comfortable in the Pantaleo, now it's more like a theater with good food, the new boss has completely missed his job, the old staff is unfortunately no longer there and with them the loving and family atmosphere has gone. It's a shame about that

The food was very tasty, but on Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. the dessert on the daily menu was not yet out. It should also not happen that there are no more wine glasses at this time (if you don't have enough: washing them by hand should be possible...). In addition, there were no more hot drinks at 9:10 p.m. because the machine was already cleaned at 9 p.m. You can do it, but asking all tables in advance whether they would like more espresso etc should be gastronomic standard. The ambience of the igloo in the garden itself is nice, but the shell is covered all over with bird feces, so cleaning it every now and then would definitely be a good idea. Card payment not possible... All in all, it's a shame that the excellent cuisine was marred by such avoidable factors.

The pizza is good but the lasagna was far from the real lasagna. It was quite a succulent dish. The service is quite sufficient.

Ein souveräner Chef der mit Freundlichkeit den Laden schmeißt. Ohne Reservierung freundlich begrüßt, hervorragend gegessen, leckeren Wein getrunken..... mehr geht nicht. Danke dafür, wir kommen wieder.

Pizza und Pasta sind hervorragend. Lecker, hübsch angerichtet und großzügig. Service und Personal waren immer freundlich jedoch hat man doch ab und zu länger gewartet. Allgemein sehr gut und auch eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Jetzt zu den 3 Sternen: Ich mag Miesmuscheln. Vor einem Jahr war es lecker. Seitdem in insgesamt 5 Bestellungen abnehmender Geschmack und auch Qualität. Ein Essen endete mit einem Abend in dem ich das WC kaum verlassen habe. Alles in allem ist das Pantaleo richtig gut, aber für Muscheln komme ich nicht mehr.

Eigentlich gehe ich sehr gerne zu diesem Italiener. Hatten immer gutes Essen. Jetzt habe ich ein Pizzabrot bestellt Bei diesem wurde ich sehr enttäuscht. So was schlechtes schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Hat nichts mit einem Pizza Brot zu tun, wie du es in Italien bekommst. Pizza und Nudeln sind gut.

Pizzen sind Top 👍auch Salate und Pasta lecker. Keine utopischen Preise. Die Bedienungen immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein kleines Makel: die Inneneinrichtung. Geschmacksache 🤷‍♀️ Ausserdem gibts einen superschönen Garten.

Sehr schönes Lokal. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Gerichte kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber die Pizza war sehr lecker. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Restaurant hat hervorragende Speisen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ich vergebe deshalb 5 Sterne, weil das verkohlte Lachsfilet super nach verbranntem geschmeckt hat. Auch das 2. Filet war wieder verbrannt. Auf die Vorschläge, ich solle mir doch ein anderes Essen bestellen bzw die Auskunft, dass machen sie immer so und es hat sich bisher keiner beschwert, bin ich nicht eingegangen. Ebenfalls war für mich der Ratschlag, ich könne doch das verkohlte abschneiden, indiskutabel. Wer verkohlte Fischfilets mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Für mich in Zukunft nein Danke.

War zum Mittagessen hier,sehr freundlich bedient worden. Mein Nudelgericht super lecker ,vor allem mit genügend Soße. 👍

Am Feiertag ohne Reservierung noch einen Platz bekommen. Essen war lecker. Rumpsteak. 18.07.2023: Neue Bedienungen, Essen vergessen. Über eine 3/4 Stunde auf die Getränke gewartet. Auf das Essen über eine Stunde 👎.

Bisher waren wir zweimal im Pantaleo zu Gast. Beide Male war das Essen ausgezeichnet und der Service aufmerksam. Die Bestellungen wurden zügig abgewickelt, obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war. Das Ambiente im Biergarten ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Pizza Spezial und Salat Tonno war sehr lecker

Haben ein Familienfest im sehr schönen Garten gefeiert. Sehr leckeres Essen und angenehmer Service!

Waren das erste mal dort. Wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, und bedient. Die Pizzen waren sehr gut, und auch gut belegt. Parkplätze gibt es genügend. Ich kann die Pizzeria nur empfehlen.

Vier Sterne weil, das Essen wirklich lecker ist und der Service immer nett! Ein Stern Abzug, weil wir 30 min (mit leeren Getränken ) auf die Rechnung warten mussten und an sich leider alles etwas länger dauert. Beim nächsten mal einfach daraufhin weisen :) Aber ansonsten Pantaleo bleibt und ist einer der wenigen lokale mit spitzen Preis und leistungsverhältnissen! Sehr freundlich sind die Leute hier und unsere Tagliatelle mit Ragu, sehr fein gekocht, richtig abgeschmeckt, Nudeln nicht zu hart und die Calamri vom Grill, fein gewürzt, bissfest, große Portionen, super lecker. Der Preis ist super fair für diese Portionsgröße, Geschmack und Service, gerne wieder!

Ein wenig Abseits der Altstadt in der Nähe des Landratsamtes gelegenes Lokal mit super Biergarten. Speisen sind äußerst lecker und preislich auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Bedienung ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung. Macht weiter so 👍

Sehr leckeres Essen, im Sommer kann man sogar auf der Terrasse essen mit einem schönem Blick auf das Nürnberger Tor.

Durch Zufall entdeckt, sehr guter Service, aufmerksam und schnell. Lecker Pizza und Nudelgerichte. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Hier komme ich regelmäßig her. Es ist immer sehr lecker und der Besitzer kümmert sich persönlich um das Wohl der Gäste. Weiter so! :)

Auf Verdacht hier eingekehrt und das war eine gute Entscheidung. Der Rose war suffig, die gegrillten Kalamari waren sehr gut, etwas fade gewürzt, die Tagliatelle etwas zu al dente aber lecker abgeschmeckt. Service und Preis sehr nett. Gerne wieder.

PANTALEO ist in Forchheim unserer Ansicht nach wirklich die beste kulinarische Adresse! Die Gerichte sind sehr geschmackvoll zubereitet und auch optisch schön präsentiert. Der Service ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam - auch das ist in Forchheim eine Seltenheit, wie wir leider festgestellt haben. Sehr angenehm auch der (Bier-)Garten in den wärmeren Jahreszeiten. PANTALEO - erste Wahl!
