After we had already used the delivery service at this restaurant several times and were very satisfied with the food delivered so far, we tried it out once on site. This will be our last time too! Despite the restaurant being only moderately busy, the service and kitchen were completely overwhelmed. After 45 minutes we received bread and spreads, the starter came after a good hour, and only after repeated inquiries on our part and repeated putting off by the waitress did the main courses arrive after about 100 minutes. Apparently the delivery service and customers picking up are given priority over the guests in the restaurant. It's a shame because the food itself (pizza and pasta) were good. To make matters worse, we witnessed a hot-tempered gentleman storming into the restaurant and engaging in a verbal argument with the boss, full of rude insults, which almost ended in a fight.

1st evening: Very nice service, quality of the food was very good and the inside was very nicely decorated. The beer garden is very cozy, but unfortunately a bit noisy because of the cars driving past. But it didn't bother us. 2nd evening: This time we sat very comfortably inside and ate again very tasty food at fair prices. Both waitresses were very attentive and friendly.

Lovely to sit in the garden. Service slow. Food delicious. Clean toilets. Free parking in front of the door.

I picked up 4 pizzas here and was absolutely thrilled. The pizza with spicy salami and anchovies was particularly amazing. I can only give one recommendation here.

Were on April 13th. from around 6:50 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. the first and last time there. Started weak and slowed down a lot is all I'm saying. They didn't even know that we had reserved, we did. The staff is undoubtedly overwhelmed. The pizza rolls were so-so but the hunger after waiting 90 minutes got the better of them, only the herb butter was ok. You could eat the pasta, only the filling of the calzone and there were leftover mussel shells in the seafood salad and last but not least, a portion of pasta was overcharged, an involuntary tip because it was definitely not deserved,... That's where you come to cheated across the board...

We live in Knittkuhl and order there regularly. Super tasty pizza, great toppings with a nice thin base. And best of all, it arrives at our house hot. Always my pleasure!!

Order online - that's great. Right at the beginning of the ordering process you are informed that it takes 60 minutes - ok for Sunday evening. However, the 60 minutes turned into almost 2 hours, and at some point I received an email informing me that it would take 15 minutes longer. Everyone apologized for the delay. Regarding the food: there could have been more toppings on the ham pizza and the filled pizza rolls could also have been filled more. All in all it was tasty and hot. Conclusion: Not outstanding and not bad either. We will give it another second chance.

We visited the PaneOlio restaurant with our dog on a Sunday outing. The welcome was very friendly, the food was excellent & afterwards there was also a grappa 👍. Everything also went perfectly with the delivery service: fast, warm & delicious. We will be back.

Das Essen und das Ambiente sind wirklich top. Der Service ist zwar sehr freundlich aber leider etwas arg umorganisiert.

2 Pizzen im Restaurant bestellt. Nach einer Weile kam Mitarbeiterin, um uns lachend zu sagen, dass nur noch Teig für eine Pizza da wäre. Alternative: Nudelgericht war keine Portion für einen erwachsenen Mann! Wir haben über eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet. Musik zu laut, Bedienung akustisch sehr schlecht verstanden. Chef kam zu uns; wir haben alles geschildert. Wirkte so, als hätte ihn das nicht sonderlich interessiert. Schade. Die eine Pizza war gut, der Service im Allgemeinen einfach nur schlecht.

Einfach super! Sehr leckeres Essen, höflicher Service und sehr schönes Ambiente. Preis Leistung stimmt auch. Kann man nur empfehlen.

würde ich nicht weiter enpfelen. wenn man bestellt kommt das zu spät an oder garnicht. nicht nettes personal und haben letzens 1h für ein pizza gewartet im restaurant. nicht zum empfelen!!

Super netter Service, schönes Ambiente. Tolles Essen, besonders die Wochenkarte ist spitze und sehr zu empfehlen! Frische Pasta braucht etwas länger, muss man wissen und einplanen. Pizza ist ebenfalls super lecker.

Quite pleasant interior, good amount of foods to choose from,. There are few tables outside but as the restaurant is located at a busy street, there is lots of noise. Pizza is tasty: the base is not super thin but well made, when hot, quite crispy, with time a bit more rubbery, the outer crust is solid (i would wish it was smaller as this way there is lots of it compare to the topping amount).

Ein so schönes und gemütliches Lokal mit gutem italienischen Essen und einem ganz lieben und herzlichem Team. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Leckere Pizza !! Schönes Restaurant!

Der Besuch im PaneOlio war angenehm, das Restaurant ist schön zu sitzen und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich! Vorspeise: Bruschetta, Avocado-Carpaccio und Zwiebelsuppe waren sehr gut. Hauptspeise: Spaghetti AOP und mit Rindfleisch ragout waren sehr gut und sogar al dente gekocht, wie man es leider in kaum einem restaurant findet. Allerdings waren die Teller kalt, was dafür gesorgt hat dass die Nudeln schnell kalt wurden. Geschmacklich waren die Nudeln gut. Die Gnocchi waren sehr lecker! pizzaiolo filet steak war auch gut, es war leider etwas zu viel sauce. Alles in allem ein schöner Besuch, etwas platz für Verbesserung aber definitiv sehr viel besser als viele Italiener in Düsseldorf!

Ich und meine Frau waren erst mal dort besucht. Spaghetti scoglio und Pizza war schmeckt FANTASTICO !!! Ich würde gerne weitere Gericht probieren !! Preise sind günstig aber Geschmack ist sehr sehr lecker !! Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich !! Also würde ich an jeder absolut gerne EMPFEHLEN !! Ci vediamo presto !!
