Mittelmäßiges Essen , mittelmäßige Show. Der Service war in Ordnung. In Summe total überteuert und nicht zu empfehlen

We were here with a private group for the Christmas party 2024 just before the holidays. Very courteous, fast staff. The boss served himself. The 120 guests never had to wait long. A great buffet was set up to the left of the entrance, here the starters were served first and then the other courses so that it didn't dry out or cool down. The food was of very high quality and was always freshly refilled. The covered and heated terrace was provided for smokers. BUT: no picture was hanging right now, maybe it was intentional, it has charm ;-) I will remember this place for a long time and will come back here privately.

Certainly a special shop, when I visited there were obvious problems with the drainage... Bad.

The restaurant is more appearance than reality. I ordered penne with burrata – for For €18.50 you could get just a single slice of burrata. The price-performance ratio is an absolute disappointment. Newly rich guests seem to come here in particular, and they place less value on good food than on being seen. For truly authentic and tasty Italian food, there are definitely better alternatives - and at fairer prices. Unfortunately not recommended at all.

Unfortunately you can't give zero stars. The service was extremely poor. We left before our first order. We were given a seat in the doorway of an empty restaurant, on the street so to speak. This restaurant does not appeal to guests who value service and friendliness. We didn't even want to try the food :)

I asked for a voucher by email because a friend from Hamburg likes to visit this store. Unfortunately, I'm not from Hamburg and thought - it doesn't cost anything to ask. An answer came straight away, I should send my address and transfer the amount. No sooner said than done. The voucher arrived in the mail two days later. Not at all obvious, thanks for the effort!!!

Based on many stories and the impressions on Instagram, we wanted to spend a nice evening at Palazzo. Unfortunately, we have NO recommendation. Although the quality of the food was good, there were some aspects that we didn't like: - There was constant smoking in the winter garden in which we sat. This was particularly unpleasant when eating. - The starter was way too expensive for a 4 person starter plate. €95(!) was charged on the bill. - Some errors in service (no wine glasses, appetizer plates with meat even though we ordered a vegetarian appetizer plate). - Unfortunately there was no accommodation regarding the antipasti faux-pas.

The Palazzo is a “party Italian”. The food is great. The service too. And late at night people dance on the tables here. Great for having fun and partying. Maybe not necessarily for a romantic tête-à-tête.

Was nothing. Waiter overwhelmed, food took forever, mood became more and more tense and still no result.

We were in this restaurant three weeks ago with a group of 10 people - and unfortunately I can't get that evening out of my mind, it was so disappointing. Even at the unfriendly reception we had the feeling that we weren't really welcome. The music was far too loud, making it difficult for our group to have a conversation, which significantly dampened the mood. The food came quickly and the quality was okay, but the spaghetti was anything but al dente - hard, tasteless and simply disappointing. But that wasn't all: after dessert we were completely ignored by the staff. Empty bottles just remained there, no one asked if we wanted to drink or order anything else. The behavior of the waiters was particularly unpleasant. They consistently appeared arrogant, disinterested and gave the impression that they had no interest in their job. This behavior overshadowed the entire evening and left us all with a negative feeling. For a group that had been looking forward to a nice evening together, this was an absolute letdown. We will neither visit nor recommend this restaurant again.

Ein sehr unprofessioneller Restaurant und Service von Geschäftsführer. Ich habe am Samstag Abend einen Tisch reserviert für 5 Person um 20 Uhr es wurde mir kurz vor 19 Uhr über eine freundin abgesagt nur weil der andere Gast mitbekommen hat das meine Freundin mitkommt. Begründung für die absage war: der andere Gast möchte nicht das meine Freundin vor Ort ist und daher hat er uns abgesagt und den Tisch storniert. Sehr unprofessionell.

The food was good, took a relatively long time and is completely overpriced! The service was rather uninterested and didn't live up to the restaurant's price standards - perhaps the chats with apparent regulars got in the way. I wouldn't go there again...

Strong prices, but unfortunately carelessly prepared portions, long waiting times, poor service - although friendly, we unfortunately had to order almost all the drinks several times before something arrived. The crowning glory was the Aperol Spritz, the color alone was completely different, when asked they just said it wasn't a real Aperol... unfortunately misleading because it wasn't mentioned on the menu. They were okay, not outstanding, nothing special.

Ate for €250 but paid for €400.

Congratulations to all the staff (waiters and kitchen) for the excellent coordination of the service for a group of around 100 people. I recommend it for dinners organized for particular events.

There was a large group and it took a long time until we were served. From around 11 p.m. onwards you were hardly allowed to talk at normal volume outside. The waitress complained about the low tip - they would have preferred to charge them individually... which is what we initially wanted, but the devices didn't work.

Food was really delicious and atmosphere can be really fun after 11pm, service is super friendly unfortunately only thing I did not like is that the cocktails (pornstar martini and espresso martini) and not made fresh but come out of a machine.. for 15€ for a drink I would prefer freshly made drinks

Fraudsters make the bill higher by not ordering things and then complain when you check and doubt it.

I love old restaurants. Restaurants with history. Walls full of pictures of famous people being there. Palazzo is this type of place. But........ There is much more. The cuisine is italian. Everyone knows it, everyone loves it :-). This time I was surprised. There were some starters - salad + seafood. These were incredible. Very tasty. Service top level in several languages.Prices - does not matter...maybe. Parking - it is difficult. It can be free, it can be paid. It is so, because the restaurant is situated on a crossroad, and one street is paid, the other one not. Highly recommend it. Ok - it would be fair if there was not a drawback. So, I said I like old restaurants, but sometimes refurbishing, here and there, is needed. Consider booking and go.

Essen gut, mehr nicht. Service lässt zu wünschen übrig! Glas Wein bestellt (6,50 Euro auf der Speisekarte) Berechnet wurden 10,50 Euro… Erst später bemerkt. Hier muss man wohl erst mit dicken Karre vorfahren wenn man GUT bedient werden möchte. Als es dann kein Trinkgeld gab, zog man beleidigt davon. Grazie für nix!

It was a really nice evening in the Palazzo!! The waiter Emilio looked after us very well and everyone was very friendly. Food was very tasty, beef fillet was super tender! 👌🏼 Pasta is also highly recommended 😍

Be careful, check the invoice several times. Things that were not ordered are often added to the invoice. The overall service was very poor, the tip was forced on you, and the food was just okay, but definitely not worth the price. The mood was quite good from around 10:30 p.m. on a Friday.

The temperature in the restaurant was already very cozy at the beginning of our evening, then rose to Sahara level. Luckily, at some point the ventilation was switched on and then things worked reasonably well. The food is okay but way too expensive. The drink prices are within the normal Hamburg range. Since some of our group had to leave early, they paid for their food and drinks individually. This was commented on in a very unfriendly manner by the staff, even though this could easily happen in any other restaurant on this planet. We still had a nice evening, but that was more due to the group and less to the palazzo.

Table directly under the air conditioning, very tight. The food went like this, we were in a large group and were processed quickly. The next guests to party were already at our table. We were there twice, this time we were very disappointed! I'll never enter this store again. Price performance is absolutely unbelievable!

Not worth a star. The food was so-so. Service a disaster. The people after us got their food before us and when we asked, the boss shouted at us that our food was coming - we had to wait another 15 minutes. In total we waited 2 hours for our food. Never again.

The food is solid, but definitely not for the price. We don't need to talk about the service. You can already read that in the other reviews, BODENLOS is still nicely worded. Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly and arrogant staff. The store is more appearance than reality!

Given the amount of people, that makes sense. Loud music and partying from 10 p.m. is quite fun. Conclusion: It's not my shop.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely disappointing. The service left a lot to be desired and the waiting times were an absolute disgrace. A whole three hours passed between the starter and the main course, and when it finally came, the pasta wasn't even cooked through! For a restaurant that is supposedly Italian, you should be able to assume that they can prepare pasta properly. And as if that wasn't enough, the prices were completely exorbitant. Conclusion: A complete waste of money and definitely not a place I will ever visit again.

Always up for a fun evening. The pasta is to die for, the wine is delicious and when the lights go out the place shakes! Clear recommendation!

The ambience was great, especially in the evenings. The food is very bad and expensive. Pasta with salmon was ok, the salmon was completely fried, the pasta was cold and hard. Waiter was quite nice. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant later in the evening, as it is very narrow and stuffy and there is no circulation. There were some drinks on the bill that we never got. It was very difficult to clarify this because we had to discuss it for a long time.

An Heizstrahlern im Wintergarten wurde nicht gespart. Sehr leckeres Essen. Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Publikum war bei unserem Besuch überdurchschnittlich hübsch, jung und gut gekleidet.

Wir waren am Samstag im Palazzo und haben dort meinen 30. Geburtstag gefeiert. Am Anfang war ich auf Grund einiger Bewertungen ehrlich gesagt etwas kritisch aber der Abend war rundum perfekt! Auf das Essen hat man tatsächlich etwas lange gewartet aber die Vorspeise mit Tomate Burrata, Carpaccio und Bruschetta war super lecker! Die Party im Anschluss, die ca. ab 22:00 Uhr losging war ebenfalls richtig gut! Wir hatten alle total Spaß und fanden den Abend perfekt!

das essen war ok ich hatte höhere Erwartungen Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe da und haben nicht alle zusammen das Essen bekommen Zudem haben wir um 21 Uhr reserviert und wollten länger da bleiben zusammen was trinken und essen Uns wurde nicht gesagt, dass ab 23 uhr wir nur noch flüstern sollen und die Lichter haben die ausgemacht und uns so Zusagen rausgeworfen obwohl wir Länggwr wollten und sehr viel Geld fürs Essen und trinken ausgegeben haben

Das Palazzo ist jeden Mal ein Besuch wert. Das Essen ist hochwertig und super lecker. Auch das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und nett, vor allem Emilio!! Freitags und Samstags wird zwischen 22 und 23 Uhr dann das Licht gedämmt und die Musik aufgedreht. Das Restaurant verwandelt sich somit in eine Art Bar/Club, was wirklich cool ist! Ich kann das Palazzo zu 1000% empfehlen.

Das Neue Palazzo mit Massimo! Massimo hat seine neue Stelle im Palazzo angetreten, nach dem er etliche Jahre treu im Portonovo war, hat er hier eine neue Heimat gefunden. Ins Palazzo passt er gut, seine humorvolle Art passt zum Team. Die Küche, unter Marco ist immer noch Spitzenklasse und selbst die Fischsuppe in der Terrine, ist mit ihrer reichlichen Einlage, nach wie vor, die beste im Stadtgebiet. Das Lammkotelett war zart, dass dazu bestellte getrüffelte Kartoffelpüree, war große Klasse. Vorweg gab es Octopus-Carpaccio und gefüllte Kürbisblüten mit Ricottafüllung. Weil es so schön war, musste auch Dolce her. Die große Terrasse bietet genug Platz, ein schönes Plätzchen, dazu sehr kommunikativ. Ristorante Palazzo, eine Institution seit Ewigkeit!

Absoluter Lieblingsitaliener!!! Tolle Weine, hervorragendes Essen und ein super Ambiente, sowohl im beheizten Wintergarten als auch innen. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, schnell, sehr freundlich und hat tolle Empfehlungen. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne hin!

Wer auf laute Musik und Servietten wedelne Kellner steht, alles super.

Wir waren hier in einer größeren Gruppe und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und war ständig ansprechbar und freundlich. Das Essen war in all seinen Facetten klasse. Wir hatten nirgendwo etwas auszusetzen. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Leider stehen die Tische sehr eng beieinander und es ist alles sehr beengt. Auch die Lautstärke der Musik ist heftig. Leider konnten wir teilweise unser eigenes Wort nicht verstehen. Es war trotzdem ein schöner Abend.

Wir haben dort mit mehreren Personen Geburtstag gefeiert. Leider war das Essen sehr geschmacklos und zu teuer für das was man bekommen hat. Der Service war nett- wenn sie dann mal zum Tisch gekommen sind und uns nicht eine halbe Stunde warten lassen haben. Unverständlich war für uns, dass drinnen geraucht wurde, trotz Wintergarten. Der Laden ist nur zu empfehlen, wenn man Lust hat auf 0815 Clubfeeling.

Manche sagen man muss auch mal normale Rezensionen schreiben. Nicht mit 1 oder 2 Sternen meckern und nicht mit 5 Sternen übertreiben. Und hier hat Google mit einer 3,9 als Note fasst recht. Eher 3,5. Nichts wirklich falsch hier. Eben nur Durchschnitt. Und auch teuer. 3 Gambas in Schale mit Gemüse in homöopathischen Mengen für 31€, OK kann man machen. Aber eben nur Durchschnitt. Auch der Steinbutt, eher langweilig zubereitet, aber, hey OK: Und jeder muss seine Definition von Lieblingsitaliener finden. Der Service ist nett aufmerksam und und gefühlt schon 100 Jahre da. Also wie gesagt nichts falsch für eine 3,5 Sterne. Wollt ihr mehr Sterne? Dann macht mehr Spass ins Essen. Und zeigt dass man Pasta heiss auf den Tisch bekommt und Aromen keine Ausnahme bleiben. Mehr bella Italia bitte. Danke.

Alles da, was man benötigt. Was es außerhalb der Karte gibt ist so viel, dass man es sich gar nicht merken kann. Wir haben superlecker gegessen. Die Preise sind etwas hoch, dennoch stimmt die Qualität derer. Also, nix zu beanstanden.

Bester Laden der Stadt. Mehr gibt es eigentlich nicht zu schreiben. Massimo und sein freundliches und sympathisches Team liefern einfach immer ab. Unter der Woche ein entspannter Italiener mit authentischer, sehr guter Küche und am Wochenende kommt dazu noch die beste Partystimmung. Ich kenne in ganz Deutschland kein vergleichbares Restaurant: Stimmung und die vermittelte Lebensfreude sind wirklich einmalig. Ja, wenn am Wochenende drinnen und draußen alle Plätze besetzt sind, dauert das Essen etwas länger, aber das ist nur menschlich und hat mich persönlich noch nie gestört. Massimo und sein Team sind super freundliche und lustige Gastgeber, die einen großen Anteil daran haben, dass das Restaurant so beliebt ist. Ich bin Stammgast seit über 6 Jahren und bleibe es weiterhin!

Wie immer mega Abend und super Essen! Vor allem das Rinderfilet mit Barolo Sauce ist unser all-time favorite

Kaliteli bir mekan ve süper lezzetler.. Trüff Mantarlı Makarna, Carpaccio Harika, Güleryüzlü Hizmet Kesinlikle Tavsiye Ediyorum.

Essen war okay (Trüffelpasta und carpaccio). Das war es aber auch. Aperitif kam mit 19 Minuten Abstand (für zwei Gäste ... und keine besonderen Wünsche), Wein kam erst lange nachdem das Hauptgericht serviert wurde. Kellner wirken alle lustlos und gelangweilt ... während die Preise ganz schön hoch und nicht gerechtfertigt sind (Espresso Martini für 16€) Wir waren einmal da. Und ganz sicher nie wieder.

Wir sind nicht beeindruckt. Die Sanitären Anlagen sind mehr als fragwürdig, es ist laut und erst unser zweites Set Gläser war "sauber".

Gutes Essen, toller Service, schönes Ambiente und zu später Stunde kam die Krönung. Dieser Abend wird mir positiv in Erinnerung bleiben.

Bin sehr überrascht von den Umbauten die vorgenommen wurden, aber noch besser finde ich den Service. Emilio, (Der Kellner, hoffentlich richtig geschrieben) war super zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Kann das Palazzo nur empfehlen, auch für Dates 😉

Hier kannst du wirklich gut feiern und deinen Abend mit deinen Freunden schön ausklingen lassen. Die Bedienung hingegen ist wirklich katastrophe. Meine Erfahrung war wirklich grenzwertig den ganzen Abend durch in Bezug auf die meisten Mitarbeiter dort. Insbesondere der Kellner, der deine Essenswünsche aufnimmt ist nicht zu genießen. Für alle von uns! Ich bin wirklich fasziniert von der Idee, dass dieses Restaurant ab 23:00 zu einer Feier wird, -> Jedoch geht die unfreundliche Bedienung dir nicht aus dem Kopf, weshalb ich vermutlich hier nicht wieder mit meinen Freunden einen Abend verbringe!

Erstmalig zum Mittagstermin dort gegessen. Es war ein Erlebnis. Tolle Gastgeber, fantastische Empfehlung zum Essen und gute Weinqualität. Von ganzen Herzen eine tolle Empfehlung !!! P.S. last mir noch ein Tisch in der Zukunft frei.

Ein absolutes Highlight. Wir waren im Rahmen einer Kundenveranstaltung mit ca. 40 Gästen vor Ort und es war durchweg grandios. Die Location im Wintergarten war modern und top, vor allem im Sommer sehr angenehm draußen zu sitzen. Das Essen war echt lecker und der Service sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank nochmal an das Palazzo-Team!

Essen total überteuert und dafür ziemlich Basic und geschmacklos, das Ambiente auch nicht gerade schön und nichts besonderes. draußen ist es eher 0815 Wintergarten. Service erst ok, lässt dann etwas nach.

Wir waren auf einer Geburtstagsfeier dort. Das Essen war super und der Rotwein sehr lecker. Nach dem Essen war Party angesagt. Richtig gute Musik mit toller Stimmung. Aus den Servietten würden noch Mützen gefaltet 😄

Great atmosphere, service and food are okay but the staff forced us to give tipps + rate the restaurant on google and give 5 stars. First time I see this in my life while travelling in many countries and super disappointed about it. Disrespectful + sad to see that this restaurant needs to tell clients to rate the place and be pushy with them. We come to enjoy and eat good food and leave being disappointed by the staff

Ich war gestern im Palazzo essen mit ein paar Freunden. Mir wurde beim bezahlen 50€ zu viel abgebucht, da der Kellner einen falschen Betrag verstanden hat. Er war nicht willig mir, das Geld in Cash wieder zurück zugeben. Selbst ein Gutschein wurde uns nicht angeboten. Stattdessen haben wir eine Flasche Wein bekommen, die nicht dem Wert entsprach. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von dem Kundenservice. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt und werde deshalb dieses Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen!

Furchtbar!!! Nach einem Besuch im letzten Jahr, nachdem wir mit der Rechnung über den Tisch gezogen wurden (stand viel mehr drauf, also wir bestellt hatten), haben wir gestern einen neuen Versuch gestartet. Und wieder wurden wir enttäuscht. Dreiste Kellner, die nicht nur arrogant und unhöflich sind, sondern auch beleidigend sind und mich und andere Gäste schubsen, wie es ihnen passt! Noch nie erlebt, dass Kellner Gäste so unverschämt behandeln. Der Laden war zudem komplett überfüllt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Verzehr im Restaurant | Abendessen *Keine* Empfehlung! - Essen ist ok, die Portionen teilweise sehr klein für den Preis. - Essen hat 60 min + gedauert bis es auf dem Tisch stand - sehr laute Atmosphäre. Man muss schon sehr laut reden um sich überhaupt verstehen zu können - Restaurant war total überbucht, keinen Platz um sich zu bewegen. Wir saßen mit 8 Personen an drei Einzeltischen die zusammengeschoben wurden ! - Bedienung war am Anfang freundlich,bis es zur Bestellung kam. Man hat das Gefühl dass wir anscheinend zu preisgünstig bestellt haben . Bedienung ist total überheblich und arrogant, die "explizit" nach Trinkgeld gefragt haben. - Kritik wurde nicht angenommen und mit einem Jaja drüber gelacht. Ich besuche das Palazzo schon seit über 15 Jahren und damit auch noch zu den Zeiten Nevio's. Das Palazzo bietet seit je her eine leckere typische italienische Küche, flankiert natürlich von der obligatorischen Partystimmung. Küche: Die Küche hat seit dem Inhaberwechsel noch einmal ganz erheblich an Qualität gewonnen. Die Gerichte sind authentisch, die (neue) italienische Crew in der Küche arbeitet auf hohem Niveau und auf dem Teller zahlt sich die Kontrolle und die Auswahl qualitativ hochwertiger Produkte durch den Chef Massimo beim Einkauf aus. Die saisonal abgestimmte Karte ist abwechslungsreich und modern, behält aber die Prinzipien der traditionell italienischen Küche im Blick. Das Resultat ist ein ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei konstant hohem Niveau. Service: Insbesondere in den heutigen Zeiten (Personalmangel in der Gastronomie) fällt es - mit Blick auf einige der Bewertungen hier - natürlich leicht, Reaktionen aus dem Service zu Preisvorstellungen von Kunden, zur Abrechnung oder zu Wartezeiten zum Anlass für eine Generalabrechnung mit dem Restaurant zu nehmen. Das ist aber zu kurz gedacht und auch nicht richtig. Der Service im Palazzo ist gut, schnell und die durchweg italienische Mannschaft macht einen super Job, auch an einem Freitag oder Samstagabend mit 180 Gästen und brummendem Laden. Fazit: Meiner Meinung nach bietet das Palazzo derzeit mit dem Vagabondo die *beste* und *reellste* italienische Küche in Hamburg - das Europeo ist natürlich auch ganz vorne mit dabei, surft aber natürlich in einer ganz anderen Preiskategorie. Weiter so!
